The providers here took great care of me and truly listened to my concerns after trying multiple other places with no luck. I was treated as a human being here, which means a lot. We were able to get some answers that I was unable to find elsewhere. This is a great facility that you can trust with your health.

Today was my first visit to Eastside Urgent Care. As a veteran, Its a long drive to the Cincinnati VA for emergency or urgent care issues. I was extremely pleased at the level of care I received. I had a situation this weekend where I cut my finger and I knew that I was in bad shape. I immediately went to Eastside urgent care for treatment. I cannot speak more highly of the team that was able to help me. They were absolutely fantastic from my check in with Tashea, and my MA Hana and my physician Dr. Pressler. Everyone was kind patient they want above and beyond to help me I cannot thank them enough from helping me fill out the paperwork when I was not able to write to the final stitching of of my finger. Eastside urgent care is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help this team that helped me over the weekend are absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend the more highly.

I went to this location since it's near my home. My family members were sick with the Flu. I wanted to know if I had it, too. I had an upper respiratory infection and was given medication which has helped immensely. I'm very thankful for the level of care I received.

We love this urgent care. Dr. H is incredible, and we honestly like him better than our family practice doctors. The staff is friendly, prices are cheap, and they are incredible to work with.

Office is fast and efficient and they have digital sign in and forms you can complete online and they also take all forms of payment which is very convenient. Dr. Hassan is the best!! He always takes care of me for winter illnesses should I catch something. I go to Dr. Hassan before I ever, ever would consider my PCP, especially during the busy winter times. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and never disappointed! I am in and out AND well in record time! The only thing I consider an opportunity at all is the waiting room. A TV with programming sure would help pass the time waiting, maybe some tissues and a water source to make it a little more comfortable...if there's even a wait. Another thing I wanted to mention, they will swab your nose and throat to test for Covid or Strep, etc. based on your symptoms while you are waiting to be taken back to a room which speeds up your visit time! Never had that luxury with any other office. This goes to their efficiency, especially when a lot of contagious illnesses are going around! THANK YOU DR. HASSAN AND EASTSIDE URGENT CARE!

After being turned away from another urgent care, we found Eastside! My daughter who is 1 1/2 jammed her finger and we weren’t sure if she broke it. The doctor and nursing staff were great! The doctor has a sense of humor, and I needed it. The only thing I would recommend is removing the very strong plugin in the lobby. When a sick person comes in with a headache or nausea, that's the last thing they want to smell. It makes them feel so much worse.

My 13 year old has been sick for a while now. We took her to another doctor and they said it was just allergies. After 3 days of still not feeling well and getting worse, we brought her here. Dr. Hasan is amazing. It's an urgent care, so it's busy but the wait wasn't too bad. He examined her and and diagnosed her with a Sinus infection and Bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics, a steroid and cough medicine. Within 3 days, she was almost back to her normal self. Thank you Dr. Hasan!

Always a positive experience here! Whether it’s a Covid test, pre employment drug screen, or unexpected broken bone, the staff is always very friendly and ready to assist! This last visit, I came in spur of the moment, and was treated as quickly as possible and by a very friendly staff! Any time my family is in need of urgent care, but not ER worthy, Eastside Urgent Care is our first stop!

This place is AMAZING! I cut my finger pretty bad and went to another location first and they glued it. It got infected, and the glue fell off 2 days later. I came to Eastside urgent care cause I didn’t want to go back to the same place. I was in pain and very irritated and they knew. When I first saw the doctor he said that should not of been glued :( it was way too deep of a cut. What should of been a fast healing process turned in to weeks. Thank you to Eastside Urgent care for cleaning up the mess of another urgent care 💗 thank you to your whole staff! They made me feel welcomed, and cared about from the minute I walked in the door. They will make sure they give the best care, they explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand and get you healing quickly and correctly! Thank you again Eastside Urgent Care!!!!!
