Cane in with multiple things to deal with and Katelyn was so helpful and understanding. I had seen her previously a while back and she saved me from potential serious issues by sending me to the hospital where I found I had appendicitis. Amazing wonderful caregiver-my only problem is that she isn't my regular GP!

The professional and courteous care I received was exceptional. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately and the staff was efficient and courteous. Katelyn Graves, PA-C recognized a DVT risk and sent me directly to the ER at UCONN where an ultrasound confirmed her diagnosis. The staff at the Priority Urgent Care were all pleasant and accommodating. Even though some of them were still getting over the flu virus themselves, they treated the waiting clients with great care and attention. The Physician was thorough and had good bed side manner. I am so happy we have such a nice group in our area.

Couldn’t sleep because of yeast infection, so I booked an appointment very early morning. Got there, doctor checked on me, and left to work within 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and polite. Excellent experience with all staff. The medical professional on staff treated us with care and respect. The front office staff was understanding of my concerns and very professional. Disappointing that all of these organizations now want to keep your bank account information / credit / debit card on file. Fortunately they allowed me to avoid this by paying at the time of my visit. I understand that this is more cost effective for the company than issuing invoices and chasing payment. On the flip side as a consumer I am expected to be ok with granting unlimited access to my bank. I can't understand how anyone would be ok with that. I had an experience with this at another urgent care organization and let me say it was not pleasant when they sent an email with no explanation telling me that they would be charging my card in the next couple days. I spent hours on the phone to find out where the charge was coming from and had to argue with the customer service representative to get them to remove my card information from their system.

PA Katelyn Y. has treated every member of my family over the course of our visits to the unionville priority care. I came in today and was treated for a sinus infection. I never feel rushed, I always feel like Katelyn listens to my concerns, and I always leave feeling confident in her assessments. I was even able to ask her questions about my daughter at this visit, and she addressed my concerns regarding my daughter even though I was the patient. I can't speak highly enough of her, she is the reason we return to this facility.

This place is great! I was able to make an appointment the night before which saved me time in the morning. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived and the wait time was not long at all. I ended up needing an X-ray and they did it right there. Very nice staff. Would highly recommend.

Priority Urgent Care was helpful yesterday in assisting me with my same day flu and COVID-19 tests. Morgan and Steve were great to have as staff! Morgan was very polite and friendly and Steve was very professional. I was out after about 30-45 mins. I highly recommend this urgent care center if you are around the Bristol/Plainville, CT area. I scheduled an appointment at the last minute after having a worsening earache for a few days. I was able to get in right away, without a wait, and get the treatment I needed in less than an hour. It is also conveniently located near a CVS, I had to get an over the counter medication and just ran over there after my appointment.

I was extremely nervous walking into this walk in that I’ve never been to before especially with chest pain but the doctor was more than understanding and nurturing. The staff at Priority Urgent Care was great! My pediatrician wasn't available for a sick visit today. I conveniently scheduled my appointment online and came in a little early. All the staff from the front desk to the pediatrician that cared for us went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They got us in right away and my daughter is on the way to feeling better. My wife and I went to urgent care and was taken care of Dr Any Doyle. We were exposed to civid while on vacation . My son and Daughter and spouses all tested positive as well. Dr Doyle was compassionate, caring and took great care of us. Highly recommend her and urgent care .

It was great experience. Awesome PA, so patiently heard our problem and gave lot of directions to try to feel better. Good customer service on the desk too.

Very pleasant urgent care. I made an appt online, was seen quickly and the PA was very friendly and addressed my issue. I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend this urgent care!

The staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. No wait time! I wasn’t expecting a COIVD and influenza test but I had to take both to rule them out. I wanted to do a cartwheel out of the office because I tested negative for both?

I couldn’t get in with my own provider for a wellness check and Priority Urgent Care was able to see me right away. Their receptionist was very kind over the phone and in person and their PA was wonderful. She got me in and out with antibiotics prescribed in about 10 minutes. Very thankful for this team!

The attending PA was an angel and helped me through a scary experience. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process of everything. A very knowledgeable woman and I feel more relaxed with the wonderful care she gave me.

Best urgent care experience ever. In and out in six minutes and they solved my problem. Had prescriptions from the pharmacy on the same block 25 minutes later.

There was very little wait time. Nursing was more than adequate A doctor came in as well due to my high blood pressure. The nursing staff showed concern and performed their medical duties well. I think that alone makes them stand out They did not play around their phone. I was the center of their attention Another plus. The office is very clean I will definitely return to that office

Very communicative. I needed to be seen for a rapid Covid test after being exposed to someone that tested positive. I was able to make an appointment online, received text messages with links to fill out all my information including insurance, was seen promptly and got results back very quickly! Staff was very polite and office was super clean ! Thanks !
