Very nice staff and P.A. Peter Nelson is very experienced and was very helpful explaining to my Dad (who was reluctant about getting care) about appropriate diagnostic imaging and need for further evaluation and diagnostic Imaging at emergency room which was needed and was key for his safety and recovery. Much appreciated!!

Was struggling with a lingering cold/cough. It was the end of the day on Friday when I decided to go to urgent care. The care was top notch and the medical staff took the time to explain why I was having the symptoms I was experiencing. Much quicker than calling my PCP and waiting for them to respond. Yes, I would recommend this provider.

Came in with second degree burns. Blistering pretty bad. Received superior treatment. Antibiotics orally. Tetanus shot. Wrapped the burn with ointment. Check in easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall care a 10. I would recommend to anyone that needs medical treatment here.

I had a terrific experience from start to finish. The team at Priority Urgent Care in Unionville are so nice and very professional. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any urgent care. Jasmine evaluated my health issue with great concern. She was very thorough, prescribed the appropriate medications and immediately sent me to a specialist. Thank you, I am a big fan!

My husband woke up with a list of symptoms, I was able to go online and make an appointment for within the hour. Upon arrival we waited for maybe 5 minutes and then another 10-15 spent in the med room where he got swabbed and tested and turns out he has the flu. We got meds from the pharmacy next door and were on our way within 30 minutes of the appointment starting. I would recommend this urgent care location :) this was also one of the only places with 5 stars and it’s very close to home

I had a severe rash on my arm caused by poison ivy. I was promptly taken care of, and the front desk staff and the primary doctor working today were incredibly helpful and attentive. Continue the good work this urgent care is definitely the best one I have went to so far.

The practitioner seemed very rushed and not interested in listening to my concerns. I was told that if I didn’t feel better soon, then I needed to “go to the ER because we don’t have diagnostic equipment here.” This was my first visit here and sadly this impression does not leave me with the desire to return.

Staff was welcoming. I was seen in a timely fashion. Healthcare practitioners were helpful and suggested some testing. Rapid test testing was done right away and then sent out for further testing.

Cane in with multiple things to deal with and Katelyn was so helpful and understanding. I had seen her previously a while back and she saved me from potential serious issues by sending me to the hospital where I found I had appendicitis. Amazing wonderful caregiver-my only problem is that she isn't my regular GP!

The professional and courteous care I received was exceptional. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately and the staff was efficient and courteous. Katelyn Graves, PA-C recognized a DVT risk and sent me directly to the ER at UCONN where an ultrasound confirmed her diagnosis. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care in Unionville for any medical concerns.

I went in very sick without an appointment. They told me it would be a while without an appointment but when I said how sick I was they got me in so much sooner. They were all so nice and sympathetic and took care of me. I'm very appreciative.

The staff at the Priority Urgent Care were all pleasant and accommodating. Even though some of them were still getting over the flu virus themselves, they treated the waiting clients with great care and attention. The Physician was thorough and had good bed side manner. I am so happy we have such a nice group in our area.

i was in terrible pain. tooth pain might i add. either way i walked in crying and they immediately helped me. the woman signed me in quickly and there isn’t much they could have done (obviously) except for an antibiotic. that’s ok. it’s going to help either way.

Couldn’t sleep because of yeast infection, so I booked an appointment very early morning. Got there, doctor checked on me, and left to work within 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and polite. The nurse asked me several questions in regards of my condition and got me ready for the doctor. I’m in recovery now and very happy ?

Excellent experience with all staff. The medical professional on staff treated us with care and respect. The front office staff was understanding of my concerns and very professional. Disappointing that all of these organizations now want to keep your bank account information / credit / debit card on file. Fortunately they allowed me to avoid this by paying at the time of my visit. I understand that this is more cost effective for the company than issuing invoices and chasing payment. On the flip side as a consumer I am expected to be ok with granting unlimited access to my bank. I can't understand how anyone would be ok with that. I had an experience with this at another urgent care organization and let me say it was not pleasant when they sent an email with no explanation telling me that they would be charging my card in the next couple days. I spent hours on the phone to find out where the charge was coming from and had to argue with the customer service representative to get them to remove my card information from their system.

PA Katelyn Y. has treated every member of my family over the course of our visits to the unionville priority care. I came in today and was treated for a sinus infection. I never feel rushed, I always feel like Katelyn listens to my concerns, and I always leave feeling confident in her assessments. I was even able to ask her questions about my daughter at this visit, and she addressed my concerns regarding my daughter even though I was the patient. I can't speak highly enough of her, she is the reason we return to this facility.

Priority Urgent Care was helpful yesterday in assisting me with my same day flu and COVID-19 tests. Morgan and Steve were great to have as staff! Morgan was very polite and friendly and Steve was very professional. I was out after about 30-45 mins. I highly recommend this urgent care center if you are around the Bristol/Plainville, CT area. Scheduled an early morning appointment the day of and they were able to check me in quickly with hardly any wait in the waiting room. Everyone was very nice and the PA, Kate, is one of the best PAs I've had an appointment with. She listened and was easy to talk to. I scheduled an appointment at the last minute after having a worsening earache for a few days. I was able to get in right away, without a wait, and get the treatment I needed in less than an hour. It is also conveniently located near a CVS, I had to get an over the counter medication and just ran over there after my appointment.

Went in for a laceration to my finger and Katie did a great job cleaning and stitching me up. The online registration process could be a little better. It asks redundant questions and the insurance card and ID uploas part didn't work well. The patient care aspect went very well.

I had a car full of groceries, and then found out cup at the end of my hearing aid was lodged in my ear! I had to go to the walk-in clinic to have it removed. They took me in pretty quickly. I was in and out within 40 minutes! Great job, thank you so much! ?

I was extremely nervous walking into this walk in that I’ve never been to before especially with chest pain but the doctor was more than understanding and nurturing. He went beyond his expertise to make me as comfortable as possible and that’s not something you experience every day. This was one of the best nerve wracking experiences I’ve had.

Chronic Sinusitis person. I went there before and was very pleased. I made an appointment the night before. Staff was very friendly and the PA who saw me was kind and understanding. My needs were met 100%. I’d suggest this urgent care for local residents.

The staff at Priority Urgent Care was great! My pediatrician wasn't available for a sick visit today. I conveniently scheduled my appointment online and came in a little early. All the staff from the front desk to the pediatrician that cared for us went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They got us in right away and my daughter is on the way to feeling better. Thank you! I would recommend this urgent care and I'll be back if my pediatrician is not available.

I visited Priority Urgent Care for sinus congestion and ear pain. It was easy to make an appointment online. I completed the registration paperwork online. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait and was taken to the examining room. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The provider took her time explaining my condition and answering my questions. I was in and out within a half hour. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care in Unionville.

Came in with second degree burns. Blistering pretty bad. Received superior treatment. Antibiotics orally. Tetanus shot. Wrapped the burn with ointment. Check in easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall care a 10. I would recommend to anyone that needs medical treatment here.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any urgent care. Jasmine evaluated my health issue with great concern. My husband woke up with a list of symptoms, I was able to go online and make an appointment for within the hour. Upon arrival we waited for maybe 5 minutes and then another 10-15 spent in the med room where he got swabbed and tested and turns out he has the flu. We got meds from the pharmacy next door and were on our way within 30 minutes of the appointment starting. I would recommend this urgent care location :) this was also one of the only places with 5 stars and it’s very close to home

The practitioner seemed very rushed and not interested in listening to my concerns. I was told that if I didn’t feel better soon, then I needed to “go to the ER because we don’t have diagnostic equipment here.” This was my first visit here and sadly this impression does not leave me with the desire to return.

Excellent experience with all staff. The medical professional on staff treated us with care and respect. The front office staff was understanding of my concerns and very professional. Disappointing that all of these organizations now want to keep your bank account information / credit / debit card on file. Fortunately they allowed me to avoid this by paying at the time of my visit. I understand that this is more cost effective for the company than issuing invoices and chasing payment. On the flip side as a consumer I am expected to be ok with granting unlimited access to my bank. I can't understand how anyone would be ok with that. I had an experience with this at another urgent care organization and let me say it was not pleasant when they sent an email with no explanation telling me that they would be charging my card in the next couple days. I spent hours on the phone to find out where the charge was coming from and had to argue with the customer service representative to get them to remove my card information from their system.

PA Katelyn Y. has treated every member of my family over the course of our visits to the unionville priority care. I came in today and was treated for a sinus infection. I never feel rushed, I always feel like Katelyn listens to my concerns, and I always leave feeling confident in her assessments. I was even able to ask her questions about my daughter at this visit, and she addressed my concerns regarding my daughter even though I was the patient. I can't speak highly enough of her, she is the reason we return to this facility.

I had an excellent experience at Priority Urgent Care Unionville. I scheduled online, was seen shortly after arrival, and received a diagnosis and treatment plan quickly. I will definitely access this urgent care, when needed, in the future

The staff was Kind, Understanding and Efficient it was a pleasant experience through an unpleasant time of being unwell. I was a first time patient and I experienced a very quick registering process and was seen right away. Have the right documents such as ID and insurance card pictures to be loaded up to register.

I’m so glad I went here, I won’t go into details but everyone here was patient and kind and helped alleviate a lot of anxiety due to the pain I was in and they did run some test on site which also really helped put my mind at ease That was my first Time going but my roommate has gone a few Times and speaks highly of this place Really happy I went, thank you all for your help

This place is great! I was able to make an appointment the day I wanted to go and at the time I wanted to go. There wasn't anyone in the waiting room upon arrival so I got right in. Very nice staff. Would highly recommend. Took my 7 year old and they were great with her.

Priority Urgent Care was helpful yesterday in assisting me with my same day flu and COVID-19 tests. Morgan and Steve were great to have as staff! Morgan was very polite and friendly and Steve was very professional. I was out after about 30-45 mins. I highly recommend this urgent care center if you are around the Bristol/Plainville, CT area. Scheduled an early morning appointment the day of and they were able to check me in quickly with hardly any wait in the waiting room. Everyone was very nice and the PA, Kate, is one of the best PAs I've had an appointment with. She listened and was easy to talk to. She explained everything well to me, especially given that I am still nursing, and I feel confident with the next steps she gave me to recovery.

I had a great experience visiting my neighborhood Urgent Care Facility. I arrived on a Holiday Weekend and even though the staff stated it had been a very busy day , I was seen quickly and efficiently. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I scheduled an appointment at the last minute after having a worsening earache for a few days. I was able to get in right away, without a wait, and get the treatment I needed in less than an hour. It is also conveniently located near a CVS, I had to get an over the counter medication and just ran over there after my appointment.

Went in for a laceration to my finger and Katie did a great job cleaning and stitching me up. The online registration process could be a little better. It asks redundant questions and the insurance card and ID uploas part didn't work well. The patient care aspect went very well.

I was extremely nervous walking into this walk in that I’ve never been to before especially with chest pain but the doctor was more than understanding and nurturing. He went beyond his expertise to make me as comfortable as possible and that’s not something you experience every day. This was one of the best nerve wracking experiences I’ve had.

Chronic Sinusitis person. I went there before and was very pleased. I made an appointment the night before. Staff was very friendly and the PA who saw me was kind and understanding. My needs were met 100%. I’d suggest this urgent care for local residents.

The staff at Priority Urgent Care was great! My pediatrician wasn't available for a sick visit today. I conveniently scheduled my appointment online and came in a little early. All the staff from the front desk to the pediatrician that cared for us went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They got us in right away and my daughter is on the way to feeling better. Thank you! I would recommend this urgent care and I'll be back if my pediatrician is not available.

I visited Priority Urgent Care for sinus congestion and ear pain. It was easy to make an appointment online. I completed the registration paperwork online. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait and was taken to the examining room. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The provider took her time explaining my condition and answering my questions. I was in and out within a half hour. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care in Unionville.

I needed a DOT Physical ASAP and found Priority Urgent Care in an online search. I must say, the whole experience was awesome. Wow, they dispel the current thinking about walk-in medical facilities. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The people were kind, efficient and thorough.

Treated me very well very friendly staff and I was in and out in less than half hour would definitely recommend going here Doctor was very kind and even gave me a prescription for my blood pressure without me asking that’s how much he cared

Came in with second degree burns. Blistering pretty bad. Received superior treatment. Antibiotics orally. Tetanus shot. Wrapped the burn with ointment. Check in easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall care a 10. I would recommend to anyone that needs medical treatment here.
