Very clean facility and welcoming environment. They can be busy but are very nice despite a potentially stressful environment. You can definitely tell their team has a professional standard to uphold. Love it!

The nurse and PA that worked with me and my son were amazing! They were friendly and kind, despite that we waited in line with 30 people before us. They didn’t get a break and we had waited 2.5 hours. They were still just as energetic and patient as if we were the first of their day. Amazing!

Friendly staff and doctors. Can get extremely busy but great place to go when you need to get in quick for something.

The staff was incredibly nice. The were extremely helpful The entire time we were there. I'm sure they're working hard during the pandemic but they really couldn't have been any better.

Very nice experience, me and my husband scheduled our test online, we got there the nurse was very nice and informative, we were there for less than 5 minutes!

With a previously scheduled appointment, getting a vaccine shot was a breeze for me and my son. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was seen right away and although they were very busy I got Covid test, and check up I didn't expect and Dr spent and answered my questions.

I needed a same-day rapid PCR test. There were no more appointments available, but I was able to walk in and get on their waiting list. The Solv app, on which you enter all of your info and complete your forms, was very easy and effective. The app also gave me a real-time update on my spot in line, so I could wander off for a while if I needed to. Granted I waited a couple of hours, but I didn’t have an appointment for a procedure that’s in high demand, so that’s to be expected. When I reached the front of the virtual queue, Urgent Care texted me to tell me to head back in. The test was quick and I had the results in 15-20 minutes. Everybody was nice and helpful. Seamless, great experience.
