Had an excellent experience with this team. Lost the weight as they described and took the responsibility to eat as per the rules to get the expected results. After the passing of my mother, I fell into old/bad habits and subsequently felt horrible. I needed a plan to get back on track with diet and exercise. Michele and the rest of the staff at Inshape Medical helped me find a plan that was perfect for my needs. I was able to reach my goals in record time! I loved the education, encouragement and constant support that I received throughout my journey. The staff was always professional, kind and courteousand they me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be using them in the future for other services!!

The team at InShape Medical is the best! I came in overweight and feeling like I was out of options. I walked into the clinic and spoke with Cynthia. Mrs. Cynthia made sure to keep me informed throughout my journey. She gave me knowledgeable handouts about food choices, diet, and exercise and what I needed to do to be successful. She made sure I received information every time I came for my visits. I now see a clear path to my weight loss goal and feel adequately equipped to manage my weight when I am no longer in the program. I am so thankful to her, to Michell, and the InShape Medical team. I have been receiving testosterone treatments for over a year. They have changed my life. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Their process is very thorough. Regular checkups and blood work ensure your treatment is safe and successful.

I had my consultation for weight loss in Feb 2022 and decided on the Metabolic Reset Program. After 2.5 months into the program I know I chose the right program for me and I am thrilled with my weight loss progress. I have struggled with weight loss since reaching menopause, even if I ate heathy and did not overeat. This regime kick started my metabolism, I'm consistently losing weight and No hunger pains or feelings of deprivation. I am following the diet recommendations and eating lean proteins and a balanced diet, as well as following any feedback I get from my counseling sessions. When you join this program you will have support, resources, menus, diet plans, check ins and nutritional counseling. This means you will learn the tools to a healthy diet and nutrition so that you can maintain your weight loss. Highly recommend. Denny and Cynthia have been terrific.

I met with Michele. She explained my options and I chose to do the HCG program--and the results have been fantastic! 40 days of restricted food options seemed like it would be hard and while it wasn't easy at first, it was absolutely worth it. I've been on numerous diets before and this is nothing like those; this is guidance on eating healthier for life and changing the way you think about food. The whole staff is always encouraging and supportive and answer all my questions. I've lost more weight than my goal and feel better than I have in a long time. Thank you everyone at InShape Medical!

Decided to do the HCG program to lose the weight I gained after I quit smoking. The staff is amazing here and super positive & professional! I met with Denny once a week and he answered any questions I had and made sure I was on track for success. The entire staff, assistants & PA were great! After 40 days I couldn't believe how much I was able to lose and honestly how easy it was! It's now 6 weeks after the program and I'm still losing weight. It definitely resets your metabolism and you will make changes that will be easy to stick with afterwards. I've never felt better and would definitely recommend the program to anyone! Very happy!!

A few years ago I lost nearly 30 lbs after completing a 60 day plan. A month after the plan i was down another 7 lbs. I stayed around that weight for about 2 1/2 years eating the kinds of food that were recommended during the 3rd phase of the diet and along with regular exercise. My run times were better in my late 30s than they were in my late 20s. I moved for work and fell off the life plan for about a year. I started the plan again and got back to where I was before. Any question I had Denny and Michele were able to answer and were very supportive along the way. I am much more knowledgeable about the right kinds of foods and natural supplements that my body needs to stay healthy.

Have had great success at inshape medical. Lost 42 pounds on one round of the HCG diet .Have been doing it without having to have to come in due to work restrictions. Mr Owens returns calls promptly and makes sure you are accountable. Positive people with positive results. This program works!!!!

This is legit a hidden gem in the weight loss industry. The staff here is great, super friendly, and will make you feel right at home. Michelle is very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. The process starts with a consultation, a blood test to make sure you are healthy and a good candidate for the program, and then a 30 minute appointment with Michelle outlining the do's and don'ts of this program. I absolutely loved the process and recommend it for anyone who is trying to lose any type of weight. There are 30 day programs and I believe some up to 90 days. You do what works best for you. So here is my story. I work our regularly and eat healthy and I was able to lose 12 pounds on this program, in less than a month!! Seriously, If you follow it, the weight will come right off. I've also had the opportunity to talk to others in the waiting room while waiting for their appointment and they loved it too! Trust me, I can't brag about this place enough. This program will help you develop healthier eating habits and you'll have the staffs support every step of the way. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this business and what this team does to help people with their health and fitness! Michelle and Denny and Crystal have become my family.... no kidding. If weight loss and looking and feeling great is your goal, this is the place to be. I get all of my peels and microdermabrasion abrasions here. I swear I look 10 years younger and feel better than I have in years. Go see these folks and let them help!

InShape Medical staff is exceptionally knowledgeable plus they offer so much more than just weight loss! They are all about getting and maintaining your best health and assisting you with feeling good about yourself inside and outside. April is absolutely the best esthetician I have ever been lucky enough to help me with my skin, and Christine is extremely knowledgeable in advising her patient (s) on how to get healthy at any age. My hormones were so off before I was under her care that I was in pain with arthritis. Now, only a month of following her advice, I feel healthy again. April did a dermabrasion treatment which made my skin look and feel years younger. Lab technicians and staff are all warm and set a relaxed tone to my experience.

The team at In Shape are all so kind, helpful and encouraging. They are always welcoming you with a smile and so very professional. I am there for weight loss and could not be happier with the assistance, guidance and overall new way at looking at meal choices for a healthier me. I'm a 66 yo male and I get testosterone pellets semiannual at In Shape Medical. This makes a huge difference in my quality of life. Last night I had pellets placed and it was the most comfortable placement I have ever had. The owners, the PA and the staff are all great. In Shape Medical is the third place I have gone for Hormone Replacement and by far the best.

Tomorrow is my last day on the 40 day Countdown HCG Diet! In that 40 days I have lost 27 lbs and 2 pants sizes!! This medical weight loss program was healthy eating, effortless and I NEVER felt hungry. The entire staff at Inshape Medical is AWESOME! Entirely supportive, non-judgemental, efficient and friendly! I wish I could post my before/after pics on here. The program here completely changed my life. I lost 26 pounds with their guidance, and went on to lose 34 more on my own with the lessons I learned. I have kept 60 pounds off for nearly 6 months at this point, maintaining a much healthier me. My relationship with food is so much better. I'm very happy with my experience.

InShape Apex completely changed my life. First of all, the staff is SO kind, you are treated like family from day one. They are so knowledgeable about every step of the process, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. I had tried countless diets and programs before with no lasting success. InShape was able to not only explain why they didn't work, but throughout the process we were able to identify what triggers certain reactions from my body and develop a plan for the future. It has been 3 months since I started my journey with them, and I have been able to not only maintain my 30+ pound weight loss, but continue to improve my overall health and wellness. I was skeptic at first about the program. I did not believe I could lose any weight or change my new found health issues. I was menopausing, hot flashes, gaining weight, diabetic, bad LDL, blood pressure was elevating. I met with Michelle and her staff. They explain the program to me and was very encouraging during my 40 days. I went from 212 pounds to 182. Today, my A1C number is 5.8. Total Cholesterol is 188. I am more mindful of what I put in my mouth. The whole staff at In Shape Apex is amazing. I highly recommend Michelle and her staff to anyone needing to change their eating habits. I'm so grateful I found In Shape Apex. I am living a more healthy life.

I learnt about InShape Apex from a urgent care clinic I had visited few months ago when I was sick. I am so thankful to the doctor who referred me to the InShape Apex clinic. It is a life changing experience for me and I feel very fortunate to know about this clinic and the program. I have struggled with weight loss for a long time. The regular diet and exercise didn't yield me much result. I was tired of going to the gym, dieting and still not losing enough wait. I am a Vegan and started the HCG weight loss program at 156 lbs and now weigh 133 lbs. I've lost a total of 23 lbs in 40 days. I cannot still believe myself when I see my BEFORE/AFTER photos. There is no way I could have achieved such great results in such a short period of time. Also, I did not experience any side effects. I felt very energetic during this program. I think its a great program for anyone who is determined to lose weight and follow the guidelines to maintain the lost weight. Everyone in the staff is exceptionally great at their service. They all took a lot of interest in me as a person and my well being. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely patient with my numerous questions. Every week I went there, I got great advise and support on achieving success. Michelle, Dennis, Renee, Shelly, Lauren, all are such lovely people. They made me feel very comfortable. InShapeMD is the best place to lose weight fast. I lost 40 lbs of fat in 40 days. My blood pressue went from 146/66 to 105/60 (average). My body fat percentage went from 32 to 21. The staff was always available to answer any questions. It can be tough at times, but it's easier, faster, and more educational than any other program I've seen. One of the best things is that you actually learn how and what to eat. I was on nutrisystem and lost weight, but after eating microwave meals and snack cakes I didn't know what to do after the program was over so I gained more weight back than I lost. With the program at InShapeMD, I developed a habit of making my meals from whole foods and planning what I was going to eat in advance. I couldn't imagine going back to fast or processed food. After phase1, my metabolism was through the roof. I literally struggle now to eat enough food to maintain my current weight. I eat until I'm full 5-6 times a day but the weight keeps falling off. Over Thanksgiving, we celebrated on both Wednesday and Thursday. I even had a piece of pie and a brownie both days and still lost 1.5 pounds that week! Of course I can't eat like that regularly, but now I know how to manage my caloric intake with diet and exercise to achieve a balance. InShapeMD is a life changing experience.

This is well worth the money you'll spend! It's doable, it works and you see results daily. What I like best is that I feel amazing and can easily maintain my new self! I did one round last summer and kept off the weight! I decided to do another round late this spring to take even more weight off and am happy as can be. I highly recommend In Shape.... It's a place that will help YOU do something for YOURSELF and feel great! I wish I would have done this years ago!

Bottom Line: My Criteria for a great weight loss program? Great weight loss! This program exceeded my expectations. I lost 30 lbs. in 5 weeks and have maintained it for over 2 months so far..... At first it was a Groupon that led me to InShape. B12 shots at a discounted price...I'd give it a try. I figured I'd sit stoically through the hard sell 'weight loss consultation' included in the price and wouldn't be swayed. Of course, I wasn't opposed to losing weight, I've just tried too many miracle diets. The hard sell didn't happen. Instead, Michelle presented the available services in what I've come to know as her genuinely enthusiastic - no pressure manner. I took the info; did my own independent research; recruited a friend to join me; and took the plunge. I've already shared the outcome but in addition, the program provides; * Access and Support - As a perfectionist, I approached this with a neurotic optimism. InShape staff were available and responsive to any questions I had. I would call or e-mail at any time and be assured a timely response that greatly diffused my anxiety. * Behavior Modification - On the countdown program I learned a lot about my body, it's response to food and most importantly, what my ideal calorie count looks like in real food. Overall, I wouldn't say the program is easy. It takes discipline. But InShape gave me all the tools I needed to pull it off. I had resigned myself to the belief that as a woman over 40, I was destined to stay at my undesired weight - nothing I tried worked. Now all of my clothes are too big. It's a nice problem to have!

I have been visiting this clinic for a few months now and really appreciate their professionalism, knowledge of their products and the staff's willingness to customize my wellness plans according to my individual needs. The success I have seen has been great! My schedule can be hectic but they have done an awesome job accommodating my needs. Its very clear their goals are to improve the health and wellness of men and women. Defintely check them out!

The staff at InShape MD is great. Sarah is warm and friendly and Michelle is there to rally you on with your weight loss. Upon arrival they will help you determine which program best fits you and will guide you during the process. I loved this clinic! From my very first informational meeting to loosing 54 pounds, this staff stayed upbeat and positive. Michelle always had answers to all of my questions and gave me little tips to help me through the tougher days. This diet was my last shot before I started looking into surgery. I was on every diet you can think of and nothing worked. BUT THIS WORKS! AND I WAS NEVER HUNGRY!! I completed two rounds of HCG and I am signed up for a third to start in Jan. I AM A NURSE and I did some research into this diet. 500 calories is not a lot at all, but you need to send you body into starvation mode for the HCG to be triggered. Once triggered the HCG starts breaking down your fat cells. It releases anywhere from 1500-4000 calories a day. Those are the calories you burning!!!!! YOU BURN THROUGH YOUR FAT!!!!!!. Your cells release electrolytes and keep you from having imbalances. The B12 helps to prevent anemia and gives you an energy boost. THIS DIET WORKS! I have kept the weight off for two months now. I have more energy and I feel better about myself. I am half way to my 100 pound goal. I have referred three friends here and all have had great success. The staff wants nothing but success for you. You have nothing to loss but the weight. Try it!!!!
