Corinna is amazing!! Not only do I feel very comfortable talking to her. I don't feel like I am just a number. She's non-judgmental, compassionate, and most importantly SHE LISTENS to what I have to say!! Furthermore, she is all hands on deck, passionate about helping people with their mental health. Again, she LISTENS!! With my experience with here thus far, she takes what you tell her and with you (together) with her medical expertise and forms a customized healthcare plan that fits YOU! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Donner has saved my life since I’ve been a patient with her. She is the number 1, (in my opinion) NP, for psychiatric care, she listens attentively and cares genuinely for each patient she sees. I HIGHLY recommend her to children, teenagers, and any age of adults!!!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Donner. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her. She's easy to talk with, knowledgeable and a kind and compassionate woman. Update: She is now seeing my teenage children, and she is absolutely great with them. I'm greatful for her care.

From the min I walk in to the min I walk out everyone is so helpful and caring. I had a very hard passed year and Corrina Donner the psychologist help me so much and I’m finally happy and living my life again. The NP Johanna and medical staff are all caring and very helpful. If looking for a primary or even psychology I recommend Niagara Falls Primary Care. They even have Urgent care hours

I have been Dr som for 8 years now .I was so sick yesterday I called at 9 they got me in to see JOHNNA who I usually see when I go to my appointments ..she's the best very professional very accurate. The staff there is great! Johnna was wonderful. She took time and listened to my concerns. She educated me and explained how to maintain good health. Linda and Sarah were amazing. They worked together as a team and always give great care to each and every patient. Very personable and welcoming. This office is definitely person-centered. Thank you!

In my opinion, of urgent care orniagara falls urgent care. I see doctor Doctor Coleman, she's a great doctor I've never had a doctor that sits down and spends their time with you. So no matter what your needs are, she listens and you can just feel the sincerity of heard a voice of her opinions on that. She gives you and she's. I think she's a great doctor. I'm glad I was introduced to Doctor Coleman, she's a good doctor and I'm glad that she's gonna be my doctor for the rest of my life. Because I don't want to have somebody who lessence. Would be 5 stars but to get an initial appointment was not smooth as there was a delay in them getting my information I filled out before appointment so appointment was made but couldn’t be seen because they didn’t get it and redoing the information in the office was not an option other then that they did reach out apologize and rescheduled me I seen J. Coleman She Was Very Nice & Helped With Making Other Appointment References I Needed And The Lady That Comes In To Check On You Before The Doctor Was Also Great Made Me Feel Comfortable For My First Visit With My Bad Anxiety

Everyone there is kind and very helpful. I finally feel like I'm in good hands with Niagra Primary Care as my PCP. My last PCP want medical was impossible to make an appointment or for them to even know what your talking about. I needed a letter from my way medical so I could get prescribed the meds that ended up saving my life but they kept telling me there's no reason they need it and they actually do that at there office for 1k a month and I could start 2day, while refusing a note to a Dr that did it for free. I ended up getting help from Dr Herman for pretty cheap. Well he passed away and Dr Som took over his practice and I've been clean off iv heroin since Oct 17th thanks to them both. Now having them as my PCP they sent me for well over due blood work and sat down and went over it with me. Besides iron deficiency I'm fine and can sleep better knowing that and if I needed them for anything they will help me. Highly recommend. Ppl can ask questions

Dr. Som and team are my primary care providers and as my original primary retired, I was nervous seeing someone new after 30+yrs. Had an issue initially but was resolved. I really like having the option to use an app to make appointments, get reminders, and records. The staff are very friendly and the doctor made me feel comfortable and felt like she wasn't trying to rush through the appointment like my previous doctor.

Worst intake experience ever. I made an intake appointment for a new doctor somehow the computer made the appointment for the day I was making the appointment for the following Monday. They charged me a no show fee when It clearly was a mistake. I was messaging them all day asking questions when I supposedly was supposed to be there. If i was supposed to be there but we were talking they didn't think to say hey you missed your appointment today the day you contacted us for new patient. Makes no sense. They refused to wave the fee over a computer error. If that's how you treat someone trying to be a new patient I can't imagine how they treat their current patients. Nope never. I'll keep looking and leave that $30 no show fee for collections bye.

Recently had a Covid rapid test. The staff is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. In 10 minutes I had my results which was negative. Yes you pay but that should the least of your problems when you want help quickly.

Took my elderly neighbor here at 8pm on a Saturday night. She was seen immediately by the kind office staff and given the utmost care by the doctor. The doctor was extremely tentative and treated her with exactly what she needed. Would highly recommend this office!!!
