In my opinion, of urgent care orniagara falls urgent care. I see doctor Doctor Coleman, she's a great doctor I've never had a doctor that sits down and spends their time with you. So no matter what your needs are, she listens and you can just feel the sincerity of heard a voice of her opinions on that. She gives you and she's. I think she's a great doctor. I'm glad I was introduced to Doctor Coleman, she's a good doctor and I'm glad that she's gonna be my doctor for the rest of my life. Because I don't want to have somebody who lessence. Would be 5 stars but to get an initial appointment was not smooth as there was a delay in them getting my information I filled out before appointment so appointment was made but couldn't be seen because they didn't get it and redoing the information in the office was not an option other then that they did reach out apologize and rescheduled me I seen J. Everyone there is kind and very helpful. I finally feel like I'm in good hands with Niagra Primary Care as my PCP. My last PCP want medical was impossible to make an appointment or for them to even know what your talking about. I needed a letter from my way medical so I could get prescribed the meds that ended up saving my life but they kept telling me there's no reason they need it and they actually do that at there office for 1k a month and I could start 2day, while refusing a note to a Dr that did it for free. I ended up getting help from Dr Herman for pretty cheap. Well he passed away and Dr Som took over his practice and I've been clean off iv heroin since Oct 17th thanks to them both. Now having them as my PCP they sent me for well over due blood work and sat down and went over it with me. Besides iron deficiency I'm fine and can sleep better knowing that and if I needed them for anything they will help me. Highly recommend. Ppl can ask questions

Had an issue initially but was resolved. I really like having the option to use an app to make appointments, get reminders, and records. The staff are very friendly and the doctor made me feel comfortable and felt like she wasn't trying to rush through the appointment like my previous doctor.

Recently had a Covid rapid test. The staff is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. In 10 minutes I had my results which was negative. Yes you pay but that should the least of your problems when you want help quickly.

Was seen today.by Debbie B, she was amazing. The office was absolutely packed it was a long wait BUT it was worth every second. Staff was all incredibly friendly and Debbie took the time to listen. Prior to this I was at another place for the same issue and they put me on a different medication which I showed her and that's exactly why it is back again I was never put on the correct script. After just one dose of the antibiotic she gave me I feel a million times better!!!!! it's amazing when you find someone who knows what they are doing. If I am ever in need of an urgent care place again I will definitely be back to see Debbie.

This is an incredible urgent care. I took my 3 year old here on Saturday after not feeling confident in her pediatricians diagnosis since they have been dismissing my concern for the 7 weeks she has been sick. The staff is incredible here. Dr. Debbie was so good with her and made her feel comfortable. It took all of 20 minutes for her to diagnose. She was diagnosed with double ear infections and a respiratory infection that her pediatrician missed. She explained very thourogly and what each thing she was prescribing was going to do. She is feeling much better today but I did call to verify dosage and when I called I got to speak to the male doctor who was so so personable and made sure I understood everything he was saying without making me feel like I was inferior to him which I find with her ped. I will always recommend this urgent Care and I wish they took children at the primary care!

I recently visited your location on Military Rd. in Niagara Falls. I was seen quickly after I signed in. The staff and the PA were very professional and attentive to my situation. I was in and out in about 50 min time. I would have no issues with recommendations and I would rerurn again if I ever need too.

Urgent Care NF was very effient, and friendly. They really listen to what you have to say and cover all aspects so you leave feeling content. They discuss their actions so you don't feel embarrassed. Before you leave it is explained what you must do to get well.

Took my elderly neighbor here at 8pm on a Saturday night. She was seen immediately by the kind office staff and given the utmost care by the doctor. The doctor was extremely tentative and treated her with exactly what she needed. Would highly recommend this office!!!

I went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care at 8:30 pm on Saturday night. I knew I had an ear infection and just needed ear drops. I was in and out quickly by the time I got to Walgreens on Sheridan my script was ready and was able to get out of pain quickly. They were professional with me even though they were about to close. I was very happy there. Their staff is very friendly.

Dr. Som and his staff are very friendly, punctual, efficient, and thorough. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes both on the urgent care side and primary care. As a medical professional, I am probably a little judgy about treatment. I am 100% confident in the care I receive from Dr. Som and his entire staff.

I took my 9 year old daughter there she cut her thumb open had to get 4 stitches they were great with her and this was her first set of stitches I have also had my 2 older daughters there in the past nothing but kind people and they work pretty fast

My primary care physician was not available and I had developed an upper respiratory condition. I had visited a larger urgent care facility a week earlier, and had not received adequate care. I was in need of care today, so I visited Niagara Falls Urgent Care. There was a Medical Doctor on duty as well as an excellent Physicians Assistant, Debra. I was very impressed and received the care needed, which I did not receive from the large urgent care with multiple offices. Niagara Falls Urgent Care is locally owned and operated, and should be supported.

I went here on a Saturday night June 1 as it was late and all others were closed or closing at 8pm. They were open till 9pm and got me in right away for a tetanus shot due to a rusty nail. The Dr explained and the receptionist did too all that was going to happen. My insurance company sucks so I paid out of pocket but better then dying. In and out and nice and clean too..

I was attending a conference and got sick. I looked for an urgent care and saw many with poor reviews. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Paper work was minimal. The nurse was sweet and professional. The doctor saw me quickly and proscribed antibiotics. I picked them up down the road and I was back in my hotel room in under two hours. Thank you

Dr.Som is an excellent knowledgeable doctor. He will treat you with respect and explain everything to you so you understand your diagnosis. My husband has been treated by Dr.Som and we both highly recommend him. My husband is a primary care patient of his and soon I will be too!!. I have never had a primary doctor be so thorough and take their time.

Dr.Som is a great and honest doctor. After going to the emergency room spending over 4 hours there they sent me home with no diagnosis and told me to take motrin. When I arrived at The hospital I could not walk and was in extreme pain. Decided the next day to go to NF urgent care. Dr Som spent quality time with me sent me for an MRI did xrays and I am well on my way to the road of recovery. He is thorough, professional and a friendly doctor. I an now enrolled in his practice for primary care and I know I am in good hands. Highly recommend Dr.Som and staff!!

Went here for an emergency. Thought I'd lose most of my skin on the back of my arm. Dr. Som saved it and did a great job! Great surgeon and doctor! I highly recommend this facility and doctor for not only emergencies, but also for your family health needs.

On 4/11/19 went to urgent care .I was impressed how friendly and helpful that the staff were ,especially for being first time there.it was exceptionally clean.i was also treated in timely manner by PA Debra Buscaglia.Who I was very much impressed how thourough and professional but also friendly she is.would definitely go there again if I have any other health issues

I went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care within minutes of being sent home sick from work. Anxious to figure out what was going on with my body. Soon as I entered the Medical Assist was so friendly and welcoming . They got me to the back almost right away. Quickly checking my vitals and letting me know the doctor would right in, and by the way the doctor was great , her name was Debra . Determined I had the flu and a ear infection. Sent the prescriptions in and gave me documentation for my job who stated I could not return without documentation. I spent a maximum of 25 minutes in there. Overall wonderful experience, I consider that to be great service. I would go back 10 more times !

We went to Niagara Falls Urgent Care this week. We were very sick with respiratory symptoms and weren't able to access treatment through our primary doctor. We went in without an appointment (although you can make appointments by phone and online) and were seen quickly, assessed and treated very well. Dr. Som and his team are providing quality care in Niagara Falls. He also runs a private practice next door. We were very pleased with the service we received. We will be back.

I was at my primary waiting to see a doctor to simply get a script for some steroids as I had poison ivy where it shouldn't be. I have a rule, if I have an appointment and wait longer than 30min I ask to be seen and if I am not I leave. So I left and I stopped at this Urgent care. I had to get my children from day care and only had 20min left to leave to get them on time. They had me in, our with a script in 15. Thank you! No need for primary anymore!

This was my first visit and it went extremely well! I was in and out of there within an hour! The clinic was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was treated by Tanvir, one of the nurse practitioners who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feeling better now -glad I stopped in!

I went in for a simple cat bite at 8pm, an hour before they closed. I had a rough reaction to an antibiotic shot (completely normal for me) and JoAnne and the other staff were SO incredibly caring and helpful through it all. JoAnne called me this morning to even check on me. I'd come here before any other urgent care in the future...hopefully I just won't need any urgent care in the near future haha.

5 stars for this urgent care!! They keep the place so nice and clean, and get you in and out quicker than anywhere else. There is a cute little therapy dog named Sammy who is so sweet and calm. There is also a Keurig in the waiting area Yum
