From the min I walk in to the min I walk out everyone is so helpful and caring. I had a very hard passed year and Corrina Donner the psychologist help me so much and I’m finally happy and living my life again. The NP Johanna and medical staff are all caring and very helpful. If looking for a primary or even psychology I recommend Niagara Falls Primary Care. They even have Urgent care hours

I have been Dr som for 8 years now .I was so sick yesterday I called at 9 they got me in to see JOHNNA who I usually see when I go to my appointments ..she's the best very professional very accurate. The staff there is great! Johnna was wonderful. She took time and listened to my concerns. She educated me and explained how to maintain good health. Linda and Sarah were amazing. In my opinion, of urgent care orniagara falls urgent care. I see doctor Doctor Coleman, she's a great doctor I've never had a doctor that sits down and spends their time with you. So no matter what your needs are, she listens and you can just feel the sincerity of heard a voice of her opinions on that. She gives you and she's. I think she's a great doctor. I'm glad I was introduced to Doctor Coleman, she's a good doctor and I'm glad that she's gonna be my doctor for the rest of my life. Because I don't want to have somebody who lessence. Would be 5 stars but to get an initial appointment was not smooth as there was a delay in them getting my information I filled out before appointment so appointment was made but couldn’t be seen because they didn’t get it and redoing the information in the office was not an option other then that they did reach out apologize and rescheduled me I seen J. Coleman She Was Very Nice & Helped With Making Other Appointment References I Needed And The Lady That Comes In To Check On You Before The Doctor Was Also Great Made Me Feel Comfortable For My First Visit With My Bad Anxiety

Everyone there is kind and very helpful. I finally feel like I'm in good hands with Niagra Primary Care as my PCP. My last PCP want medical was impossible to make an appointment or for them to even know what your talking about. I needed a letter from my way medical so I could get prescribed the meds that ended up saving my life but they kept telling me there's no reason they need it and they actually do that at there office for 1k a month and I could start 2day, while refusing a note to a Dr that did it for free. I ended up getting help from Dr Herman for pretty cheap. Well he passed away and Dr Som took over his practice and I've been clean off iv heroin since Oct 17th thanks to them both. Now having them as my PCP they sent me for well over due blood work and sat down and went over it with me. Besides iron deficiency I'm fine and can sleep better knowing that and if I needed them for anything they will help me. Highly recommend. Ppl can ask questions

Dr. Som and team are my primary care providers and as my original primary retired, I was nervous seeing someone new after 30+yrs. Worst intake experience ever. I made an intake appointment for a new doctor somehow the computer made the appointment for the day I was making the appointment for the following Monday. They charged me a no show fee when It clearly was a mistake. I was messaging them all day asking questions when I supposedly was supposed to be there. If i was supposed to be there but we were talking they didn't think to say hey you missed your appointment today the day you contacted us for new patient. Makes no sense. They refused to wave the fee over a computer error. If that's how you treat someone trying to be a new patient I can't imagine how they treat their current patients. Nope never. I'll keep looking and leave that $30 no show fee for collections bye.

Had an issue initially but was resolved. I really like having the option to use an app to make appointments, get reminders, and records. The staff are very friendly and the doctor made me feel comfortable and felt like she wasn't trying to rush through the appointment like my previous doctor.

Recently had a Covid rapid test. The staff is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. In 10 minutes I had my results which was negative. Yes you pay but that should the least of your problems when you want help quickly.

Was seen today.by Debbie B, she was amazing. The office was absolutely packed it was a long wait BUT it was worth every second. Staff was all incredibly friendly and Debbie took the time to listen. Prior to this I was at another place for the same issue and they put me on a different medication which I showed her and that's exactly why it is back again I was never put on the correct script. After just one dose of the antibiotic she gave me I feel a million times better!!!!! it's amazing when you find someone who knows what they are doing. If I am ever in need of an urgent care place again I will definitely be back to see Debbie.

This is an incredible urgent care. I took my 3 year old here on Saturday after not feeling confident in her pediatricians diagnosis since they have been dismissing my concern for the 7 weeks she has been sick. The staff is incredible here. Dr. Debbie was so good with her and made her feel comfortable. It took all of 20 minutes for her to diagnose. She was diagnosed with double ear infections and a respiratory infection that her pediatrician missed. She explained very thourogly and what each thing she was prescribing was going to do. She is feeling much better today but I did call to verify dosage and when I called I got to speak to the male doctor who was so so personable and made sure I understood everything he was saying without making me feel like I was inferior to him which I find with her ped. I will always recommend this urgent Care and I wish they took children at the primary care!

I recently visited your location on Military Rd. in Niagara Falls. I was seen quickly after I signed in. The staff and the PA were very professional and attentive to my situation. I was in and out in about 50 min time. I would have no issues with recommendations and I would rerurn again if I ever need too.

Took my elderly neighbor here at 8pm on a Saturday night. She was seen immediately by the kind office staff and given the utmost care by the doctor. The doctor was extremely tentative and treated her with exactly what she needed. Would highly recommend this office!!!

I was at my primary waiting to see a doctor to simply get a script for some steroids as I had poison ivy where it shouldn’t be. I have a rule, if I have an appointment and wait longer than 30min I ask to be seen and if I am not I leave. So I left and I stopped at this Urgent care. I had to get my children from day care and only had 20min left to leave to get them on time. They had me in, our with a script in 15. Thank you! No need for primary anymore!

Office staff very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Doctor took the time to explain diagnosis and what she recommended and why. I was in and out within 30 minutes plus the office was very clean .

Amazing, professsional and polite staff. Efficient care for children, adults and seniors. We are new to the area and they have treated us with courtesy and respect each visit. 5 stars for this urgent care!! They keep the place so nice and clean, and get you in and out quicker than anywhere else. There is a cute little therapy dog named Sammy who is so sweet and calm. There is also a Keurig in the waiting area ?????? Yum

Great place to go. Got there at 9:30 at night and everyone was very professional. You new they wanted to go home but the took care of me and my family. Prescriptions were ready the next day at the pharmacy. New, clean, and excellent staff. Thanks for saving our vacation
