I have been a patient of Dr. Belvin for more than 5 years. He takes the time to listen and help find possible solutions for my chronic pain, including my migraines and neck. My quality of daily life has improved since I started seeing him. I have had a couple in office procedures, which always go smoothly and have helped so much. From trigger points, facet injections to a nerve ablation, Dr. Belvin is so knowledgeable and tries different things to help with pain and better my life. His office staff is amazing. They know me when I walk in or call. They ask about my son each visit. I feel so comfortable with them. If you have chronic pain I highly recommend American Pain and Wellness.

The entire group of doctors at American pain and wellness are fantastic!! The most caring and informative group of pain management doctors out there!! I highly recommend this group! They genuinely care!!!

If you ever need a therapeutic massage Amanda is the one! She is very detailed in gathering information about the areas that are causing the most pain and works in those. Then once that get works on then the rest of the massage is great! REMEMBER-regular massages have many, many benefits!

Incredible Doctor and staff. I can't stress this enough. I've been under Dr Steven Remer's care for 6 years now after undergoing 10 surgeries in the past 10 years including bilateral knee replacements. He was the only reason I was finally pointed to the correct specialists and diagnosed properly with Rheumatoid Arthritis to begin my path of healing and receiving the right biologics and treatments. This office is very sympathetic to chronic pain sufferers and holistically treats their patients in managing their pain with an internal physical therapy staff including a massage therapist and chiropractor in addition to prescription and treatment plans if needed. Dr Remer is highly skilled in various noninvasive injections (not just "steroid shots" but procedures such as Rhizotomies and ESI's), and this has been a key component in managing my pain over the years. He's super friendly and always carries a smile for you to brighten even your worst days. If you choose American Pain and Wellness, it'll be the best thing you ever do. Your quality of life will thank you.
