Very professional and clean environment. Both walk in visits were timely and seen within an hour. Definitely a much more viable urgent care option than Kaiser/Sharp.

Was suffering from strep throat. Worst few days of my life. Would like to give a shout out to PA-C Woodfolk for her caring and understanding to my feelings. She was totally compassionate towards me and that's what people need when they are not feeling well. She prescribed me some antibiotics and within 8hrs I noticed some improvement. Will be my go to Urgent Care moving forward.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, polite, professional. I got seen within an hour. The whole staff were Awesome. The Dr l saw Ms Joan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was Amazing. . For now on this is my Urgent Care office.

Definitely recommend this place the x-ray guy is awesome! The nurses are very responsive and care about your well being. The doctor did an amazing job, she assessed the situation and was very caring and thorough. Thank you for the excellent experience!

I was sick almost a week but after I saw the doctor she was nice , kind with good behavior. Very happy with the service I received. Had to wait for a while, but I did not make an appointment but waited with a friend They texted me and called me when it was my turn so the wait went by quickly. Right now I'm good and healthy and will recommend to everyone

Gals at the desk were very courteous and kept a good attitude. Very friendly and upbeat! Doctor was very reassuring and informative. She explained her diagnosis and told me what the treatment plans were for my situation. I felt listened to and really appreciated the care I received.

The young ladies at the desk were pleasant and caring and helpful. My PA was also! She was attentive and thorough. She was also open to address my particular needs and to be flexible. I am thankful for the care I received and that I saw others receiving.

Very happy with the service I received. Had to wait for a while, but I did not make an appointment but waited in the car and read a book. They texted me when it was my turn so the wait went by quickly. I was well taken care of and will recommend to everyone.

Fast service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, and my nurse and PA were top notch. I am just visiting town and did not know the best place for me to go. I choose this urgent care off of google, I have no regrets. Well done east county urgent care, and thanks again

This Urgent Care was friendly and fast. Dr. Ghazi gave initial phone visit. It was refreshing to speak with a doctor who was kind and thorough. Their phone staff were also friendly. Our family will definitely return, a hidden gem in East County.

After about a 15 minute wait outside (COVID restrictions), I was quickly checked-in and saw the doctor for (what I thought) a dislocated finger. NOPE! X-rays proved it was broken, they patched me up for my trip home (for a surgery), and off I went! Easy, friendly, informative and very helpful for my care on the drive home, and just an overall positive experience for a painful break! Receptionist, x-ray tech and doctor all very professional but great humor/bedside manner! Although I hope I never see you again, if I'm in San Diego, and need a doctor, ECUC is my go-to! Thanks all!!

Had a really good experience here. I've never had an accident that required stitches, until recently. From the front desk to the doc, every one was very accommodating. Very clear about my copay. Also I didn't have to wait long at all to see the doctor. My finger got stitched up and I was on my way. Hope I don't need stitches again but if I do....I'll be back

The doctor answered all of my questions, of which I had many oh, and he was extremely conscientious and knowledgeable. He also had a good sense of humor, and laughed at my jokes! -------------------- Here it is 4 years later, and this urgent Care is still great! Very short wait time, kind staff, and my great physicians assistant, London! She was so knowledgeable and reassuring. I'm learning how to take even better care of myself.

I would recommend this place if you have to come to urgent care. The staff are friendly an my doctor was great he almost made you forget you were in a doctors office! (I can't remember his name unfortunately.)

I haven't been to a doctor in years. I hate making appointments and I hate waiting. I showed up without an appointment as soon as they opened and was seen in an hour. I was out shortly after that with my diagnosis and perscription. I will be back.

Took my daughter here for a sports physical, no appt needed. Very friendly staff, quick check in, hardly any wait time. Dr Wolf was very nice and funny.

Last Tuesday My Wife was terribly sick. Severe pain in the abdomen and vomiting all day and night , no sleep Wednesday morning after ti determined this is not going away or getting better 2/14 we headed to the East County Urgent Care in El Cajon. We were greeted by one of the most Sincere, kindest Receptionists ever, SARAH.Everyone was very great to us, The Doctor very kind and caring, the nurse staff as well. But SARAH was a shining star. Great smile and welcome when we came in, Helped us out very much, Were just enrolled into Covered California with a Program and primary Doctor my Wife had never met. SARAH made all the calls needed confirmed it was not a common cold due to the symptoms and got the okay from The primary office to see her. We only waited 5 minutes for my Wife to be called back to the Rooms, the entire stay was around an hour most having to wait for lab tests to come back, and an IV to be used. In that time I witnessed SARAH handle at least 60 more walk in patients, always with the perfect professionalism in her manner, always kind and caring with her words Saw how she kept her patience with customers I would have lost it with like the ones coming in for a Physical for work with a sign in huge letters saying go next door to I think 102. She just politely let them know I was very moved by how great she was and had to share this on Facebook on Your wall and thank you for our great experience and Thank SARAH for making us feel welcome and valued

I brought my Dad in last Saturday, the staff were very friendly and we only waited 20min. Nurse and Doctor were very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came in on a Monday afternoon with a horrible dog bite would on my face. They assessed the wound and took me straight in for treatment. Dr Wolfe stitched me up very well. I'm a medical professional too and the alignment of my wound looks great. He was very conscientious of my concerns for scarring and took his time and it looks great. He was very sweet and friendly the entire visit. The staff was also very sweet, helpful, and concerned for me. They even got my meds there so I didn't also have to go to the pharmacy. Excellent service and care!

The physician's assistant PA was knowledgeable thorough and had a good bedside manner and seemed genuinely concerned. The doctor was also nice and thorough. As far as the other staff they were just okay

Got in to see Dr in about 45min. Was there maybe an hour total. Not to bad. Dr diagnosed me pretty quick. He was friendly and right to the point.

Came in was in a lot of pain. They got me back quickly and seen by doctor. Doctor listened, explained everything he was doing. Staff was amazing. Will definitely use their services again.

Been going for over 18 years same location hate to see my favorite doctors leaving but looks like they put good stock in the new doctors and Nurse Practitioners some days you have a wait some days you don't its the business never can plan a sickness or injury

Dr Saleh was a truly concerned dr. He really listened and was very thorough. There was a wait but they triage more serious situations first and once you are seen, you are never rushed.

The nicest clinic I have ever been to. The receptionist was a doll, the RN actually acted like she cared unlike other places, and the doctor was fun and knowledgeable.

Have been coming here forty years. Went to another urgent care in mission valley never again No one treats you as well as east county urgent care. I am so mad at myself for saving ten minutes travel time. This is my last time to stray .

I can not begin to tell you how much I love this place. All the people who work here are amazing! My family and I have been coming here for over 20 yrs. The care we get is second to none. They really do care about all their patients. I love East County urgent care. Thank you!
