I took my sister to Tustin Podiatry Clinic for a consult and nail trim for the first time. The staff there were friendly, efficient, and caring. We both would highly recommend them if you need Podiatry.

Dr Baik and his staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I felt safe in regards to COVID restrictions as I was the only patient there. Dr Bail took the time to inspect my issue and provided advice and took care of my problems while making sure I was calm and comfortable. I will refer friends and family to Dr Baik as I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced.

Awesome first impression and initial experience! Very happy Dr. Baik was available to see me and that we found this office after moving to Tustin. My first recommendation will be to my wife who shares my affliction of worn out feet.

I requested a same day appointment online for ingrown toenail . They called me right away and was able to get in same day. I arrived at facility. Ample parking. Staff is friendly courteous, I really felt like they were glad your there. Dr is friendly direct and took care of the issue. I was in and out in less than 45: minutes. This was my first visit and was a great experience.

This was my first visit. Everyone was very nice and professional. I feel that Dr. Baik was very thorough in my examination and with his explanations. I am confident that the treatment plan he has set for me will correct my foot issue. I would recommend Tustin Podiatry clinic in Tustin to anyone! 100% pleased!

I had an ingrown toenail that was bugging me for a little over a month. The pain was a 7 out of 10, so I couldn't really do my workouts during that time. Also, walking was an issue as my toe would constantly be in pain. Onto the review, I set up the appointment and was able to schedule it within the next 2 days. When I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted by friendly staff and Dr. Baik met with me shortly. He is very amicable, knowledgeable and let me know of the options I can take for ingrown toenail removal. The procedure was very quick and Dr. Baik is very skilled in his field. He was very understanding and asked me if I felt any pain during the procedure. After the procedure, Dr. Baik and his staff gave me the necessary resources for taking care of the toe. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with foot-related issues.

Dr. Baik was fantastic! Explained my diagnosis in detail, my options for treatment, and answered all my questions patiently. He has a warm and caring attitude and his staff was just as great. I would definitely recommend using Dr. Baik.

I went in for a referral because of my fractured 3rd metatarsal. I made a request for an appointment over the weekend and was contacted immediately on Monday morning when they opened. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Dr. Baik! Services were quick and I really felt like him and his assistant knew what they were doing. Happy to have found a doctor so close to home!

Highly recommended. I went for an in grown toenail which was handled quickly and painlessly. Dr. Baik is great, check this place out if you have any foot problems.

Everything went well, very adequate service. It was clean. I was given necessary attention and was not one of the many patients in lina nad was considered for the severity of my toenail condition. Dr. Baik cares for the patient, more so than a podiatrist I had cone to before I ever had heard of Dr. Baik. His staff is nice, and they accept out of pocket payments. Afterall I only have kaiser and had to go to kaiser but the kaiser hmo was reluctant to give me an appointment with the podiatrist, and had to be in dire need for antibiotics to be given a prescription at kaiser for antibiotics. Anyways I went to Dr. Baik a month ago and am really feeling normal again, as I could now run on a treadmill and do all kinds of outdoor activities. I do think the previous podiatrist I had gone to before I met Dr. Baik applied Iodine, instead of Phenol to rid of the ingrown. And even though the previous podiatrist I had gone to was trying to save the majority of the nail the root of the lower corner of my nail bed would always get dried skin and eventually become an ingrown toenail, and perhaps had that podiatrist extracted a portion of the nail, like Dr. Baik did on that ingrown part of my nail bed the problem would not have resurfaced. I really feel having medi-cal deterred people from wanting to help me with my ingrown toenail problem, and if that is your situation, I recommend Dr. Baik, and even though he does not take medi-cal I would rather pay out of pocket than have this constant issue re-occur. You will not be dissapointed, I know I was not after having done the Matrixectomy. I felt nothing when he did it, it was totally pain free.
