I had an excellent experience today at Express Healthcare. The office was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly courteous, efficient, and attentive to my needs. Chela and Brenda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend their services!

The staff here are wonderful, when I arrived there was no one waiting so I was checked in and taken back fairly quickly! Chela and Brenda are amazing MA’s as well as the front desk staff and provider! I recommend their services!

Came to this spot 2 different times after-hours, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Check-in is quick and easy, and wait times have always been less than 15-20 minutes. Their PA Sam observed me both visits, and he is very knowledgeable and supportive. Will certainly come back as needed!

Dr. Jamal Fadur and Ms. Chela took great care of me when I came in for a muscle spasm that I thought was sharp pain symptoms from gas. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

After calling around to a number of clinics looking for one that could do a rapid test on the same day, I came across Express Healthcare of College Park. It was such a quick and easy process. I had to go to the website to request a Tele visit. About an hour later, I received a video call from a nurse practitioner. The call lasted about 15 minutes and I was told that I could now go to the drive-through in College Park for my tests. Btw, the have great hours - they close at 10pm during the week. I requested the rapid and the PRC test. When I arrived to College Park, there were only four cars in front of me. The whole process took about 15 minutes. It was very very easy. The only downside is they don't call you with the results, you have to call them after a couple of hours for the rapid results . Because they are swamped with calls from travelers who are trying to get tests for the Thanksgiving holiday, it took a few attempts to reach them. But once I reached them, I received my results pretty quickly. Thank you to everyone for the quick and easy process!

My employer annual physical is due Friday ...tomorrow ..and I was late for my 3:45pm primary doctor appointment due to the traffic and they had to reschedule it for tomorrow. AND they are unsure if they would be even be able to do a physical!! I called EVERYWHERE starting at 4pm. 10th place I called was this location - the person whom took my call was amazingly patience! Not only did she provide me with thorough info but took the time to take my insurance info to explain my benefits! Brenda - MA & Dr. Cho have the best bedside manner and just as the person whom took my call, they are both very thorough! Dr. Cho sees her primary care patients until 10pm once a week! Along with seeing walk in patients (of course making an appointment is highly recommended)! They have an onsite lab for urinalysis, blood work, xray! Ladies they have GYN care as well! Insurance and self pay patients are welcome here! Urgent Care patients I recommend this place as well! My walk in wait time was less than 15 minutes and ample parking! They are so well staff as well!

We are staying at The Hotel in College Park. My son wasn't feeling well so we went to the Express urgent care. Our NP Jocelynn was terrific, both competent and caring, as was our intake nurse whose name I did not get. The office is clean and we had a short wait. The pharmacy is in the same building and we had no wait for our Rx. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Top notch reception and the techs were very professional. Best of all is the work of Dr Fadul. I can't say enough about his knowledge and experience and most of all his outstanding care he provided my family. I highly recommend this office / urgent care facility.
