I came in today to get my pcr and rapid test done. The check in process online is very quick and easy. Once I arrive, the process was very easy and everyone was super knowledgeable. The lady that completed the test was very nice and quick. 10/10 recommend

I tell you the truth, had it not been for the great respectful team over even after been here over 4 times. I'd been lost not having the help this team does each and every time I show up hello Mr Watkins ( Scorpio ) is what I'm known to say ! Thanks for all y'all do for my family!

I'm From out of town and had to come get a quick covid test to be apart of a sporting event and every thing about my visit was great from time i walked in! Thank you guys for everything ! There was even this one guy named Justin i believe his service was great he was very attentive to what was going on in such busy environment!

I go to the Waldorf, MD location regularly for work obligations, and it's always a nice experience. Aside from the expected holiday rush, it's in and out, and fast results. I appreciate them, tremendously.

The staff was very helpful and great this was st the Waldorf location. They where very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything before doing anything. The plus side there was no waiting time on a Saturday. Thank you from the Evans family.

We got tested for COVID yesterday at the clinic. Tremendous experience very convenient. The only place in the area who does walk in testing. The staff was exceptionally nice too. We got the results via email not too long after. Thank you Dr. Fadul!

This is the best place to be, the staff are good, oh my God the doctors are just so good too. The customer service that called me is also so good. It's a very good place to be if you want great service .Your health comes first to them. I love them .if there is more than 5 star I think they deserve it.

Took COVID test for travel - Great service received at the Waldorf location. I arrived at 5:45 pm and was out in 15 minutes. The staff was quick, personable, efficient, informative, and gentle. I highly recommend this location.

Went here for pre-travel Covid PCR testing. Called in advance and the staff was super nice and explained the whole process. Did the telehealth appointment easily and then went to the office for the test. Drive through process was quick! Got results back in 24 hours. Highly recommend for pre-travel testing!

I visited the College Park location and the service was excellent. Especially Niylah Collins. She was most helpful, understanding, patient, and kind. It had been 24 hours and I still have not received my results from my COVID-19 PCR test. She immediately found my test results and emailed them to me. I’m so thankful to her because I am traveling and needed that ASAP.

Fast and efficient service, Call first and they will explain the process to you. Received results within hours for the RAPID covid-19 test and a day later for the PCR test. Staff is amazing, friendly. Best experience besides the nose swab. Highly recommend

The service in this clinic is professional. It's employees, like Cela, and everyone else, are friendly and efficient. I have been a patient in this clinic for many years, and they have always treated me kindly. The providers there have answered all my medical questions and given me the care necessary.

After calling around to a number of clinics looking for one that could do a rapid test on the same day, I came across Express Healthcare of College Park. It was such a quick and easy process. I had to go to the website to request a Tele visit. About an hour later, I received a video call from a nurse practitioner. The call lasted about 15 minutes and I was told that I could now go to the drive-through in College Park for my tests. Btw, the have great hours - they close at 10pm during the week. I requested the rapid and the PRC test. When I arrived to College Park, there were only four cars in front of me. The whole process took about 15 minutes. It was very very easy. The only downside is they don't call you with the results, you have to call them after a couple of hours for the rapid results . Because they are swamped with calls from travelers who are trying to get tests for the Thanksgiving holiday, it took a few attempts to reach them. But once I reached them, I received my results pretty quickly. Thank you to everyone for the quick and easy process!

My employer annual physical is due Friday ...tomorrow ..and I was late for my 3:45pm primary doctor appointment due to the traffic and they had to reschedule it for tomorrow. AND they are unsure if they would be even be able to do a physical!! I called EVERYWHERE starting at 4pm. 10th place I called was this location - the person whom took my call was amazingly patience! Not only did she provide me with thorough info but took the time to take my insurance info to explain my benefits! Brenda - MA & Dr. Cho have the best bedside manner and just as the person whom took my call, they are both very thorough! Dr. Cho sees her primary care patients until 10pm once a week! Along with seeing walk in patients (of course making an appointment is highly recommended)! They have an onsite lab for urinalysis, blood work, xray! Ladies they have GYN care as well! Insurance and self pay patients are welcome here! Urgent Care patients I recommend this place as well! My walk in wait time was less than 15 minutes and ample parking! They are so well staff as well!
