Dr. Morchower is patient first, always. In my experiences with him, he shakes your hand, looks you in the eye, takes time with you, answers questions, discusses all options and treats you like a human and a patient. He puts you first and partners with you to get you back to well. Even when I needed to possibly see another specialist, he immediately took out his cell phone, texted the specialist and the specialist's office contacted me within 3 days. What doctors do any of those things these days? Zero. Dr. Morchower has been exceptional and put me first to get me back to well.

Omni Spine is a really great place! Doctor Morchower and his NP Ashley are absolutely wonderful. Both are caring and attentive and offer many solutions to help relieve your acute/chronic pain. The office staff is very kind and genuinely seem to care about helping their patients. Personally, I always felt that everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my specific needs. Another reason I grade them so high is because the office is very clean and well kept. Their location is easily accessible and super easy to find. Just a reminder, make sure you call your pharmacy to verify that they have the medication you need in stock before you go in for your appointment. Was weightlifting and hurt my back deadlifting, after dealing with another Dr that got me nowhere, I then went to Dr. Morchower and we got everything set up. After the injections I've been feeling so much better and have been able to go back to the weight lifting I once did.

OmniSpine Pain Management is an office I will come back to for significant pain issues. I had been suffering with extreme right shoulder pain for 20 years after going through multiple surgeries. This office really takes the time to isolate a permanent solution, as best they can, and they provide the best care while doing so. I cannot thank all the staff and Dr. Morchower enough for this life changing experience. To be fully without pain is a reason to come here and work through the process of finding that permanent solution. No words can describe how much you owe it to yourself to come to this office to try to find that solution!

Dr. Morchower helped me out almost a decade ago with back pain management due to compression fractures in my lumbar vertebrae. His treatment was amazing. I'm just now going back for some more help. I was told way back that I would likely need more nerve treatment in maybe 4-5 years. His thorough evaluation of my back issues now almost 10 years later is a welcome relief. He is very caring and I'm glad to recommend him to anyone with similar back pain problems.

Had my 1st round of PRP in the hip in the Frisco office. Dr. Morchower made this procedure painless. I do not like to feel pain, he was very caring and made sure I was comfortable which lowered my anxiety not to mention pain free. i am fortunate to have come to omnispine. Dr morchower was able to relieve my pain with a couple of lumbar injections ! I did have to go on pain medication for a couple months, but dr morchower did an excellent job to keep my dose only enough to control my pain. then we stopped it once he was done relieving my pain with the injections. phenomenal Care here and it shows. 100% recommend this clinic for good care when it comes to pain relief care.

I've been coming to omnispine off and on for the past 5 years and I have to say that my pain has been well managed with both medication and injections. Dr morchower takes the time during my visits to hear me out on what is helping. The office is nice and the staff is always very accommodating. If you're looking for the best, look no further. I think Dr Morchower is terrific. He is extremely dedicated to his profession and stays current with new info/ideas that are coming down the pike. He is very considerate and always wants his patients to be and feel included in decisions concerning their health care. He takes whatever time is necessary to ensure his patients have questions answered and any necessary procedures explained. He is not a pill pusher, which is best for patients. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. So far as I'm concerned, this is an outstanding practice - I don't think you'll find any better in our area! In addition to the medical expertise, Dr Morchower is easy on the eyes (I'm older n dirt and appreciate good looking men!). Dr Morchower has been on my favorite doctors list for 8 years or so, and I highly recommend him. Love this practice!!!

Coming to this practice I wasn't sure about how to work with a new doctor and staff. I have dealt with so much medical trauma I just did not want anymore doctors to work with. I have medical PTSD and I have to say it's the best thing that has ever happened or forced as my pain doctor closed on me. I feel so welcome and the whole office staff is the best team I have ever had on my side. Love you all and thank you for taking me as a patient. Trust that they want you out of pain and/or in a little pain as possible. After 10 or more years on medication from anything along the lines of pancreatitis to severe back pain(burned both side nerves hips) It has been months since I stopped the Fentanyl 25 and Hydrocodone 10/5 and I am still pain free. Thank you

READ IF YOU ARE A SCAREDY CAT LIKE I WAS...I travel 2 hours to come see Dr. Morchower. When the recommendation to do a series of three cervical epidural steroid injections came up, fear struck me because of a very bad first experience with another doctor who did this injection on me. Ashley (Dr. Morchower's nurse practitioner) assured me that with sedation I would be just fine. So, the first injection day (with Dr. Morchower) arrived and I was super anxious. I was taken into the procedure room where a very pleasant anesthetist took great care to assure me and a nurse who is as sweet as they come. They were very patient with me. As the sedation med started to take effect, I drifted off hearing Dr. Morchower's beachy vibe music playing which was really nice. Next thing I knew, I was in the recovery area awake. I have since completed the series of three injections. Honestly, this was nothing to be afraid of at all and I will do it over again when needed with no worries. PIECE OF CAKE!!!

I had a stem cell injection with prp in my knee at Omnispine pain management. They did an excellent job from when I arrived to getting the injection. I'm very happy and my knee is finally feeling incredible. Much less pain when walking after the injection. I went from a 9/10 pain to like a 2/10. Dr Morchower is thorough and gives me his personal contact information after the visit which is nice.

I first took my dad to see Dr. Morchower last year for the arthritis pain in his neck. He would get terrible headaches from that. He went to see Dr. Morchower about 4 times over a 6 month period and has not had any pain since. Then it was my turn. I had a muscle spasm across my lower back for 3 weeks that would not go away. I decided to go see Dr. Morchower. It started feeling a little bit better as soon as I was leaving his office. By the end of the week it was gone. Such a relief! Dr. Morchower and his staff are all very friendly and I would highly recommend him to anybody that has recurring pain. He has certainly helped us out!

Really like my visits at omnispine pain management. Dr morchower and his staff actually take the time to explain why I've been having back pain for years. Other places I've been don't go into the details that help me understand why I'm in pain. I have never wanted surgery on my back and I'm glad I found this place to help me. I came to see Dr Morchower 6 months ago in quite a lot of pain. I was diagnosed with sciatica nerve pain that was not only painful to my buttocks area but radiated down my leg. Had already been to family physician and nothing helped. After being treated by Dr morchower I can honestly say I feel so much better and my pain level is now about a 2 out of 10. He's very knowledgeable and listens to you, and does every thing he can to help you manage your pain. I highly recommend him for any issues you are having.

Dr. Morchower has been my pain doctor for many years and I trust nobody else. His staff is friendly and always on point. I'm only 55 years old and my pain was so bad that I used to use a walker. Dr. Morchower is the best pain management doctor around!! After being treated by numerous pain doctors for my back pain, I came across Dr. Morchower. I was advised over & over again for the last 10 years, that I would require surgery to resolve my back pain. Dr. Morchower has been able to resolve 50-75% of my back pain without major surgery! I have been using Dr Morchower since I was in a near death accident almost five years ago. The accident left me with numerous injuries that have and will cause lifelong pain. Dr Morchower has been able to give me quality of life back doing a few procedures and seeing me monthly to manage my pain. He and all his staff are more like family than random people you run into at a doctors office, they never forget to ask about my son and check on my mental well-being. I have to admit without the help and care I have received thru his office I would not be who and where I am today. I would and have recommended Dr Morchower and his office to anyone who is suffering from lives ailments.

Dr. Morchower is the best pain management doctor around!! After being treated by numerous pain doctors for my back pain, I came across Dr. Morchower. I was advised over & over again for the last 10 years, that I would require surgery to resolve my back pain. Dr. Morchower has been able to resolve 50-75% of my back pain without major surgery! He is truly amazing & my Angel. Anyone that is seeking relief & doesn't want to have major surgery, I would highly recommend to have Dr. Morchower treat you & you will be amazed!! It took me three years to find a physician that could help me with my back pain. On the first visit with Dr Morchower he was able to help me not only with my pain but give me a straight diagnosis. He immediately explained my problem and informed me that the only way to correct my issue was surgery but that he didn't recommend surgery at this time due to my age and that it would change my lifestyle. He was the first physician that didn't jump to surgery. Recently I moved away and when needed I drive six hours to see him. I highly recommend Dr Morchower for your pain management. He has an amazing bed side manner and gives you one on one interaction. I will continue to drive to see him. Hands down the best physician.

Dr. Morchower has changed my life. That's not hyperbole or exaggeration. I was living with constant lower back and leg pain, and my daily routine consisted of 4-5 sessions with a heating pad, plus stretching exercises to try to find some relief. My quality of life had deteriorated to the point that my back pain ruled everything. Three years ago, my GP took X-rays and told me I was living with degenerative disks, and his remedy was to give me stretching exercises. So I accepted my situation. I was completely unaware that there was an alternative until my neighbor told me about what Dr. Morchower did for him. Dr. Morchower sent me for an MRI and diagnosed the real problem. After he performed two painless procedures on me, I've seen 90-95% reduction in pain and physical limitations, to the point that it's already hard to remember how bad things were just two months ago. I have zero pain, I'm able to workout without creating soreness, my days are normal again, and I don't think about my back at all anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Morchower to anybody who is living with daily pain. He's excellent at this and he knows what he's doing. He might be able to change your life too.

I just had to take time to give my gratitude to Dr. Morchower and his amazing team (Vanessa, Ashley, Whitney, Carrie, Susan and everyone)for helping me with my pain management. Dr. Morchower has recently done 3 sets of lower back injections for me, I was sedated during the injections (just a few minutes to help with comfort) with excellent anesthesia care. It has taken a week or so but my deep pain has gotten better! Dr. Morchower has also treated my knee pain with a gel type injections every 6 months, with much success! I am able to walk daily and with realistic limitations I get excercise and manage my pain well as opposed to doing nothing. Dr. Morchower tailored my treatment and has developed an approach that is right for me. Pain management is not a one size fit all. Thank you OmniSpine Pain Management for giving me some results and realistic goals to achieve, to have a commitment like this from your medical teamit is a positive life change.

After a literal lifetime of chronic pain, surgeries and pain medication, I was referred to Omni Spine Management. Dr Morchower acknowledged my pain, listened to my concerns and goals and we developed a plan. Between epidurals and Botox I have a completely new life, with zero pain medication. I spent my life avoiding, managing and coping with pain. Since I began treatments with Omni I am able to live an active life. I exercise daily, I recently flew 22 hours around the world to Saipan, CNMI. I have been able to hike, dance and enjoy the beauty of Island life. Thanks guys!!

Went to see Dr Morchower for Sciatica. Currently in treatment. Received an injection in my lower back and conditions are improving. Dr. Morchower and his PA Ashley Whitner are very thorough diagnosing the problem and the treatment plan! The injections were very simple and painless. I would definitely recommend them for anyone suffering from chronic pain conditions like my case. I look forward to continued treatment and progressing to less pain and symptoms!

I have lived with chronic pain since my mid 20's. I have seen several doctors and there wasn't much that they could do. After visiting with Dr. Morchower, he recommended a few procedures that have been life changing. I just spent this 4th of July weekend on my feet and celebrating with my family. Before seeing Dr. Morchower, I would not have been able to be on my feet all day and definitely not for two days in a row. Not only has he addressed my pain issues, he has also helped me with my migraines, poor sleep and low energy. I have been seen by Dr. Morchower for several years now and he has been the most knowledgeable, professional, personable pain Dr. we have seen. He takes all the time needed to assess and re-assess your pain needs, as necessary. He offers many different alternative solutions to not only diagnose your pain, but also makes sure you are continually receiving the best options to lower your pain levels going forward. He is not a pill only Dr. It is important to receive a variety of treatments (i.e. Trigger injections, Steroidal injections, scans, nerve tests, etc.). Dr. Morchower has a big heart and genuinely cares for all his patients. The staff is also amazing!

Dr Morchower is everything anyone would want from their doctor. He spends as much time with me as it takes to fully understand my pain situation and always has suggestions or ideas that are extremely helpful. He is very experienced, knows exactly what he's doing, and to top it off, he's just a great guy. I first went to see Dr Morchower 4 years ago after major hip surgery. I'm a Disabled Veteran that was injured on deployment many years ago. I was tired of the level of care I was getting from the VA and by luck / chance / accident I found Dr Morchower. His care has been fantastic. We've done many treatments on my c-spine and lower lumbar, some with great success and some with less but my quality of life is dramatically and noticeably improved by myself and by my family since I've been in his care. I wish I could leverage him for primary care as well. He's well versed on newer treatments, on medications, therapies and will ensure that you are heard, that you are understood and will work with you to build a path forward to a better quality of life. From the very first contact with Dr. Murchower and his staff, I've been treated with the utmost courtesy! Doc and his assistant Ashley, as well as all of his staff, hi Arianna, hi Daysha, and whoever else I missed, have always treated me with respect and dignity. Simply AMAZING!!! From the moment you schedule your appointment you are made to feel at ease and the most important person of the day! As soon as I was checked in for my appointment and needed things were signed I was brought back to the exam room. I was a new patient today and from start to finish the entire application took maybe 45 minutes with 90% of that time the doctor was in the exam room with me. Dr. Morchower not only takes a detailed history he actually LISTENS! He discusses all options and answers even the simplest questions making you feel very comfortable and at ease!

Dr. Morchower and Ashley are awesome and I enjoy seeing both of them for check ups. I've seen many pain management Drs due to multiple car accidents and injuries that ultimately ended up in major surgeries. I started having issues in October and went to what I thought was going to be a reputable PM Dr., however my experience was about in line with the rest, which involved inadequate treatment due to inadequate knowledge of mechanism of injuries. I continued to get worse at this Dr.'s practice. This brought me to Dr. Morchower, who my wife found. From the first visit I was blown away by the bedside manner and the treatment that was received. In the first visit alone, I received better treatment than what I received in a month over at the other Dr. On top of the treatment, I left with a solid game plan on what we were going to do for treatment. Dr. Morchower is a very personable Dr. that genuinely cares about you and wants to help. It's refreshing to see because, to be honest, before meeting him I thought most pain management Drs were only there to take your money and to diagnose the wrong mechanism of injury. To sum it up, Dr. Morchower is not only one of the best Drs I know, but I consider him a friend after the help he has offered me despite my complicated case. Thanks to Dr. Morchower, I am able to spend more enjoyable time with my new daughter and wife again.

Today was my first visit, and I was impressed. Everyone was nice and professional. The doctor actually took time to examine me, and get to know the root of my pain. I've heard nightmare stories of people looking for pain management solutions, but today was very easy and not intimidating at all. It wasnt just pay your money and get meds. I'm actually scheduled for an MRI to compare against my old MRI, to determine the best course of action for me. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone who has had a spine injury or chronic spine pain. I finally feel like I can get ahold of my situation. Merry Christmas everyone!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Morchower and his amazing staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that I have the care and understanding that is needed when dealing with chronic pain. When I started seeing Dr. Morchower I was at a point where I was starting to not even enjoy my life the way it should be enjoyed, because I was in so much pain. He worked closely with me to come up with a solution for treating my pain. The best part is he was able to give me alternative treatments that I never even knew existed. He always returned my calls and from day one was truly invested in finding a way to improve my quality of life. He even took time on his time off to call and check on me. Drew Morchower is this person; my chiropractor knows and likes him. His energy and youth have him more up-to-date, and open minded, than most of the other doctors who give out medicine just for the bonuses the company gives for using them! I was involved in a slip and fall incident that resulted in some crippling pain from herniated discs with nerve compression. Dr. Morchower is extremely knowledgeable and it's clear that he is interested in helping you get better instead of throwing a bunch of pills at you. This is not a pill mill. I was referred to Dr. Morchower last year when I had a new flare up with my C3-4 disc area and was in unbearable pain. I had been extremely nervous about getting any type of injections for years, but that changed when I had my first appointment at OmniSpine. Dr. Morchower really eases your anxiety and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He answers all your questions and doesn't rush you like many doctors do. He explains different treatments and makes sure you understand and know what to expect. Over the past year Dr. Morchower has done several different cervical injections on me and he is the only one I've trusted enough to do this! I've never had a doctor that I actually look forward to going to until going to Dr. Morchower's office. His entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Vanessa is awesome and knows everyone by name. Dr Morchower is an amazing doctor. What I value in a doctor is honesty and not for a Dr to talk over me. I was under the care of a pill mill doctor for many years believing what he gave me is what I needed. I was then under the care of a doctor who stole money from my insurance. So, I am not trusting of doctors but I do trust Dr Morchower. You can have a real conversation with him. If you are looking for a Dr that cares about you, that is on your level make an appointment with him. You will be glad you did.

Dr. Andrew Morchower is one of the best pain specialist I have ever been to. He is kind, funny, and attentive to your needs. He listens to your concerns and comes up with a medical plan to address your issues to get you on your way to feeling the best you can. I would give him 10 starts if that was an option. His staff is also very friendly and helpful and will work with you to get you in to see him as soon as possible. I am 110% satisfied with his care and efficiency and friendliness of his staff. If I could give this team 10 stars I would!! The entire office have always been so kind to me and worked to get my pain manageable. I really can not say enough about Dr. Morchower, the Nurse Practitioner and his AMAZING staff! It's hard to find an office where everything is done right and all the staff are superb and the Omni team does it!! The one on one time and dedication to patients and actually listening to them is more appreciated than he knows! And also I have to give mention the Integrity Wellness Center where I have had injections done they are THE BEST!!! Dr Morchower burned the nerves in my Right Knee on 9/28/2020. The whole procedure from start to finish lasted less than an hour. Dr Morchower and his support team both in his office and the surgical center off of Dallas North Parkway were all extremely courteous and professional. A wonderful experience. I chose this procedure over a knee replacement due to recovery time. My wife has mobility issues and I could not see how a 4-6 week rehabilitation time would work for us. Also, I suffered a mild stroke over 4 years ago and wanted a procedure that was minimally invasive with no threat of blood clots. Immediately after recovery, I left the surgery center without pain. In fact I played golf the next day after the procedure. I gained balance because I could never trust my right leg to stop me from falling. This is a great alternative to a knee replacement and Dr Morchower and his staff is the place to be for knee pain relief. Thank you Dr Morchower. Sincerely Marvin F

Hands down the best pain doc! He's the only doctor who has been able to manage my pain. I just wish it wouldn't have taken me 10 long years to find him. When I came to see Dr. Morchower, I was done with chronic low back pain and in horrible pain. I was beyond over it, and I didn't want to hear the same stuff that didn't work. He of course still told me the same stuff but he told me he would show me that the injections would work this time. I really didn't believe him. I had 10 years of nothing working under my belt. I told him to prove it! He did! He sure showed me. I still can't believe it. He was so patient, caring, and kind with me even when I wasn't so patient with him. Thank you Dr. Morchower!

Dr. Morchower is God sent. I was having the absolute worst back and hip pain I've ever experienced. It was causing me not to be able to complete some of the basics, move, walk, sit stand, etc... There are so many reviews describing how effective Dr. Morchower's treatment has been for them. Read those reviews and believe them, I have seen improvement right after my first visit. I lived with joint pain for 2 years and didn't want to see a doctor because I don't like doctor's visits. I wish I didn't wait! But this review is not about describing the competency and expertise of Dr. Morchower, it's about his demeanor and honesty. He takes his time with patients and even initiates a small talk to make one comfortable. There's a treatment that costs several thousands to heal my joints but it's out of pocket, insurance doesn't cover it. Even though I showed no hesitation in my willingness to pay, Dr. Morchower advised me to wait as I'm not in urgent need for it. This is a doctor who cares about your entire well-being and shows honesty and integrity. His efficiency in getting me feeling better allows me to enjoy my sports with no pain afterwards and I don't have to see a doctor in a while! I also want to mention how kind and professional his entire team of staff is.

Dr. Morchower and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for over 5 years now and would highly recommend both OmniSpine Pain Management and Dr. Morchower. He is realistic and practical when it comes to treating and managing chronic pain, and he is always looking into and suggesting new therapies to try out. I referred my grandfather to the clinic and he is also a regular patient now. If you need a great pain management specialist, this is the place to go! The staff members are also extremely patient and helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure the patients get medication on time (in particular from specialty pharmacies, which can be a huge pain to deal with!) and are comfortable with the treatment they receive. I could not recommend them more highly!

I've been a patient of Dr Morchower for a few years now. Dr Morchower has always been thorough and helpful. He always takes his time and makes sure that everything is explained and never makes you feel rushed. Besides his professionalism, he also always has a smile And laugh to share. And so does his staff. No one likes going to see the doctor. So you might as well go see one that is a cool dude as much as he's a great doctor!

He has been great at providing courses of treatment that other Dr.'s in the past either overlooked, or didn't suggest. Dr. Morchower is a God sent, he truly is. Him and his team is big hearted and kind with beautiful disposition to everyone. Dr. Morchower has finally helped me get my life back. I have hope. I'm only 38 but I have degenerative disc disease in my entire spine. I've had several rounds of traction therapy, lots of injections, THREE back surgeries-the last one being a 3 level 360 lumbar fusion in 2018. The fusion failed to get me out of pain and I've been in more pain the last year since my surgery than I've ever been in my life, *until I found Dr. Morchower*. He treats me like an individual and listens to how I feel, while also actually looking at all I've been through to give him the best plan for how to help treat my pain. He's a great doctor with a positive attitude. He's a rare gem in the pain management field. I'd send any close friend or family member to him. He's a blessing! I work full time as a pastor (standing most of the time) and I have two small children. I am so thankful to have a doctor who is helping me do life without being constantly down because of pain.

Dr. Andrew Morchower is Awesome! He takes time to ensure that his patients have a clear understanding of everything that takes places during their office visits from the moment you check in with the front desk until the moment you leave the office. The staff is very friendly and they keep you well informed of upcoming appointments and insurance information, they are very courteous and prompt in keeping you personally informed of your next appointment with a follow up phone call the day before. If you have questions for Dr. Morchower that his office staff can not answer you may leave a message for him and he will take the time out of his busy schedule to return your call in between surgery times or after business office hours. This is what I absolutely love the most about Dr. Morchower, he genuinely cares about each of his patients and their concerns, you don't find that with a lot of doctors today. I have lived with chronic pain since my mid 20's. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and was told there wasn't much I could do. I've been to a few pain management doctors who haven't had any ideas on how to help me. After being with Dr. Morchower for 6 months he has really listened to everything that is bothering me. He recommended a few procedures that have significantly reduced my pain in those areas. I still have other areas that need to be addressed and Dr. Morchower has already discussed my treatment options. I've noticed my quality of life starting to improve. I was feeling hopeless that there wasn't anything that I could do to ease my pain.

I have been searching along time for relief for my bone on bone knees. Dr. Morchower was the only doctor that I have found that really works to relieve your pain. He did a medical procedure on my knees to block the pain. I about a week I was able to do things I hadn't done in over 30 years. Dr Morchower is truly AWESOME!!!! Dr. Andrew Morchower is what I wished I had found 1.5 years earlier. After seeing 11 other doctors including nationally known spine doctors, pain mgt doctors attempting multiple types of injections, sports chiropractors, physical therapists, and even an acupuncturist, I got a recommendation to see Dr. Morchower. Not only is he a highly skilled physician, he is the first person I felt was truly listening to me and not dismissing my symptoms, trying to talk me into a complex surgery, or just pushing me off with harmful pain prescriptions that do not solve the underlying issue. He quickly and correctly diagnosed my issue (myofacial pain syndrome) and helped me build a plan which has given me immense pain relief and physical healing I can see with my own eyes. As part of my maintenance, I do quarterly Botox injections at his office into the affected muscles. I have sent several family members with various back pain issues to him, and he has also helped them tremendously. Thank you, Dr. Morchower!

Last Summer I injured my back at work, and was diagnosed with Sciatica. I met with two back doctors who said the only option was surgery. Do to the business I am in, surgery was not an option. I located OmniSpine and Pain management on google and after reading the great reviews decided to give him a shot. He has worked wonders for me over the past year and no surgery was needed. I have been going to OmniSpine Pain Management for 3 years. During this time Dr Morchower has tailored my treatments based on my pain levels during each visit. He is conservative in his approach to provide the most effective treatment that has helped me immensely. I continue to get Botox injections in my neck and shoulders which removes the intense tightness and muscle spasms. Another huge benefit of the Botox is how it eliminates my painful headaches. Dr. Morchower is an intuitive diagnostician that uses many treatments to reduce and remove my pain. In my experience, he believes that pain should not be a way of life. I found Dr. Morchower while looking for someone to help with my elbow pain. I am a advid Crossfitter and weightlifter, but couldn't exercise because of my severe elbow pain. When I met with Dr, Morchower, he explained all my treatment options and took time to answered all my question. I decided to do the PRP treatment on my elbow. His staff was friendly and professional. People - this is it! Dr. Morchower is among the most caring, intelligent, and competent doctor I have ever had the pleasure to know. I was born with two club feet and have suffered with severe foot pain - especially the last 15 years. I am now 72 and resigned myself that I would be in pain for the rest of my life. Since seeing Dr. Morchower I have been able to reduce my pain meds - number of pills from 4 to 3 and reduced dosage from 10mg to 7.5mg. That's a 25% DECREASE in both number of pills and dosage. I NEVER thought that would be possible. Folks you CAN'T go wrong. If you are in pain I strongly recommend you make an appointment to see Dr. Morchower today! Less pain is in your future - believe it!

I've had to see pain specialists for the pain that I have due to lupus, degenerative joint disease and fibromyalgia for over 18 years and two different states (California and Texas) and Dr. Morchower is the best pain specialist that I have ever had. I've experienced low back pain, herniated discs, and sciatica pain for the last 10 years. Years of chiropractic care, physical therapy, medications, spinal decompression, several different spinal injections, multiple doctors with multiple opinions, and 3 back surgeries later, I was facing the same, unpleasant low back and leg pain. Frustrated and desperate for relief, I made myself walk into Dr. Morchower's office hoping that he could offer me some options that would work. Well, long story short, he told me that he would show me that the injections would work. To my surprise, the leg pain went away after just 2 injections and the low back pain is better. My wife and I have both used Dr. Morchower for the last 3 years - me just for some low back issues but my wife for much more intractible problems with her back and neck. Dr. Morchower really cared about us and did his best to take care of us, my wife in particular, even walking me through the removal of a temporarily implanted device in her back on a Saturday night very recently. We are moving to California soon and one of our regrets is we can't take Dr. Morchower with us. We can only hope to find someone as caring to take care of us once we get there. One more thing - we made the mistake of going somewhere else for a short while (someone closer to home as Frisco is a haul for us) and very quickly found that the long drive was worth it. Dr. Morchower accepted us back with no judgment, just the same caring care we had before we left. UPDATE: Well, we're back in Texas now so my wife is able to see Dr. Morchower again. He moved his office so we had a minor issue getting here, but different location, same great service. Dr. Morchower has always treated the whole person, which isn't always the case. 6/11/2018 I cannot say enough goods things about Dr. Morchower. I have degenerative cartilage and suffering from chronic knee pain. Dr. Morchower is AMAZING. I've had chronic pain for 17 years (I'm only 27) and have seen a plethora of doctors and pain management doctors. I've seen some very bad ones. Dr. Morchower actually cares for his patients. He's smart, kind, and compassionate. He spends plenty of time with you explaining everything and answering every question. He never rushes you to get to the next patient. He's just simply amazing and I highly recommend him. The office staff are just as kind and courteous as he is. The whole practice is completely awesome!

I have been seeing Dr. Morchower for a few years now for my migraines and he is the best! Always helpful and always cares about his patients. Definitely recommend for any pain issues.

Dr. Morchower has been really helpful with my chronic back pain. He has always been helpful with interpreting imaging studies and giving me my options for long term pain management. He's always receptive to any messages. Office staff is always pleasant. He takes his time and they do a good job of getting you into the office when you need to be seen. I would recommend Dr. Morchower if you have chronic pain that must be addressed.

Dr. Morchower is an exceptional physician and his staff is very caring and accommodating. Dr. Morchower saw me on very short notice and moved quickly to treat my lower back pain. Each of my appointments started on time and I never felt rushed. Dr. Morchower took his time and did a fantastic job educating me on my condition and treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Morchower and his staff for any of the services they provide.

Extremely pleased with pain management care from Dr. Andrew Morchower. He truly listens to the patient and develops an individualized plan of care to provide the best outcome possible. He is very responsive to changes in the patient's condition and modifies the plan as needed giving the patient choices instead of directives. He worked with my schedule when a procedure was needed to decrease my time away from work. Through his help I am now pain free and have my regular life back! Thank you Dr. Morchower!

The office staff were very helpful through the whole proscess of finding pain relief for my back. Dr. Morchower was able to help me immensely and now I'm back on track with my physical therapy.

I have been a patient here for 3 years now. Everyone is so sweet and very professional. I could not live the same quality of life without pain management. It is something I have delt with my whole life. I would definitely recommend any one who is struggling with what options they have from managing pain to receiving the quality of care that you deserve to come and make a change you will not regret.

Dr. Morchower is not only a great doctor, he is a great person as well. He has been treating my back problems for roughly nine months. During that time, he's been great at explaining what the approach to fixing my problems he's taking, as well as having the patience to endure all of my questions. One thing to keep in mind when seeing Dr. Morchower (or any doctor) is it's best to remind him of what happened during the last visit. He is extremely busy and can forget some of the details without looking them up in his system.

Very impressed with Dr. Morchower and his entire staff! From the first person I spoke to on the phone, to my nurse and finally the doctor, everyone was so kind and understanding. Since I manage a doctor's office myself I can be guilty of being hyper critical of poorly managed offices and staff and doctors that behave as they would rather be elsewhere and just want to get you in and out with as little as human interaction as possible. None of that here! I am looking forward to making this office my new pain management practitioner and would recommend Dr. Morchower to anyone trapped in a relationship with a doctor that is not completely invested in your care and comfort!

Dr. Morchower is very knowledgeable, caring and personable. He answers all my questions thoroughly while he discusses all the treatment options with me. Dr. Morchower performs various interventional procedures and treatments, provides quality care to his patients and it's easy to tell that he loves what he does. The staff is nice and friendly as well. Michelle, the PA-C is very kind and caring. I highly recommend OmniSpine Pain Management. They truly love helping their patients!

I can't say enough about how helpful and understanding Dr. Morchower has been. He works WITH patients to help them find and maintain a pain free life ... and yes, he has made this possible for me after so many years. He GETS IT!!!

Dr. Morchower and his staff are amazing!!! There is no wait, you are seen at the time of your appointment. The thing I personally appreciated the most is Dr. Morchower's integrity. If you're having any kind of pain that could be associated with your Spine I would highly recommend paying Dr. Morchower a visit.

Dr. Morchower made the most significant difference in my quality of life. Pretty lofty claim but true. I've suffered with pain for decades. Have been to the University of Chicago Hospital and Northwestern University Hospital, went through extensive diagnostic tests and both determined I needed surgery. I wasn't convinced. I've been to Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Physical therapy, Massage Therapy... At Southwestern Hospital I had 2 epidurals, nothing relieved my pain. Dr. Morchower listened and used the data I've collected and came up with a plan. There were no opiates or narcotics involved. Rather than a cortisone epidural he did smaller shots in the office (pretty painless) which gave immediate comfort. Next treatment he went a bit deeper and numbed the nerves that were causing the pain. AMAZING! Pain was reduced and allowed me a 3 week trip to Asia (50 hours RT in coach!) without pain. This was a test to see if it would work, It did. The next step is to repeat the process with a longer period of relief. The staff is great, offices are clean & organized and Dr. Morchower is intuitive, conservative with treatments and a really great guy.

Dr. Morchower is an amazing Doctor. He takes the time to discuss the symptoms that you are having and then discussing a plan to resolve them. Staff is friendly and kind as well.

Dr. Morchower & his staff always give me excellent, professional attention, both in person and over the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable and he's friendly too. He always has a smile for me when I see him. I was rear-ended in an automobile collision in April of 2016 & I've been seeing him for several months. Btw, this has nothing to do with anything, but it also doesn't hurt that he reminds me of Dr. McDreamy (RIP) (AKA Patrick Dempsey) from Grey's Anatomy!! Dr. Morchower has given me 3 spinal injections. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!!

There was a time about a year ago that I showed up at the small McKinney office in severe pain. Dr. Morechower was not there, but he came in just to help out one patient, me. He truly cares about his patients.

I am PAIN FREE! I'm walking and moving without worry of pain in my knee. My arthritis is well controlled and I'm so happy to be movingl again. Dr. Morchower is the best!

Dr. Morchower is an excellent Dr. He has a great manner with his patients, and I really feel like he is taking the time to listen to me. About 2 weeks ago, I underwent a procedure that wasn't to pleasant. Dr. Morchower took the time out of his schedule the following day to call me.

He spends time with his patients, and he never makes them feel like he is too busy to listen to their issues. He works with the patient to make sure that they have the best pain management possible; he has been very attentive in my medical needs in trying to find the solution to correcting the problem with my failed back surgery. I always enjoy visiting his office as the wait is never long, and the staff is great to work with. I will continue going to Dr. Morchower for as long as I need to as I know that he cares about my medical issues and will work with me to do what is needed to alleviate them.

Dr. Morchower is very thorough and takes the time to explain to his patients what is going on. They were able to address my issues quickly and provide pain relief for my neck and back. One of the best doctors I've seen lately!!

I am 65 years old and have seen Dr. Morchower for almost a year. Dr. Morchower is one of the best doctors I have had the the privilege to use. He has great people skills. He is compassionate. He has a brilliant mind and goes the extra mile to help his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his specialty
