So many options to treat the plethora of skin/aging issues. My face has been transformed from ruddy, porous, rosacea, deep wrinkles, with decades of sun damaged skin to tighter, glowing, even toned, less wrinkled skin. I feel so much more confident and look years younger. Bonus: The staff is fantastic!!

I did a lot or research about BBL and Halo. Once I was pretty sure this was the treatment for me, I started to research providers in my area. I found several reputable providers, but after speaking with a friend, decided to reach out to PCA. After speaking with April I knew I found an amazing group and decided it was worth the 67 mile drive (instead of staying in my town). April is the best there is! She is an expert at what she does. She has perfected her skills and continues to stay at the top of her game. She took the time to walk me through the procedure (after determining the procedure the was right for me). She is compassionate and passionate about her work, patients and the end results. I can not say enough about April and the entire staff, including Daisy who assisted April during my procedure. Thanks to the entire group for taking great care of me! I could not be happier with my results!

From the moment I walked in the door, this team, of professionals greeted me with warmth and caring. Making me feel like a queen. My Halo went well and my recovery is easy. I was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff listened carefully and took a thorough medical history in addition to asking what I wanted done. Every procedure was thoroughly explained and all questions answered. I feel I was treated with respect and consideration. I was somewhat concerned about being upsold on services when I went in, but nothing of the sort occurred. They did exactly what I asked them to do and no attempt was made to sell me other services. I feel confident and comfortable with Pacific Coast Aesthetics, and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been dreaming of having more full/voluminous lips for quite some time so with my birthday coming up, I decided to make that dream a reality. Just from speaking to the receptionist on the phone & seeing the amazing reviews, I had a really good feeling about PCA! Everyone was so nice, especially the medical assistant & Audrey, who did my Dermal Fillers. She was so patient with answering all of my questions (being a person with an anxiety disorder, I had a ton of them!) She then went on & began to make my dream a reality. They used a numbing gel for my lips but she was nice enough to offer laughing gas which she threw in free for my birthday! It helped immensely not just with my nerves but with getting through the pain. I would say, depending on how badly you want the procedure & how sensitive you truly are to pain makes a huge difference! I for one can be quite sensitive to pain & the lips weren't a walk in the park, some pokes didn't hurt while others had me cussing like a sailor but I kept reminding myself that beauty was pain & I wanted to this! Audrey didn't just look at my lips, she paid attention to my entire face & made sure that everything I wanted would also look proportioned right. She's a magician in her field & I don't think I could have found a nicer & more knowledgeable doctor! By the time I was done, I could already see the amazing results & honestly almost cried tears of joy. I'll be going back to PCA to continue my lip treatments and for whatever else I may want done. I wish I could give this place more stars!!

I definitely recommend Pacific Coast Aesthetics! I was recommended by a friend in 2021 and have gone ever since for Botox and/or Dysport. The ladies that work here are kind, patient, professional, and they make their customers feel so welcomed and comfortable. The space is very clean and organized, and the front desk staff is always happy to see you. Pricing is great compared to other offices in the area, and they offer a cash discount!

Dr Audrey's kind and nurturing way, made it easy to just surrender to the process! All the assistants made it so comfortable to be there. 'HALO' one month ago, on my cheeks. I can already see a marked improvement, with a 'smoothing out' of my skin. Then this time, their brand new, and deeper-penetrating, 'Pro Fractional laser, on the cheeks, where the acne scarring mostly is. There's more down time, because this laser really penetrates. This awakens the blood flow back into the acne-scarred 'dead zones'. Then, over a period of about 8-12 months, collagen fills in the pits. How genius is that! This isn't an instant gratification procedure, like getting injected with filler would be. After going that route 4 years ago, with nothing to show for it now. This is a way better approach, for long-term treatment of 'rolling acne scarring'. Imagine that you're planting a seed. And to water it, you just continue thinking 'from' smooth skin, and how good that feels. This will give your body the permission to really heal.

I got Botox in the procerus and corrugator supercilli muscles. I have a dent in the procerus muscle that is getting deeper and more noticeable the older I get and the more stress causing tension and pressure. I was told it was a genetic thing. It also causes headaches right there or just feels annoyingly uncomfortable with the pressure on my forehead. I finally chose to do this for cosmetic, pain and headache reasons. I LOVE THE RESULTS! Now I want more! For cosmetic reasons now though haha but if anyone has an issue like me then April is amazing and knew exactly what to do! The left photos (grey sweater) is before and the right is 2 weeks after.

I recently got HALO with BBL treatment from Trang. From the moment I walked into PCA, I felt so comfortable. Trang put the numbing cream on me and answered any questions I had. During the HALO treatment Trang and Merrett were fabulous! Trang took her time making sure to treat every needed area carefully while Merrett assisted with cold compress and fans and asking if I needed anything. I highly recommend PCA, the facility was so clean and well appointed. Trang did an amazing job and has been so helpful post treatment answering my questions and checking in. I can't rate Trang high enough for the wonderful job she did. If you need a HALO, ask for Trang! You won't regret it:)

I came to Pacific Coast Aesthetics because a friend recommended Jen for lip filler and I'm so glad she did. Prior to this, I had been contemplating getting my lips done but was so scared about how painful it could be after watching videos of how it's done. I now realize that everyone injects differently and Jen has a gentle hand which made my experience virtually painless. I'm so so glad my first time getting lip filler was here. During the process, Sara made me extra comfortable and she and Jen work lovely as a team making sure it's quick and pain free. I also want to mention that they don't push other services on you. I went in today to get a BBL facial with Jen. After assessing my skin and desired results she suggested I get the Moxi instead. She said it would be the best bang for my buck! Jen and her PA were super awesome, they made me feel at ease and were super sweet and personable. During the process of the facial, which was tolerable but a little painful, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. They gave me a blanket, a wedge for my legs to rest on, a squishy stress ball to hold, and continued to explain what was happening so nothing caught me off guard. They were quick and efficient but still thorough and managed to make me feel very taken care of. Everyone in the office including reception, were warm and welcoming and very friendly. I was super pleased with my experience and would love to come back for more facials in the future!

I have had four different procedures done at Pacific Coast Aesthetics I have had fantastic results on all four. I had some Botox work done between my eyebrows. I had deep frown lines there. The lines softened. I was very happy with the results. Next I had BBL treatment on my face, and Halo laser treatment. Again, I was extremely pleased with the results. The procedures took years off my facial appearance. Lastly, I recently had a Filler treatment. I am SO happy with the results. The lines/creases on my face were all softened. I feel 10 years younger. Someone mentioned I look 20 years younger. The Staff were professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend PC Aesthetics to family, friends or anyone looking to feel better inside and out.

I love the BBL treatment! Zero down time and glowing results. I have seen a vast improvement in my skins texture and color. Red spots and little veins gone in a quick zap. Dark spots gently slough off in a weeks time. I also tried the Jeuveau for fine lines and I definitely prefer it over Botox. For me Botox caused my muscles to ache but Jeuveau does not. The staff is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Jen listens and understands just what I want. That office is full of gems!

I came into my first appointment ever terrified and the staff - the whole staff is warm, welcoming, & bring a whole lot of comfort to their patients. Their techniques are up to par with the whole processes flowing excellently from start to finish. Treatments I Received; - Jeuveau: highest level of Botox with there being 3 or 4 tiers - Belotero Balance Plus: lowest level for lip fillers and worked excellent for the look I wanted and there are 3 tires for fillers If I got the numbers of tiers incorrect I'll update this information for sure. Nonetheless, I am a very happy camper with my results and it takes Jeuveau about two weeks to fully activate so I am really looking forward to those results. My lips are amazing and couldn't ask for better results. Now I got Jeuveau because my dentist said that I clinch my jaw so much it is causing my gums to recede and instead of spending another six grand for grating I'll get "Botox" Jeuveau. As for getting my lips done... I HAVE always wanted my lips to be fuller and finally accomplished that here! I am going back for Halo at the end of September so I'll be editing this post after those results. I am receiving treatment with the Halo laser unit for; anti-aging to correct fine lines, pores, discoloration (including melasma/sun damage), and scars. This machine has a lot of benefits for just one treatment every 9 months to 12 months, depending what type of results you want and your age. But the full look kicks in 3/4 months after treatment. I love this place. I went in because I wanted to get rid of some sun damage. I love my results. I got a moxi with spot bbl. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and my favorite thing is that I never felt pressured to commit to any treatment. I am also loving the makeup that I purchased there.

The staff put me at Ease upon the moment I walked in. Michelle is an amazing front desk clerk. Her and Sarah were both so warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed and at-home! I was brought into the treatment room and greeted by Audrey who later did my injections. She sat with me for thirty to forty minutes discussing my skin and different treatments I could benefit from. So happy with the services and staff at PCA. The Tru Sculpt treatment helped me to heal a decade of back pain. I had a spinal injury that caused me pain. The pain kept me from strengthening my back. The weaker I became the more sciatic pain I felt. This cycle led to weight gain and just feeling unwell. After my treatment on my core and back muscles I was able to regain the stability that allowed me to begin my routine workout and strength training. I feel like myself again and am grateful for the technology that gave me my full life back. Turning 57 soon and feeling grateful.

I can't say enough good things about pacific coast aesthetics! From the professional highly trained staff, to the clean and calming environment, to the AMAZING results!!! I received a Moxi a little over a year ago and just one Moxi treatment I saw an incredible transformation from splotchy dull skin to a glowing face with an even skin tone! I got compliments regularly from strangers, family, and friends. I just received my second Moxi and it was a great experience! They have all of the equipment to make it a comfortable procedure! I highly recommend them! I also like that doctors and PA's perform the procedures, it gives me an extra vote of confidence! As someone who had a lot of reservations and not a lot of experience with med spas, I cannot tell you what a convert April and her team have made me! I am very pleased with their professional and personable team. I am half way through laser hair removal and very pleased already that my stubborn mid life whiskers are almost gone. I jist had a diamond microdermal treatment today with Alex and she was the BEST! It was relaxing, painless and so rejuvenating! My.skon is glowing this evening after my treatment. She even waxed my eyebrows before I left. I am sold on this place for my self care this winter. They are super clean, safe and cautious during covid.

I couldn't possibly give enough stars. PCA has saved my face. I was really unhappy with the sun damage I had gathered over years of excess time in the sun and only one BBL made all of the difference. I've gone back for fillers since then as well and am so in love with all of the results. Painless, easy process each time. Everyone on staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. They're great at explaining options, offering education and I've never felt pressured to partake in extra services or purchase anything extra. Fair prices on all services and excellent results! Terrific experience at each visit. Highly recommend.

Ok, I'll confess, I'm vain and of advanced age. Because of this, I have been to (and worked in) numerous aesthetic businesses. I have never experienced the care, education and quality of services I received from April and her staff at Pacific Coast Aesthetics. I was impressed by her honesty about the current condition of my skin. It was refreshing not to hear false promises or sales pitches. I let her know my budget and at no time felt shamed or pressured into treatments I couldn't afford. I have lived in Santa Cruz County for just over three years and have gone to several Aesthetic Clinics in the area in search of the one I feel at home at. It took me three years but I am so grateful that after finding Pacific Coast Aesthetics I have ended my search. April and Kristen are fantastic and I have never felt pressured to buy anything. April is extremely knowledgable and explains services wonderfully. When I told her my goals in using medical aesthetic treatment she told me about laser treatments which would ultimately achieve my goals of youth longevity at a lower price than what I had been doing. She has earned a customer for life, and I tell all my friends to go to her now. I can't recommend any place more than this. Go for a consultation and you'll never want to go to another place.

This is a wonderful new full service skin care clinic in Seascape Village. The business is owned by a Dr. and an RN with many years of medical experience and it shows! The level of professionalism and care I received here is truly impressive. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to treatment and the follow up care is extraordinary for sure. I had some injections and for the first time, not ONE single bruise. It was truly an almost pain free appt and now no down time or excessive cover up necessary. April and her team really CARE about their patients experiences here and it shows. The Sciton laser is next as it activates collagen naturally which decreases the need for more and more filler. Truly exceptional and this will be my skin care clinic from now on. Thanks Team April!
