I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I must say, I am very pleased with everything about PCA. The injectors and technicians here are very knowledgeable and really listen to your overall goals to work with you and achieve desired results. Kendall has been doing my neuromodulator treatments as well as my Halo/BBL treatments and I feel like my skin has never looked better. I can tell she has a true passion for what she does. The first time I came here I met with April and her knowledge of all things skin truly impressed me. I have gone to a lot of different med spas and this one truly stands out. They do not try to upsell you anything that won’t benefit you and they have always made sure I’m happy with my results. I don’t want to go anywhere else for my skin and med spa related needs! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fab experience both times so far. My first meeting here was a week and a half or so ago with April who took a scan of my face and then gave me custom recommendations as to what I can do to make my skin look wonderful and keep my youthful appearance. She is very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in her care. I'm excited to get my Moxi and ClearSilk treatments in fall after I'm done with the summer sun. ? Today I got an awesome diamond facial with Sara. I've got many facials throughout my life and I don't think I've ever seen my pores look so good. She did a fantastic job- I'm totally going back! Worth every penny. If you're thinking about going here, don't even think about it, call and make your appointment now. Very well worth it!

Everyone working here is incredible and kind! They are so welcoming and take the time to listen to your wants/needs/concerns so they can come up with a solution that works best for you. The NP’s and other employees are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. So in the end you feel cared for and at ease that you’re in good hands. P.S. I have researched many lasers and found the sciton Halo laser which seems to be the best of the best out there. I had my HALO with Dr Kendall and Jeannette as the medical assistant.Dr Kendall explained every step and put me at ease. Jeannette is so sweet and attentive .The staff really takes care of you from prepping you beforehand for the procedure to the aftercare. They give you a whole aftercare package and very detailed instructions. The service and attention to detail is top notch. It’s been a couple months after my HALO and I am only wearing spf and have gotten many comments on how great my skin looks. I will make sure to get a HALO every year to keep up on my skin health. Can’t wait for the next one!

I had the Halo and BBL. I am extremely happy with the results. Tightened my skin reducing some fine line and removed 80% of aging and sun spots. I went from needing full cover foundation to using a sunscreen with shear color. My husband can’t believe the difference.

I was very impressed with the flow of care at Pacific Coast Aesthetics. They're extremely efficient in their process, which includes taking special photos to determine skin qualities that can be focused on to improve overall appearance. PA Umek emphasized her reverence for a holistic approach to aesthetics which I very much appreciated; she wants you to look like the best, healthiest version of yourself - not a fake plastic one. Gloria assisted April in treating some spider veins on my legs and she was so friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The staff is incredibly warm, genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy their workplace and each other. It's great vibes and fair prices at this clinic. I recommend 10/10.

Dr Kendall did my Halo treatment. It was great! I have a high tolerance for pain so I didn’t need any extra medication. Their numbing crème is the best I have EVER had! The after care was good and I was very happy I had gotten a week’s worth of groceries so I didn’t have to go out of the house. Lol My face is brighter and pretty much a different color. Looks healthier! 10/02/24: another Jeuveau injection’s for my forehead, crows feet and 1 injection around my mouth. There is a very slight sting with the needles, but no big deal. The results are incredible. I look much younger! So nice to look in the mirror!! I have also had a couple facials with Sara that have been phenomenal. She is kind and I like her style! we chatted alot! The office is neat and reception staff very friendly and professional! Pacific Coast Aesthetics has the only Sciton laser in the county which can reverse signs of aging with little downtime! It is the med spa that dermatologists send patients to because of their advanced equipment. So many options to treat the plethora of skin/aging issues. I did a lot or research about BBL and Halo. Once I was pretty sure this was the treatment for me, I started to research providers in my area. I found several reputable providers, but after speaking with a friend, decided to reach out to PCA. After speaking with April I knew I found an amazing group and decided it was worth the 67 mile drive (instead of staying in my town). April is the best there is! She is an expert at what she does. She has perfected her skills and continues to stay at the top of her game. She took the time to walk me through the procedure (after determining the procedure the was right for me). She is compassionate and passionate about her work, patients and the end results. I can not say enough about April and the entire staff, including Daisy who assisted April during my procedure. Thanks to the entire group for taking great care of me! I could not be happier with my results!

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff listened carefully and took a thorough medical history in addition to asking what I wanted done. Every procedure was thoroughly explained and all questions answered. I feel I was treated with respect and consideration. I was somewhat concerned about being upsold on services when I went in, but nothing of the sort occurred. They did exactly what I asked them to do and no attempt was made to sell me other services. I've been dreaming of having more full/voluminous lips for quite some time so with my birthday coming up, I decided to make that dream a reality. Just from speaking to the receptionist on the phone & seeing the amazing reviews, I had a really good feeling about PCA! Everyone was so nice, especially the medical assistant & Audrey, who did my Dermal Fillers. She was so patient with answering all of my questions (being a person with an anxiety disorder, I had a ton of them!) She then went on & began to make my dream a reality. They used a numbing gel for my lips but she was nice enough to offer laughing gas which she threw in free for my birthday! It helped immensely not just with my nerves but with getting through the pain. I would say, depending on how badly you want the procedure & how sensitive you truly are to pain makes a huge difference! I for one can be quite sensitive to pain & the lips weren't a walk in the park, some pokes didn't hurt while others had me cussing like a sailor but I kept reminding myself that beauty was pain & I wanted to this! Audrey didn't just look at my lips, she paid attention to my entire face & made sure that everything I wanted would also look proportioned right. She's a magician in her field & I don't think I could have found a nicer & more knowledgeable doctor! By the time I was done, I could already see the amazing results & honestly almost cried tears of joy. I'll be going back to PCA to continue my lip treatments and for whatever else I may want done. I wish I could give this place more stars!!

I definitely recommend Pacific Coast Aesthetics! I was recommended by a friend in 2021 and have gone ever since for Botox and/or Dysport. The ladies that work here are kind, patient, professional, and they make their customers feel so welcomed and comfortable. The space is very clean and organized, and the front desk staff is always happy to see you. Pricing is great compared to other offices in the area, and they offer a cash discount!

Dr Audrey's kind and nurturing way, made it easy to just surrender to the process! All the assistants made it so comfortable to be there. 'HALO' one month ago, on my cheeks. I can already see a marked improvement, with a 'smoothing out' of my skin. Then this time, their brand new, and deeper-penetrating, 'Pro Fractional laser, on the cheeks, where the acne scarring mostly is. There's more down time, because this laser really penetrates. This awakens the blood flow back into the acne-scarred 'dead zones'. Then, over a period of about 8-12 months, collagen fills in the pits. How genius is that! This isn't an instant gratification procedure, like getting injected with filler would be. After going that route 4 years ago, with nothing to show for it now. This is a way better approach, for long-term treatment of 'rolling acne scarring'. Imagine that you're planting a seed. And to water it, you just continue thinking 'from' smooth skin, and how good that feels. This will give your body the permission to really heal. “Behold this vine. I found it a wild tree, whose wanton strength, had swollen into irregular twigs. But I pruned the plant, and it grew temperate in its vain expense of useless leaves, and knotted, as you see, into these clean, full clusters, to repay the hand that wisely wounded it.” Neville Goddard Addenda. I am amazed at the results when I look in the mirror. As if by magic, my skin texture on my cheeks, is so nice and smooth now. Capillary blood flow has been re-introduced by the laser! TWO DAYS AGO, I went back for the follow up, and decided to get one syringe of filler, for several of my really bad acne scars. It turned out to be the perfect thing for me to do, after the Pro Fractional laser treatment. And I must say that Dr Audrey is quite skilled with fillers. Meticulous and sparing with the injections, to make them go farther. I didn't really understand what 'SUBCISION' for acne scars meant, until now. Imagine gently separating two pieces of paper stuck together, with a knife. Dr Audrey uses special needles, to go in, and gently cut sideways, between the skin layers, separating and freeing up the top layer to rise with a little filler. And it worked. Then, with a 1/4 of the syringe left, she mindfully puts it in the fridge, for touch up in two weeks! Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results so far, and highly recommend this 2-step procedure to anyone with acne scarring. 8-27-23 Final visit for a while Today, omg! Looking at the photos of 'before' and 'after', I'm just blown away at the level of smoothness across both cheek areas. Doing this was so worthwhile, and I'm over the hump with the healing process. The redness is almost completely gone. Yes, it is quite an invasive process, and you'll at first feel like, 'What have I done to my cheeks?!' Though, tough it out for about a week of laying low. Natural tone makeup over the Alastin gel, when going out during the healing process. . And with the 1/4 syringe, put away in the fridge a week ago, Dr Audrey was able to use it on another stubborn-to-raise acne scarred area. Using her SUBCISION technique, cutting sideways through the scar tissue that bound the skin layers together, Then raised the top freed layer with the filler. For about a decade, I had tried to do something about these noticeable pits. I went under the needle with different injectors. And none did this subcision technique at the same time. Deciding to do the Pro-Fractional first, and then this subcision/filler, for the deeper acne scars, has created phenominal results. Truly a life changing experience. Sept 18th, to see how everything is doing. I decided on botox on my 11's, and this stuff is working! I cannot make a frown for the life of me, which is giving my skin a break! I never thought that I would ever see the day, where this amount of improvement would happen with my skin. But it has, and the acne scarring has virtually disappeared. I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Audrey and her team. This has been a life changing experience!.

I got Botox in the procerus and corrugator supercilli muscles. I have a dent in the procerus muscle that is getting deeper and more noticeable the older I get and the more stress causing tension and pressure. I was told it was a genetic thing. It also causes headaches right there or just feels annoyingly uncomfortable with the pressure on my forehead. I finally chose to do this for cosmetic, pain and headache reasons. I LOVE THE RESULTS! Now I want more! For cosmetic reasons now though haha but if anyone has an issue like me then April is amazing and knew exactly what to do! I recently got HALO with BBL treatment from Trang. From the moment I walked into PCA, I felt so comfortable. Trang put the numbing cream on me and answered any questions I had. During the HALO treatment Trang and Merrett were fabulous! Trang took her time making sure to treat every needed area carefully while Merrett assisted with cold compress and fans and asking if I needed anything. I highly recommend PCA, the facility was so clean and well appointed. Trang did an amazing job and has been so helpful post treatment answering my questions and checking in. I can't rate Trang high enough for the wonderful job she did. If you need a HALO, ask for Trang! You won't regret it:)

I came to Pacific Coast Aesthetics because a friend recommended Jen for lip filler and I’m so glad she did. Prior to this, I had been contemplating getting my lips done but was so scared about how painful it could be after watching videos of how it’s done. I now realize that everyone injects differently and Jen has a gentle hand which made my experience virtually painless. I’m so so glad my first time getting lip filler was here. During the process, Sara made me extra comfortable and she and Jen work lovely as a team making sure it’s quick and pain free. I also want to mention that they don’t push other services on you. I went to a different clinic in Monterey and felt my confidence plummet after they kept mentioning the other services “I should get done”. I felt beautiful coming in and going out of this place. I absolutely LOVE my new lips! Everyone at Pacific Coast Aesthetics is very lovely and professional. I will be coming back. :)

I went in today to get a BBL facial with Jen. After assessing my skin and desired results she suggested I get the Moxi instead. She said it would be the best bang for my buck! Jen and her PA were super awesome, they made me feel at ease and were super sweet and personable. During the process of the facial, which was tolerable but a little painful, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. They gave me a blanket, a wedge for my legs to rest on, a squishy stress ball to hold, and continued to explain what was happening so nothing caught me off guard. They were quick and efficient but still thorough and managed to make me feel very taken care of. Everyone in the office including reception, were warm and welcoming and very friendly. I was super pleased with my experience and would love to come back for more facials in the future!

I have had four different procedures done at Pacific Coast Aesthetics I have had fantastic results on all four. I had some Botox work done between my eyebrows. I had deep frown lines there. The lines softened. I was very happy with the results. Next I had BBL treatment on my face, and Halo laser treatment. Again, I was extremely pleased with the results. The procedures took years off my facial appearance. Lastly, I recently had a Filler treatment. I am SO happy with the results. The lines/creases on my face were all softened. I feel 10 years younger. Someone mentioned I look 20 years younger. The Staff were professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend PC Aesthetics to family, friends or anyone looking to feel better inside and out.

Audrey, was just fabulous! She was very professional/friendly and she did a fantastic job doing my BBl laser treatment. This skin clinic is clean, stylish, and has excellent equipment. Audrey was so thorough explaining the entire procedure to me as well as what to expect next. My skin looks great and there was absolutely no pain. I love the BBL treatment! Zero down time and glowing results. I have seen a vast improvement in my skins texture and color. Red spots and little veins gone in a quick zap. Dark spots gently slough off in a weeks time. I also tried the Jeuveau for fine lines and I definitely prefer it over Botox. For me Botox caused my muscles to ache but Jeuveau does not. The staff is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Jen listens and understands just what I want. That office is full of gems!

I came into my first appointment ever terrified and the staff - the whole staff is warm, welcoming, & bring a whole lot of comfort to their patients. Their techniques are up to par with the whole processes flowing excellently from start to finish. Treatments I Received; - Jeuveau: highest level of Botox with there being 3 or 4 tiers - Belotero Balance Plus: lowest level for lip fillers and worked excellent for the look I wanted and there are 3 tires for fillers If I got the numbers of tiers incorrect I'll update this information for sure. Nonetheless, I am a very happy camper with my results and it takes Jeuveau about two weeks to fully activate so I am really looking forward to those results. My lips are amazing and couldn't ask for better results. Now I got Jeuveau because my dentist said that I clinch my jaw so much it is causing my gums to recede and instead of spending another six grand for grating I'll get "Botox" Jeuveau. As for getting my lips done... I HAVE always wanted my lips to be fuller and finally accomplished that here! I am going back for Halo at the end of September so I'll be editing this post after those results. I am receiving treatment with the Halo laser unit for; anti-aging to correct fine lines, pores, discoloration (including melasma/sun damage), and scars. This machine has a lot of benefits for just one treatment every 9 months to 12 months, depending what type of results you want and your age. But the full look kicks in 3/4 months after treatment. Cannot wait! Thank you April Umek and Gloria! You both did an amazing job as a team and greatly appreciate it!

Last appointment.. I had experienced some unevenness with my eyebrow and upper lid drooping. Due to my schedule and any availability I had to wait over a 2weeks to get back in. There was no good explanation about why my middle of my eyebrow was shaped like an arrow and my other eye was drooped so low it made my vision blurry. I got two pokes and off I went. After all my times I have been there she seemed super busy on both visits and not very informative. Maybe just a bad time .. Unsure if I will return.

I was very impressed with the facility, and the staff in particular. They were kind and cheerful and professional and clearly enjoy what they do. Audrey handled my initial consultation and was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable about the procedures. No hard sell, just facts. The staff put me at Ease upon the moment I walked in. Michelle is an amazing front desk clerk. Her and Sarah were both so warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed and at-home! As someone who had a lot of reservations and not a lot of experience with med spas, I cannot tell you what a convert April and her team have made me! I am very pleased with their professional and personable team. I am half way through laser hair removal and very pleased already that my stubborn mid life whiskers are almost gone. I jist had a diamond microdermal treatment today with Alex and she was the BEST! It was relaxing, painless and so rejuvenating! My.skon is glowing this evening after my treatment. I couldn't possibly give enough stars. PCA has saved my face. I was really unhappy with the sun damage I had gathered over years of excess time in the sun and only one BBL made all of the difference. I've gone back for fillers since then as well and am so in love with all of the results. Painless, easy process each time. Everyone on staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. They're great at explaining options, offering education and I've never felt pressured to partake in extra services or purchase anything extra. Fair prices on all services and excellent results! Terrific experience at each visit. Highly recommend.

Wow what an amazing place! I was impressed with the ambience from the moment I walked in. My aesthetician was so knowledgeable about my skin and I felt so comfortable during my microdermabrasion. My skin looked incredible afterwards. I can't wait to go back. Wish it hadn't taken me so long to finally go. I highly recommend this group for your aesthetic needs!

Ok, I’ll confess, I’m vain and of advanced age. Because of this, I have been to (and worked in) numerous aesthetic businesses. I have never experienced the care, education and quality of services I received from April and her staff at Pacific Coast Aesthetics. I was impressed by her honesty about the current condition of my skin. It was refreshing not to hear false promises or sales pitches. I let her know my budget and at no time felt shamed or pressured into treatments I couldn’t afford. Aprils Holistic approach to health and life, along with her enthusiasm and love for what she does is catching. I look forward to my visits and leave feeling beautiful, inside and out.

Rose does such an amazing job with facial my skin looks so great when I leave. Today was the first time Trang did my micro needling and I had no bruising which is great. She also was meticulous about making sure everything was just right. I’m going to have her do a moxie in a few weeks to get rid of some spots I got in summer. The whole office is amazing!

I am very grateful to have found Pacific Coast Aesthetics. Their facility is clean, bright and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. When I met with April she went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping me make better decisions regarding skin care and skin cancer prevention. I definitely would recommend using Pacific Coast Aesthetics for your skin care needs. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.

This is a wonderful new full service skin care clinic in Seascape Village. The business is owned by a Dr. and an RN with many years of medical experience and it shows! The level of professionalism and care I received here is truly impressive. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to treatment and the follow up care is extraordinary for sure. I had some injections and for the first time, not ONE single bruise. It was truly an almost pain free appt and now no down time or excessive cover up necessary. April and her team really CARE about their patients experiences here and it shows. The Sciton laser is next as it activates collagen naturally which decreases the need for more and more filler. Truly exceptional and this will be my skin care clinic from now on. Thanks Team April!

Amazing and extremely knowledgeable, never felt so safe and happy with all the treatments and recommendations I have had receive. Plus the office is the most peaceful and gorgeous space ever. Top of the line team and environment!
