I’ve been getting Aviclear treatments for my acne and Picoway laser sessions for dark spot acne scars and hyperpigmentation. The results have been gradual, but I can already see real improvement, and it feels like a trustworthy, long-term solution. The staff is always kind and supportive , especially Summer, who’s been amazing throughout the whole process. She’s very reassuring and genuinely cares about my skin’s progress. Love this place! Staff is honest and friendly. Appointments are convenient. Facility is immaculate. And most importantly, I am experiencing great results with the body contouring treatments tailored to my targeted areas (mid/core and upper arms) in 6 weeks. I dropped from a size ML to a true M. It is a must that I wear a belt with my comfortable jeans now because I can pull them down fastened without a belt. I highly recommend Laser Duet to anyone thinking about non-invasive body contouring. Oh, and great service.

Love this place! Everyone is always so nice, I consistently get Botox to help with my fine lines and wrinkles. I had horrible hormonal acne they recommended some rounds of microneedling paired with biopeel, it completely changed my skin. I finally feel comfortable not wearing makeup out of the house. We decided today to add some lip filler since my upper lip has decreased to a thin line just to give me back what I used to have: I highly recommend!

I’ve had insecurities my whole life about stubborn facial hair. I have dark skin and was always scared to try laser, especially after moving from Florida when my skin was even darker. I don’t know what miracle they have here, but it’s working. I’ve been insecure about facial hair well into my 30s, and now it’s almost gone. I bought a six-session package. I’m Pakistani, have PCOS, and grow a lot of hair, but this changed everything. Worth every penny, and the women here are so kind and make you feel completely comfortable. Amazing experience!

I’ve been coming here for three years now and Chaher knocks it out of the park every time. The clinic is super clean, super friendly and really goes out of their way to make sure that you’re happy with your care. I started with small amounts of lip fillers and Chaher works very carefully to balance them with my face. I have never been in a position where extra fees were randomly piled up, or random products were pushed on me like other places I’ve been too. I’m at the point I really started needed Botox too, and I’m so happy with how everything has turned out. Chaher spent time explaining everything to me and made the procedure absolutely calm and painless. I feel like so many other clinics don’t spend time if you’re getting small things done, but that’s definitely not the case here!! I keep coming back for a reason— I really do adore and trust this clinic. ❤️

This place is the Best, excellent customer service, their prices are great and they also offer financing. I received financing for Pickaway laser treatments and bio re-peel facials plus micro-needling. My skin started to look better immediately after each appointment. I’ve been going to Laser Duet since June of 2022 for both my filler and Xeomin injections. The aesthetic NP is very knowledgeable and will rein you in if you get too needle happy, which we all need at times. Giving your face just what it needs and not a touch more. The building is very well maintained—clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The ladies I met (I wish I knew their names) were always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. At my initial consultation, Samar recommended two packages she thought would give me the most benefit for the price. At 8 weeks, I’ve lost 16 pounds. (I already lost weight prior.) I feel better and I look forward to going each week. That being said, here’s where I feel misled: it’s pricey, and even after asking several times, I never received a clear breakdown of costs for each of the 3 procedures. The laser lipo and body contouring did nothing for me—the shots were the only thing that made a difference. It felt like the lipo was just piggybacking on results I was already getting. My advice: wait for a promotion, compare prices elsewhere, and don’t feel pressured to sign up right away like I did. That’s my only regret.

However, their staff possessed a high degree of expertise and experience which collectively helped to relieve my stress level. Have had filler and botox at many places before coming here. By far best technique I've seen, almost painless. I tend to bruise moderately, but here I have minimal to no bruising due to superior injection technique. Alle points are able to be used, which saves me money. Been coming here for about 6 months! So happy about my results I’ve been telling all my friends! I was worried as a black darker skinned woman about treatments but I haven’t had any side effects with the treatments. They’re very safe and clean and knowledgeable and helpful! They work with you with payments and they get excited with results with you which is nice. I have been doing a full Brazilian and stomach and just recently added upper lip since I love the results. This works! Laser lipo with Evolve has made a huge difference in the way I feel and look! I am a 59 year old mother of six, my mom belly really affected my self confidence. While I realize it will never be completely flat after 4 treatments it is much smaller and my confidence has increased and I am now wearing clothes I would have never worn before the treatments and injections. I originally found Laser Duet Med Spa for tattoo removal via a Groupon offer, and ended up purchasing a six-session package. I've completed two of my six sessions, and have already seen some parts of my old, solid black tattoo fade almost completely. I think they were reasonable with their expectations and pricing with the package, and have had no issue with getting my appointments spaced a little further apart than recommended. Great service and very honest and helpful staff! I tried Emsculpt (butt) and it’s definitely worth it! The procedure was not painful at all, it’s like an intense massage tingling kinda feeling. You can feel muscle contractions, and it feels good! They said results appear after 4 treatments, mine was noticeable only one week after my 1st treatment! Scheduling was a bit difficult. The online system is not accurate so someone will contact you after you request a service, time, and date to find something that works. I had my service yesterday, 40u Xeomin. Office staff was extremely kind. Shaher did my treatment. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and told me of other treatments I may be interested in, but did not push anything on me. I’ll let you know about the results in a couple weeks. So far I was very impressed.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and personalizes treatment plans to achieve your face and body goals. The lady who did my aviclear treatment took her time and made sure to explain to me pre and post procedure care. I felt like they had my best interest in mind. My skin concerns are uneven skin tone with dark spots/post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, acne, and oily skin. The aviclear treatment, although pricey, is wonderful. I tried different acne treatments and none has worked. Aviclear helped control my oil production drastically, i used to be oily after 3 hours of washing my face and have to use a total of 4-5 oil films a day to prevent oil buildup which clogs pores. After 1 session of aviclear my facial oil production reduced, i dont get oily and only have to use 1 oil film for 10 hours! It is life changing! Can’t wait for mypicoway treatment to get rid of dark spots/hyperpigmentation!

Also the injector really cares about what he is doing, they do not get to push products on you, they want what is best for you. I also had a baby 1 year ago so that made aging worse. The owner was super attentive and kind, she listened to my concerns and recommended the best treatment for me. Recommend by my personal doctor for Laser Hair Removal. After 5 session I stopped shaving my chin area completely. Definitely would recommend if you're tired of waxing and shaving. So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM 💥 there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. It’s worth checking out.

I have always been a tomboy and I was really rough with my face. I came in here and I got botox and fillers at 1st. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didn't think my face could ever look this good. I was introduced to Morpheus 8 at Laser Duet a month ago. I purchased 3 treatments and after my very first treatment, I honestly am amazed every time I look in the mirror. I don’t know what happened? I’ve been getting my lips done for 25 years. So I came here to get the Revaness versa. Got 2 ccs. My lips were gone in 6 days. It’s not my metabolism either. I’m older. What I do to deserve to get robbed? You all seemed so nice. I’m so disappointed. I had to go somewhere else a plastic surgeon, so I know I would not get robbed. They look great. Still don’t understand what happened. Except that I got robbed. Do you have any other explanation?

I feel so comfortable coming here as the women working there are very caring, gentle, and comforting. Clean office, always smells great too! 10/10 would recommend! **Edit** I only warn people: be careful of what you are buying and the cost. If you can afford to pay as you go, do that instead of using their loan options like WithCherry. You will not be refunded if they quote you getting more than you need. Let me explain my experience: I was told I would need 6 sessions for what I needed done; it only took 3. Laser Duet staff refused release a refund for the half I did not need done, and only do a equal or lesser exchange. They told me in December that it was because Cherrys loan policy wont allow it. I talked to a rep at Cherry who said Laser Duet has to approve the refund. So now my trust is gone with LD. Just beware, that's all. Other than that, the office offers pretty cool things, just nothing that I need.

My eyebrows were very low and my eyes were hooded. The very hospitable staff informed me about thread lifting to fix my problem. I went with the procedure and I’m so happy with the results! I look more awake and I was so comfortable during the procedure. My eyes and eyebrows are both at the same level and no more hooded eyes. Thank you Laser Duet!!

My son and I had our first visit to laser duet today. My son had laser hair removal done on his face and I got teeth whitening done. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the doctor also. She even helped my son find the perfect special for the facial hair removal he wanted in particular. The price was phenomenal for the package she offered! Couldn't turn it down if I'd wanted to! My teeth are literally five Shades whiter and my son is excited to finish his laser hair removal, he still has five more sessions to go! Very nice people, very professional, willing to help with any questions and the office was phenomenally clean!

I've been here several times for different services and they always do an amazing job! I'm especially happy with how my lips look. Fuller but natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted. I also get botox in my forehead and there's not a bunch of swelling when I come here (I experienced that at another Dearborn med spa that I'll never go back to). Definitely recommend!

Laser Duet was an amazing find for me. I recommend it to my girlfriends, and anyone else looking to do something for themselves where you leave feeling and looking great—such a confidence boost. Samar and Chaher are very professional and lovely people. They really take their time with you as their client. I’ve been back now 3 times for my Botox treatment, and my lip filler twice now, and I’m always happy with my results. Chaher achieves what I want. My lines are gone without feeling frozen. My lips have just the oompf I need without looking crazy- no duck lips here. They help me decide what’s right for me because everybody- and face!- is different.

My name is Neha I’ve been a melasma/ dark spot patient for over 10 years. I have went everywhere to get my face treated. Some places even made by dark spots worse.. Until I found laser duet, I did not have high expectations because of my past treatments with other people. But now it’s been 3 months and my dark spots are already gone. Laser Duet it an amazing facility and the staff there are amazing. I am not just saying this to advertise the brand; it is totally based on my experience...TOTALLY based on it!!! It was clean, comfortable, safe, smelled good, and had a very inviting environment. I was not comfortable at first, because I usually go to another place where the doctor is double certified in plastic surgery; that doctor had served me well too. However, I am sticking with this place now. They convinced me due to their reasonable prices, kind staff, expertise, and the quality of service that I received by the doctor and RN. The doctor did a phenomenal job!! When he finished putting filler in my face, it looked fresh and natural looking which is what I was expecting and got; this is a true sign that a doctor knows what he or she is doing. I am 61 years old but look much younger now. The doctor was compassionate, patient and reassuring throughout my procedure. He and his nurse were so kind, and the doctor was as gentle as could be. The technicians were very reassuring to me before my procedure that helped to build up my confidence to trust the doctor and go through with him doing my procedure which I am so glad that I did. In general, I would recommend this place to anyone who really wants professional, competent, and gentle cometic work done. Remember, I was going to a double board-certified plastic surgeon but now will continue to go Laser Duet when needed. That should tell a lot about this place and service in a nut shell!!! Let me encourage those interested in great cosmetic work and a good experience to try Laser Duet for themselves. I am confident that they will serve you well! It is hard for me to trust any negative reviews about this place based on what I experienced. It would be incomprehensible; this is how much I trust Laser Duet. I will not trust my face with any other medical spa. The expertise and care at Laser Duet is exceptional! I’ve been coming to Laser Duet for a few years now . I started doing my laser hair treatments there and everything was amazing ! After inquiring about Samar great lips she said they do lip fillers so I was sure I would love to try it out . I had my procedure done and let me tell you it’s been 9 months and my lips look like I just got them done . I love how the doctor asked me what I wanted and he made them look so natural that couldn’t even remember life without them 😅. Duet is really top tier when it comes to service and product quality . I love coming to this medical spa so much because they really take care of me.they treated my undereyes so well because I had bad dark circles and puffiness and now they’re absolutely gone. These ladies are awesome. I have been struggling with acne from when I was 13 and have tried everything to get rid of the scars for 20 years and after a while I just gave up. When I came here I was so reluctant to try Picoway but eventually I thought I will give it a try just once and see what happens. The 1064 cleared my skin a lot the second week and I was so happy to see my face like that after years. Is it expensive?, yes. But I want to try it again as its makes me feel so confident to see my face like that and I have dreamt of clear skin for years. I can't wait to see how my treatment today will turn out. I had the 1064 and resolve today and it's for helping with the scars as well.

When I got to laser duet, I was told about a laser treatment called picoway resolve. It has no downtime, no pain, and does a great job reducing wrinkles , large pores , brown spots , and scars .it is the same kind of laser used to remove tattoos . I decided to go with this instead of the micro-needling that I purchased on Groupon. I was able to have the higher price of the 4 laser treatments reduced by what I paid for the 3 micro-needing. Before I did this I checked with my son who is a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. He said it is a very good laser procedure for a competitive price . I’ve only had the one procedure and my skin looks tighter . All of the women at laser duet were lovely . Nisreen, the young lady who did the laser treatment was very efficient and gentle. Now this is my second time coming back for Botox and fillers, it was a very gentle procedure and I’m so happy I chose them and excited to do more services in the future !!

The Picoway Resolve is the best laser I have ever used, and I have tried Secret RF, Ultherapy, IPL, Laser Genesis and others … this has the best results by far. It helped immensely with my smile lines, pigmentation and overall face sagging - it gave me a lift. I am 43 and I look like I’m 40 again. I also love the ladies at this spa and highly recommend! I just wanted to share my experience at Laser Duet: amazing. I started out with micro needling and bio peel. They spent more time and were so very thorough, gentle, and kind. Then I got my first dose of Botox which I was very nervous about but I’m so glad that I did. Today I left after doing hydro facial and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone who I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Laser Duet has truly made my goal of being comfortable and happy in my own skin. Sameer and the staff make sure their clients are comfortable and well taken care of. I am a life long fan!!!

I absolutely love this place!!!! But let me give you a detail rundown of myself and my experience: I am African American and I was suffering from mild/borderline severe hyperpigmentation. And anybody especially skin of color knows how hard it is to get rid of it. I had been to another place before but the level of care and expertise did not match. So now on to my procedure. I received a 3 package deal and what it includes is a chemical peel/micro needling, another chemical peel after 2 weeks and then a another chemical peel/micro needling after another 2 weeks. The name of the peel is biorepeel. It’s an Italian peel that has NO DOWNTIME!!! You heard me no downtime so you can go outside the next day.. with sunscreen of course! Also there is no irritation with this peel whatsoever like a typical peel. It comes with a hydrating serum and cream for post care. Now when you get the peel and micro needling I won’t lie it does sting for the first 3-5 minutes but that’s because the needle is pushing the serum down into your skin so it can really do it’s job. But getting the peel alone DOES not hurt. You may or may not shed depending on the amount of dead skin you have to shed. I did shed but it was light and minimal. Now to the wonderful aesthetician that did my peel. Her name is Faye. She is a nice sweet woman and she explains and answers all my questions in detail and truly cares about my skin and the outcome. They don’t believe in peels that burn and cause irritation and they put quality over a quick buck. My skin has done a total 360 and I am so in love with my skin and will continue to go back for maintenance peels/needling. If you are hesitant about going please don’t you won’t regret it and it’s so worth your money!! And book Faye please she’s amazing😀😀😀

I had a great experience with Laser Duet. I saw BIG results even after the 3rd zerona treatment. I lost 2 dress sizes by the time I had my 6th zerona treatment (in 1 week and a half). I just completed my series of laser hair removal treatments on my legs, underarms, and bikini area and am really happy with my results. I have fine blonde hair on my legs which has been drastically reduced and I don't need to shave my underarms at all anymore. I went to several other med spas in Dallas before moving back to Detroit and the laser they use here is the least painful one I've experienced - it's like a tiny snap. I will come back for a touchup or two in a few months if I notice any regrowth on my legs.
