I went to immediate care because I cut my hand. Everybody I dealt with there was so nice and caring and took good care of me. I would recommend it to everyone.

We had called ahead to confirm they could treat lacerations in my leg. We were greeted with kindness and care by Miranda at the front desk. Lola, the nurse who cleaned up my wound was gentle, kind and professional. Tina, a former ER nurse practitioner skillfully went to work on my lacerations. 20 stitches later we walked out of the clinic feeling very blessed we had chosen to go to Immediate Care. We ended up having to go back a couple of days later with pain in my foot, and ended up having a broken toe. Both Lola and Tina were there and once again to very good care of me. My experience with them was excellent.

I had a really great experience with the staff today and wanted to share it. I came in with a lot of pain, and everyone moved quickly to get me taken care of. The front desk team was very kind and even let my boyfriend check me in while I was in the bathroom, which I really appreciated. Skylar took my vitals and was so understanding about how much pain I was in. I mentioned I felt bad for being a little blunt, and she reassured me it was completely okay, which meant a lot in that moment. Dr. Litteral was very kind and informative. She not only treated my symptoms but also took the time to explain how to address the issue long term. Skylar came back to recheck my vitals, and by then I was feeling much better. We even had a lighthearted conversation, which really helped ease the situation. Thank you all so much for the amazing care.

I had to make a visit because of a pretty severe UTI, and Skylar, the Office Administrator, Miranda, the MA and Tina, the NP, were all extremely kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I will absolutely continue to use this wonderful medical facility because of the overall wonderful care I receive every single visit, but this particular visit, was an exceptional experience, so I felt these wonderful ladies needed to be recognized!

Ive been here for 2 work screenings. Friendly staff, quick and efficient process, thorough explanation to the steps them and i will take. Work near MWC and live in okc, but prefer this location due to the above traits.

My appointment was for 10:15 but I got there around 10. I checked in as a new patient, they did my vitals and the doctor was finished her diagnosis all in about 20 minutes. The place was clean, quiet and smelled good. This is my new after hours care place!!

Our son wasnâ€™t feel well when we were putting him to bed. We called Immediate Care and they got us in even though it was 5 minutes before closing time the night of the Super Bowl. The front desk employee was so nice and the doctor did a great job!

The staff at this UC are extremely professional and patient with their patients. From the lady that sits at the check in desk to the MA that took my daughterâ€™s vitals and even the NP was extremely kind and went above and beyond for my 10 year old daughter. Thank you for being patient and kind, showing nothing but compassion for your patients. The lobby and the rooms were super clean and smelled wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Immediate Care is my first â€œgo toâ€ for UTI, flu, and ALL the rest ALL the time. It is so reassuring to have this immediate quality resource available when my PCP is so booked up. Excellent medical care with qualified staff. They listen, are caring and genuinely concerned about my well being. It is very convenient to make appointments and have my case information available through their app. Donâ€™t hesitate to count on their services.

My 4 yr old had The BIGGEST splinter in the palm of his hand!! Tried myself 1 time!! Then we went to Immediate Care of Oklahoma-Yukon. Shakirah was so nice and friendly. And the Male PA ( maybe Brad) was then best!! Just the calm environment settled my little one! Thanks so much!!
