They were very detailed in the work that my mother needed and honest to the point that they were not able to do the work. A report was sent to the referral doctor and myself. They were also patient and professional with my mother who has dementia.

Can’t say enough about this practice. I’ve had three root canals done by dr. Manesh. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to make you comfortable. Each time he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His bedside manner is superb. His assistants are well trained and make sure you’re comfortable while being treated. Can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this practice.

This is a place you and your family would love to come if you need (root canal specialist) dental work. The staff in my opinion is rated 100 percent for their ability to get the job done. Oh my STARS! Where should I start?! If anyone is looking for a place to have a root canal, this is the place. I was having the worst luck trying to find an affordable endodontics place for a very annoying troubled root canal. Trying to find a place that would give quality care, cost friendly under my insurance, and a place that would immediately fit me in for the root canal was a task. However, as soon as I found this place — my worries were solved. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Ali Manesh, DMD. He was super professional, soothed my enormous fears (b/c I was terrified coupled with pain), and walked me through every step of the process. His assistant Vinika literally was the most patient/supportive/professional person that you could ever meet — she literally held my hand through the process. The front desk staff Yvonne and Dee were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything needed for the procedure, from scheduling to billing, etc. Yvonne was there for me from the beginning of calling to inquire to the very last part. I truly thank her because I was honestly exhausted from the search of finding the right endodontics to perform the root canal. She was honestly the saving grace for understanding my need to get this done immediately. This office goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible for patients; blood pressure checks, pre-consultation to ensure the correct diagnosis, state of the art technology for patients, etc. Dr. Ali Manesh is like a super hero guru with the impeccable ability to do such an amazing job with a quick timeframe! Anyone who is in need of a root canal should know exactly why the particular part mentioned is a crucial need. Not to mention how much you are valued (even) during your post process where you are given direct contact information with Dr. Manesh, in the event that you may need him after the procedure for any urgent matters. Let’s be real — not too many offices are ensuring that you have that level of care. The entire process just makes you feel seen, heard, and valued for the pain that you are experiencing. I just feel so grateful that I was able to experience state of the art treatment for a pain that I hope to never experience again in any of my teeth. But, if I do have to go through any of it again, I will be sure to book with Dr. Ali Manesh, DMD!

Really pleased with the entire experience. I was in a lot of pain, so the staff scheduled me that day and Dr. Manesh diagnosed and performed a root canal surgery in one visit. Great! The staff is very welcoming & friendly. Never a long wait when I arrive for my appointment. I was even 30 minutes late due to my own error mixing up my appointment time. I was still able to be seen. Dr. Ali did a great job with my root canals & answering any questions or concerns I had. By far the best Root Canal doctor I’ve had. It was my first root canal, so I was incredibly nervous. The staff is friendly, and the office exudes relaxation with its music and pleasant imagery on TV screens. HOWEVER, Dr. Ali Manesh is the star of the show. He addresses every concern you might have about a procedure while answering your questions. He is knowledgeable and kind and immediately puts you at ease. Outside of business hours, you can directly contact Dr. Manesh for assistance. He is an exceptional doctor who cares about his patients. I was in a lot of pain and scared about getting a root canal but everyone including the receptionist was super nice and patient with me. Reina was the nurse and she settled my nerves and held my hand while the numbing was done. I was so surprised nothing hurt.. it was a little uncomfortable but it was super quick and took less time than a normal filling! Not that I want another one anytime soon but I’d def come back here! From our very first contact with Ideal Endodontists, we have been pleasantly surprised at the way this Practice is run. Office Manager Courtney was friendly, responsive and thorough. When I called to book an appointment for my wife she took time to familiarize herself with the particulars of the case. Courtney had to take more than the usual time to check out our insurance situation, then scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for us. When we arrived, we were once again impressed. Cortney, while juggling phone calls and other administrative responsibilities, welcomed us warmly and patiently took the information needed to open my wife's patient file. After a very short wait, Nuria, the Dental Assistant came out and took my wife into the office for her X-Rays. Rather than just take the pictures, Nuria engaged my wife in light conversation, thereby making a tedious procedure pleasant. When the X-Rays were completed, Nuria came out to the Waiting Area and escorted me to where my wife had been taken for her evaluation. The office is bright and spotless, with all of the newest equipment and technology. My wife's X-Rays were already being displayed on a large monitor in front of her chair.
