I was amazed by the cleanliness of the office and the high qualities of service and standards maintained by the practice. Personally, I enjoyed the professional aura fostered by the environment as the doctors were benevolent and engaging, willing to explain the procedures in a clear, straightforward manner that is comprehensible prior to proceeding with the operation. The staff also share a similar disposition - they possessed a genuine desire to provide assistance to the best of their ability and had personalities that eased my pre-appointment anxieties coming into the office. All in all, I had an overall appreciable experience.

From entering to leaving the staff was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful! The dentist took the time to answer my questions and show me exactly what he was educating me on. So much so, I was able to explain it to my family! A special shoutout to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, especially the one with the cool hair! She actually remembered me from over the phone. It may seem small but in today's world where customer service is almost nonexistent, when you experience some that is above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized. Thank you Ideal!

My experience at this endodontics office was GREAT. It started when I first arrived, the two (2) ladies at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel more than welcomed. I immediately was seen at the scheduled time and Dr. Darjani explained EVERYTHING to me. The procedure went smoothly and the root canal was a success. I didn't feel NO pain. If you need a root canal, you will not be disappointed if you come to this office. I highly recommend this office!

I cannot say enough about Ideal Endodontics. My 16 year old son was seen again today for his second root canal by Dr. Ali Manesh. My son was much calmer and relaxed this time knowing he was in good hands. I can’t speak for everyone but for a young adult to be okay with going to have this kind of procedure done without a fight says a lot about the team of professionals he is seeing. Thank you Dr. Manesh for taking such great care of my son and for making sure he was as comfortable as possible. Definitely makes it easier on a mom!

Though I’m a coward when it comes to going to a dentist my experience with Ideal Endodontics was great. Had 2 root canals done with no pain. The doctor was excellent as was the staff.

While it wasn’t possible to complete a root canal on my tooth Dr Darjani did several consults with my dentist to set a plan to save my tooth (my front tooth no less) all at NO CHARGE. Ideal Endodontics the absolute best best best

I had tooth pain during the Christmas Holiday, I saw my dentist Thursday morning at 8:30. Ideal Endodontics was able to see me that morning at 9:00 am. I am pain free and the service during the root canal was excellent.

We had a wonderful first time experience! We were off to a great start, surprisingly, with the front desk! Basic customer service is part of any visit wherever you go for treatment, but the front desk ladies at “Ideal” were exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful, especially when I had questions about insurance and payment policies. Mila was so friendly, warm, patient and engaging. Joselyn was so pleasant and helpful taking the time to double-check the details of my plan for me so that I could be as informed as possible about what the best approach would be for my family. I didn’t feel judged or put on the spot at all. Together, these ladies with their warm smiles and charming personalities had me sold on the practice before we were even seen. And checking out afterwards was more of the same! We saw Dr. Manesh, who explained everything to me and my daughter and made a thorough assessment to determine the best and least invasive treatment for my daughter’s care. The techs were great, as well, making sure that everything went smoothly. The fact that their focus is endodontic dentistry reassures me that my daughter is getting the specialized care that she needs, and I feel much more at ease knowing that. I am so glad that I was blessed to find this practice. I found them through a referral, which compelled me to drive out of my way 45 minutes north, and let me tell you it was worth it! As a mother of several children, I can tell you that I have been to NUMEROUS health care professionals, and it’s not easy to find excellent care, but today I believe I did! Root canals are serious business, but I can say with complete sincerity that I feel like we are in caring and professional hands here at Ideal Endodontics. Not only do I highly recommended them, but I also encourage anyone to consult with them and see for yourself! Wishing you the best!

I went to Ideal Endodontics as my dentist wanted a tooth to be assessed to see if it could be saved by having another root canal (yuk). The endodontist was on time, professional, and explained what was going on with my tooth. She didn't try to pressure me into getting another procedure and explained the pros and cons clearly. She said it was up to me to determine the best course of action, and they would be available should I decide to proceed. I appreciated her approach very much and would not only feel confident returning should I decide to proceed, but also in recommending Ideal Endodontics.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff has been amazing to work with and answered all my questions, even when she answered them in an email already! The doc was great, he did not rush me he made sure I was clear and sure about what to do and what he was going to do. Best experience!

Very very nice experience. Very pleasant workers. Very considerate of my pain. And very informative, and explaining what they were doing at all times. I would recommend this endodontics office to anybody with a triple A rating. Dr. Sally Karim was awesome and her two assistants Anna and Jahara were the best. I had 6 root canals done here, 4 sessions. I was skeptical having never done a root canal.. the staff were great, my endontist was excellent. The process wasn't painful whatsoever, even currently after having my last one done today 12 hours ago, I can't even tell it happened besides feeling the temporary filling with my tounge. Zero pain. If I ever needed to get another, this would be my choice where I'd go. Highly recommend.

This being my first visit to Ideal Endodontics I didn’t know what to expect. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful , they made registration easy and stress free. Dr Karin was very professional and made sure the procedure was painless and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Karin’s dental assistants were also very helpful and reassuring. No one I know loves to go to the dentist, but if you need an Endodontist, Ideal Endodontics is a great choice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I’ve traveled a few times from Richmond to come here and have a few root canals worked on. Every single time the staff is so warm, friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. Very happy with everyone that was working there today 7/28/23. Dr Sally was very informative and did an amazing job on not 1 but 2 root canals. I was so nervous but her and her team talked through everything they were doing. I drove 4 hours one way because my dentist highly recommended them. Thank you for a positive visit with some one whom has anxiety about dentists.
