I would not hesitate to recommend this location. All staff and especially, Sara the PA took time to listen to my concerns. Without their compassionate care my path could have been a lot different and I could have had lasting health problems. Thank you. Side note: the facility is comfortable and clean.

Great experience. Fast efficient and friendly. Love the appointment option. Was seen within eight minutes of my appointment time. Will definitely recommend Clio Urgent to everyone. Never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly. I would give them ten stars if possible!!!

Everyone was courteous and friendly. It didn't take any longer than any other urgent care would have. The technicians and the nurse practitioner were very personable and explained everything that they were thinking or going to do very well. My first time at this location because we just moved to the area, and I was very satisfied with my experience there.

Fast and caring, came in because my uvula (thing in the back of your throat) was so swollen i couldn’t swallow and hard time breathing. I have thyroid nodules and had a biopsy done couple months prior so I was concerned and anxious thinking something was wrong with my thyroid. Turns out just a bad case of strep. They listened to my concerns and were so caring and understanding with how anxious I was.

Wonderful experience. Erin, the PA, went above and beyond to help my 92 year old grandpa take care of his ears before his hearing aid appointment. The nursing staff and front desk are also always excellent! Wish they were primary care providers, as well, because I'd go there in a heartbeat!

Clio urgent care has been there for us for physicals as foster parents and school age kids! We go there for immediate help as well and the online apt system is so easy to use. They text reminders on when to come in and notify you of delays. Their doctors and staff are so kind and efficient- we love it here.

I will never go to an other Urgent Care clinic. I drove from Flint after making an appt. Within 1.5 hours I was diagnosed with Influenzavirus A, had picked up my prescriptoons and on my way home. The staff is Gracious and the doctors are knowledgeable and efficient.

Five Stars to the staff and nurse practitioner that was there. I came in feeling horrible. The place was very clean. Everybody was very pleasant. I was in and out of there very quickly, and before I could even get to my pharmacy the prescription was there. 👍 it was not because they were not busy. Every chair was filled. They also have a screen which shows you your name and how much longer you have to wait. 👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second time at Clio Urgent Care and I won't go anywhere else. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. The cost for a visit without insurance was $95 which is cheaper than the almost $200 elsewhere.

I enjoy the Politeness of the Desk Attendants, both in person And on the phone. The Brick and Mortar building in Always clean and doesn't have any of that Computer crap. Everything is in Person and human interaction. Walk-Ins have generally been handled in a very timely manner for me for the last 2-3 years .. Good polices to keep. I'll return and continue to spread the word of Clio Urgent Care. Thanks again. PAW

Very pleasant provider and staff. I had an appointment and i didn't have to wait long at all to be called back. I live in Burton, and clearly it is worth the drive for me. I'll never go to another urgent care Clio Urgent Care has the best care in Genesee County!

This was an unexpected delight. Usually you go to an urgent care and you wait forever and you're lucky if you get the care you need. This place was the opposite of that. They had me in and out very quickly and solved the problem I was having. Thank you to the staff. You were great!!

The PA is an absolute angel! Within 30 mins of returning home, I had so much relief from the issue I was having. That was the most efficient appointment I have ever been to. I usually don’t get much help when going to doctors and they make up some random diagnosis just to get patients in and out but this lady was a Godsend and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you so so much!

I love the online appointment maker! I also love getting the paperwork done online! We checked in and my son's name was on the screen by the time we sat down! They were much quicker than the estimated time. The staff were all kind and caring and we were out with a school note and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy within 20 minutes!! The staff was very welcoming and attended to my needs and a professional and personal manner. They made me feel like I've known them all my life. The doctor had a excellent bedside manner and I found out that we share the same birthday! With all the pain I was saying he made me smile and that meant more to me than anything in the world. It generally meant that the staff cared about its patients and we were not just another person coming in to get care.

The only urgent care in Clio that I will go to. The ability to register and schedule appointments online was very convenient. The staff from the receptionist to the PA were very friendly, nice and always smiled. I was in and out quickly but was not rushed and was confident with their skills!

The front desk associate was very friendly. The medical assistant that did my intake was very kind. The provider that came in helped me with a very painful 2 1/2 week shoulder issue by giving me two injections at the clinic and sending me home with two prescriptions my shoulder felt amazing All day yesterday after receiving the injections I can't thank you guys enough. I drove past probably 15 urgent cares to come to you guys. I live in Davison, which is not super super close, and I have three urgent cares less than a mile away from me right in my town, however, I am so glad I made the extra drive to come to you guys. I will always come to you guys, family and friends as well. Thank you for treating me with respect kindness and not making me feel anxious like I usually feel into an urgent care . Most of all, thank you to the provider that was willing to go the extra mile to take the time to give me the injections that literally saved my day yesterday! I was so happy and grateful my shoulder didn’t hurt yesterday when I’ve been dealing with excruciating pain for nearly 3 weeks. Hey, even today my shoulder feels so much better. :-)

Everyone was so nice! Will and Jennifer shared lighthearted conversation which really helped with my anxiety. I got the prescription I needed and was out within 20 minutes. Super nice, super professional, and super quick! My prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away, too, which I appreciate! 10/10 would come back again. The cost is $95 without insurance as of 6/2024 for anyone wondering. It is listed on their website which is nice!

I wish I remembered the names of the ladies that helped me, but if y'all look at my file and see who talked to me, they did great. It was a lot faster than i expected, and all the ladies were polite, nice, and explained everything in a professional and easy to understand way. I made an appointment which probably made the process faster.
