Every time I have been to the Ruther Glen location, I have had outstanding service from all the staff. I am especially grateful to Annette, the front desk attendant. She goes above and beyond with her patients. If there is a delay, she apologizes to those waiting. She makes sure they are acknowledged and welcomed. I have never seen her without a warm, wonderful smile on her face. In time of need, when our regular doctor hasn't been available, I am grateful to have them on standby.

This urgent care is the best urgent care I have ever visited. I arrived when they first opened (on a Sunday) as a new patient. They got me checked in and In a room within 15 minutes!. The staff and the PA on staff,were accommodating! The customer service was great! Highly recommended this facility for your urgent care needs!

As a licensed primary care provider, after taking my mother to her doctors appointment today I can honestly say that this is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. They have the most common sense to actually give patients N-95 masks that work, versus surgical masks that weren't designed to prevent respiratory infections! Very modern interior, medical equipment, and friendly staff! Will definitely be coming back and referring patients here! Standing ovation to the person who made the decision to actually care about their patients and staff enough to spend a little more money on better quality masks! Thank You, Dr. Foster

Today was my first time coming to this location. Saying it was a great experience is an understatement!! Each and every staff member was beyond fantastic! I felt like a priority the entire time, my concerns were heard and I never felt as if I was being rushed out the door. This will definitely be my new go to for any primary and urgent care needs! This is hands down the best Urgent Care I have ever been too. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, which makes me feel welcomed and that I'm not a burden. And to top it off, the PA that examined me was sympathetic towards what I had going on on. She made sure I left with everything I needed to be comfortable. This entire experience is an example of how all urgent cares should strive to be. If I ever have to go again in the future, I will be coming here, always. 5 star treatment!

I have visited twice this month for different reasons. Both visits I have seen the same PA, Felicia. She is excellent. Very nice, friendly and prompt. The nurses were great too. I had a wonderful experience at this location, from check in to finish. I was seen quickly and facility was clean. Everyone I interacted with (check in, nurse, and doctor) was incredibly friendly and listened to my concerns. Came out with a diagnosis. Will probably be my go-to place now and would definitely recommend.

I came in on a very busy morning right after they opened up and they had already seen 15 patients before me. I was in excruciating pain so the wait probably seemed longer than it actually was, but they got to me fairly quickly considering the circumstances. Felicia the PA was absolutely awesome. Fast and efficient and attentive to my issues. And just as impressive or even more was Lindsay. She was good at her job as she administered the medication I needed and wrapped my knee up so well that the pain instantly began to subside! Thank you all for a great experience including the young lady who was nice enough to hold each door as I exited trying to navigate with my crutches.

Went to Pax Ruther Glen on a 90 day a couple summers ago with a knee laceration where I thought I would lose too much blood after a 10 minute limp out of the woods. Got there and they actually the held front door open as I limped in and took me right into 72 air. Doctor was the one with a European accent and she was very nice and caring. I know she didn't have to be, but she was by default and it really made a difference. Thanks whomever you are! It could've been worse but the care couldn't have been better.

Recently went to PACS. as I was so sick. I called them and was able to do a walkin visit. I was immediately registered and taken back to a room. The nurse came in a did a covid, strep and flu test on me. All staff and the doctor are very friendly and cared for my health. I will visit again in the future for emergency care.

The staff here is amazing! We arrived right before closing and they saw my son who had some sort of bite on his elbow that looked worse than it did yesterday. PACS was nice enough to take us at the last minuet and honestly treated us like it wasn't closing time. Thanks to all the ladies that worked tonight that took great care of us!

Wonderful urgent care!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and compassionate. I obviously can't say I "recommend" coming because who wants to be sick...lol. But if you find yourself sick and needing help, this the place to come, because they have great bedside manner and treat patients with great respect.

Made appointment online. Got there and immediately takenn care of for a lab test, then a short wait while taking vitals. Then another short wait in consultation room. Doctor was very pleasant and listened to me about medication (antibiotic) I needed/preferred. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would go back again when needing same-day care because there's always a wait for an appointment at my regular GPs office.

The entire staff is very pleasant and friendly. Dr Lam is awesome he took the time to educate me without me asking any questions and his bedside manner is awesome. I wish I could use him as my primary care physician but he only works at the urgent care center. Highly recommended if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

After being to many urgent care centers in the DMV area, I truly believe this is the best experience I've had at one yet. Maybe I just got lucky, but there was absolutely no wait, which seems unheard of during COVID times. The check in process was seamless and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Very clean facility. I highly recommend!

I called in to schedule an appointment for drive thru rapid covid testing. They didn't have availability for 2 days and didn't offer walk ins, but i took it. Something told me to go in today anyways. The nice woman up front asked me if I had any symptoms, I told her my case, and asked if there was anything she could do to help. She informed me they had just had two cancelations and she could get me right in. They even helped me register. Easiest experience ever. Everyone from nurse to doctor, hello to goodbye was polite. If I'm ever local and in need of care I will return.

I have been to this location 4 times since they opened. Each time I was seen pretty quick. No long wait. All the staff have been very friendly and easy to talk to. All very kind and helpful! Great experience at each visit!

I have used this Urgent Care 3 times now and they are always so kind, professional, and efficient. The last time that I used them on 12/29/2021 I was there for a Covid-19 test. The line outside was very long but they stayed organized and took care of 30 Covid test patients as well a patient with a laceration and a patient who collapsed and had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance in less than 2 hours. They put their lunch breaks on hold until after 2 pm so that everyone who had been waiting could be seen. Such a great staff to be around. Thank you for all you do everyday.

I've been here twice this week for a strep test for my son and then again for myself a few days later. My wife came as well for a strep test. (It's been a week). PACS urgent care was friendly, fantastic and fast every time! My family will be back for sure. Although hopefully not anytime soon.

This is by far the best urgent care facility I've ever visited! I called in the morning and they were able to see me within less than an hour. First a shout out to Tamika, who performed the Covid tests on my 15yr old son earlier this afternoon. This is exactly the person you want swabbing your kid if they have sensory issues like mine does. She quickly put him at ease thanks to her friendly professionalism, and got in & out of his nose as gently as could be expected. His rapid test came back negative but they suggested the 72 hour one to rule out false negative. We were so relieved that Tamika was the person who came back out because she had already establish trust with him and then was really cool explaining to him the difference between the first and second test - in how they feel and in how long they take, and why. When someone takes the time to make sure my kid understands what's happening, I find it so refreshing and praise worthy. OK so I made this appointment by phone, they got us in within the hour, we were early and they came out to see us promptly. It's a pull up so everything was done curbside The lady who helped me make the appointment was very patient with all my questions, (this is our first time getting a Covid test) I mean just so friendly and kind about it. ... Tamika was perfect (as described). ... and then the lady who came out to deliver the results and recommend the second test was also just so good about explaining all of it and treating my son as worthy of understanding reasons. I didn't catch the other two peoples names but they know who they are! So all in all, I highly recommend this as your first stop for Covid testing. YES! KID FRIENDLY

I've been to this facility four times and couldn't be more satisfied. One time I had two persons in front of me and my wait was reasonable, about 30 minutes. The other times there was no one waiting. I was impressed with the seating arrangements in the waiting room, socially distanced. The entire place was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the nurses and doctors very knowledgeable. My vitals were taken first thing. They treated my concerns, called my pharmacy with a prescription, and had me arrange for follow-up visits. I was a walk-in each time but it was not a problem. The best part was that I was spared a visit to a crowded ER. Toni R.

Highly recommend. Dr Zelda Johnson evaluated me. She took the time to listen to me. Im dealing with a scary set of circumstances and Dr Johnson addressed my concerns. She didnt have all the answers, but she was very candid about this and I respect that very much. She did however give me a physical examination. It was this exam that let me know in which direction I should go and Im very grateful to her and to the professional staff there. The nurse practitioner that initially spoke with me ( im bad with names and it wasn't on my paperwork) was very knowledgeable and her demeanor put me at ease. All told just a great group of classy ladies here. Id give them all 10 stars if i could. These are courageous women putting themselves in harms way to help others.

Had to get a Physical for something I'm starting. Didn't wait very long at all. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go back if I needed.

I usually get really scared to go to the doctors. I walked in with my hands shaking and was very uncomfortable. I walked out feeling great. They have great customer service and I will probably go back again if I ever need anything else!

Nice receptionist, nurse, and very nice doctor. I was nervous, because my granddaughter has autism and has alot of anxiety with doctors. They were great and it was a good experience for her and me! Thank you!

I have never been in an urgent care that was so fast, efficient, friendly, and clean! I was super impressed they were able to get my test results so quickly and will recommend them to all!

This review (Feb 24th, 2023) Another year gone by, and PACS only got better. Good luck to Cassidy, you will be missed. However, I have already been acquainted with more of the newer addition (to me as a patient). Allison, Wendy, Dawn, Susie, hope names all spelled, right? But I can't thank you all enough for everything you have done for my families health issues we've all been dealing with these past three to four months. Yet it just amazes me how much PACS is truly a diamond in the rough. It's one of a kind! I'm 50 years old, so I've been through some urgent cares in my lifetime. Not one other urgent care establishment can even come close to the personal care, touch, and effort that is given everytime. They are a team working machine. I'm amazed how more time goes by and how it has just improved more and more. With the level of care and how much the medical personnel go above and beyond any expectations. Means a lot to me as a patient, mother of a patient, grandmother of a patient, wife of a patient, and friends as well. THANK YOU, PACS!! Again and again. This review (2 years ago): 4/10/2022 I've been meaning to add to reviews, PACS location was a gold mind idea!! (Smack dab in the middle, a mile off 95 halfway to Richmond or halfway to Fredericksburg). It is tucked away, almost hidden like a secret, which is such a catch 22. I want to stand up, cheer, yell aloud how wonderful, and then I also don't want it to become so mainstream, could it then turn into another impersonal medical chain. I highly doubt that ever happening. Only because over the past 5 That's what makes PACS so unique, it isn't like any other medical urgent care establishment, like I said it's tucked away in a beautiful family neighborhood, it truly is almost like having our own neighborhood urgent medical family on call. Brillant!!! This review (3 years ago): 2/06/2020 Always in and out every time, staff is very friendly they go above and beyond, facility is always clean.
