This is the second time I have been to this location and both times have been wonderful experiences. Everyone is polite and helpful and I am in and out within a VERY short period of time while still having gotten everything I needed. And Mark Wilson is so incredibly kind/understanding. I have Tricare and technically would be able to save a little money by not having to pay a copay over at Wilford Hall, but paying the copay is worth staying close to home and being taken care of in 30 min or less by someone who listens to you.

I was a bit nervous coming to some place new but I was in a lot of pain and this location was closest to me. The moment I stepped in I was greeted kindly and explained the process of checking in. The wait was very short and the staff were very attentive and helpful with my situation while waiting. The nurses, MA, and Doctor were kind, professional, and thorough. I will 100% be recommending this location and I will continue to use this location for any future urgent care needs.

This urgent is the best urgent care clinic that I have ever visited. The welcoming and service at the front desk were very patient. The nurse and doctor staff were very helpful and inffomative.

I went to this urgent care for a broken finger and they were great at getting me an xray and care super fast and they were awesome. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

This is not our first time here! I know you don't want to visit an urgent care never But Believe me They have a great staff and really good customer service! Our provider NP Wilson is really good doing check out and hearing about our concerns! Thank you so much and of course I recommend them when you have to visit a doctor!

Clean office and great bed side manner and my doctor was very good and professional! Super fast visit was in and out in an hour! I loved not having to fill out paperwork and using their QR code system as well! Def will go back if needed

We love Fast Aid when we need it with a family of 5, particularly the Alamo Ranch location. We always have a good experience with scheduling, front desk, and especially the nurses, techs and drs! We feel like they listen and give thorough, thoughtful care. When we had a slight issue with an insurance change during one visit, everyone was super-helpful, understanding and respectful. Additionally, they are all quite friendly and help my kids feel at ease when caring for them and that makes a huge difference!

I definitely recommend First Aid Urgent Care. The entire experience from front desk to being seen by the doctor was a good experience, despite feeling miserable. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided quality care.

I have visited Fast Aid around 4-5 times in the last two years. Their appointment scheduling system is user-friendly and usually has an available time slot. The reception area is tidy and efficient in checking you in. The physician assistants (PAs) are cordial, meticulous, and welcoming.

I went on a Friday right before the holidays. I was nervous that they will not be friendly but it was the total opposite. The young lady in the front was amazing I wish I got her name but unfortunately did not. I was very happy with my services!

Dr was amazing and was empathetic to me and my seeing me in so much pain. Only thing was that the male nurse who gave me the injections should have injected straight in instead of sideways which was very painful and made me bleed but at that point I didn't care if I was hit by a car I was in so much pain.

After not feeling well, I went to Fast Aid online and quickly made an appointment for that morning. I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was received in the office prior to my appointment time. I saw NP Wilson, explained my situation and he examined & diagnosed my symptoms and prescribed meds & what to watch for in case symptoms worsened. I felt comfortable that I was being treated efficiently and no long wait times to be seen was a plus.

I have No insurance right now, and this place was pretty affordable. The doctor was very helpful and even assisted by prescribing me medication that was affordable for me. Very happy with the care here. Will be back! Hopefully not too soon! Lol

Dr Todd Price is absolutely great! Gets right to the point and makes you feel very comfortable! Such a fun guy to talk to as well! Always so efficient and quick here! True to its name, definitely would recommend FastAid in Alamo Ranch!

Came in right after opening, got in quick, seen by the doctor quick, got out quick. I was able to use my HSA card to make my co-payment and then I was able to get back to work without any issues. I'd definitely recommend this location if you want help efficiently and effectively.

This place is so quick! My husband took our son and was in and out within 1 hour. That was with them taking X-rays. We had previously taken him to next care and they were so dismissive and didn’t do X-rays and only pushed around on his foot. Come to find out, he had a fracture. Thank you Fast Aid for giving us the answers we needed! We will use this place for any other urgent needs we have!

Loved how Dr took time to get medical history and counsel us as we both had meds that interacted with COVID antiviral. Love your clinic--close and easy in/easy out.

I took my mom to the urgent care right after she was seen by her PCM. I didn't think she was thoroughly diagnosed. Thankfully the medical staff at this urgent care listened to her and discovered a potentially serious condition, printed out a referral, and directed us straight to the ER. We were told she had Diverticulosis that could have resulted in surgery if it hadn't been detected in time. Thank God for this staff. ???
