I visited the office today to get checked for a sinus infection and left feeling hopeful for having been in the hands of such a wonderful and experienced doctor. Dr.Mosen Defrawy is a true doctor. It is very rare for me to come across a medical professional who I can trust pretty much instantly and know that what they are saying makes sense and is probably the actual cause of what is ailing me and not just have a baindaid slapped on to resolve nothing. I hope my insurance covers him to be my PCP because I know I’d be in good hands. Thank you for also having wonderful doctors on staff who also took very good care of my daughter when she visited the office as well. All around great urgent care!

So happy to have this Urgent Care so close to me. They are always so nice and their facilities is so clean and pleasant. I can’t express how nice all the staff is anytime I go there!! The wait of course depends on how many people are waiting but otherwise in and out in less than an hour. The nurses and doctors are very kind and friendly.

Waited less than 20 mins in the waiting room and was out of the office within an hour. Sent my prescription over to the pharmacy and the doctor himself called me to let me know that there was a chewable version of the medication he prescribed my daughter. Staff was nice and doctor was amazing too. Will go there again.

Went in 30 mins before closing, and I was the last patient in for a gash on my hand. I was seen by Dr. Berman. He and the RNs were excellent and took me in pretty quickly. After examination, it was determined that stitches would not be required so my hand was patched up quickly and efficiently. Dr. Berman has an amazing sense of humor and kept everyone entertained with his stories. Service was great!

Came here for a sports physical for my daughter. It was very timely, but more than that the doctor actually took some time to explain what the future of sports medicine looks like for her since she wants to be a college athlete. I highly recommend this urgent care. Scheduling was very easy to do Online. Check in was also easy, I only had to scan the QR code in the office to get the Sign in documents. The staff is very kind and peaceful and cheerful. The center is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of free parking. I received very good care from Dr. Berman who examined my injured eye very well and ordered a prescription for me. I am grateful to go to this urgent care and I highly recommend it. Yesterday, I went to my regular medical Center to examine my eye, and they did not even come close to my eye to look at it, and sent me off with antihistamines. Well, I had an eye infection not an allergy and thanks to Dr. Berman, and this urgent care, I’m going to get well and stop suffering.

Went to SoCal Urgent care for a sore throat. It wasn't crowded at all and the staff was friendly and helpful. The doc was cool and hooked me up with some vitamins and anti biotic. Everything went quick and I'm already back home.

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It's pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. Dr. Patrica Farman was really nice and listened to all my complaints and was patient enough to answer all my questions. She wrote me a prescription for pain and a referral for X-rays

Patricia Farnam is the best! She is so patient, understanding, and dedicated to her work. I tell everybody (that I care about) to go see her. She has a very large, dedicated following. I've been seeing her at Pathway Medical (in garden grove) for more than 5 years, but she works here three nights a week (m/w/sunday). Her fanbase is so loyal, when she was on leave (twice), Pathway was a ghost town because we all refused to see anybody but her. If you go here (or pathway) ask for Patricia. She is one of maybe 3 people I would trust with my life.

I think the urgent care itself is cool but this five stars is for Patricia. She is so knowledgeable and forthcoming. I would love her as my primary care doctor if I could have her. She told me things I was unaware of and seems thoroughly invested in helping me understand everything. Top tier Patricia !

Came here twice. I had an eye infection. First doctor I saw was an older man he didn't examine my eye much, gave me drops and sent me on my way. 3 days later not much improvement so I returned and saw another doctor. This time it was Patricia that saw me and she actually examined my eye which the first doctor didn't. She recommended an eye drop with steroid and even gave me a drop to examine if I had cuts or foreign objects. I came back here MAD AT THE PREVIOUS SERVICE.... But this time I was helped way more and it actually made me want to leave good feedback. You need more workers like Patricia and less workers like the old cranky man who I saw the first time who just wanted me gone so he could go home it seemed.

The staff over here at SoCal Urgent Care is fantastic! I had called in yesterday around 9 Pm after looking through Yelp for any urgent care facilities open late at night, due to my mom having some pressure in her chest and a slow hard heartbeat which was causing her some discomfort, and was told that the last call for patients would be 11:15 Pm, so we had rushed to Anaheim in order to get her checked out. There were only 1 patient inside the lobby aside from us, and the brunette front desk receptionist was very welcoming and gave us the paperwork to fill out while she went ahead and got our insurance information. We were escorted into the room fairly quickly by one of the nurses who ran a few check ups on my mom and thankfully her vitals were normal. A little while later, the doctor had came in and did a few check ups and was very patient with us despite there being more patients pouring in past 11 Pm waiting to be seen as well. Thankfully there was nothing too serious to worry about, after getting some rest my mother had felt much better. If you are in need of urgent care services, I definitely recommend this office! So thankful that they open late and willingly worked overtime to help patients. (We left around 11:30 Pm, and there were quite a few people who came in to be seen.)
