I visited So Cal Urgent Care, while on vacation at Disneyland. Dr. Patricia was wonderful. She prescribed the antibiotics I needed to continue to enjoy my vacation (as well as steroids for back up, if needed). The woman at the front desk and the nurse were also kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

We love this Urgent Care the Doctors and the staff are amazing and very helpful I take my daughter before to a different office because she is complaining about her ear and the other Doctor said everything is ok and the pain still there then she lost school because she have to much pain and is warm then I bring her today and the Doctor told me she have a infection in her ear and throat that’s why I love this clinic the Doctors Thank You So Much.

I recently visited socal urgent care and was very impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Had a great experience at SoCal Urgent Care. I went there because I had upper right leg pain. I was seen in a timely manner. Caring professionals work there. They are patient, competent, profesional and knowledgeable. Receptionists were helpful, they assisted me scanning and with process of filling out forms. They made my day special. First of all this place closes at 12:00 a.m. which makes it very beneficial to those seeking medical assistance late at night. The front desk person was.very helpful. The nurse was excellent. She showed interest in me about what was happening when she heard me in the bathroom. The doctor provided me the urgent care I needed right away. My children and I had been sick for several days before we stopped by So Cal Urgent Care. We only waited about 30 minutes to see the doctor. I had bacterial infection. It's not only just my throat but my eyes were infected too. It was already 9pm so I searched on google and was able to find SoCal Urgent Care. The receptionist was really nice. She made the check in with QR code really easy and was nice to answer all my questions. When I was finally able to see the doctor, he was very patient and gave me all the medication I needed. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Loved this urgent care. The nurse and doctor attended to my younger brother very well. I usually have a tough time since my brother has adhd and autism and he really doesn't like to go to the doctor and stresses himself into a really bad attack. But fortunately the doctor and nurses were very kind and patient and very encouraging to him and it made me so happy for him. He was able to communicate well what hurt him and what he could withstand and I was so happy for him and thankful to the staff

Brought my daughter there for treatment for a cold. My daughter cough got progressively worse while we were at Disney. We were visiting from out of town, so we were stressed about finding a doctor opened late at night. We arrived at 9pm we were done by 9:30pm. I walked in about 8 pm for shingles symptoms. The staff were kind and swift. I didn't waited more then 40 minutes. Scheduling by phone was easy and very pleasant the front desk person I spoke with on the phone and staff and Dr had such great customer service. You can tell they genuinely care. I can’t remember their names but front desk, and the medical assistant who took my vitals and the Dr I seen late last night were so great, great hospitality, great customer service and helped me in my situation. I would highly recommend to everyone that I know to attend this location. The facility was very clean as well. Next time I need to go to an urgent care I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Glad to find an actual "late" night urgent care. Checked in with a qr code at the desk & waited in the car. The service was very worth the 3hr wait. Received a text when it was my turn. Front desk, doc asst & Dr T Mehryan were so helpful, thorough & caring. They stayed until they saw all the patients who checked in by 10:30pm. It was a busy night! I walked out at 1am feeling much better & with a treatment plan in place. Grateful for Dr Mehryan. Plenty of parking, too.

Was able to set up an appointment within 10 min online w/Solv. Check in and vitals went fast. Waited for a while for the doctor, but he was able to figure out my coughing issue fast. Then he scheduled to get me medications and an inhaler, and within an hour the pharmacy had them ready. I feel a lot better already. Glad I went. :)

We came in for a walk-in as we are new to the area and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she listened to everything and even educated us on what could cause these issues. Literally I’d have to say the best Emergency Care. One day I chose this place over the actual hospital to avoid the long wait and I feel like the big hospitals don’t care as much especially if you have medí-cal. So I went here and they took just as good of care of me as any doctors experience I’ve had in my life. Honestly I felt like they cared more and they were able to help me both times connect the dots with my issues when I went and I will continue to go here! I came into this clinic for the first time the other day because I had been hurt at a grocery store from a box falling and hitting my arm. The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. It was a very short wait before I was seen. The nurse that did my vitals was very kind and informative. The doctor that saw me I Honestly owe everything too! He referred me to get an ultrasounds on my arm that had already been checked by an ER doctor that just did an x-ray and didn’t see anything. But the doctor here at this clinic sent me to get an ultrasound where they saw I had blood clots throughout my arm that were life-threatening. I was rushed from the ultrasound to the emergency room and put on blood thinners that I’ll have to take for the next six months. I believe the doctor saved my life. If I could give a million stars, I would! From my four children and myself with all my heart thank you so much for this clinic.

The waiting time is mínimum compared to other places. My First time I waited less than 30 minutes, and the second time Not even 10 minutes. The Doctors are really good, They give you the right medicine. The personal there is very polite and Nice. Great experiences so far, very happy with this place

At first I was a bit skeptical cuz it was much different from the urgent care i was use to going to but, although its small, the Doctor (DiBernado) has a big brite personality. And was very easy to talk to. He made it a very comfortable visit . I give him a 10+ . And the office staff was very sweet. Thank you all for being there!! I just don’t understand, if it is an urgent care, why appointments? Just asking?

Best urgent care I’ve EVER been to. The front desk turned Bluey back on for me and gave me a Jolly Rancher while we waited. The whole staff had great bed side manner.

I had a great experience with Dr. Patricia during my visit yesterday. They were all attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. They made me feel very comfortable and well informed during the appointment . This was few of the many urgent care locations that really show compassion. I strongly recommended. Is not a new office, but the service and care is what’s important to me.

Great care. Was able to check in online and put in all my information like insurance and ID before I got there so I was all ready to go. Loved the online system. Staff were all very nice and the Dr was fantastic. I was the only one when I got there mid-morning and it took about 10 min to be seen. Only downsides is they don't send prescriptions electronically, I had to bring a paper to the pharmacy old school. And the bathroom was a but shabby. But overall great!

Came in quite late at night after being turned away from a different urgent care. This place used an app where I could see my place in the waiting line and I could wait in my car if I needed. The staff were kind and considerate and pointed me to the nearest 24 hour pharmacy so I could get the meds I needed to help my frozen neck.

Went to Disneyland for the weekend, my baby wasn’t feeling great so we decided to take him here. No appointment needed, we walked in and were out in less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and patient, from front desk to the doctor, felt comfortable and safe. And the medicine the doctor prescribed was ready for pickup within 20 minutes or so. Highly recommend!

I visited the office today to get checked for a sinus infection and left feeling hopeful for having been in the hands of such a wonderful and experienced doctor. Dr.Mosen Defrawy is a true doctor. It is very rare for me to come across a medical professional who I can trust pretty much instantly and know that what they are saying makes sense and is probably the actual cause of what is ailing me and not just have a baindaid slapped on to resolve nothing. I hope my insurance covers him to be my PCP because I know I’d be in good hands. Thank you for also having wonderful doctors on staff who also took very good care of my daughter when she visited the office as well. All around great urgent care!

Service was quick. I appreciated the great customer service and the easy and fast check-in process. In case of after hours emergency, and whenever one cannot see their primary care physician right away, this is the place to go.

So happy to have this Urgent Care so close to me. They are always so nice and their facilities is so clean and pleasant. I can’t express how nice all the staff is anytime I go there!! The wait of course depends on how many people are waiting but otherwise in and out in less than an hour. The nurses and doctors are very kind and friendly.

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It's pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. Dr. Patrica Farman was really nice and listened to all my complaints and was patient enough to answer all my questions. She wrote me a prescription for pain and a referral for X-rays

Patricia Farnam is the best! She is so patient, understanding, and dedicated to her work. I tell everybody (that I care about) to go see her. She has a very large, dedicated following. I've been seeing her at Pathway Medical (in garden grove) for more than 5 years, but she works here three nights a week (m/w/sunday). Her fanbase is so loyal, when she was on leave (twice), Pathway was a ghost town because we all refused to see anybody but her. If you go here (or pathway) ask for Patricia. She is one of maybe 3 people I would trust with my life.

this is my third time here for different things each time. I've been meaning to leave a comment from day one but I get distracted. I think the urgent care itself is cool but this five stars is for Patricia. She is so knowledgeable and forthcoming. I would love her as my primary care doctor if I could have her. She told me things I was unaware of and seems thoroughly invested in helping me understand everything. Top tier Patricia !

Came here twice. I had an eye infection. First doctor I saw was an older man he didn't examine my eye much, gave me drops and sent me on my way. 3 days later not much improvement so I returned and saw another doctor. This time it was Patricia that saw me and she actually examined my eye which the first doctor didn't. She recommended an eye drop with steroid and even gave me a drop to examine if I had cuts or foreign objects. I came back here MAD AT THE PREVIOUS SERVICE.... But this time I was helped way more and it actually made me want to leave good feedback. You need more workers like Patricia and less workers like the old cranky man who I saw the first time who just wanted me gone so he could go home it seemed.

The staff over here at SoCal Urgent Care is fantastic! I had called in yesterday around 9 Pm after looking through Yelp for any urgent care facilities open late at night, due to my mom having some pressure in her chest and a slow hard heartbeat which was causing her some discomfort, and was told that the last call for patients would be 11:15 Pm, so we had rushed to Anaheim in order to get her checked out. There were only 1 patient inside the lobby aside from us, and the brunette front desk receptionist was very welcoming and gave us the paperwork to fill out while she went ahead and got our insurance information. We were escorted into the room fairly quickly by one of the nurses who ran a few check ups on my mom and thankfully her vitals were normal. A little while later, the doctor had came in and did a few check ups and was very patient with us despite there being more patients pouring in past 11 Pm waiting to be seen as well. Thankfully there was nothing too serious to worry about, after getting some rest my mother had felt much better. If you are in need of urgent care services, I definitely recommend this office! So thankful that they open late and willingly worked overtime to help patients. (We left around 11:30 Pm, and there were quite a few people who came in to be seen.)
