Fastest visit ever! They did a great job making my 2 year old comfortable. Doctor very competent and prescribed medicine for my daughter that actually worked right away. And the doctor also kept my daughter cheerful during her visit. I would highly recommend for parents to bring their children here for quick emergencies because I did not wait at all and it was not crowded with sick/injured patients.

Great staff and Doctor! The receptionist and the lady who asked the initial questions were very kind. The doctor also reassured me of my worries regarding what I could possibly have as I’ve been sick for more than 2 weeks already. But he prescribed what I needed and was very patient in explaining. For an Urgent Care in Anaheim, CA, it's definitely a go-to place! I was coming down with a severe cough and the flu. I tried everything over the counter and it was my last resort. Thank God, I found them! The Healthcare team was amazing. It took a bit to wait but nothing new. My MD is a very knowledgeable person about "Holistic Practices."

Scheduling our appointment after flying in form out of state was relatively straightforward and fast. We were greeted early the next morning by plenty of helpful, professional, and caring staff. Our two children were very sick after flying into Anaheim and we needed a high level of care to continue our planned stay vacation. Our Doctor was able to diagnose both my children correctly prescribing the medications needed for each of their illnesses separately. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a private practice feeling urgent care. These Doctors and nurses are organized and ready to help in any way they can. We cannot thank you enough for saving our vacation!

Was seen by Dr. Patricia. She is amazing. Patricia saw both me and my daughter and she got straight to the point and helped us thoroughly and efficiently. The medical assistant at the front was very helpful and kind. I felt very welcomed and safe at so cal urgent care. Also, the lady that took our vitals was and always is kind and helpful, and sincere. I highly recommend this urgent care. They even stay open until midnight… not a lot of urgent cares stay open that late. Thank you to all those working at so called urgent care!

Had severe coughing as I woke up made an appointment same day and was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly staffs and doctor. This was my very first visit to SoCal Urgent Care. I arrived after 9PM without an appointment and got great care. At reception Hanna helped me with the check in process. She was helpful, patient, and kind. I knew nothing about the doctor I would be seeing but I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Bahn Mach. He told me that he loves being a doctor and it shows. He was so pleasant and caring and took his time to listen to me. He carefully cleaned the abrasions on my leg and bandaged it. The needed prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home, feeling very good about my experience with SoCal Urgent Care. I would highly recommend them to anyone. :-)

I visited So Cal Urgent Care, while on vacation at Disneyland. Dr. Patricia was wonderful. She prescribed the antibiotics I needed to continue to enjoy my vacation (as well as steroids for back up, if needed). The woman at the front desk and the nurse were also kind and efficient. Highly recommend.

I had bacterial infection. It's not only just my throat but my eyes were infected too. It was already 9pm so I searched on google and was able to find SoCal Urgent Care. The receptionist was really nice. She made the check in with QR code really easy and was nice to answer all my questions. Loved this urgent care. The nurse and doctor attended to my younger brother very well. I usually have a tough time since my brother has adhd and autism and he really doesn't like to go to the doctor and stresses himself into a really bad attack. A little bit of a wait but it’s to be expected at any urgent care. Simple phone check in, then attended professionally by nursing and the Dr. Had my consultation, got the medicine i needed, it was promptly sent to CVS where i had it by the same night.

Excellent place to go for your urgent needs after regular business hours. Great customer service. Was able to complete all paperwork online before I went. No long waiting to be seen. Very clean and organized. The Dr. was very professional and informative. Very nice. Felt like I was treated in the way I was needed. Even did a Covid & Influenza Testing on me. Thank you. We went in looking to get blood work done and everything went really smoothly. The nurse who roomed us was friendly. Binh NP knew what he was doing. It was a quick in and out for us as there weren’t a lot of patients at the time we came.

When I arrived there was only a family (with 4 kids) there coughing their heads off. By the time I left there was standing room only and I was the only one not coughing!!! The dr was great and nice. Great experience all around

I walked in about 8 pm for shingles symptoms. The staff were kind and swift. I didn't waited more then 40 minutes. The doctor- PA was very knowledgeable and explained about the issue and it's treatment. She sen a prescription to 24 hr pharmacy, and I was able to pick up the medicine right away. Thanks so much.

They had help me medication so I could get better so I can see my son sooner than I can hopefully by Thursday I could see him since I only have Mondays Thursdays and Fridays but yes they did help me a lot

Scheduling by phone was easy and very pleasant the front desk person I spoke with on the phone and staff and Dr had such great customer service. You can tell they genuinely care. I can’t remember their names but front desk, and the medical assistant who took my vitals and the Dr I seen late last night were so great, great hospitality, great customer service and helped me in my situation. I would highly recommend to everyone that I know to attend this location. The facility was very clean as well. Next time I need to go to an urgent care I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Glad to find an actual "late" night urgent care. Checked in with a qr code at the desk & waited in the car. The service was very worth the 3hr wait. Received a text when it was my turn. Front desk, doc asst & Dr T Mehryan were so helpful, thorough & caring. They stayed until they saw all the patients who checked in by 10:30pm. It was a busy night! I walked out at 1am feeling much better & with a treatment plan in place. Grateful for Dr Mehryan. Plenty of parking, too.

Dr. Mercer and staff tonight were incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable and caring! Got my two babies in and out as fast as he could but also thorough in checking and clear with what was going on. And pointed us straight to the closest 24 hour pharmacy. We’re from out of town and I felt incredibly comfortable and confident with the care and service received. Thank you!

Took my son here for an ear ache and nose bleed. The staff was nice and got him in as soon as I finished registration. The nurse worked really fast and the doctor saw him as soon as she left. In and out in about 20 minutes. Would definitely come here again if I'm in the area and in need of urgent care assistance

This location is amazing came after 7pm because my daughter was having really bad ear pain. The dr was so friendly and the MA where as well. Was able to get my daughter the medicine she needed at a 24hr cvs that night.

Came in about 7:30 on a Monday night, as a walk in, I was seen within an hour and a half. Fast and friendly service if you ask me. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others in need.

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It's pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. Dr. Patrica Farman was really nice and listened to all my complaints and was patient enough to answer all my questions. She wrote me a prescription for pain and a referral for X-rays

Patricia Farnam is the best! She is so patient, understanding, and dedicated to her work. I tell everybody (that I care about) to go see her. She has a very large, dedicated following. I've been seeing her at Pathway Medical (in garden grove) for more than 5 years, but she works here three nights a week (m/w/sunday). Her fanbase is so loyal, when she was on leave (twice), Pathway was a ghost town because we all refused to see anybody but her. If you go here (or pathway) ask for Patricia. She is one of maybe 3 people I would trust with my life.

this is my third time here for different things each time. I've been meaning to leave a comment from day one but I get distracted. I think the urgent care itself is cool but this five stars is for Patricia. She is so knowledgeable and forthcoming. I would love her as my primary care doctor if I could have her. She told me things I was unaware of and seems thoroughly invested in helping me understand everything. Top tier Patricia !

Came here twice. I had an eye infection. First doctor I saw was an older man he didn't examine my eye much, gave me drops and sent me on my way. 3 days later not much improvement so I returned and saw another doctor. This time it was Patricia that saw me and she actually examined my eye which the first doctor didn't. She recommended an eye drop with steroid and even gave me a drop to examine if I had cuts or foreign objects. I came back here MAD AT THE PREVIOUS SERVICE.... But this time I was helped way more and it actually made me want to leave good feedback. You need more workers like Patricia and less workers like the old cranky man who I saw the first time who just wanted me gone so he could go home it seemed.

The staff over here at SoCal Urgent Care is fantastic! I had called in yesterday around 9 Pm after looking through Yelp for any urgent care facilities open late at night, due to my mom having some pressure in her chest and a slow hard heartbeat which was causing her some discomfort, and was told that the last call for patients would be 11:15 Pm, so we had rushed to Anaheim in order to get her checked out. There were only 1 patient inside the lobby aside from us, and the brunette front desk receptionist was very welcoming and gave us the paperwork to fill out while she went ahead and got our insurance information. We were escorted into the room fairly quickly by one of the nurses who ran a few check ups on my mom and thankfully her vitals were normal. A little while later, the doctor had came in and did a few check ups and was very patient with us despite there being more patients pouring in past 11 Pm waiting to be seen as well. Thankfully there was nothing too serious to worry about, after getting some rest my mother had felt much better. If you are in need of urgent care services, I definitely recommend this office! So thankful that they open late and willingly worked overtime to help patients. (We left around 11:30 Pm, and there were quite a few people who came in to be seen.)
