I've came to this urgent care several times for COVID testing, but today we came in due to some stomach issues. The employees here are all really nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything well. Thank you for all you do.

I recommend SoCal Urgent Care because they are professional yet warm and welcoming and the Doctor listened to my complaints as well as treating me. She sent me home with a prescription and a lot of imparted knowledge I needed to care for myself at home. I'm very grateful to them and also happy for choosing SoCal Urgent Care.??

I highly recommend this urgent care. Scheduling was very easy to do Online. Check in was also easy, I only had to scan the QR code in the office to get the Sign in documents. The staff is very kind and peaceful and cheerful. The center is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of free parking. I received very good care from Dr. Berman who examined my injured eye very well and ordered a prescription for me. I am grateful to go to this urgent care and I highly recommend it. Yesterday, I went to my regular medical Center to examine my eye, and they did not even come close to my eye to look at it, and sent me off with antihistamines. Well, I had an eye infection not an allergy and thanks to Dr. Berman, and this urgent care, I’m going to get well and stop suffering.

Always open front staff is always friendly and helpful. And all of the doctors are patient and calm and have always lessoned to me as an individual person and have never rushed or pushed a diagnosis on me which I appreciate very much.

Although it was a bit of a wait due to an emergency with another patient, I am still rating this office a 5. The staff are very nice and the Doctor Mehryan was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for caring for me.

Went in with a terrible ear infection. The wait was 1hr which is ok because there were people but they made me feel comfortable. The doctor that attended me made me laugh when he introduced himself and was quick to the point, was out on a jiff

Went to SoCal Urgent care for a sore throat. It wasn't crowded at all and the staff was friendly and helpful. The doc was cool and hooked me up with some vitamins and anti biotic. Everything went quick and I'm already back home.

The Dr. Was amazing ? ? ? ....I took my daughter who got bit up by a dog she needed to get staples doctor was patient and explained everything to my daughter made her feel comfortable. Enough For her to say I really like that doctor.....enough said!

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It's pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. Dr. Patrica Farman was really nice and listened to all my complaints and was patient enough to answer all my questions. She wrote me a prescription for pain and a referral for X-rays

Patricia Farnam is the best! She is so patient, understanding, and dedicated to her work. I tell everybody (that I care about) to go see her. She has a very large, dedicated following. I've been seeing her at Pathway Medical (in garden grove) for more than 5 years, but she works here three nights a week (m/w/sunday). Her fanbase is so loyal, when she was on leave (twice), Pathway was a ghost town because we all refused to see anybody but her. If you go here (or pathway) ask for Patricia. She is one of maybe 3 people I would trust with my life.

this is my third time here for different things each time. I've been meaning to leave a comment from day one but I get distracted. I think the urgent care itself is cool but this five stars is for Patricia. She is so knowledgeable and forthcoming. I would love her as my primary care doctor if I could have her. She told me things I was unaware of and seems thoroughly invested in helping me understand everything. Top tier Patricia !

Came here twice. I had an eye infection. First doctor I saw was an older man he didn't examine my eye much, gave me drops and sent me on my way. 3 days later not much improvement so I returned and saw another doctor. This time it was Patricia that saw me and she actually examined my eye which the first doctor didn't. She recommended an eye drop with steroid and even gave me a drop to examine if I had cuts or foreign objects. I came back here MAD AT THE PREVIOUS SERVICE.... But this time I was helped way more and it actually made me want to leave good feedback. You need more workers like Patricia and less workers like the old cranky man who I saw the first time who just wanted me gone so he could go home it seemed.

The staff over here at SoCal Urgent Care is fantastic! I had called in yesterday around 9 Pm after looking through Yelp for any urgent care facilities open late at night, due to my mom having some pressure in her chest and a slow hard heartbeat which was causing her some discomfort, and was told that the last call for patients would be 11:15 Pm, so we had rushed to Anaheim in order to get her checked out. There were only 1 patient inside the lobby aside from us, and the brunette front desk receptionist was very welcoming and gave us the paperwork to fill out while she went ahead and got our insurance information. We were escorted into the room fairly quickly by one of the nurses who ran a few check ups on my mom and thankfully her vitals were normal. A little while later, the doctor had came in and did a few check ups and was very patient with us despite there being more patients pouring in past 11 Pm waiting to be seen as well. Thankfully there was nothing too serious to worry about, after getting some rest my mother had felt much better. If you are in need of urgent care services, I definitely recommend this office! So thankful that they open late and willingly worked overtime to help patients. (We left around 11:30 Pm, and there were quite a few people who came in to be seen.)
