I am at the halfway point for my brazilian laser treatment and I could not be happier! I can see the difference in my hair thickness and the regrowth is MINIMAL. I cannot wait to see the final results but I am thrilled with the process so far. Fae is very knowledgable and gentle. The service is phenomenal! I highly recommend True Laser Spa in Saint Clair Shores for any of your lasering needs. The process itself is a bit painful but nothing worse than a full brazilian waxing. I have experienced everything from sugaring, shaving, and waxing and this treatment is by far my favorite. I can visibly see the results! No more ingrown hair, no more painful waxing, no more appointments every month to be in a bikini this summer. I can't wait to wear a bikini and not worry about crazy hairs this summer! Dr. Nour was incredible. I have been to True Lasar Spa twice- once for Botox and the second time for Botox and filler. Both times Dr. Nour took a great care of me and was very personable and gentle. She was also cognizant of my needs and preferences.

I absolutely love this place!! From day 1 when I called to inquire about there services, she helped me figure out what I needed and highly recommended me for the laser hair removal. The very first appointment I saw results! I have not had any issues and I'm nearly half way through my treatments. I didn't experience any irritation or discoloration of the skin not even any redness really! This treatment doesn't take that long and it is painless. I love, love, love this spa!

Microdermabrasion. Service was great! Procedure was great! Faye did a great job explaining everything. She did not pressure me into anything. After explaining things she told me it was up to me. I really appreciated not being pressured because had she pressure me, I wouldn't return. She did a great job. She recommended a few treatments that I may try in the future.

I researched laser hair removal for a few years and I was a little afraid that it would be painful so I kept putting it off. One day I just decided to do it and I am very pleased with the results. I have a lot of hair follicles and my hair grows insanely fas. I noticed a significant decrease in hair density and how quickly hair grows in one visit. After two visits, the hair under my arms barely grows anymore. I noticed results very quick. As far as pain, if you have had a Brazilian wax, laser honestly isnt worst than that. Yes, you will feel some pain from the laser but the appointment is very quick. True Laser spa makes sure when you walk in there is only a min or so before you go back for your appt. I love that, they aren't over booking clients and they get you in and out for your appt time. They also have several payment options, which is nice. The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff is very professional. Laser hair removal is top 10 decisions I've made as an adult.

Every 10 years I feel like i need to do things pertaining to my health and my looks. I saw True Laser Spa and a list of the items I wanted to have done. I signed up for many of their specialized treatments. The manager, Faye is professional and exceptional, she has a lovely personally and seems to care from the bottom of her heart. I am getting fantastic results. I could say so much more about this wonderful spa. It is a one-stop shop for everything. I totally recommend to everyone coming here for any services of interest. Great results. I did Laser 6 sessions legs and under arms and bikini and results were amazing . I never even need to shave anymore when I used to shave every week Botox is painless and on spot they know how to hit the right places for excellent results Vampire facial was great ! If you're considering Laser Hair Removal, do it! The only person to see is Faye at True Laser. She manages expectations very well, no surprises. I have course dark hair and I've had 10 sessions. After 6 sessions about 75% of the hair was gone. Three more sessions got rid of a bit more and the hair that is still there is much finer and softer than before. I'm hoping 2 more sessions will do it. Faye is honest about what to expect and very kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My sister and I are both African-Americans and we went to true spa to have laser hair removed from our upper lip, and our chin area. We were apprehensive at first, because we've heard that if you were African-American that you may not get your desired results. But after our first two appointments, we realized that was not true. I love my results and I had very minimal hair coming back after my first session. I would highly recommend Tru spa. I am loving my results!!

Before going in I was super nervous and unsure, but automatically Faye made me so comfortable and welcome. She was able to go through the process in depth and made me feel so at ease. I decided on my armpits, legs and bikini area to start for laser hair removal (I have super dark course hair) and couldn't believe the results and how less painful than I thought it would be! The amount of money I spent on electrolysis (for years) I should had used the funds towards this place. I started with 9 sessions for upper lip and chin. The results......phenomenal. Less than a year, I can honestly say I am satisfied. Faye is great in what she does. Thank you Faye.

I've had two laser hair removal treatments and the hair growth has slowed already! I can't wait for no more shaving after all six treatments. It's a laser, so it does hurt a little bit, but I was completely fine right after both appointments. Would recommend.

Great experience. Everyone is very professional and the service was great. I am a dark skinned african American woman and i had very course hair to my face and chin. But after 4 of my 6 recommended treatments I saw great results. treatments were working well. I no longer feel embarrassed when someone's close to me no longer feel that I have a 5 0' clock shadow because I don't. I no longer have to shave my face every 2 to 3 days. Tru spa has helped by confidence tremendously! I would recommend them to everyone who has a problem with unwanted hair growth.

I came in to get touch up from hair removal at a different place I went to years ago. The experience here was much better and more professional all around also with better results. I was so impressed I gifted my daughter a package. I would recommend it to anyone! Virtually painless, silky smooth results that last! I only wish I had the ability to do it when I was younger to avoid years of shaving and razor bumps. I had legs, underarms and full bikini. Best decision ever. If your on the fence, just do it you won't be sorry. It's not cheap but I found you get what you pay for and it is worth it.

I did the service for laser hair removal and the results were great. I have darker skin and there was no damage to my skin and it made my marks on my face and neck lighter. I went for 6 sessions and i barely have any hair that has grown back. The staff is so sweet and friendly.

I was super impressed with how caring and encouraging Faye was the first time I arrived. I am so glad I choose to commute 45 minutes to receive treatment here! I saw great results (around 70% loss of hair) after my first session. I was skeptical about hair removal because in the past it didn't work, but the equipment used at True Laser must be better because I saw a huge improvement in hair loss after the first session. I'm seriously so thankful for having the opportunity to have successful hair loss. I've struggled with PCOS since I was a teenager and it's been something I've been so self conscious of for so many years. I cannot thank True Laser enough for allowing me to set up a financial plan so I could afford the treatment!

I absolutely loveeeeeeee Faye ! I'm an African American woman in my mid 20's I've literally struggled with hyperpigmentation & ingrown hairs for almost my entire life. I was scared to do it because of the cost but when I tell you , it's really the best investment I ever made to get rid of an insecurity I struggled with all my life. It's not painful at all they feel like little zaps of heat. After my very first appointment my hair did not grow back only some peach fuzz . I have not had to shave or get a wax since then because the little hair that does show is very light & not embarrassing at all. I highly recommend true laser spa. They offer payment plans as well. I promise you won't regret it 10/10

I am african american male with type 4, moderately thick hair, and brown skin. Faye uses an ND Yag 1064 laser (needed for people with darker than fair skin) which yeilded painless and smooth results after 6 sessions. Faye is professional and treats everyone equally. After searching for a while, Faye was the first who was willing to take me as a client even though I am male and wanted more intimate areas done. My overall experience was nothing short of pleasant and truly comfortable.

Faye does an excellent job ensuring I'm comfortable and satisfied with each laser session. She calls me the day before to make sure I can still make our appointment. I feel safe at the facility and it is super clean. Faye asks how I'm feeling if the laser is strong and adjusts to my pain tolerance on request. I purchased a package of sessions for different areas on a promotion. Some negotiation is possible if you're treating multiple areas or buying several sessions at once. I felt the sale was a bit pressured in-person, but I don't think most people go into a laser spa NOT expecting to get the procedure done the same day, or at least that's how she made it seem. Overall though, I don't regret my decision one bit. It's really nice to not have to shave but maybe once a month or not at all for some areas. Another plus I didn't expect was my acne significantly improved in my underarms. No shaving and no pimples! You should expect to go back for several treatments over time if you have really dark or thick hair. The one con about pretty much any laser treatment though is the area you're treating can become less sensitive to touch over time. Just something to consider longer term and not be shocked about afterwards All-in-all, I think Faye is a great provider and I am very pleased with my results.

Truly the best place to go to for laser hair removal! I was recommended by my sister to come . I'm having laser hair removal for my face and I'm currently on my 2nd session . After the 1st session I've received amazing results ! I literally had no hair on my face for a whole month (not needing to shave at all ) I'm African American and the laser works amazing with my skin and removing hair. Laser hair removal even helped improved my skin also ( pictures below is my before and afters)The staff is very nice and welcoming.

I have already wrote a review but wanted to write one for my Mother, Gloria, she had the Mironeedling, bioreepeel made by Italy and she looked amazing after it was all done! It made her look younger. She is 76! I noticed the differences right away. Also I had the radio frequency for my double chin, I highly recommend it. I am 51 and just lost 30 lbs but my double chin turned into a saggy one, this helped out a lot. I noticed, people noticed right away. No more saggy skin;-)

I came to Faye for Brazilian laser treatment. In the past I experienced ingrowns due to shaving and even waxing. She offered great pricing and explained everything in detail. I am so happy I found this place, Mrs. Faye is amazing. I came for the laser fat removal to help with my cellulite and I was so happy with the results that I trusted Mrs. Faye to help me with my acne. I got the microneedling procedure and after the first procedure my hyperpigmentation has lightened over 70 percent. My face healed in just a week. I have tried everything to try to get rid of the acne I got from wearing masks and nothing helped. I can not wait till I get done with the next three procedures, I promise you it is worth it I don’t think nothing could have did a better job.

I got laser hair removal and saw results immediately after 1 visit. No more in grown hairs or razor scars for me. The few hairs that grew back were taken care of by the 2nd removal session. I opted to go for the noninvasive laser fat removal for my thighs. I have always had a problem with them. However I must admit that I do see a huge difference from how they looked at the beginning. I was very skeptical at first. However, Faye was very knowledgable, informative, and helpful. She was also very patient and courteous with me. I really enjoyed my time there and the cost was reasonably priced! I highly recommend this procedure for anyone suffering from diet resistant fat cells!

I love experience I had at true laser spa! I’ve had micro needling and laser fat removal. The results from the micro needling had me so anxious for my next session, due to the amazing result just after one. The laser fat removal results started to show in less that 3 days. I’ve been going to Faye for three months now for laser hair removal. It is painless and very effective. After only 3 treatments I’m almost completely hair free. This is by far the best investment I’ve made and I’m very happy with the results.

Very nice and professional staff !! I have done laser hair removal and body countering sessions and I am very happy with my results . I am also looking forward to doing my skin treatments next because they have very good technology and are very knowledgeable with skin treatments .

I’m on treatment number four. I’m doing under arm. Bakini butt and upper inner thigh. Great personal service that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was important for me to feel safe and secure. The treatment is warm and with cooling effects to help. She even gave me some frozen wheels to help during my first treatment. So far I have little to no hair. I was also given the option of a payment plan. I highly recommend.

Hi, I would like to share, going to True Lazer Spa has truly been a great experience. Ms. Faye is one of the best, when I first start going about two months ago I was really scared because I have heard many scary stories but she reinsure to me everything will be ok and I’m glad I trusted her. I once was a waxed who would wax my face atleast twice a week that’s 8 times a month but now I Lazer my face chin area and it has boost my confidence to another level! I only go once a month and as the we move forward my times will get shorter. Very professional, kind and Clean, I highly recommend the results will change your life.

I recently started my laser hair removal treatment here with Fay and my experience has been great. The process is discreet and she make you feel so comfortable I can't say enough. She offers affordable payment plan options and is knowledgeable. My daughter and I were able to get a consult and pricing same day. At that time you can set up an appointment or think about it with no pressure. I chose to set mines up but my daughter didn't. I have done a total of 2 sessions so far and already see great results. I bought a session for my daughter as a surprise birthday gift. Fay did the most sweetest and thoughtful thing and surprised my daughter with a cute birthday gift after our session. Very professional and clean which is very important to me. I suffer with dark spots from chicken pox when I was younger and I tried everything for them to go away. I came to True laser spa and got microneedling to remove them. It has worked wonders! After just one session I am seeing a drastic change in how dark the spots are. I have 4 more sessions to go. The cost is affordable and you can pay as you go! I recommend everyone to come here

Laser hair removal was always something I wanted due to unwanted hair on my neck and chin. However it was too pricey. I'm so glad I found True Laser Spa it is affordable and overall a great experience! My self confidence was down due to dark spots caused by the hair as well. Now thats all gone. Hair is a thing of the past and so are those spots. I feel great and look even better. I'm forever grateful this was one of the best decisions I made. I am in the medical profession and as you know we are going through a pandemic. I have been trying to lose some lower belly and back fat, but with the stress of work and going through a miscarriage, I came to true laser spa for help. After 6 sessions I saw results and even paid for more sessions of laser fat removal. I do have to say that I was skeptical at first, but after seeing results, I am a believer. I highly recommend this facility, not only for the results, but how clean the facility is kept and the uses of CDC guidelines on pandemic regulations.

I went to True Laser Spa for hair removal on my chin and mustache. I was told there would be a total of 6 treatments and they provided a payment plan. I was very skeptical and did my research and asked a lot of questions. She explained the process and how things would feel and how I would be impressed after my first treatment. After my first treatment the hair on my chin started to grow back and I began to rub my chin where the hair was and the hair would aucome right out. It was unbelievable, then I began to pull the short hairs and they would come out in my fingertips. By the time my second treatment came around I didn't have any chin hairs or mustache hair . The second treatment went just like the first treatment. I also noticed the black marks on my chin are starting to get lighter. I began to ask about other services because I was very impressed from the results of the hair removal. I normally don't write reviews, however I rely on them when I make purchases. If you are tired of growing a mustache and hair on you chin going to True Laser Spa is worth the investment.
