I had a great experience during my Botox appointment. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. They were also very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I originally came in just for Botox, but they gave me additional information about my skin and facial analysis that I didn’t even know about. the team was professional and helped me understand what would be best for my skin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering Botox or other aesthetic treatments!

I cannot say enough good things about Aspire Med Spa. I’ve been going there for Botox and Radiesse, and I am beyond happy with my results every time. Rosaly is incredible so kind, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and confident from the moment you walk in. I’ve lived in Tampa for 10 years and spent the last five exploring different med spas — I’ve definitely kissed a few frogs along the way, but I truly feel like I’ve finally found my ‘prince’ with Aspire MedSpa. I first came in to address asymmetry in my lips, and for the first time, I felt truly heard — the team took the time to understand my concerns and work with me thoughtfully instead of treating it like a quick, transactional visit. The level of care, presence, and professionalism is unmatched, and I finally feel comfortable being consistent with my treatments — if you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out.

I had such a great experience at Aspire! The spa itself is beautiful and so welcoming. All of the girls are so sweet and fun — I didn’t want to leave when my appointment was over. I had a consultation with Caroline and Rosaly and felt completely taken care of. Caroline handled my skincare and gave me my first Hydrafacial, plus a full routine to take home that I’m loving. Rosaly was the first person I’ve trusted for injectables, and I’m currently doing a series of IPL treatments with her. I’m already seeing a huge improvement after just one session on some stubborn pigment I’ve been working on for years. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had my first HydraFacial with Caroline and it was wonderful! I developed melasma and rosacea after having my first kid, and this experience not only helped my skin, but helped me feel more like myself again. Caroline was very knowledgeable and comforting and had great advice for longterm skincare plans to get me back to feeling more comfortable and confident in my skin. Everyone at Aspire was kind and welcoming and the spa was lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Before finding Aspire Med Spa, I tried out four of the top rated medical spas in the Tampa area. Aspire easily stood out as the best. They offer the most cutting edge, science backed treatments and actually measure your skin’s progress in a way that feels both high tech and personalized. Every member of the staff is genuinely kind and professional. None of the catty or pretentious energy I experienced elsewhere. Rosaly, the owner and master injector, is on another level. She’s been in the industry for almost 2 decades, teaches other injectors, and somehow still manages to be so warm, approachable, and down to earth. I like how her results on all of her clients and I look natural. I've also asked her about other procedures that would have put more money in her pocket, but she told me I didn't need it and guided me appropriately, so i really appreciate her integrity. I also love my esthetician Daniella. She is such a pro at what she does, so skilled/talented and so personable :) Every visit leaves me feeling cared for, confident, and completely at ease knowing I’m in expert hands who will help me look my absolute best. I have gone to a few different med spas for filler and Botox, but my experience from start to finish as Aspire was by far the best. Everyone was so knowledgeable, nice, and did not push towards any certain treatment. What was great was I received a full skin analysis and we spoke about what I needed to change to make my skin better. Rosaly was great!! She helped me pick out the plan forward and I felt seen, heard, and understood! Everyone was friendly, the space itself was very cute, and I felt amazing the whole time. I can’t recommend this place enough for all of your med spa needs!

I give my experience a full five out of five stars!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and immediately felt welcomed. I was offered water and truly felt cared for, even though it was my first appointment and I was meeting most of the staff for the first time. I was given a tour of the space, and everything was explained to me in detail. They told me what each room was for, who handled what services, and the different types of facials offered. I then met with Daniela for my consultation, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me understand my skin better, and I left feeling informed and excited for my next visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone there is really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Rosaly is outstanding with injections and IPL. She’s a miracle worker. She knows exactly what I need every time I go there. It’s amazing. Daniella is great with Morpheus. I’ve only had one of three treatments and can tell a difference already. The facials are good and if you become a VIP member, you save a lot of money on each procedure. It’s definitely worth it. I haven’t been disappointed one time. In fact, quite the opposite. I would recommend Aspire Med Spa to everyone. I’ll never go to any other med spa. They just can’t be beat.

My experience with Aspire MedSpa has been wonderful. I have always had problems with broken capillaries, those ugly red marks all over my face, mostly on my cheeks. I had the IPL procedure done by Nadia. Nadia is very professional and experienced in this process. I no longer have all those red broken capillaries, and my skin looks better than it ever did. The staff at Aspire are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aspire MedSpa.

All the ladies at Aspire are so sweet and KNOWLEDGABLE! It’s truly impressive how much they know about their respective specialties. I struggled with adult acne for years and saw many specialists/tried everything under the sun for it, but nothing worked until I went to see Lauren. She has completely cleared up my acne and left me with beautiful skin. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve also had a few injectable sessions with Rosaly and she is great at subtle enhancements without pushing you to get extra, unnecessary work done.

I have to admit, I’m not exactly well-versed in the aesthetic world. So, when my friend recommended this Medical Spa, I was a bit skeptical. Eventually, I scheduled an appointment, and I’m so glad I did. The Spa has a convenient location and spacious parking. Interiors are sparkling clean and cozy at the same time. I was really nervous when I first went in to the door but staff couldn’t have been more supportive, addressing all my questions and concerns, which made me feel at ease. I had an appointment with Nadia, she was my Master Injector for the procedures. Let us "face it" we will stand almost anything for beauty and I was preparing myself for the injections to be somewhat painful. Certified nurse as a background- Nadia has very light hand- she made the injection process much more comfortable than I had anticipated. She gave me an input on how to distribute the amount of active injectables the most efficient way. I was amazed at how she could foresee the sculpture of my face before and after injection. Although my face needed some time to heal, I absolutely love the results! In the past, I used to shy away from taking pictures because I wasn’t happy with how I looked. But now, I feel confident and love seeing my photos. Overall, I’d rate this experience a solid 10/10 and highly recommend the clinic. I bet everyone who works there are top professional but I will highly recommend Nadia to be your aesthetic injector.

I had a consultation here for fillers and Rosaly was beyond knowledgeable (top-tier). Within 10 minutes of me explaining my vision & what I wanted out of the fillers, she knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. She understood what I wanted & executed it successfully!! I was initially nervous going into the consult but Rosaly & her staff made my experience more than hospitable & safe. I absolutely LOVE the way my lips came out & the approach to the process. I have been going to Aspire Med Spa for a little over a year. The women working there are very friendly and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and skilled. I have gotten a couple of chemical peels, a facial and under eye filler. I love the results of all my procedures especially the filler! Rosaly is a master injector and was able to give me amazing results. I will be a lifelong customer!

My original post was 4 stars simply because I didn’t understand the methods that they use at Aspire. I wanted to treat myself so I chose the Hydro Facial. Lauren was fantastic and the machine did do the work but for me it was very different and not what I was use to. I still had a few blackheads left and thought the facial wasn’t up to par for the price. Well boy was I wrong. Because of my review Daniella called me immediately and invited me to come back for another facial no charge. I can’t say enough how friendly, warm, inviting, knowledgeable and beautiful these ladies are. Daniella explained to me why they never use steam which is what I was use to. She also said that some of my deep blackheads weren’t ready to extract. If you want a high quality facial done with compassion and care please come to Aspire. Because Daniella called me personally and wanted to help me and make sure I get the highest satisfaction and quality service is why I changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you very much for being so gracious!

I love this place! It is just the right level for me - I don’t want gimmicky mall type options but I don’t want surgery. Aspire fills the gap with reasonably priced non invasive procedures, done in their office, science based, where I see real results. As a guy, a med spa wasn’t really where I ever expected to be, but now that I’m in my 40s, I definitely wanted to keep my younger look. The staff has been incredibly helpful through this process over the last few years, from maintaining my hair, giving me an easy to follow skin care routine, to now working “brotox” into the mix as well. I had a lot to learn, and they made the process easy as possible. I’m 42 and still get carded for alcohol. Guess that’s the best compliment I can give this team! The facility is very nice and clean. Scheduling an appt was easy. Staff was very friendly. Nadia was very thorough during my initial consultation. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered the questions I had. She was helpful in calming my nerves as I was slightly anxious about my procedure. She followed up with me after the appointment and made sure I was satisfied with the results and products. I would highly recommend Nadia and Aspire.

I have been to many injectors for both fillers and Botox in my time. I finally found the perfect one in Nadia! She is not only a well-versed and well educated medical professional, her patience and technique are awesome, resulting in very little discomfort, if any, at the injection sites. I am new to tampa and was looking for aesthetician who can personally work on my skin(brown - indian) Thats when i found aspire med spa. Visited twice already for my facial needs. There is a lot of aesthetic businesses in the area and the industry overall can feel intimidating. I have been seeing Nadia for a few years now for all of my aesthetic and hormonal needs. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was so happy when I found out she will be working at the new location, only 5 minutes from my house. I felt comfortable going to see Nadia again but was a little hesitant if I will like the new medspa. Aspire MedSpa & Beauty Bar exceeded all of my expectations. It is a very clean, spacious and elegant business. Everyone I met was very polite, helpful and fun to interact with. I’ve been going to Aspire for roughly a year & half I’ve had the incredible pleasure of having Lauren & Rosaly to preform miracles on my face. Lauren has spent countless hours working on improving my overall skin health and condition with the face reality program she started with a detailed analysis of my skin health and contributing factors as to why I have acne & dry spots. We adopted skincare products into my daily routine followed by a biweekly skincare facial to improve my complex and she is a goddess at what she does not only is she incredibly knowledgeable she can speak highly on experiences and go into detail on each product and how it will benefit my overall skin health. Rosaly has been my master injector & laser hair removal specialist for a year we’ve gone through PDO, Kybella, Juvaderm & Botox followed by monthly laser hair sessions to remove my facial hair from PCOS. I trust this facility with all my heart everyone at Aspire has a heart of gold and will treat you with the upmost respect. Truly a blessing to have found this place and eager to continue our journey together.

I’ve loved every service and interaction I’ve had at Aspire! It’s a beautiful space, clean, and always feels like I’m visiting a spa. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and offer a huge range of treatments, depending on your needs. I’ve never felt pushed into a treatment or plan that felt like too much and they seem to have an attitude of meeting the patient where they are. Lauren is amazing!! I have been trying for over a year to clear my persistent hormonal acne. I’ve seen numerous dermatologists, been on multiple oral and topical medications, tried every skincare trend, done my own research, and been to other med spas for multiple skin treatments…all with no success. I got a consultation and HydraFacial from Lauren and within 2-3 days of implementing Lauren’s instructions, my skin looks COMPLETELY different (for the better)! I’m down to only 1-2 breakouts and the redness from acne scars has come down immensely. It’s always nerve-wracking trusting someone new with my skin because there’s so much misinformation and miseducation out there but I’m so glad I went to see Lauren. She was extremely thorough discussing every piece of my health to understand my acne as a whole, not just topically. I’m beyond pleased with my results and I only just started working with her.

I met with esthetician, Lauren, who analyzed my skin using special camera. That was very interesting and helpful in identifying sun damage and areas of concern. She provided me a skin care regimen and results have been positive. I also met with Rosaly, Master Injector, MSN and ARNP. She reviewed my photos snd results and asked me what my concerns were. She has injected me Botox on two occasions and I love the results. I love how they take photos to document the results. Their team us very professional and the company offers many services. I signed up for their VIP program to take advantage of the discounts. The place is super clean too. Very happy customer. 9/15 finished my PRP hair sessions with Nadia and Lauren. I recently visited my dermatologist regarding my hair loss and was very impressed how well my hair has responded to the treatment. Like night and day in just 3 months. I cannot believe how much my hair has come back. I do not have to wear a scarf to hide the thinning areas! Yay so happy! Thank you Aspire team!

I am beyond amazed by the level of knowledge and how much each of the ladies care at this office. I got a few different hair procedures (keravive & PRP) done with Daniela and Rosaly. Daniela took the time to sit with me and address any concerns I had and gave me the best recommendations for specific skin care that would be best for me. She took her time and is so easy to talk to. I learned so much about the skin and scalp from her. I want to thank Andrea for being so great at taking my blood when I was getting ready for the PRP treatment. She understood I wasn't the biggest fan of getting my blood drawn and was so careful and made it so easy. I felt no pain and she even distracted me so I didn't think about it. Lastly Rosaly, I appreciated how much she knew about hair loss and sharing her many stories of success with me. She wanted to make the process as easy and comfortable as she could and they did just that. This medspa not only has the best staff from start to finish but it is beautiful and clean. I have been to many med spas and this place goes above and beyond. I have spent years and lots of money on hair loss and Rosaly and Daniela want to help me find answers and get me to the results I want. With just a few pictures, using new technology they conducted my Visia Analysis and it showed me what was really happening. Lauren has been my aesthetician since I started and I can't say enough good things about her! She is absolutely wonderful she took one good look at me and knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. I've seen a huge improvement in the texture of my skin and the size of my pores as well as a reduction in redness. I love that she is so knowledgeable and can give you an in depth explanation. I have forgotten at times what to do after a peel or microneedling and i've messaged her on IG and she has been quick to answer. Rosaly is also my go to for all my wrinkle relaxer needs. When first came to Aspire Med Spa a little over 2 years ago, I was extremely self-conscious about my acne scars/blemishes; I didn't know where to start. Daniela was so down-to-earth & suggested a few different treatment options including: microneedling + growth factors to help with the scars/overall texture of my skin & also Morpheus8 treatments to target some of the deeper scarring. I have gotten my Xeomin done here on and off for almost 2 years now (I was pregnant within those 2 yrs). I had a harsh deep line between my eyebrows that never came back for the duration I wasn’t able to get any work done during the pregnancy. The entire staff is welcoming and very friendly. I love, love Rosaly and her esthetician (sorry I can’t remember her name). I love when I learn something about my skin and the esthetician was great at teaching and very knowledgeable. Today I visited Rosaly as a follow up and my results from last visit are absolutely amazing, I even got more :). I went from looking tired to looking extremely refreshed! Then today I surprisingly received dermaplaning and a lunch time peel and my face feels marvelous. I am so impressed with the team and can’t wait until my next visit!!! Everyone I have met there makes you feel comfortable and that is so important when you’re over 50 and looking for a refresher. This was my first experience getting Botox. Rosaly was so sweet and made me very comfortable. I recently went to Aspire Medspa for a hydrafacial and was really impressed! Not only was the facility clean and welcoming, but my experience was really enlightening. Lauren McGraw was my aesthetician and she was wonderful! I've struggled with my skin for a while now, and also trying to finding the right products to use for my skin type and issues. She shared so much information with me during my session, I was really impressed with her knowldge and passion for skincare. Its something I've always hoped my dermatologist would do amd share but they never do. They just prescribe more meds which in my experience just had lead to more redness and irritated skin. Lauren actually gave me tips, and actual skin products that have already helped reduce irritation and inflammation. She was able to look at my skin and talk to me about my issues and tell me what I can use to help with ny current issues, but also help with anti-aging and inflammation which is so important especially for my aging skin. I've been to numerous dermatologists and no one ever really explained it the way she did. Lauren is really passionate about healthy skin and healing it a more natural way, through the cause, not just putting a band-aid on it, like masking with modern medicine versus actual healing. Its been a frustrating journey to help calm my skin issues but I feel like Lauren has me on the right path, as I can already feel and see a difference! I highly recommend Lauren to help with your skincare needs.

Morpheus8 I just did my treatment earlier today, and although the treatment is very painful , my esthetician, was a true professional, she took her time walked me through the entire process . She stopped during periods where the discomfort level became too great, and reminded me throughout the entire procedure to just ask when it became too intense. I personally had to stop for a break a couple times. This was my third treatment this year, with 2 different “estheticians”. Ms. Daniela was BY FAR …the most professional , knowledgeable with amazing bedside manner. Their staff will take their time with prepping your skin , and will also give you a post op care lotion for the area treated. I highly recommend Morpheus8 for skin tightening especially the neck area, I have experienced fantastic results . I would like to state once again that it’s VERY painful!! This is why going to a great esthetician is crucial. I would advice anyone who is considering to please do some research before deciding to let anyone work on your face with this type of therapy. Once again thank you Ms. Daniela I’ll be seeing you again. 🙏🏼

This review is based on my OVERALL experience at Aspire. Firstly, Rosa is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Stunning, a beautiful soul. She told me exactly where I needed treatment instead of just going with what I wanted in order to give me the facial balancing I needed and desired. I’m giving a three stars due to the carelessness of some of the staff. I was a DAY LATE and off for the special pricing that they had running through October. I called in the morning to see if they’d be able to honor the pricing because I had been a customer of Aspire before. However, the lady put me on hold to check with the manager which was a total of five seconds… pretty sure it’s impossible to ask your manager within five seconds if you could go ahead and honor pricing that I’m not even 24 hours short of. This rubbed me the wrong way entirely.. however, being that I’m from out of town and have used Aspire before I decided to proceed with making an appointment. Secondly, after I received treatment that I HAD NO IDEA wouldn’t apply to my Allé points that I frequently use everywhere, I wasn’t allowed to use the points I had existing in my account EITHER. I was not informed that I wasn’t allowed to use my points ahead of time with the type of fillers and Botox I’ve used. That means the $1600 I decided to spend wasn’t applied to my past treatments on Allè. (At other places they’ve always used my points regardless whether it was Xeomin or Botox, or whatever filler I did receive.) When I did confront the receptionists regarding this, they offered me financing for a discount which I did not want, and said “I didn’t know you’d be using Allè as part of your payment or treatment… when I remember my last calls & notes mentioned that I asked the question if they accepted Allè there… I’m disappointed in the customer service itself. My experience with the injector was fantastic, but due to the other issues, it really killed my vibe when I really needed a pick me up.

I drive 1.5 hrs each way to go here and have been for over a year now. This facility and its employees are incredible. The facility itself is extremely clean and not once have I ever seen otherwise. There are always changes and upgrades or new addons being made as they grow. Any concerns i have ever had, have been met with incredible feedback that put me at ease. I've had hydrafacials with Daniela and this girl is amazing. She knows skin. I cheated on her once because of convenience of being closer, i instantly regretted it. Don't tell her lol. Rosaly, my injector, is honest, straightforward and amazing. Not once have i felt pressured into doing anything and my results were perfect. You can clearly see her experience shines with what she does. When people ask where I go, it is usually met with "oh, that's far" and my reply is "well, it's only your face". I will continue to drive the 3 hrs roundtrip because of the incredible results and experience I get every single time. They love what they do and it shows!

I was here yesterday May 25, 2022 for my first time and I wished that I could easily be a returning client. This is the absolute best med spa I have ever been to! I went in for a consultation with Rosaly, there were many issues discussed and Rosaly was extremely knowledgeable and recommended only the treatments that she knows will give me the results I want, she will never try to sell you anything just to sell. At the end of my consultation I decided to have a hydrafacial, fortunately there was a cancellation and I was able to have it on the same visit, shout out to Daniela! I have gotten Botox with different providers before; dermatologists( which honestly has been my worst experience) , dentist and other clinics. Same thing with filllers, I have tried two different clinics before , and by far my best experience overall Botox treatment and fillers has been with Rosaly. She really is the best injector ever!!!! She knows what will look good without making you look fake. Just by looking at you she already knows how to address it lol. She is is a blast too. So easy to talk to! You can be completely honest and feel comfortable about what you want and your expectations and she’ll make it happen. I love love Rosaly and her staff. When you walk in you are automatically welcomed into an aesthetically pleasing environment. It’s absolutely beautiful walking in………and the front desk staff are always friendly, upbeat and very welcoming. I never had to wait long for Rosaly and when she comes out to bring you back for your procedure she is like a breathe of fresh air. She is so knowledgeable, knows exactly what I need and never tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. However, always gives me in depth information on everything I ask about. I really look forward to my appointments with her, I can’t see me ever going to anyone else. Did I mention, she is the one who always reminds me of my discounts…….. I would never remember without her pointing it out…….thank you so much Rosaly for the continued amazing experience that I receive every time I see you and your staff. I absolutely love Aspire Medspa & Beauty bar. Rosalie is fantastic and very experienced with advising the best products and procedures you desire. She takes the time to explain all the different services offered and her staff is always so pleasant and welcoming. I have multiple friends with their own spas and I still choose to come to Rosalie. She is fantastic. Both my sister and I have been coming here for over a year and absolutely recommend it!

This med spa really is amazing and I feel lucky to have found it! I have had Botox done at a few high end spas/plastic surgeons offices in south Tampa, and while they were fine none of the other places compare when it comes to the welcome you get from the front office to the artwork done by Rosaly. What this woman can do with a tiny, well-placed needle is impressive. I’m 41 and have always wanted lip filler but have been too scared to let anyone do it. I’ve talked about it a few times with her and she has always taken the time to explain how it will go, what I can expect and ways she can help make me more comfortable. Happy to report I’m on her books for my first lip filler, something I never thought I’d have the courage to do. If you’re looking for a great med spa with a skilled and caring staff you can stop searching, Aspire is it!

Rosaly did a beautiful job on my Xeomin and lip filler injections. I love my lips! She also did sclerotherapy to remove spider veins, and the veins have almost faded completely! Both She and her staff are professional and kind. Rosaly herself is down to earth and always honest about what she can and can’t do for you. Five stars for Aspire MedSpa!

Came here for tear trough fillers and the whole process was extremely efficient, professional, and comfortable. I came a little nervous but both Kylie and the injector Rosaly explained the entire process and answered all of the questions that I had. I am so so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for more services!

Rosaly is an artist and skilled injector. She takes her time with you and is never in a rush. This is my third time here, and I'll keep coming back! I highly recommend Rosaly. I love Aspire! I recently did micro needling and Daniela is just awesome! Very knowledgeable about her passion and was super friendly from the first session. I did a series of 3! I noticed results after the first treatment but so did others! I continuously get compliments on how pretty my skin looks and how tight it is! I highly recommend!
