This is an outstanding doctor’s office. Furthermore, from the check-in desk to vitals check, to the doctor, this place is ran and operated by great people. It’s a very rare place to find nowadays. You’re not just a number here, they really care about patients. Also, they are very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and treat me with a great deal of respect. It took me a long time to find this doctor’s office but I’m glad I did. Outstanding!

The Staff is all so friendly when I’m greeted at the window they’re both knowledgeable. Tammy is so helpful with feedback all the questions that I have thank you so much and it’s glad to be back. Thanks Dr Nassar, I am back on track.

The staff and Dr Nassar are very professional and still very caring of their patients. They take their time and listen to your concerns. Even though my appts are several months apart, Dr Nassar and Tammy remember what was discussed at last visit; medically or personal. I really appreciate them. 😁

I booked a visit with Dr Nassar for my mother in law based on online reviews I read. During our visit it took a little while before he entered the room, however, from my experience that usually makes for a great provider. This proved to be just that. He greeted us both & was very attentive and genuinely cared for my mother-in-laws concerns. He has great bedside manners which you don't see too often in "modern" medicine. When I asked my mother-in-law her opinion... she couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Nassar. We waited 4 months prior to our visit but may have been due to holiday's that were approaching when I scheduled. Either way it was definitely worth the wait. Last but not least, his staff are wonderful, helpful & soft spoken. Love the office vibe!

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. Dr. Nassar provided exceptional care during my husband’s recent appointment. He sat down with us in such a calm, relaxed manner, making us feel like his only priority. He listened attentively to all of our concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully. His warm and welcoming demeanor truly stood out, making us feel at ease throughout the visit. Despite his busy schedule, he never once made us feel rushed or hurried. In fact, we were more concerned for his time because he made us feel so comfortable and valued. Dr. Nassar is an exemplar of what a doctor should be, balancing professionalism with genuine kindness. We are deeply grateful for his outstanding care and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate, attentive physician.

Dr. Nassar's office has been the best office my husband and I have ever been to. We never wait for long periods of time and the staff has always been great. I personally have made most of my appointments with the N.P. and she's AMAZING. She's so sweet and caring and seems to really care about what I have to say. Thank you!!

Dr. Nassar has been my primary care Physician for about two years now and I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and quite frankly to anyone looking for a great primary care physician. His staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Nassar himself is very professional and takes time to listen to his patients cares and concerns. He doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another number.

Dr. Nasser is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns and cares about your well-being. Making appointments is easy and he typically has availability within the next few days if needed. I’ve never had to wait in the lobby for more than 5 or 10 minutes before going back to an exam room either. I have spent several years looking for a good doctor and I believe I’ve finally found the right one.

Dr. Nassar is a wonderful family doctor. He truly listens, remembers you as an individual patient, and wants to follow up on any health issues you have or previously had. I have referred three family members, and all are very pleased with Dr. Nassar. I have complex health issues, and Dr. Nassar not only cares, but he is extremely knowledgeable in numerous health/medical areas that my previous primary care doctors were overwhelmed by or just ignored my questions or requests. My negative experiences have been with the staff that handle Authorizations in the office. It can be extremely frustrating, lengthy, and they never show compassion or apologize for errors made. They make you feel like a number not a person and rarely take calls when attempting to follow up on referrals.

My wife and I were looking for a new Family Doctor after moving to the desert and were very impressed with the care we received! Doctor Nassar is very friendly, professional and welcoming. They have a beautiful modern office with state of the art equipment. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. We both feel it's the best Doctor's office we have ever been to and highly recommend. The office is in a very nice area of Redlands.

I looked for years trying to find a doctor who knew their business and cared for their patients and with Dr Nassar I might have just found that. No, he had limits as to who he refers you to, but he and his staff is always there for you. They really seem to care, not perfect, no one is, but pretty darn close.

Dr. Nassar takes the time needed to listen to my concerns, ask questions, and make a determination about how to move forward with appropriate tests or treatments. I appreciate the time spent, and don’t mind sometimes waiting a bit to see him, as I know when I do, he’ll give me the time we need.

I went in to discuss some issues regarding my 16 year old son. I left feeling so heard! He spent so much time listening to us. Speaking to my son. Asking him questions and really trying to understand him. It was the most comfortable Dr’s visit we have ever had. This was such a blessing as we were so apprehensive to go in. Hello, my 89 year old father and I just came away from the most memorable one-on-one initial appointment with Dr. Nassar. His RN Monica was our first impression and we were smitten with her understanding of my father's hearing needs and that he was looking to be "the patient that was talked to" instead of "the patient sitting to the side being talked about". Then, Dr. Nassar. Not enough room or words to describe this man and what meeting him meant to my dad and I. He talked directly to my dad. He found truthful positive in everything he said and was tactful with things related to the aging process. He is social, interactive and expresses his love and interest for all his patients, especially the one in front of him. He listened with his eyes, ears, hands, mind and soul to get all of the answers he needed to complete his nonphysical exam of my father (we are returning in March for the physical). I feel assured that my father now has a personal relationship with his primary care physician based on trust and that will enable him to be open and honest with Dr. Nassar about his physical, mental and emotional needs. What a relief.

This has been my first appointment with Dr. Nassar. No one likes to go to the Doctor, but all considered it has been a good experience. My wait was less than 5 minutes, MA was very nice and polite, and Dr. Nassar explained labs results and follow up taking his time to ensure I understood and did not have more questions. I definitely would recommend Dr. Nascar to friends and family.

Hello there, I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Nassar and his staff. On my new patient appointment Dr. Nassar spent 2 hours with me, who does that, I was very very impressed with it all. His staff is very professional and there to help and serve you. I had been with another insurance for 18 years and since retired. I was very nervous about starting new and Dr. Nassar was my first Dr. I went too. I am very blessed to get the best the first time, and I'm grateful.

I saw Annette Minicucci, RNP. I was in pain when I saw her. She showed so much empathy, spent time with me trying to get to the bottom of the situation. She diagnosed me and explained my options. She was very patient and very kind. She never made me feel rushed or bad for the fact that I hadn’t been to the doctors in a long time. Very thorough, very nice.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Nassar for the last year after he had taken over the practice when our Dr retired. Starting with my first visit with him I immediately felt comfortable and that I connected with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about my health conditions, and is very proactive to find a way to help me. He makes me feel very confident in his treatment of my husband and I. He is knowledgeable in the latest treatments of my conditions and I feel like I am very well taken care of. His bedside manner is so warm, friendly and comfortable that from the first time I met with him I knew he would be my forever Dr. He remembers my husband and I when we see him, and remembers details about us and our family. I highly recommend Dr. Nassar. He is very kind and caring and is attentive to help whatever is wrong. We just love him! Thank you Dr Nassar for taking such good care of us!

People are always nice, and the alcohol is honestly a great price! It's convenient and easy to get to. Greatly recommend if you're in a pinch for acquiring drinks.
