Dr. Michelle Trandai was amazing, she listened to all of my concerns and made me feel welcome, supported and understood. She was very thorough and efficient with her evaluation. She made cost without insurance affordable for me. Overall extremely satisfied, not only with Dr. Trandai but also her staff, they were very kind and helpful.

Dr. Trandai is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was so glad she was available. I was experiencing severe bleeding with little answers to what could be going wrong. Dr. Trandai found what the problem was and established a care plan. I feel as though I am finally in good hands.

Dr. Trandai was incredible! First, I had the date mistaken, so I showed up two weeks early for my appointment. They were still able to see me and complete all of the procedures without feeling rushed. Upon meeting Dr. Trandai, I knew it was going to be amazing - as amazing as a gyno appointment can be! She narrated everything she was doing, played calming music when part of the exam was know to be a stressor, and took care of me in a way that felt warm and comforting.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Trandai for my IUD replacement yesterday. Two months ago, she gave me a single page of clear, step-by-step instructions outlining what to expect, my medication schedule, and specific questions to ask my insurance company so everything would be covered. This incredible preparation was mirrored during the procedure itself, as she narrated every step out loud. Her communication kept me incredibly calm and made the process as pleasant as possible. The front desk staff were also wonderful- so nice and helpful! I highly recommend her small practice for anyone seeking organized, compassionate gynecologic care.

Dr. Trandai saved my life. She is a wonderful doctor. An "old-school" true doctor who cares about her work and the patient and isn't jaded or takes shortcuts. She has a warmth and sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable and she truly listens and educates. I was experiencing real bad period pain for most of my adult life and saw many docs over the years who ALL said it was normal my lot in life and sent me on my way. She was the ONLY doctor that recommended I switch my copper IUD for the hormonal one to thin out the uterine lining and get an ultrasound to see what's going on. They found adenomyosis, fibroids and a benign cysts. The IUD swap worked and my pain was almost gone the next month after 13+ years of monthly anguish. I even brought the IUD possibly up to doctors in the past and they brushed it off. She was the first one that listened. Thank you so so much Dr. Trandai!

Dr Trandai has been my OBGYN for 21 years. She delivered both my kids via C section. I can definitely say that in so many years she has always recommended the best alternatives. She is very knowledgeable and to the point. She is making sure that I stay on track with lab works, colonoscopies, mammograms. She listens to any medical concerns I have and sometimes directs me to other specialists. Also her schedule allows for fast appointments and she is available for questions in between appointments. I could honestly not wish for a better doctor!

I absolutely recommend Dr Trandai and will continue to see her! 10/10. She is always attentive, caring, and encouraging. She moves quickly, but will take the time to listen and address all of your concerns. She will say if she doesn’t have an answer, and will refer you to the appropriate provider if necessary. I’ve never waited long in the office, and can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

Good experience overall! Dr. Trandai tells it like it is and is very straightforward. I appreciate this style of communication in a doctor and feel like she isn't interested in pushing me into a choice. If I have a question, her answer and information is direct and to the point. Her no-faff style makes me feel more comfortable in a sensitive medical setting like this.

9 years ago- she delivered my daughter, yes I found her on zocdoc and took a chance but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to deliver my daughter. The care, support and the love that she puts into her career and shows each patient is unmatched. Dr. trandai if you reach this, thank you for delivering my daughter to me when I had the scariest labor in my whole family, you stepped up and saved me and my daughter when you were with your daughter in the same hospital! I still tell people and my current doctors about you and how amazing you are! We love you so much thank you!

I've been seeing her for the past 2 years, and she always takes my health seriously, runs tests for things some other doctors might dismiss, and makes even uncomfortable procedures as painless as possible. I had a slight emergency, well what I felt was a emergency. I made an appointment online at 1030pm for the next day with no problems. When I arrived, I filled out my paperwork and shortly after I was called to the back. My first impression of Dr. Trandai is that she is kind and cares for her patients. She took her time explaining and even pulled out a visual chart so I could actually see what she was talking about. I left her office feeling much better about my concern. Dr. Trandai just gained a returning patient.

I had a very good experience with Dr Trandai. She was honest and frank and was patient with any question I had for her. She has an aura of competence and I feel like I can trust her to help me make good choices about my health. I saw a few reviews before coming in that were negative about the office staff. I did have a hard time connecting one time when I called in and wasn't exactly greeted when I came into the office. However, I appreciate that it's not a huge office; the staff is hardworking and they were very kind when I spoke with them.

Dr. Trandai is an wonderful Doctor who listen to your concern and needs, I was 7 months pregnant when I start going there and during my first visit I feel like I could trust her and stop worrying due to how my previous doctor have me so scared. she explains everything in details, she call to make sure your okay and reassure you that she will be there to deliver my baby. I've had one visit with Dr. Trandai and out of all the times I've visited specialists, she listened to my chief complaint and did some diagnostics to hopefully figure out what's wrong with. I've never had a doctor ask to do diagnostics and biopsy at the time of my visit and it was nice she seem committed to caring for me , knowing that it could be a bit of journey. Still, she had viable options which we discussed and it's quite refreshing to have someone that wants to help me, and not just get me in and out the door.

I am proud to say that Dr. T. (Trandai) is MY doctor. I have seen many doctors in my day and she is just what I was praying for. She is very personable and takes her time and talks with you like a person. I love that she has office hours on Sunday. I live about minutes from Indiana and I pass many doctors to travel far north to be seen by her. I was pleased when I was referred to her. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. In the past I never had a preference when it came to a male doctor or a female doctor. I just wanted a doctor that is caring, concern and listens. I have found all these attributes in DR. T. Trandai

Not sure why so many low reviews on here! Michelle was the first OBGYN that I ever went to and made my experience completely calm. The wait was long and she reassured me that I'd be out quickly- which I was! She helped me with my annual pap and setting me up with how to get an IUD and made everything very easy and calm which you always want with a doctor. Will be going back again because I enjoyed my experience and hope to keep her as my OBGYN as long as possible.

I've been coming to Michelle for years now. I live downtown but I take the drive bc she's def worth it! All my other physicians are at northwestern. She's very knowledgeable and professional with the best bedside manors I've ever experienced. She makes you feel very comfortable and tries to distract you with funny stories during a procedure. Most my gfs come to her now. Her staff is also super friendly. If you're looking for an obgyn who's caring, smart and caters to your needs, try her. She always gives her honest and professional opinion and she's never been wrong. Also, she always makes time if you have an emergency. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

Dr. Trandai and Broadway Medical Office are amazing. Dr. Trandai was my OB through both an unsuccessful and successful pregnancy. Her support during both pregnancies was unparalleled. She was always open and transparent about our choices and able to put first-time parents at ease. Dr. Trandai has one of the lowest rates of c-section births as well. If you're worried about being rushed to the surgery, know that she'll exhaust all other avenues first and the surgeries she performs are truly necessary. The front desk has also gone above and beyond, sending and resending referrals when my hospital misplaced them or needed a slightly different form.

Dr Trandai is absolutely amazing. She helped me deliver my son, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor or entire pregnancy experience. She was there for me every step of the way. She has office hours on Sunday's which makes everything so much easier!!! She was so wonderful during my labor/delivery and was there for me at 5am. I love her so much and highly recommend her

This lady is amazing. She was funny and professional. I've never been so comfortable in such an awkward position. Bedside manner is obviously a priority to her. I could do without the office and the way they take your vitals in front of the 80 people walking in and out. She makes it all worthwhile. I have no plans to go anywhere else!

Dr. Trandai is awesome. She is fast with those oh so fun yearly womens visits and she actually cares. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good quality women's doctor. I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel stupid when asking questions of her. Patient bedside care is so important and she is great with her medical knowledge and her compassionate care. Also, her staff is really nice. I had lost weight and the lady weighing me in was excited for me too! It felt great that they care!

Dr Trandai is an awesome doctor and i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy professional who is attentive to your needs. I started going to Dr Trandai as soon as I found out I was pregnant and did a search in my insurance's website. There were a few quirks here and there For example, I'm heavier set and this automatically got translated as me having high blood pressure and/or diabetes. I was sent to have all these extra tests done and to see a specialist...who herself thought I didn't need the extra attention because I was very healthy. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry but it did add stress to an already stressful situation, considering my personal situation. She was always available when I needed her and definitely showed me that she cared. She recommended me to have a c section because my baby would not drop after being in labor for almost 24 hours! She thought that the baby was too big and that was the reason why. Turned out my baby girl was all tangled up inside and I was so grateful to Dr Trandai for recommending the procedure. If I hadn't done it, who knows what would have happened. I will definitely go back to Dr Trandai :)
