I went in with a bad siatica pain. The doctor came in saw me and then in less than 15 seconds gave me the course of treatment. He made it happen. 10 minutes later I walked out pain free. Thank you Urgent Care! You guys rock!

I do not have a primary care physician so I go to Kingwood Urgent Care whenever I am not feeling well. You do not need an appointment and the wait is usually not too long even on the weekends. The Dr. is thorough and always helps me get better.

This is my go to urgent care. The staff are very nice and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and take care of you swiftly and at the same time make sure to address all of your concerns. I was in and out of there in less than an hour.

Every single time I come, I get treated excellent. I brought my daughter in because she was running a high fever for two days and of course her primary physician had no appointments available until Friday. She was checked out very thoroughly. The doctor checked for the flu, Covid and strep. She was positive for Strep. I was in and out in 45 minutes. By the time I got to the pharmacy, my prescription was ready.

They got me right in, with barely any wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. With the med's they prescribed I'm hoping to be better in a week or so. This is NOT my first visit there, I ALWAYS go there when I have any medical issue. I think they are the BEST around Kingwood.

I am always treated with respect , courtesy and care. Rarely do I have to wait for a long time to be treated, when I do see the doctor, I am always given a chance to question the diagnosis and treatment, and am always given a complete response and advice . Great place for treatment of an illness or an emergency.

I was able to get in at 8:20 and leave before 9am. I had to fill out new patient paperwork so I’m sure I would have been out even sooner than that! The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The doctor who saw me was informative and thorough with my treatment plan and I will actually never go to another urgent care after this! Great place to go when you need a doctor stat!

I highly recommend Kingwood Urgent Care. The staff are friendly. The doctors I see are very thorough. At my most recent visit, labs and imaging were done. They called me to follow up the next morning and brought me back in to check my blood pressure and go over labs with no extra copay. You don’t find this exceptional care very often and never at an urgent care!

Even with multiple people in the waiting room, I was seen by a doctor, examined, diagnosed and treated in a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was engaging and courteous. I will certainly go back when I need urgent care.

This is a very good urgent care clinic. I’ve had to use the clinic several times and never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. The staff is very efficient and nice. The nurses are helpful and well trained. Now, I’ve seen the same doctor with each visit. I really like him. He explains my problems and goes a step farther by suggesting how to take care of myself. I really appreciate his feedback and his advice. Thank you.

This is my go to place anytime I need urgent care! I was just in for major back pain, muscle spasms, the doctor knew just what to do to relieve the horrible pain I was in. One day after, I can move like a normal person! Thank you so much to the entire staff there! Also love he has medical students learning from him! Let me say, the front desk, probably the best experience I have had with a receptionist at any doctor’s front desk! Love this place!!

Over the years, they’ve earned our trust and have truly become like family to us. Whenever we’ve faced an illness or injury, we’ve never hesitated to visit their clinic. I came in the clinic and it was busy. I was seen and out of the clinic in an hour. They took into account my drug allergies when coming up with a treatment plan. I’ve used Kingwood Urgent Care for many years for our family and never had a bad experience.

We took our 4 year old son in to be checked out. The front desk was very friendly and helpful! The nurse who came into the room wasn't rushing to get vitals and was patient with our son. The doctor listened and answered any questions that we had. He was also very nice. My husband and I go here when we need to be seen so we knew they would take care of our son.

Great experience! Went in on a Sunday morning. The entire staff (from check-in to check out) were professional, responsive and attentive. And efficient! - I was in and out in less than a half an hour, and my prescriptions automatically sent to the pharmacy (I can’t tell how many times the pharmacy doesn’t get my prescriptions even with my regular doctor). Can’t say enough great stuff about my experience here.

We love Kingwood Urgent Care. They always take good care of me and my family. I took my youngest there yesterday after dealing with a fever off an on for over a week and an incredibly bad cough. The physician he saw knew exactly what was going on and ordered a chest x-ray. Little man has pneumonia and I'm thankful that the team at Kingwood Urgent Care got him diagnosed, set up a treatment plan, and sent his prescriptions quickly to our pharmacy. Wait time was really short considering there were several people ahead of me. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Doctor who treated me was informative, discussed the solution and did a great job dealing with my fear of needles. Overall very pleased with the service.

I wish I knew the nurse's name that I had. She was professional, kind and caring and gave the best shots. She was young and brunette. Dr. I explained my situation very well, even wrote it down, due to his language barrier. I think Kingwood Urgent Care Clinic is a good place to go if needed.

Very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and ease of getting in/out. Thankful for an urgent care doctor who was willing to work with me to get immediate relief for my ailment. All in all, was there for about an hour from start (check in paperwork) until walking out the door. Would definitely go back if/when I need an urgent care clinic again.
