Very efficient did not spend the whole lot of time in the waiting room filled out the paperwork and went straight back. I was in and out and let in about an hour .

I would love to make this my GO TO primary medical facility. Everyone there was so polite, thorough, patient, and genuinely concered for my health. And my visit there was after 4pm on a Thursday. You can tell they love their work and helping patients. I appreciated everyone's diligence and tone when speaking to me and other patients. Thank you for making my experience a good one!

I always take my family here. The Dr’s are top notch and really listen. We usually get attended to fairly quickly. The last visit was longer because of so many people needing attention. Well worth the wait. I took my 82 year old Dad there and he received an X-ray & treatment on the spot. Highly recommend.

My son was ill, and the staff was beyond helpful with him. We were seen immediately when they saw his condition. I recommend this facility, and will be back in the future if needed. You guys rock!

Took my daughter to get checked out waited for some time but once in room the doc saw her within 10 min. I will go to this location when needed for sure .

Staff and doctor are wonderful!!! Staff was very helpful. Doctor and nurse were very friendly - doctor explained tests, symptoms and medicine very well. Will definitely return.

Yesterday was my second experience with Kingwood Urgent Care. The first being when I had CV in June 2022. Yesterday I had a severe sinus infection and painful ear ache. I was diagnosed quickly, offered shots to get a jump on feeling better. Given Predisone and an antibiotic and a prescription for both. As painful as my ears were, I was so glad he offered the shots as they felt better by later in the afternoon. Great clinic! I highly recommend them. The doctors (yes not PA or NP) are wonderful and proactive in their care. Thank you!

This is my go to Urgent Care! From the front to the back staff is amazing, and I’m the type of parent that roughs it out when it comes to being sick but once it goes pass the 5th day and I can’t see change or the sickness progresses! This facility I will always got to! Every time I go my experiences have always been reassuring and amazing! From the front dest to the Doctor!!! Thank you!

Excellent service, excellent care. The waiting was room was full when I arrived...the wait was approx 30 mins with 22 people in the waiting room. The nurse was wonderful, the staff friendly and professional and the Dr was AWESOME!!! Everything was handled professionally and friendly and with great care. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was struggling to find a doctor since my new insurance changed. I am so happy KUC took my insurance. When I got there the receptionist was cleaning/sanitizing the desk where people stand. That made me feel good! Then I filled out my 1.5 page paperwork and 20 minutes maybe even less the nurse saw me. The doctor came in and listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and gave me what I needed. I will be coming back here again when I feel sick no question!

My entire family went to Kingwood urgent care this weekend and had a good experience!! We've gone here several times before and the wait is always minimal, We actually see The Doctor instead of only a nurse practitioner as The Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring!!! They're open on the weekends and they'll call your prescription in for you too. Thanks for taking care of us!!

Walked in for fist time field out paper work , takes about 10 minutes. Nurse came by before I could finish paper work,went right to exam room took vitals . 10 minutes later Doctor came in examined my medical problem. Gave me a diagnosis and treatment and I was out and going home in an hour. Cost was low compared to a emergency care clinic. Very pleased , they were very professional, caring people super nice. Will go back if I need medical attention right away on appointment need.

The front desk and vitals nurse were warm and kind. Dr. Z was incredibly thorough and gave good treatment advice for my son’s eye. We had already seen two other medical professionals at a different organization and experienced no improvement; we are so grateful for Dr. Z actually taking time to examine and ask questions. Thank you!

Very fast, friendly service. Doctor had a good bedside manner and was able to quickly identify what was causing our daughter’s symptoms and gave good advice for treatment. Everyone was very professional, the facility was clean and we were in and out in about an hour.
