I have been in a lot of discomfort for years. My neck and left shoulder has been the cause of so many painful days. A neighbor of mine suggested Modern Pain Management. I had all my paperwork done in advance which really helped speed up the process. I also collected all my MRI results in advance and brought them with me. I certainly didn’t want to go through another MRI if I didn’t have to. Dr Atallah met with me. He listened to me. He didn’t rush me. He was prepared. I’m not going to lie they will weed out scammers and people just looking for meds real quick. I’m clearly not one of those people. I didn’t want any pain pills at all. It’s not my thing. Dr Atallah is a cool guy. He is not stuffy, he jokes with you, he listens to you and asks questions. Caroline one of his nurses stood out to me. She was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed in the least. I was able to have 4 trigger point injections on my first visit. Two days later I feel a lot better. I’m not perfect. But it’s a very good start. I’m able to do all of my normal tasks without discomfort. My goal is to have better range of motion with no pain. I’m not sure if this is going to be possible but only time will tell. I highly recommend Dr Atallah.

Dr. Burnette is an amazing Pain Medicine Physician. Her knowledge, skill, follow through and kindness are exceptional. She and staff have managed my multiple injuries with the best possible outcome.

I have been going to Modern Pain Management for a few years now. Every time I go I am treated with respect. Dr Harandi is very good in listening to what my pain level is. Offers different type of ways to keep it as low as possible. I highly recommend Modern Pain Management. ????

I took my mom here and she really liked the Doctor, she is waiting to get her injections. Staff is really nice and the office is very clean and welcoming.

Dr Burnette is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, explains everything in a manner non-medical people can understand and never makes you feel rushed. She is genuinely concerned about how you feel and wants to make you feel better. I highly recommend her.

Modern Pain Management and Dr. George Atallah have been amazing, helping, not only me, my wife and our daughter in law, but at least 12 other friends that we have referred to them over the past few years. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done to help me reduce my chronic nerve pain.

Dr Burnett has been exceptional. She did a great job of correctly diagnosing my issue and then creating a plan to take care of the pain. She is the best!!

While dealing with Neuropathy pain for 16 years due to a severe case of shingles, I have learned to rely on my pain management care from the professionals at Modern Pain Management. I have been able to reduce my Tramadol pain medication by 50%. New technologies in pain management care have dramatically improved my quality of life. I discovered Modern Pain Management in 2018 after receiving a diagnosis of Sciatica in my left leg due to nerve compression and spinal stenosis. Dr. Harandi is an excellent physician and has provided years of expertise and guidance with the provision of corticosteroid injections in my spinal area. These injections have allowed me to lead a normal lifestyle without pain for long periods of time. My last injection was November 2020, and I have experienced no pain within a few weeks of the steroid therapy which lasted two years. Of course each patient will have a different experience concerning pain relief. However, my experience as his patient has been excellent. I have complete confidence in his ability to effectively treat this otherwise painful condition in order to bring pain relief. I highly recommend Dr. Harandi and Modern Pain Management to any one suffering with Sciatica and other conditions.

Are you tired of living in chronic pain? Would you appreciate distancing yourself from "the pain clinic" style of pain management? Would you like real answers to your specific individual situation? I recommend calling Modern Pain Management ASAP. Getting a second opinion from him could be the start of a major turnaround. I also recommend not waiting until his growing practice is no longer accepting new patients. There are many smart pain doctors in the Houston area. However......Dr Atallah has incredible diagnosing ability, PLUS communication skills to equal the credentials you see from the website. His entire staff are winners. Time is spend on every patient. It's a priceless situation, as a patient, to be associated with medical professionals that are "all in" and not just going through the motions. Dr. Atallah has been a huge asset, helping me, and many, many others through numerous issues related to better life management. He has been an absolute Godsend.
