Dr Atallah is very thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, kind and caring. He spends plenty of time with you and answers any questions explaining well. Definitely wants to relieve your pain! He will do what’s necessary to relieve pain too! You are included in decisions and choices as to what has worked for you and what’s best medically for you. He looks at all surgeries and injuries causing ongoing pain. I loved when I asked about the nerve pain I have due to surgeries, chemo, neuropathy and such. He told me I’ve had a lot of nerves affected with the many surgeries, injuries and chemo I’ve had then said - but we can make it better. Increased nerve pain I’ve been taking for several years. Took care of the intense pain with an injection on Christmas Eve that got me through two back to back services that were my responsibility in the things I needed to do. Could not have endured without the injections for pain. Thankful beyond words for that. Then had another minor surgical procedure December 31st on lumbar spine after he’d asked which was worse lumbar or cervical spine pain. Lumbar first then and deal with cervical spine after that. The lumbar minor surgery December 31 made the 11 day cruise he knew I was taking in January much much better with more pain relief than it definitely would have been. He is dedicated to helping and I cannot say enough about his caring and understanding people who have severe pain. His staff is excellent as well. Professional and caring. You are definitely an individual person and not a number to him at Modern Pain Management. Thank you Dr Atallah!

Such an amazing place, and my doctor was so caring it actually shocked me how amazing this place was and I’ve been very hesitant in trying pain places but great amazing staff that are there to truly help you.

I am extremely satisfied with Doctor Attalah and his staff. They are extremely attentive to my needs and help to properly manage my pain while I wait for my 5th procedure/surgery. I would recommend Dr Atallah to anyone who respects professionalism and understanding in a world that shuns those who are in constant pain.

I have been seeing Dr Atallah for 10 years now. I would not trade him for anyone or anything. He has helped me enormously over the years. I’m not sure I would still be here without him. Nursing and an accident just killed my back but I am able to be active again because of him. I still have pain here and there; not going to lie but at least I am able to function and can help take care of my elderly parents. I’ve reached a point of no longer guarding my back at every turn and actually want to be more active. Can’t say enough about the guy!!

I have suffered from lower back pain radiating down my leg for months. After an eval and injection from Dr.Atallah I have no pain. His entire staff is professional and nice. Shoutout to Nurse Rosemary and Edwin, CRNA for their expert care as well.

I am so glad I found this pain clinic! The first appt I filled out forms and got an initial exam. 2 days later Boom! Got pain shots in my hips for bursitis. It had become unbearable but I was so greatful they could treat me within the same week. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Also the environment is pleasant. TVs in the waiting room. Dr. Ngo was very knowledgeable and knew that I was a good candidate for the shots. It was over in like one minute. I'm happy now!!

Doctor C. Burnette has helped me control my back, leg and foot pain from surgeries, CRPS and osteoarthritis. I am in the process of getting a Meditronic spinal cord stimulator implant. Goal stopping narcotics and opioids.

This was my very first ever going to a Pain Management Doctor and this is the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office. The staff is extremely professional and Dr. Burnette is super thorough and amazing. She made sure to ask every question and did not stop trying to figure out why this pain was occurring. Every step of the way I felt comfortable (even with the pain if you could imagine) and she gave me all the time and attention without any rush. I felt like my time with her was my time her for however long it took to get to the root of the matter. Thank you Dr. B and I look forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Candace Burnette is the very best. She had helped me in the past with pain in my back which cured the problems and is now helping me with the pain from a fall. Dr. Atallah is an amazing doctor!!!!! I’ve been seeing him for about 8 years. He is extremely kind and compassionate with a great bedside manner. One of the few doctors I’ve ever met that I can tell genuinely cares about his patients. The nurses and office staff are all really wonderful also. Overall, a really great place and I highly recommend.

Dr Harandi is very knowledgeable, and does his best to keep you as comfortable as possible. The only consideration I could have to giving him 5 stars would be my own selfishness in having to fight with others to be able get an appointment more quickly. ? Just wanted to add an additional update, Dr. Harandi has done some more outpatient treatments that mirrored some done in the past by other Pain Doctors, but his have been more successful and actually offered benefit while others in my past were ineffective. So in my experience, either his instincts or skills are better than some of the other "Top" Pain Management Doctors I have had to deal with over the past 14 years in Houston.

I have experienced some nerve pain for some time now, and the team effort and support to treat it has been very good. I feel very comfortable that everyone there has gone out of their way to address my issue in the goal to reach pain free results. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. It is unfortunately to deal with pain, but at least I know I am in good hands

Dr. Harandi is a truly amazing doctor . His concern and empathy is so sincere . He has done miracles for me. I truly wanted to die ... the pain was intolerable. He has solutions and I highly recommend Modern Pain Management to anyone suffering . There is more than hope - there are solutions .

After being tossed from doctor to doctor for about 2 years, and developing a physical dependence on opioids since no doctor could figure out the cause of my severe stomach pain, we started doing our own online research to bigger cities and by the grace of God, we found Dr. Harandi at Modern Pain Management in Houston. I was skeptical, but he immediately determined what was wrong and how to treat it with injections. At the time, he was only 1 of 2 doctors within a 300 mile radius of us that were using this new treatment method. The staff is friendly, doctors are easy to get in contact with and the procedures are incredibly quick and painless (you’re put under for ~10 minutes so you don’t feel a thing). If we hadn’t found MPM, I would still be laying in my bed curled up in a ball watching the world pass me by. Forever grateful.

My visit with Dr. Burnette was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a doctor's office. Being an elderly person sometimes requires a great degree of patience on the doctor's part. I'm a lot slower and hard of hearing. So it requires someone like Dr. Burnette who is caring, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her.

I rarely write reviews, but the care and attention I received from my visit with Dr. Burnette was worth noting. This is the first visit I’ve had that I didn’t feel rushed to get to the next patient. She listened to my concerns and offered a number of options to resolve my issue. She’s very personable and doesn’t mind spending time explaining her diagnosis and her process of treating you. I have already recommended Dr. Burnette to my family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Harandi for about a year and I can't express how much of a good doctor that he is. He will take the time to listen to my needs. Not only does he listen, but he is very professional. He played around with my medication to fit my needs so that I'm not in so much pain. When it comes to getting injections in my lower back or hip, he is good. I get so much relief from them. He is very caring about your needs also. The staff is very professional and friendly. I go to his new location in Sugarland and absolutely love it. Easy to get to and very clean. They all follow the guidelines of the Covid-19. I just can't express how happy I am with Harandi and the staff.

I have been with Dr Candace Burnett for over three years. She has treated my sciatica, both left and right sides, bursitis, and arthritis successfully. And without the need for addictive pain killers. I highly recommend Dr Burnett and everyone at Modern Pain Management.

He is extremely knowledgeable and provides multiple modern treatment options.His staff is also very caring and go out of their way to accommodate patients.Dr. Harandi and his staff made themselves available to provide a previously scheduled phone appointment during the recent freeze when the office had no power.

My Doctor is very client center and is really concern about a person quality of life. They are not just focusing giving a person pain medication. Dr. Harandi has sat down with me and we develop a comprehensive plan to deal with my pain and increase my quality of life. This is a company that value the clients and the accountability is conducive to the company growth and development. The staff seem to have had Service excellence training, bc being a former trainer of service excellence I am able to recognize high level of respect and care that service excellence calls for.

Dr G. Atallah is a fantastic physician! I statred treatment in Los Angeles for severe back pain ad in a month the procedure failed to take. Dr. Atallah reviewed my MRI from LA as well as my records, we spoke, and he created a focused treatment plan. 3 months later, I am still going strong with a 80-95% reduction in overall pain. Yes, the next day after doing yard work sucks but medication gets me through easily and I am back to my new normal in a day or two. In top of that is the only physician I've met that can actually operate his own computer system, scheduling, everything. He knows his business inside and out, his staff is beyond amazing and the perfect extension of the doctor. Each are knowledgeable, competent and friendly.This office is the gold standard all private practices should be held to and learn from.

I see Dr. Burnette at this location for my back, neck and shoulder pain that I have suffered with for many years. The office staff is attentive, friendly and following the current Covid-19 guidlines. The pain regimen put into place by the doctor has afforded me more freedom and the ability to function with some normalcy. I don't feel rushed when I'm in the office and Dr Burnette explains and talks through my concerns about procedures and results and the best path forward. I am very pleased with my progress and my experiences couldn't have been better.

Mom was referred to this clinic and seems to really like the clinical staff working here (and Dr Harandi too!) It's easy to find but the construction makes it an annoying trip due to the traffic backup at certain times of the day. Entrance door to the clinic is actually suite #502 FYI

I love Dr. Atallah. He has been treating me for many years. The doctor has helped alleviate my chronic Back pain to a tolerable level. I could not have survived without his top notch medical care. Thank you Dr. Atallah.

Excellent diagnosis, suggested treatment, with a nice smile.

Such an amazing place, and my doctor was so caring it actually shocked me how amazing this place was and I’ve been very hesitant in trying pain places but great amazing staff that are there to truly help you.

I found Modern Pain group and they have been awesome in helping find me relief in my back pain. Great professional staff & the Dr takes time to listen and that’s hard to find! Lesa

Dr. Harandi is an awesome doctor. One who treats his patients with the care and compassion that is sometimes absent with successful doctors. I was lucky to find him. Always is eager to work out a treatment plan that is best for you.

I have suffered from lower back pain radiating down my leg for months. After an eval and injection from Dr.Atallah I have no pain. His entire staff is professional and nice. Shoutout to Nurse Rosemary and Edwin, CRNA for their expert care as well.

Amazing doctor very friendly staff

Dr. Ngo & the anesthesiologist are top notch. If you need an injection this is the place! I was extremely comfortable during my injection & have had no issues when it comes to questions or concerns.

Doctor C. Burnette has helped me control my back, leg and foot pain from surgeries, CRPS and osteoarthritis. I am in the process of getting a Meditronic spinal cord stimulator implant. Goal stopping narcotics and opioids.

Dr Burnett is great. The new facility is lovely and staff hardworking and still friendly.

Very professional. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

My experience was excellent. The Doctor and staff are always very courteous, thorough and helpful. I recommend very highly.

Dr. Harandi is a truly amazing doctor . His concern and empathy is so sincere . He has done miracles for me. I truly wanted to die ... the pain was intolerable. He has solutions and I highly recommend Modern Pain Management to anyone suffering . There is more than hope - there are solutions .

I have been with Dr Candace Burnett for over three years. She has treated my sciatica, both left and right sides, bursitis, and arthritis successfully. And without the need for addictive pain killers. I highly recommend Dr Burnett and everyone at Modern Pain Management.

Dr. Atallah is a great doctor. He will listen to any issue you have and will do his best to help you. I have been to other doctors and they are there just for the money.

Mom was referred to this clinic and seems to really like the clinical staff working here (and Dr Harandi too!) It's easy to find but the construction makes it an annoying trip due to the traffic backup at certain times of the day. Entrance door to the clinic is actually suite #502 FYI
