The staff was great! They got me seen very quickly and they listened to all my symptoms and relayed them well to the doctor. It was so nice to not have to re-explain my symptoms to him! He came in the room and already knew what was wrong with me, he made sure all the medications he was prescribing were breastfeeding friendly and had a great positive attitude that made me feel heard and reassured.

Went on a Saturday and expected a wait of a least an hour. We got in to see the doctor fairly quickly. The doctor and nurse were professional and compassionate. The doctor went over everything he was going to do and follow up treatment was fully explained. Got a written summary of my visit. Hopefully I won't need urgent care in the future, but Fast Aid Urgent Care is where I would go if I had to.

Dr. Heausler was amazing with my 3 yr old! He was kind, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. You can tell he really cares about helping people, which seems hard to find these days. If he was in a pediatricians office, I'd be running to switch my kiddo over. Office was clean and the staff was great as well. Bonus points for no wait time AND he knew the lyrics to Moana! This was our first visit here, but will continue to use this location in the future. 10/10

When I was under the weather, I called another urgent care, but the wait was too long, so I decided to call Fast Aid Urgent Care on Bulverde Road. Much to my delight, this place had a shorter wait time, and everything could be handled electronically, which cut down on filling out paperwork before being checked in. As a germaphobe, I found this place clean, which is extremely important to me, the wait was short, and the entire staff was friendly even though it was close to the end of the day. And if they were tired, they didn't let on; their salutations, warm smiles, lightheartedness, warmth, professionalism, and patience with me, knowing that I am disabled, were phenomenal. The staff taking my vitals and doctors performing the medical evaluations were thorough and listened intently to my issues, after which they gave me suggestions and my RX, and I was on my way. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an urgent care visit for the reasons mentioned earlier, as I was genuinely treated with care.

Anytime I come into Fast- Aid they are quick to check me in and get me into a room. I don’t spend over an hour there. I had COVID twice and they treated me with good care and I was able to recover fast. I call with any questions and they are always available and have good customer service. Was a wonderful place and everyone one was great. Wonderful care and really took care of me. Checked in on line and was take care of at the time they gave me. Later in the day got stung by wasp 6 times so went back later as a walk in and they took care of me again really fast and doctor and staff were so friendly and so helpful. Was a great experience when not feeling well.

Dear, Fast Aid Urgent Care I can't Thank You Enough on the Care You Showed Me I had a very severe blockage of ear wax in my left ear. Your Staff took so much care in irrigating my ear canal and took very much Care not hurting me. Your Young staff where Outstanding in helping me hands on and talking to me If I was suffering any hurt to my ear canal. We absolutely love Fast Aid Urgent Care! My kids notoriously get sick or injured exclusively on Friday afternoons or first thing Saturday, all when their PCP office is closed, of course. But I truly don’t mind bringing them to Fast Aid. We’ve never had a poor experience with anyone! All of the nurses and PA’s are super thorough and incredibly kind. They always go out of their way to make my kids laugh when they’re feeling their worst, and it makes the experience so pleasant. I especially want to commend Angel. She is SUCH a kind soul! She’s so sweet with all of my kids and they always hope she’ll be the one triaging them when we get there. (Yes, we’re frequent flyers over here.) Thank you so much for the incredible service, Angel!

This is the only urgent care I trust with my family. They are always friendly, quick, and understanding. The PA listens to my concerns and ensures I feel comfortable with everything, every single time! I went to another UC over the weekend because they opened at 8. After waiting there until almost 9, I left to come back here. Within minutes we were seen and were diagnosed and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I won’t make that mistake again! I even forgot to get a doctors note for my kiddo and they gladly printed it out for me so I could pick it up.

This office is clean; the staff was welcoming and helpful explained the insurance coverage vs out of pocket expenses. More importantly, the PA was preemptive in his care since my symptoms were not clear. It was a great experience, and I am feeling much better.

I say this every time we visit Fast Aid on Bulverde Road, which is a lot as a family of 5....every doctors office in America should be run as efficiently as this clinic. SOLV makes check in/paperwork/insurance a complete breeze, especially for returning patients. (No more filling out same stuff over & over again!) Next to no wait when we do schedule in advance. The care we receive is kind, considerate & knowledgeable. This is what healthcare should look like. Timely, efficient & high quality. Thanks Fast Aid!

I 've been here twice. Both were emergency vistis because my primary couldn't fit me in. They have fast friendly service within a very nice physility in a convenient location. Honestly, I wish this place could be kept my little secret. They all genuinely care and it shows. It's hard to find excellent medical service. ? I'm feeling much better.

Checked in using QR code Sunday about 3:05pm for possible ankle sprain. I was called back to be seen within 8-10 min after check-in. Angel checked me in, she performed all Medical Assistant triage and took my xrays, she was a dynamo! Very knowledgeable and personable as was the physician. They provided me with a plan of care, sent me on my way and called an hour later with x-ray updates. Out by 3:35pm. Love this clinic! Thanks all!

Wow!! This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. Awesome overall service from front desk Receptionist, Med Tech, and Nurse Practitioner?? Great care and very detailed oriented! Diagnosed and prescribed medications for pharyngitis and sinusitis infections and already feeling better! My girlfriend was diagnosed with sinusitis and cellulitis and prescribed antibiotics. I used VA coverage and my Girlfriend used her BCBS insurance. Will definitely come back for medical care! Thank you for helping feel better ~

The Nurse Practitioner I saw was also very personable and he listened to my concerns and addressed them. The establishment was very clean and it was an easy access right off the interstate.

If you're looking to get a Covid test and require same day results, this is your place. The customer service is good and they're relatively fast in getting people in-and-out. Also worth noting is that they do not provide you with a physical copy of the results unless you request for it. Should you want a physical copy, you'll have to stick around until after you get swabbed otherwise your results will be provided to you via telephone. If you're reading this--I hope you test negative. Cheers!

First time patient and was very pleased with the staff. They were very friendly and professional. The only thing that upset me was that they confirmed my suspicion and told me that I fractured my ankle. The young lady that took my x-rays was very nice and made a painful experience pleasant. A big shout out to the staff that worked on December 5, 2020 and I would HIGHLY recommend this Urgent Care!

So I know that during a pandemic it sucks to have to venture to a place like this when it is not covid related. While all the people around me where there for covid test, the wait was short, nurse and dr were nice. The place was clean. I was a walk in for a non covid related issue and it took about 45 minutes total to check in and out. I would recommend this place for anything that you need but just keep in mind that 9 out 10 people in there are in for covid test (nov 2020) so don't touch your face, wear your mask etc. All around me I heard ppl saying your positive or your negative, and when they got to me they still treated me and my concerns. It's was almost like something different for them since all they see are covid issues. The nurse and Dr were great and I appreciate the one on one care during this super busy time for them. Over all yes this place it nice, clean and fast. What more could you ask for when you need a quick Dr.

This urgent care was a great place to visit for care. I went in and was seen within 15-20 min. They took me insurance information and promptly notified me of the costs. I was triaged and saw the PA within a total of 30-40 min. I had an upper respiratory infection and they had my prescriptions sent in quickly. They really do give "fast" aid to those that come in.

Staff made my visit very pleasant even though I was feeling super lousy today. There was hardly any wait time and I was quickly taken to the back shortly after filling out paper work. The workers there had great customer service and were very friendly which is not something I can say for other clinics I have been to. Overall wonderful experience, you guys are awesome!!!

My experience with Fast Aid was great. There was no wait to be seen and check-in was a breeze. The staff involved with treating me were attentive and addressed all my concerns. My entire visit lasted no more than about 25 minutes. Thank you all.

Had decided to stop by after work to get checked out for a women's health issue. It was on my way home from work and I decided to set an appointment just in case. Walked in and appointment was not necessary, they took me right in which was great! Had the tests taken that needed to be done and the doctor asked me a couple questions just to make sure we were in the same page. Asked me to follow up in 3 days if systems hadn't subsided and the office reached out to me before I could even call in! Really showed their concern for patients they see. Will definitely return if need be.

I was refer to this Urgent Care at Bulverde and 1604 near Gold's Gym. The NP that referred me said they were very good, efficient and usually very quick. I do agree. The person at the front desk (don't know why I didn't get her name and I didn't notice a name tag -that's a suggestion...use one so people can sing your praises ) but she was so pleasant and approachable. She was very concerned about getting me processed quickly. She also took my vitals and made the case notes. Doctor came in within five minutes of me sitting down. He listened intently, made his recommendations, sent off my rx to pharmacy before I left. It was a good experience and I would recommend the clinic.

Speedy, kind service. They accept most insurance and they offer online appointments. I walked in, filled out my first-time patient paperwork and walked back to triage in less than 15 minutes. Walked out 30 minutes later with a diagnosis, referral and meds. Will definitely return.

My experience today with Fast Aid was awesome. I found them by searching urgent care on Apple maps because I've been having pain in my ears and their reviews were the highest for around where I live. Each one of the staff members I encountered was professional and very nice. They immediately checked me in and took me to the back where I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. Dr. Hedgepeth answered all of my questions and definitely made this doctors visit smooth an easy. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care.

Hands down the best urgent care ever! My appointment was at 3:15 but I was seen as soon as I walked through the door and finished my paperwork! Once I went to the CVS minute clinic up the road and waited over an hour after my appointment to be seen. I just left MedPost and they said I would have to wait till 4:30 to be seen. I would recommend coming here before anywhere else!

I visited Fast Aid twice this week, once for myself and once for my 1 year old son over the holiday weekend. I signed up online for an appointment, and was in and out within an hour each time. My trip (during the morning, less busy time I'm guessing) took under 45 minutes. The check-in staff were all very friendly/efficient. Places like this make me wonder why I even bother with seeing a primary care doctor anymore for minor issues, illness, etc. The PAs that worked with both of us were excellent, had a few prescriptions sent over to our preferred pharmacy QUICKLY and both of us have already started to feel better. Facility was spotless. Everyone was professional. I've been trying to figure out if PA Heausler is affiliated with any practices, because I would love to see him if he was with a PCM somewhere. He was great with my son, and understood my concerns as a mother. Highly recommend! Urgent Care clinics have come a long way since I remember them.. :)

I wish Charlie had his own practice because he is fantastic! He is very down to earth and a wonderful and caring PA. This location is close to our home, and they see infants. (Most urgent care clinics we've found, do not.) We have visited this clinic more times than I would like to recall, but all of the staff makes us feel very welcome each time we come. We have never had to wait long, including today being a Sunday and Christmas Eve. This is such a change from Texas Med Clinic, where I've never been in and out in less than 2 hours. I debated on whether or not to give a good review because I didn't want the masses to flock here and flood the waiting room next time we need to visit, but I have to support this staff for all they have done for my family! Love this place!
