I went into UCare at the Lee Trevino location because I had a subconjunctival hemorrhage on my right eye due to a cat scratch. Stacy Adams and all the staff were very empathetic and took the time to examine me. They reassured me that no damage was done to the eye itself however they gave me a referral to be seen by an opthalmologist at Southwest Eye Institute. They prescribed me some antibiotics and even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was able to get an appointment. Very pleased and would recommend!

My son was at college and came home today and he had ugly cut that he had done night before. so took him couldn't get stitches was to long. so she cleaned it out well, put sterile stripsand pressure bandage. we where in and out less than a hour.

I was able to get an appointment right away. The online process was simple and easy to complete. The staff was amazing. The doctor took time to evaluate and explain everything. I appreciate everything the entire team did for me. Thank you!

Gentleman at front desk is very polite and fast with his work. Not a lot of people, so it was a pretty fast visit and got everything taken care of and left very satisfied with the way they handled my problem. Will definitely come back for any future medical needs!

Professional and friendly staff. They are also sensitive and accommodating I didn't wait long for my appointment and the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

This is the best urgent care clinic I have ever been to. They go above and beyond. I have been suffering from a sore throat for over a week. This was the second urgent care clinic I came to. (The first one was summit). This clinic was far better, as they did multiple tests. The APN Mrs. Adams was very informative, and when she took a look at my throat she knew exactly what was going on. She diagnosed me, prescribed medication, and recommended me a special oral rinse. Mrs. Ramirez was also very helpful, and so was the front clerk. I'm grateful that these people continue to show up to work to care for others. Summit does not compare to the service I received here. I will be back, though hopefully not to soon.

Do receptionist was it the dicyst but I was quickly seed for an ear infection that I get every year the doctor do exactly what it was and she was very gentle would recommend

Had a uti you can sign in on line very quickly I was seen within 20 minutes went to exam room again in and out got results and Dr explained to me what was happening got prescriptions immediately and on my way The staff are very helpful and friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable The clinic is very clean I recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs to see dr asap

I have been to both the Zaragoza location and the Lee Trevino location and I can say both times I have received high quality care. The providers are phenomenal, great bedside manner, insightful, and thorough. I'm a VA patient, which sucks because a lot of places say they work with us but when it comes down to it have no idea what they're doing- have never had a problem with UCare regarding this. They're definitely out of my way as I live in the NE but they are well worth the drive and I refuse to go anywhere else now; as a chronically ill patient, you know the value of finding a practice that does the job right.

The nurse practitioner and the assistants were phenomenal. The appointment process is simple, efficient and a perfect example of how a great business should be run. I'm thrilled to have this new medical clinic nearby that I know my family and I can count on.

Great staff, very friendly with sense of urgency and humane. I walked in feeling terrible and they quickly received me, diagnosed me and sent prescription to my preferred pharmacy. I'll definitely come back; as a matter of fact I'll make them my first choice when in need of a good family doctor. Thank you!

Went to this urgent care and was quickly attended by friendly staff. Once inside, I was quickly treated and staff was very helpful. My prescription was immediately sent to my local pharmacy, I will definitely be returning!

I really like it here. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and fast. They are honest when they don’t have the tools for certain X-rays/tests and refer when necessary.
