Well this visit to the Lee Trevino urgent care clinic was a perfect choice.. Sandy..Monica..and Eli are a team of professionals that do a quick and very thorough job. I was there for maybe one hour.. It's been 2 days and I feel much better overall.. I will take anyone in my family there now that I know how well they work to take care of my health issues.. I recommend this medical team to anyone..

I went in with extreme pain to my throat, ear, and a terrible headache. The receptionists helped me register quickly, and before I knew it, I was in a room speaking to Adrian, one of the providers. He was very knowledgeable and ordered me a shot for the pain that actually worked and was non-narcotic. Explained to me my diagnoses and the need to go to the hospital to rule out further problems. I left and went to the hospital and was told my diagnosis was caught before I needed more invasive treatments. Instead of surgery, I was given some IV medicine and sent home with antibiotics. Thank you, Monica, Adrian, and the gentleman who gave me the shot.

Chris and Vivian front desk staff had great customer service skills. The were both efficient and knew what they were doing. Kate took my vitals and did my X-rays. She was very thorough and prompt. I was then seen by The nurse practitioner Stacey. She was very kind and compassionate. She took her time with me and gave me different suggestions of what I could do to make myself feel better. She was very prompt and came back right away after she got my results. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place along with the nurse practitioner,Stacey!!!.

An overall very good experience from the receptionist to the asssistant to the NP and the the excellent help from Adrian Johnson NP. Your website address is incorrect. It states 1625 Lee Trevino. It is 1618 Lee Trevino. I spent over 20 min, looking for the address. I was a first time patient.

1st time here, I was in the exam room within 10 min. The wait was nonexistent. NP Stacy was very nice and informative. MA Monica was quick to get me in the exam room. Received my prescription and out the door in less than 20 min.

I accidentally got bleach in my eye; my primary referred me to an urgent care, which did not open until 9 am. We drove to this clinic and arrived at 8:50 we saw that the workers were still standing outside for the clinic to open. This worried us because if the workers waited outside, we assumed the wait would be longer. Fortunately, the nurses waiting guided us to make an appointment online so I could be seen ASAP when the doors opened. The portal was easy to use to make an appointment, and when I arrived at the front desk, all my information was ready for viewing. The receptionist was very helpful; the triage nurse also ensured she got me in quickly and easily. The practitioner asked all the important questions and even took her time to flush out my eye. My experience with this clinic was great, and I highly recommend it.

I've been coming to this particular location on Lee Trevino for a while and they are the best. The sign in procedure is fast. I get seen fast. I was attended by a medical assistant named Monica who was so sweet and kind. The nurse practitioner Stacey is thorough and she listens to you and always gives me good recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wanted to give a great review for my treatment at U Care today. I was able or make an appt easily through google maps, checked in and did all my required forms at home and check in was a breeze, just to pay my copay. I was quickly checked by the nurse and taken to the exam room for NP Stacey. She listened to my symptoms and my lungs and quickly provided a differential diagnosis and needed tests and symptomatic treatment. Labs were done, I was treated, given a sick note and home within an hour of my appointment time!! (I did have to go back to the pharmacy to get my meds but that’s totally outside Uncare’s service and review). Thank you U Care, NP Stacey, and all involved!!!

I came in late at night and was seen by Stacey Adams FNP. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, I was in and out in no time! The pharmacy filled my script wrong and I had no issues in getting back in touch with Stacey and new script sent out. There are closer clinics to me but I would gladly use UCare @ Lee Trevino again!

I visit U-Care because the close proximity to home and an additional location next to my work and children's daycare. The business hours are great because it offers me a fast and affordable option when the pediatrician office is already closed. All the staff I have encounter have been friendly and professional. Have never had to wait very long to be seen and the Providers listened to my concerns.

I’m a long long ways from home. Had an issue with my back. Tried urgent care before going to the ER. I only wish this place was local. My first visit was amazing. They explained everything. Jon took his time and made sure I was good. Got me some antibiotics and made a follow up appointment for 3 day from the initial visit. My doctor was Mrs.Stacey Adam’s. She is a saint. Was straightforward with what she needed to do to get my back right. She performed a minor procedure, major to me, right in the room. I don’t do needles at all, but unfortunately this required a shot. I was a total pain, I was in pain, and probably not the greatest patient. I swear on everything though Mrs. Stacey is amazing. Fixed me right up. Everyone from the front desk, Jon the assistant,to Mrs.Stacey are all amazing. I don’t ever do these reviews, but someone somewhere around here may need help. I’ll swear by this Urgent care forever!!

Noemy , the medical assistant who greeted & assisted me with registration made my visit smooth and helped me with any questions I had. I have been to many urgent care locations in El Paso, but UCare on Lee Trevino is the best. No matter what I come in for, they make sure to hear all my concerns and do their best to figure out my illness. My favorite person there is Stacy Adams. She is patient and kind. She shows compassion and truly cares. The wait time is never long. The rooms and facilities are very clean. My only complaint is the rooms are a little too cold for me. I have just learned to bring a blanket.🥰 Thank you Stacy and everyone at UCare on Lee Trevino!

I went into UCare at the Lee Trevino location because I had a subconjunctival hemorrhage on my right eye due to a cat scratch. Stacy Adams and all the staff were very empathetic and took the time to examine me. They reassured me that no damage was done to the eye itself however they gave me a referral to be seen by an opthalmologist at Southwest Eye Institute. They prescribed me some antibiotics and even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was able to get an appointment. Very pleased and would recommend!

Professional and friendly staff. They are also sensitive and accommodating I didn’t wait long for my appointment and the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

This is the best urgent care clinic I have ever been to. They go above and beyond. I have been suffering from a sore throat for over a week. This was the second urgent care clinic I came to. (The first one was summit). This clinic was far better, as they did multiple tests. The APN Mrs. Adams was very informative, and when she took a look at my throat she knew exactly what was going on. She diagnosed me, prescribed medication, and recommended me a special oral rinse. Mrs. Ramirez was also very helpful, and so was the front clerk. I’m grateful that these people continue to show up to work to care for others. Summit does not compare to the service I received here. I will be back, though hopefully not to soon.

Had a uti you can sign in on line very quickly I was seen within 20 minutes went to exam room again in and out got results and Dr explained to me what was happening got prescriptions immediately and on my way The staff are very helpful and friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable The clinic is very clean I recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs to see dr asap

I have been to both the Zaragoza location and the Lee Trevino location and I can say both times I have received high quality care. The providers are phenomenal, great bedside manner, insightful, and thorough. I'm a VA patient, which sucks because a lot of places say they work with us but when it comes down to it have no idea what they're doing- have never had a problem with UCare regarding this. They're definitely out of my way as I live in the NE but they are well worth the drive and I refuse to go anywhere else now; as a chronically ill patient, you know the value of finding a practice that does the job right.

The nurse practitioner and the assistants were phenomenal. The appointment process is simple, efficient and a perfect example of how a great business should be run. I'm thrilled to have this new medical clinic nearby that I know my family and I can count on.

Went to this urgent care and was quickly attended by friendly staff. Once inside, I was quickly treated and staff was very helpful. My prescription was immediately sent to my local pharmacy, I will definitely be returning!

Great staff, very friendly with sense of urgency and humane. I walked in feeling terrible and they quickly received me, diagnosed me and sent prescription to my preferred pharmacy. I’ll definitely come back; as a matter of fact I’ll make them my first choice when in need of a good family doctor. Thank you!

I really like it here. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and fast. They are honest when they don’t have the tools for certain X-rays/tests and refer when necessary.

A year ago, when I first found this place thr staff was very friendly and helpful. The last few times I've come here, the customer service has degraded tremendously. Asked for a specific test, was charged my copay, and was walked to the back room. Turns out they can only run covid, flu, and strep. I was specific about the test due to being in contact with someone with Adenovirus. Save your time and money and go to an urgent care that cares to help people.
