Went in tonight and everything was so fast. Alyin was quick and friendly. Monica the MA was really friendly as well. Stacey saw me and was very caring. I like coming here because I know it won’t be long until I’m out and on my way home.

My husband and I love coming here. They are quick, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Heather was so helpful and nice, made me feel comfortable. I never had a problem with the staff or wait times. I love how late they close as well. I will recommend it to anyone near their clinic.

The staff is so caring and smart. We were taken in pretty quickly and the nurse practitioner, Stacy, knew exactly what treatment I needed. Heather, the MA, was exceptionally kind and did so well giving me the shot that I didn’t feel it. I would definitely return!

Had sore throat for 2 days which I was finding very annoying, very efficient, got in right away, did strep test, negative, cortisone shot ibuprofen prescription, feeling better already, highly recommend.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service and treatment we received at UCare. Despite being travelers from out of town, we were promptly attended to within just 10 minutes of our arrival, which was incredibly reassuring. Heather, our technician, went above and beyond with her kindness and comforting demeanor, making us feel at ease from the start. Nurse Sandy was equally impressive, providing a thorough diagnosis and prescribing an effective treatment plan that set us on the path to recovery. My son broke his finger and the Nurse Practitioner Sandy Viscon was great. Her support staff was AMAZING. They were quick, friendly, and talked us through the entire process. They provided us with the proper specialist information. Overall the entire process was great. Highly recommend!

Great visit. The PA Mike was very helpful. He explained everything to me and took care of my issue. The Medical Assistant was very friendly and kind. I believe her name was Heidi. I like that I don't have to wait long to be taken care of.

I came in late at night and was seen by Stacey Adams FNP. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, I was in and out in no time! The pharmacy filled my script wrong and I had no issues in getting back in touch with Stacey and new script sent out. There are closer clinics to me but I would gladly use UCare @ Lee Trevino again!

I visit U-Care because the close proximity to home and an additional location next to my work and children's daycare. The business hours are great because it offers me a fast and affordable option when the pediatrician office is already closed. All the staff I have encounter have been friendly and professional. Have never had to wait very long to be seen and the Providers listened to my concerns.

I’m a long long ways from home. Had an issue with my back. Tried urgent care before going to the ER. I only wish this place was local. My first visit was amazing. They explained everything. Jon took his time and made sure I was good. Got me some antibiotics and made a follow up appointment for 3 day from the initial visit. My doctor was Mrs.Stacey Adam’s. She is a saint. Was straightforward with what she needed to do to get my back right. She performed a minor procedure, major to me, right in the room. I don’t do needles at all, but unfortunately this required a shot. I was a total pain, I was in pain, and probably not the greatest patient. I swear on everything though Mrs. Stacey is amazing. Fixed me right up. Everyone from the front desk, Jon the assistant,to Mrs.Stacey are all amazing. I don’t ever do these reviews, but someone somewhere around here may need help. I’ll swear by this Urgent care forever!!

Had an incredible experience. Clinic closes at 9 PM, However, there were so kind to assist us with sports physicals For three children. We were in and out within an hour! Cindy and Sandy took amazing care of my husband and were super friendly! Their positive attitude and their conversations during the process kept the anxiety away while my husband got stitches. My husband hates going to the doctor and these ladies made the experience smooth for him.

took a family member for an injury on a holiday. they were open on a holiday, front desk personnel very friendly and helpful since it was out first time there. seen in a timely manner, received pain medication promptly, had x-rays done. we were explained results and had questions answered. very professional service and care. thank you.

We were in and out in about an hour and still received quality, compassionate care. James was the x-ray tech on call and was sure to be especially gentle with my child who was a bit frightened at the whole hospital/clinic experience. One of the fastest and easiest urgent care experiences ive had in a while. Noemy , the medical assistant who greeted & assisted me with registration made my visit smooth and helped me with any questions I had. The provider quickly assessed my issue and had me out the door within the hour, awesome service!

Went in with my husband and the whole staff is so attentive from front desk, to the medical assistant. The medical assistant (I don't recall her name but she had really pretty red and black hair) was so attentive and active listener that my husband with dementia was even pleased. I have been having shoulder pain for 2 months and just needed an xray to progress in the process of finding out what's wrong. The provider Sandra was very thorough in explaining all my questions and the x-ray tech James answered all my questions regarding the process of getting the results and easing my mind with radiation amounts.

I have been to many urgent care locations in El Paso, but UCare on Lee Trevino is the best. No matter what I come in for, they make sure to hear all my concerns and do their best to figure out my illness. My favorite person there is Stacy Adams. She is patient and kind. She shows compassion and truly cares. The wait time is never long. The rooms and facilities are very clean. My only complaint is the rooms are a little too cold for me. I have just learned to bring a blanket.? Thank you Stacy and everyone at UCare on Lee Trevino!

Great urgent care. Entire facility is clean. Everyone from the front desk, nurse, and Dr were extremely friendly and patient. Check in is simple and done on your phone. We had no wait time. My son's cut was taken care of fabulously and stitches were done great by Dr Adams

I went into UCare at the Lee Trevino location because I had a subconjunctival hemorrhage on my right eye due to a cat scratch. Stacy Adams and all the staff were very empathetic and took the time to examine me. They reassured me that no damage was done to the eye itself however they gave me a referral to be seen by an opthalmologist at Southwest Eye Institute. They prescribed me some antibiotics and even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was able to get an appointment. Very pleased and would recommend!

This is the best urgent care clinic I have ever been to. They go above and beyond. I have been suffering from a sore throat for over a week. This was the second urgent care clinic I came to. (The first one was summit). This clinic was far better, as they did multiple tests. The APN Mrs. Adams was very informative, and when she took a look at my throat she knew exactly what was going on. She diagnosed me, prescribed medication, and recommended me a special oral rinse. Mrs. Ramirez was also very helpful, and so was the front clerk. I’m grateful that these people continue to show up to work to care for others. Summit does not compare to the service I received here. I will be back, though hopefully not to soon.

Had a uti you can sign in on line very quickly I was seen within 20 minutes went to exam room again in and out got results and Dr explained to me what was happening got prescriptions immediately and on my way The staff are very helpful and friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable The clinic is very clean I recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs to see dr asap

I have been to both the Zaragoza location and the Lee Trevino location and I can say both times I have received high quality care. The providers are phenomenal, great bedside manner, insightful, and thorough. I'm a VA patient, which sucks because a lot of places say they work with us but when it comes down to it have no idea what they're doing- have never had a problem with UCare regarding this. They're definitely out of my way as I live in the NE but they are well worth the drive and I refuse to go anywhere else now; as a chronically ill patient, you know the value of finding a practice that does the job right.

Great staff, very friendly with sense of urgency and humane. I walked in feeling terrible and they quickly received me, diagnosed me and sent prescription to my preferred pharmacy. A year ago, when I first found this place thr staff was very friendly and helpful. The last few times I've come here, the customer service has degraded tremendously. Asked for a specific test, was charged my copay, and was walked to the back room. Turns out they can only run covid, flu, and strep. I was specific about the test due to being in contact with someone with Adenovirus. Save your time and money and go to an urgent care that cares to help people.
