I took my daughter in to have a rose thorn removed from the palm of her hand. Check-in was super quick! Staff was very friendly. I felt we were taken care of quickly. I would definitely go back here and would also highly recommend to anyone! Great experience.

Always a convenient office for me to visit. Front desk staff is professional, skilled CNA's, and a professional Certified Physician Assistant with a good bedside manner. They always listen, and give feedback that a lay person can understand.

Very good and convenient. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the time it took me to drive there and I was seen as soon as I walked in. They took care of my needs and I was on my way out of there in twenty minutes.

I came in for food poisoning and I didn’t have to wait. The staff could tell I was in a lot of pain and they were very attentive. I appreciate their expertise and as a result, I was much better by the next morning!

I really like this urgent care. It’s super close to where I work, it’s quiet, I never wait and there’s always appointments and the people are super nice. I have to drive there when I’m at home but I do it anytime I need to be seen.

Best urgent care! The young man at the desk checked us in and directed us to a room within 5 minutes. The doctor was amazing and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was super sweet and friendly.

Made an appointment online at midnight for the next morning. We were in Florida on vacation and my son had a double ear infection. This clinic was excellent. The staff were super friendly and we were in and out fast. I highly recommend this urgent care as it was probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. We saw Morningstar and she was great!

Excellent service! The nurse who took my vitals was incredibly kind and professional. I only waited about 10 minutes in the room before the doctor arrived. The doctor was thorough, checked me carefully, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend this place!

This urgent care was phenomenal! From the receptionists to the checkout. The nurse and Dr. were knowledgeable and listened. The Dr. knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed what I needed. He was personable and professional. I felt like I was in the best hands possible. GO HERE if you need care.

I have a pain in my foot. The staff took great care of me. They explained my diagnosis and gave me a copy of my radiographs to take to a specialist, if needed. Everyone was so nice and professional.

I have been to this urgent care many times and it is the only one I will visit. They have equipment to assess every concern I have had, and they are thorough and thoughtful. I honestly love this place and the staff!

I noticed increased pain, stiffness and more concerning, a swollen area at the nape of my neck. I contacted my PCP, but because his office is in Palm Harbor, visiting this Urgent Care facility instead was an agreed compromise. I've visited this UC location in the past and had a pleasant experience. Once again, the staff was friendly, they had my insurance information in their system, and the wait time was minimal. Shihab was helpful and informative. I highly recommend!

I unfortunately hurt my toe this morning and came to the clinic for an Xray. All of the staff members were extremely kind and I was in and out in less than a hour. I have a broken toe but this experience wasn't painful for me or my wallet. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I was in and out in a short period of time (I know that depends on waiting room). The nurse at check in was pleasant, compassionate and efficient, as was the medical assistant and PA. All 3 took great care of me. They have an X-ray machine there on site, and took my insurance. I would highly recommend them and their quality care.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile, but today’s visit reminded me just how great this place is. Close to home, and affordable. Never had a problem with long wait times, but they were understandably busy today. I had no problem waiting, they were very apologetic and checked-in periodically. I was seen by PA Jess who was sweet, informative and had me in and out. I left feeling very taken care of, really appreciate all that the entire staff does for their patients!

I started taking my kids (ages 9 and 13) to Urgent Care approximately 2 years ago. I won’t go to any other “after hours” care now that I found this facility. I myself have gone as well. The entire staff from Clerk, assistants, and PA’s are all caring and kind. They listen to you,,the patient, and give you honest feedback. I have had awful experiences with hospital ER’s. Besides the long wait times they always want to admit you, or run a million unnecessary tests. Urgent Care has always brought us right back and given us a realistic prognosis. They do not just write a script and send you on your way. I have recommended them to my closest friends & family. Thank you for all of your kindness & respect in times when we feel our worst!

The doctor's, nurses and front desk staff were all amazing! I highly recommend visiting this urgent care center if you are in need. We were nearby for my son's therapy and were able to be seen after 6pm, quickly and with kindness. My son is 6, he's autistic and needed antibiotics for an infected thumb. His regular doctor couldn't see him right away, so we tried our luck with this center and I'm glad we did. Unfortunately, my son won't take medication by mouth and I thought for certain they wouldn't be able to help us but they were so accommodating and we were offered a solution that worked for us. He's doing much better now and I'm so grateful for their help. They were very patient with my child, and very understanding to our situation. Thank you Urgent Care & Wellness Center!!

I've been to this location multiple times. I get wonderful care for my kids when I'm in a pinch and the pediatrician cannot get me in. I had 1 bad experience with one member of the staff but it was quickly resolved by the medical director who followed up immediately. This location truly cares about the patients who go there. I recommend this urgent care over any others.

I went for a covid test - staff was very helpful! Office is extremely clean. Dr Patel is efficient and patient- I went back after a week after still not feeling well. Same doctor and again very efficient.

Staff is all super nice and it's kept super clean!! Dr Vakharia was really nice. My daughter even said how nice he is. If you need an urgent care, I highly recommend. My daughter needed X-Rays, we were in and out quickly!
