Anyone in need of urgent care or Covid-related testing/vaccination MUST go to Express Healthcare-Fall Church. I had travel-related testing and results were ready well before expected. Most recently, I had two acute health issues, one serious, and Express Healthcare delivered both times - 100% on target with their expertise and guidance. Their no-frills office (unlike other franchise urgent care locations) hides their phenomenal expertise and genuine patient CARE. I will only use them in future and so should everyone else!

The remarkably dated building the office is in didn't inspire confidence initially, but the great experience superseded that and this is definitely going to be my go-to urgent care! I took my son in because he had a dreadful rash on his face. We were seen quickly and everyone was very pleasant. The doctor prescribed a round of oral steroids which have helped immensely! Very unlike the useless creams that a dermatologist prescribed two years ago. Five stars!

I needed to do COVID test on Sunday for a Monday flight and this place was perfect. I tested 9am on a Sunday and got the result in the evening. I called the next morning to ask for the specimen collection time to be added to the report and got revised report within minutes. Then when I was at the airport and airline said my middle name is missing from the test report, I called again and they added my middle name immediately. Lady on the phone was so helpful. Highly recommended.

Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. After having our international flight cancelled and subsequent RT-PCR test expiring, my family and I had less than 24 hrs before our next international flight. The clinic had plenty of availability in their bookings and we were able to swiftly schedule another test before our flight. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, expediting our test to the lab so we would have results for our flight this evening. VERY, VERY thankful for this clinic and their staff, thank you again!!! Would highly recommend for your covid testing/travel needs.

Fast, easy, reliable and friendly. I went for a PCR test prior to travelling overseas. The whole experience was smooth. I booked an appointment online after they sent me a link to do so. I did not wait at all before my test and it was free with my insurance. The result came the day after by email.

Top notch service & reliable. If you need a PCR Test look no further, this place saved us many times even on Christmas day when we received an urgent call to fly back home asap they were able to accommodate us last minute and got the result on time for the flight, again couple weeks ago I used them for a last minute trip and they were quick and efficient. Mona at the front reception is so sweet and professional. Overall everybody at the Falls Church location is accommodating, patient and efficient. Thank you guys!
