This place is where you need to be. Dr. Rios is the best. He’s intelligent and takes time to understand your needs. He’s very knowledge about all things medical but also knows the ins and outs of all the cosmetic procedures and recommends the best approach for you. The overall staff is great. Nice office. Very relaxing. Smells good. Very clean also. I would recommend this place to people looking for professionals who take a more sensible and delicate approach. Great place.

I was recommended (true bliss medical) by my sister who swears by it. So I went to go check it out, (get a little touch up) first of all, the environment is so peaceful and VERY CLEAN. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, and I needed that because I was nervous. Alex was very reassuring, explained the process, the downtime, and gave me all the information I needed to feel good about this decision. I was still a bit nervous, so he gave me a device that helps distract you while he does his work. I now am a regular here because I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY RESULTS!! I also loved that they don’t try and sell you a treatment you don’t need. I 100% recommend true bliss medical, I’m sure you will leave happy with your results. I know I did.

I can not say enough about Dr. Rios and his staff at True Bliss Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. Dr. Rios was patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns prior to making recommendations and I never felt rushed or oversold. He took time to explain the procedure and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Not only was the experience great but the results were amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Rios and his staff. I love my results and will definitely be back!

What I love about Dr. Rios is he will give his honest opinion and not overdo anything! This was my second time getting Botox and my first time getting lip filler with him. I had ZERO bruising on my lips(my 4th time getting lip filler- I’ve had a lot bruising with my first 3)

I would highly recommend True Bliss Medical. Dr. Rios consultation was very easy going and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I love my results and my natural look. He has an eye for placing filler in the right places without looking fake. He has an eye for detail. I also tried the radiofrequency micro needle with exosomes and love the way my skin looks and feels.

I have had Botox and lip treatments at this location twice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very caring & attentive, she offered me water while I waited for Dr. Rios to arrive to the office. Shortly after, Dr. Rios arrived, we went over a few services I was interested in. I have to say I very pleased with my results! As a side note, he is very gentle with the needle. I highly recommend Dr. Rios as I have had a very pleasant experience. ??????????

Hands down the absolute best laser hair removal place. I have been doing touch up sessions with them and keep adding more and more areas because with 3 sessions they are getting hair that I have treated for 12 sessions at other places without results. I wish I had come here from the very beginning. Their pricing is absolutely fair and reasonable. There is never any wait. I rarely run into other customers which is actually quite nice. Sara, the laser technician that I deal with, is a dream to work with. Their numbing cream is beyond this world, you will feel almost nothing with it. Seriously, if you want LHR, just come here. Stop wasting your money and time at other places in the area.

I highly recommend Dr Rios. He’s so professional and caring. He makes sure to listen to you and explain the whole procedure. He even makes sure to text you the next day to check if everything went well after the procedure. I got a non surgical nose job a week before I found Dr. Rios and didn’t like my results, I regret so much not finding him before I waste my money with the other clinic. Now im happy with my results and my nose looks gorgeous and is thanks to Dr.Rios!

Dr. Alexander Rios is a true gem. Very helpful and attentive. I would recommend his practice for any aesthetic needs. He has a unique skin analysis machine that shows the layers of skin damage on the face. He also offers combinations of micro-needling with a various cocktail of serums for specific skin concerns. I recently got a true chemical peel and Botox with Dr. Rios. I am extremely happy with the results. The overall experience was beyond my expectations. The aesthetics of the office down to the olfactory experience as you enter the facility is superb. After the true peel my skin is smoother, brighter, and visibly small pores.
