Stop what you’re doing and go see Dr. Rios. He is the most gentle and knowledgeable cosmetic doctor I’ve seen. I see him for Botox, but he has the most polite way of suggesting other futures or future procedures that I might be interested in a non pushy, non judgmental way. He also has achieved the same, if not better results using LESS product and one that lasts longer therefore saving me $. I highly recommend him!

I was very hesitant to come here especially when I wanted something specifically done, a non surgical rhinoplasty, it has been an insecurity of mine for years and I won’t go under the knife and get a rhinoplasty. I went with my gut feeling, and I am so happy I did. I want to thank Dr. Rios for being very knowledgeable and a perfectionist which I knew right away he was going to make my nose look amazing and it was better than what I expected. He took before and after pictures, went through all the steps on what was going to be done and I felt comfortable and trusted in him to proceed. I highly recommend. My friends and I had the best spa day here! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We all enjoyed different treatments, but I opted for dermaplaning and a facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The aesthetician was so skilled and made me feel completely comfortable, explaining each step and customizing the facial to make my skin glow. The dermaplaning left my face super smooth, and the facial added that extra radiance I was looking for. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were all relaxed and pampered, and the spa’s atmosphere was calming and inviting. Let me start off by saying, Dr Rios is beyond knowledgeable, he made me feel so comfortable, I had zero pain during my liquid rhinoplasty and my results exceeded what I thought I could achieve. I was recommended (true bliss medical) by my sister who swears by it. So I went to go check it out, (get a little touch up) first of all, the environment is so peaceful and VERY CLEAN. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, and I needed that because I was nervous. Alex was very reassuring, explained the process, the downtime, and gave me all the information I needed to feel good about this decision. I was still a bit nervous, so he gave me a device that helps distract you while he does his work. I now am a regular here because I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY RESULTS!! I also loved that they don’t try and sell you a treatment you don’t need. I 100% recommend true bliss medical, I’m sure you will leave happy with your results. I know I did.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rios at the True Bliss Medical. He is super friendly and really explains the entire process so that you know what is happening. Dr.Rios listened to my concerns and gave me an in-depth consultation. He did not rush me at all and took time to make sure my questions were answered, that I was comfortable, and that I was getting the service most suited to my concerns. I have had Botox and lip treatments at this location twice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very caring & attentive, she offered me water while I waited for Dr. Rios to arrive to the office. Shortly after, Dr. Rios arrived, we went over a few services I was interested in. I have to say I very pleased with my results! As a side note, he is very gentle with the needle. Hands down the absolute best laser hair removal place. I have been doing touch up sessions with them and keep adding more and more areas because with 3 sessions they are getting hair that I have treated for 12 sessions at other places without results. I wish I had come here from the very beginning. Their pricing is absolutely fair and reasonable. There is never any wait. I rarely run into other customers which is actually quite nice. Sara, the laser technician that I deal with, is a dream to work with. Their numbing cream is beyond this world, you will feel almost nothing with it. Seriously, if you want LHR, just come here. Stop wasting your money and time at other places in the area.

by far my greatest experience at a med spa!!! i first went to Dr Rios for a non surgical nose job with threads and filler. i was so self conscious about my nose since i was little and always wanted to get it fixed. i previously had a non surgical rhinoplasty in 2019 at a different med spa in manhattan. the price was outrageous— and it didn’t even come out the way i wanted it! he did not listen to my needs and the filler actually dissolved within a month. Dr Rios’ before and after pictures are what made me fall in love! i was a bit nervous getting my nose done again even though it’s been 3 years…but i really wanted to try the PDO threads as well. i was met by a wonderful receptionist as soon as i walked in the door. they have essential oils going so it was super calming and the place was so clean. did not give a “doctors office” look which is so great because it wasn’t scary at all and it calmed my nerves!!! Dr Rios sat me in his office and gave me a consultation. and oh my gosh he calmed me right down!!!!! he told me everything i needed to know about the procedure…and the things that could go wrong, but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that i was cautious, but not worried. after looking at my nose and actually listening to my desires, he drew a whole diagram showing me what the procedure is going to be and what he’s going to do. he even had me touch one of the actual PDO threads (not the one that was about to be put in my nose of course) but touching it and seeing what it looked like made me feel better too. but that leads me to my next topic…SANITATION!!! this man is AMAZING when it comes to sanitation!! i had absolutely no fear of any cross contamination or anything along those lines. i fell in LOVE with my nose!!! it’s everything i’ve ever wanted!!! DONT WORRY IM ALMOST DONE ? i’ve gotten my lips done in queens twice at a different med spa. after completely falling in love with my nose and everything at True Bliss, i wanted to go back! i got my lips done with Dr Rios 2 weeks after i got my nose done…he sat me down again and told me everything i needed to know about the procedure. again, i was cautious but had no fear. and Dr Rios showed up and showed out!!! absolutely in love with my lips. best they’ve ever looked! i’m in love with the fact that he actually texts me the day after for both procedures, do make sure i’m doing well and that everything looks okay…he really does care!! i’m not nervous to ask him anything. totally worth the hour drive if you are wondering if you should book with Dr Rios at True Bliss Medical…DO IT!!! you will not be disappointed. he is the only person i trust with my face…i’m moving to california in a couple days and still will not go to anyone else!! ????

After months of searching and calling different offices in the Montclair area, nervous since I never had any work done on my face, I decided to visit True Bliss. I went in for a free consultation. Dr. Rios spent almost two hrs explaining what is the best treatment plan I would need. Two days later I went for my PDO treatment. I cannot find the right words to describe his manners, dedication, care, and the outcome of my procedure. He is a perfectionist and will make sure that you are %100 satisfied. He goes above and beyond. He truly is an artist. I am so happy and feel so blessed to have found this office and to have made the decision to go to him rather than other offices in my town in Montclair. If I could give 6 stars ?? I would! I am in my 50’s and was apprehensive about having any procedures done on my face. Dr Rios took the time to explain facial harmonization and how he could improve my trouble areas around my eyes, forehead and mouth. I am delighted by the results. My husband is also very impressed at how natural the results are. Dr. Rios is an artist and is truly passionate about what he does. I recently got a true chemical peel and Botox with Dr. Rios. I am extremely happy with the results. The overall experience was beyond my expectations. The aesthetics of the office down to the olfactory experience as you enter the facility is superb. After the true peel my skin is smoother, brighter, and visibly small pores. I am loving the results of the Botox and the true peel. Doctor Rios is amazing! Money well spent. Will do it again without hesitation.

Dr.Rios performed a liquid nose job on my son and it looks wonderful. He is a true professional. Took his time to ensure that my son was pleased with the final results. Additionally he took the time to explain the procedure as well as the associated minor risks involved. He explained step by step the procedure and gave my son the freedom to add his own input. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place!!! Customer service is amazing and very attentive, the girl at the front desk is super sweet. Dr. Rios is extremely informative and patient. He walks you through the whole process and gives you a peace of mind regarding your procedure. I had no doubts at all and once my nonsurgical rhinoplasty was complete, the results exceeded my expectations. I will be returning for future procedures.

Highly recommend. I’ve never had anything done before so I was very apprehensive about doing any type of treatment on my face. He was recommended by my wife and I normally try to do the opposite of what she tells me but this time I am glad I listened. The office had a very welcoming ambiance. Dr Ríos made me feel comfortable and calm during my procedure. He explained everything that was happening. He followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my results. Dr Ríos was professional and helped me with my masseter muscle problem . I was getting headaches and noticed I was grinding my teeth at night . He explained the procedure and took his time explaining everything. I had tried this procedure with another doctor but did not get the results I wanted . He made me feel comfortable and was able to get the right dosage to help me . Highly recommended.

He took the time to explain each procedure I was interested in detail. Gaby was really sweet and proffesional, she explained all the options I had since it was my first time getting eyelashes extensions. I got the classic set. I'm glad I got them done because it has made such a huge difference!!! no more mascara and the time putting it on! It is money well spent. I love my lashes and she clearly knows what she is doing!!!! They take a little getting used to as far as not sleeping on my stomach and not rubbing my eyes. But I really feel those minor inconveniences are far outweighed by the results. I had my first refiill a week ago and they look great. I would definitely recommend Gaby.

I’ve been to True Bliss several times. Dr Rios has exceptional bedside manner. I was concerned about being a guy and getting anything done on my face but Dr Rios explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I had heard about guys getting Botox but did not want a frozen look. I am very pleased with my results and how natural it looks. Will be back for sure .

This place is amazing!! Just moved here and the doctor is so friendly and personable. He took his time and explained everything clearly to me to let me know how things would go. I def will be a regular here as I’m new to the area 20/10 would recommend this place over and over. I’ve usually gone to places where they kind of get you in through the door and out as quickly as possible- that is not the case here. The doctor even made sure to check in with me after our appointment to touch base. You truly feel at home and comfortable and the doctor takes his time with you as if you are the only patient there! He knows what he is doing and you will LOVEEE your results. This is exactly what you want if you go in for any type of procedure. I can’t wait to be back :)

I hosted a botox party in my home for a few friends who were interested in getting it done. For a couple of them, this was their first time receiving this type of treatment. I have to say, Dr. Rios did a fantastic job making everyone feel comfortable. He was very detailed, patient, and answered all questions clearly and concisely. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He's also approachable, down to earth, and keeps things lighthearted. I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Rios for thinning hair. He recommended PRP Injections (platelet rich plasma) and he explained everything to me of what it entailed. Even while doing the procedure, he was very informative and considerate of my well-being during every phase of the procedure. I’ve been going to True Bliss for over a year and have had several procedures done, including Botox, Lip Fillers, and a Facial, and I’ve been completely satisfied each and every time. My first procedure was Botox, and admittedly, I was a little nervous (not a fan of needles), but Dr. Ríos happily took the time and answered all of my questions, and let me know what to expect during the procedure as well as the aftercare. He also followed up with me a few days later to see how I was feeling and to ensure I was happy with the results. I’ve had Botox done three more times since, and have been very pleased each time. Dr. Ríos and his staff really care about their customers, and it shows in their interactions and certainly in their results. I’ve asked frank questions about different procedures and he’s given me his honest, unbiased opinion about what would be best for me, and that’s where you really see the difference. Whereas at some MedSpas they push products and procedures indiscriminately, Dr. Ríos and his staff are thoughtful about that would be the best option for each customer. I’ve recommended Dr. Ríos and True Bliss to friends, family, and colleagues and will continue to do so, and will continue to return.

True bliss is so clean, beautiful, and easy to find. Dr. Rios is the real deal: polite, gentle, internationally experienced and realistic in his recommendations. I became his patient after seeing so many of my friends looking "rested" only to find out that they had been patients of True Bliss since it opened. Not a single one of them looks "done". It is so difficult to find someone who works this way. This place is going to blow up at any minute.
