Came here by friend's recommendation in January when I had a horrible sinusitis infection, I could hardly breathe and hadn't slept well in a whole week. Was seen by Stanford Lee, MD. He was the empathetic, caring doctor I needed in that moment. He was quick with the appointment but very intentional and attentive. I felt seen and understood. I did not have insurance at the time, and he was conscious of this so made sure to keep any extra exams to a minimal unless necessary and put a heavier focus on my medication so that I would have the funds to pay for that instead, so my condition can improve. Very well rounded care. The staff at the front desk are great as well, I don't feel intimidated to enter. Would come here for help again. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this urgent care since moving to Burbank in 2022. Always super quick (depending on when you go) and efficient! The staff and Dr. Berry were amazing, I always recommend this place to people who live in Burbank.

Let’s be honest, urgent care is not fun to come into… but I was really impressed with this one. Very nice staff, air purifiers in each room, clean, decent wait time. Christina was EXCELLENT- thorough, so pleasant, and knowledgeable.

I went to Burbank urgent care. I scheduled a reservation. I saw the wonderful Doctor, had X-rays and was out within 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was a great experience. Staff was extremely nice. I would go there before an emergency room without a doubt.

From the efficiency in being able to set an approximate appointment time & fully sign in online, including providing my insurance info, to the streamlined way in which the patient’s needs are met, Burbank Urgent Care is exemplary. All were greeted promptly, and I observed that walk-ins were advised on the approximate wait time & given the option to wait or come back if it was going to be a long wait. I was called in for my vitals to be taken, went back to waiting room for a few minutes, and was called in when the doctor was 100% ready to see me. Dr. Lee was wonderful — very caring and understanding of my previous experiences with similar bronchial infections. He answered my questions, explained reasons for the treatment plan and medication, and was genuinely concerned with how the condition was affecting me. The x-ray tech was also very nice and, like all others I observed, efficient without any type of “hurry up” pressure toward patients one often sees in urgent cares & emergency rooms. All staff were friendly and accommodating, and I cannot sing their praises high enough.

I MUST say Burbank Urgent Care provided me the best medical assistance when I needed the most! It pays a bit more out of the pocket but 1) you can walk-in 2) get the meds you needs 3)have all the tests completed while you wait. 4) doctors are very quick to your pain-point, knowledgeable and proactive. 1st time: (I forgot what for, but very urgent) 2nd time: (I almost cut off my finger tips) 3rd time; (I suddenly lost my voice and pink eyes) thanks to Burbank Urgent Care, I can go back to work......

I was having an asthma attack and the staff helped me out very quickly and took my vitals. The main doctor came to check up on me very quickly and offered to help me but said it would take an hour and recommended that I go to another hospital to get seen quicker . The hospital they recommened being providence . I regret going there . I should have stayed here instead because providence hospital was terrible. It's okay the experience I had here left a good impression on me and I would come again even though I was not treated they offered to treat me which I wish I would have done but it's all good. Great place .

It was my first time in Burbank Urgent Care and I can say it was a good experience. I made an appointment for urgent care which allowed me not to wait for a few hours. Other urgent cares or emergency rooms usually have me wait 6-8 hours. Rooms are very clean and staff were very nice. If you ever have need an urgent care I highly recommend this place.

Urgent Care Burbank is a very clean facility with kind staff. I had a good experience with the doctor. Very kind man and humerus. Didn’t like the $150 charge, but hey, my health is more important and I needed to know what was going on and temporarily don’t have health insurance. Thanks doctor!

I have had my fair share of urgent care visits, and my experience with this one was the best I’ve ever had. I got there right when it opened and was one of the first people seen. The registration process was really easy, and I was in and out of there less than an hour. For many of my urgent care experiences, they’ve lasted as long as three or four hours just for a basic check-in. Also, all of the staff members were so nice and so attentive. They were able to give me the exact prescriptions I needed in a timely manner. So grateful that I live near here, because this is going to be the only urgent care I go to from now on!

I love that you can make an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and felt like they cared. Been there twice in the past few months for back pain and eye problem which they asked for follow up with me to make sure I was ok. Not a long wait with appointment.

Hands down the best care i have ever received from an urgent care. The doctor and nurses all had incredible bedside manner and they have a lot of resources not available at your standard urgent care. Went here to get my appendix checked out and they were able to perform an ultrasound. I'll go here for all my urgent medical needs in the future.

I have been coming here for many years and I find the crew here professional and friendly and very helpful. As a medical worker myself, this is how clinics should be done. I started coming here because they are in the Veterans Healthcare system and I don’t have to go to Wilshire or Long Beach for an urgent care matter. I’m always pleased with the diagnosis and treatment for my quick recovery and the facility is very clean. If you do the online check in it can speed things up and make it easier. Thank you everyone! Easy check-in for walk-in. Clean facility but they should require masks in waiting area. Several patients coughing, sneezing, etc. impolitely uncovered. Wait time was a bit long, after finally getting assigned a room(understandable when very busy), however, they staff real doctors, physician was apologetic for wait, and had excellent bed side manner! She got me on my way in a timely manner with care! Will return here! Thank you!

Went in for abdominal issues as a walk in patient. I was seen after a short wait. My issue was hard to diagnose. They did 2 different ultrasounds on premises. When no conclusive results were found, they contacted my insurance carrier to get authorization for a CT scan. The scan was done the same day. This saved me the agony of what would've been several hours of waiting at Joseph's hospital's inefficient ER. Their extreme diligence was greatly appreciated.

The minute I got there they were very concerned with my pain. The doctor diagnosed me and rush me to have a Ct Scan call me the minute he found out the results and got me the correct medication and I’m really really grateful for that.

I've been to this urgent care twice now and both experiences have been nothing less than amazing. The fact you can schedule a time to show up is very very helpful for when the issue might not be as pressing but you can't get a apt with your normal doctor. Very friendly staff, online ability to upload documents, knowledgeable doctors and really quick turn around. Very clean and kept as well!

This place saved my life at one point. I was going through severe abdominal pain that lasted for days. After the doctor checked me and conducted some tests, they found out that I was having gallbladder attacks. And I was informed I needed surgery. Thank you to the nice, caring, and compassionate doctor that helped me! So grateful for him for finding out what was really happening and not just prescribing me pills for pain!

I have visited Burbank Urgent Care twice. I experienced far shorter wait times than other urgent care facilities. I was also able to find parking on the street and on the lot. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have some nice policies to help the late arrivals. I appreciate the care and consideration I observed while waiting my turn. It’s chill environment in the waiting room, yet people were being called pretty quickly. If you have to go to urgent care waiting less is good.

Came in with a deep wide wound. Registration was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr. was friendly, good bedside manner, and knowledgeable. Cleaned me up, stitched me up, got X-rays to rule out fracture and was on my way in less than 2 hrs. It was my second time there and boy experiences were good.

Best urgent care ever. Dr. MELLISA AND JOE WERE FABULOUS. I came in with a major wound from a fall and the Dr. patched me (but it took hours of painstaking work on her part). Best doctor experience ever. The ehole staff is helpful friendly and concerned about you as the patient. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Competent, caring and knowlegable, a pretty awesome trifecta of care!

I visited with an appointment and they took me very fast. I had sore lower back. The Dr. examined me and took X-rays. They gave me a shot and a prescription for a muscle relaxer. All the providers were very professional and kind. I highly recommend them. And most important I am feeling much better today.

PA-C Melisa Sanchez was very professional and went, what seemed to me as, above and beyond to make what may have been one of the worst experiences of my life (I&D of a cyst in the perineum area) into as pleasant as such an experience can be where I’d be confident to come back or recommend her to anyone for anything urgent in the future.

My family has been coming to the Burbank Urgent Care for years. The staff is always friendly and the Doctors are excellent. Recently I brought in my teenage son, who has high functioning autism and anxiety, with an ingrown toe nail. Dr. Bikash and his assistants Joe and Omar were very patient, and treated my son with kindness and compassion. Removing part of the toe nail was stressful but they helped to reduce my son’s anxiety. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Really nice clean office. I brought my mom here once so I decided to choose this place again but for myself this time. Came in for an ear ache. The staff was nice, the place wasn't busy and very clean. I met with Dr Lee, he was nice and thorough. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. I highly recommend this place, it was the easiest urgent care trip I've ever taken. Thank you!

I was very impressed and overall this is one of the best urgent cares to go to get quality service. I went on the internet to make an appointment for my boyfriend same day and it was so easy. The customer care is excellent. My boyfriend was treated with the best care and the medical assistance are so kind and caring. This urgent is busy but I can see why people go here awesome customer service. I would recommend this urgent care if anyone is looking for great quality care and customer service.

Wonderful team! They have a lovely staff that listens and makes you feel safe and cared for :) I go to this one, despite it not being the closest one to me. I waited a bit, but its worth it for the quality of care. I went in as a walk-in and was still seen within the hour. I can't say that for most other places I've been to, so that was cool. They do appointments as well online with a lot of times available. They also follow all necessary health guidelines and distancing as well.

I like to go to this location because they care. My baby was so sad today and they helped him and made him feel comfortable. That is what matter the most to me, that they have a good heart when we need to feel loved and cared by others.

I have not seen great medical services like this for a long time. My husband and I were in shock at how wonderfully we were taken care of. From the front desk to the nurses to the x ray tech... they were all wonderful. Everyone was being treated like family and with a smile. It's as if they were happy to be working unlike a lot of hospitals and urgent cares. I hope they always remain this way. Thanks to the team there!

This place is great. I've only been there for rapid covid tests but they are friendly and the wait is short. They have also been able to get my results back to me within a couple of hours consistently.

I went here to get a rapid Covid test. The staff was nice and everything was clean and well organized for us to all stay distanced. The testing was quick and easy and the results were fast and informative (negative luckily). The doctor still spoke with me about my symptoms and making sure to stay home etc until any chance of a false negative was gone and what to look out for if anything changed.

Dr Lee was great! I came in experiencing chest pain and he did everything he could ASAP to get me information on my condition. I never have chest pain or indigestion, and this is pretty intense at times. I'm grateful they were able to take me right away. Everyone on the staff was super helpful and nice.

Other urgent cares or emergency rooms usually have me wait 6-8 hours. Rooms are very clean and staff were very nice. If you ever have need an urgent care I highly recommend this place.

Urgent Care Burbank is a very clean facility with kind staff. I had a good experience with the doctor. Very kind man and humerus. Didn’t like the $150 charge, but hey, my health is more important and I needed to know what was going on and temporarily don’t have health insurance. Thanks doctor!

I have had my fair share of urgent care visits, and my experience with this one was the best I’ve ever had. I got there right when it opened and was one of the first people seen. The registration process was really easy, and I was in and out of there less than an hour. For many of my urgent care experiences, they’ve lasted as long as three or four hours just for a basic check-in. Also, all of the staff members were so nice and so attentive. They were able to give me the exact prescriptions I needed in a timely manner. So grateful that I live near here, because this is going to be the only urgent care I go to from now on!

I love that you can make an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and felt like they cared. Been there twice in the past few months for back pain and eye problem which they asked for follow up with me to make sure I was ok. Not a long wait with appointment.

Hands down the best care i have ever received from an urgent care. The doctor and nurses all had incredible bedside manner and they have a lot of resources not available at your standard urgent care. Went here to get my appendix checked out and they were able to perform an ultrasound. I'll go here for all my urgent medical needs in the future.

I have been coming here for many years and I find the crew here professional and friendly and very helpful. As a medical worker myself, this is how clinics should be done. I started coming here because they are in the Veterans Healthcare system and I don’t have to go to Wilshire or Long Beach for an urgent care matter. I’m always pleased with the diagnosis and treatment for my quick recovery and the facility is very clean. If you do the online check in it can speed things up and make it easier. Thank you everyone! Easy check-in for walk-in. Clean facility but they should require masks in waiting area. Several patients coughing, sneezing, etc. impolitely uncovered. Wait time was a bit long, after finally getting assigned a room(understandable when very busy), however, they staff real doctors, physician was apologetic for wait, and had excellent bed side manner! She got me on my way in a timely manner with care! Will return here! Thank you!

Went in for abdominal issues as a walk in patient. I was seen after a short wait. My issue was hard to diagnose. They did 2 different ultrasounds on premises. When no conclusive results were found, they contacted my insurance carrier to get authorization for a CT scan. The scan was done the same day. This saved me the agony of what would've been several hours of waiting at Joseph's hospital's inefficient ER. Their extreme diligence was greatly appreciated.

The minute I got there they were very concerned with my pain. The doctor diagnosed me and rush me to have a Ct Scan call me the minute he found out the results and got me the correct medication and I’m really really grateful for that.

I've been to this urgent care twice now and both experiences have been nothing less than amazing. The fact you can schedule a time to show up is very very helpful for when the issue might not be as pressing but you can't get a apt with your normal doctor. Very friendly staff, online ability to upload documents, knowledgeable doctors and really quick turn around. Very clean and kept as well!

This place saved my life at one point. I was going through severe abdominal pain that lasted for days. After the doctor checked me and conducted some tests, they found out that I was having gallbladder attacks. And I was informed I needed surgery. Thank you to the nice, caring, and compassionate doctor that helped me! So grateful for him for finding out what was really happening and not just prescribing me pills for pain!

I have visited Burbank Urgent Care twice. I experienced far shorter wait times than other urgent care facilities. I was also able to find parking on the street and on the lot. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have some nice policies to help the late arrivals. I appreciate the care and consideration I observed while waiting my turn. It’s chill environment in the waiting room, yet people were being called pretty quickly. If you have to go to urgent care waiting less is good.

Came in with a deep wide wound. Registration was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr. was friendly, good bedside manner, and knowledgeable. Cleaned me up, stitched me up, got X-rays to rule out fracture and was on my way in less than 2 hrs. It was my second time there and boy experiences were good.

Best urgent care ever. Dr. MELLISA AND JOE WERE FABULOUS. I came in with a major wound from a fall and the Dr. patched me (but it took hours of painstaking work on her part). Best doctor experience ever. The ehole staff is helpful friendly and concerned about you as the patient. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Competent, caring and knowlegable, a pretty awesome trifecta of care!

I visited with an appointment and they took me very fast. I had sore lower back. The Dr. examined me and took X-rays. They gave me a shot and a prescription for a muscle relaxer. All the providers were very professional and kind. I highly recommend them. And most important I am feeling much better today.

Really nice clean office. I brought my mom here once so I decided to choose this place again but for myself this time. Came in for an ear ache. The staff was nice, the place wasn't busy and very clean. I met with Dr Lee, he was nice and thorough. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. I highly recommend this place, it was the easiest urgent care trip I've ever taken. Thank you!

I was very impressed and overall this is one of the best urgent cares to go to get quality service. I went on the internet to make an appointment for my boyfriend same day and it was so easy. The customer care is excellent. My boyfriend was treated with the best care and the medical assistance are so kind and caring. This urgent is busy but I can see why people go here awesome customer service. I would recommend this urgent care if anyone is looking for great quality care and customer service.

Wonderful team! They have a lovely staff that listens and makes you feel safe and cared for :) I go to this one, despite it not being the closest one to me. I waited a bit, but its worth it for the quality of care. I went in as a walk-in and was still seen within the hour. I can't say that for most other places I've been to, so that was cool. They do appointments as well online with a lot of times available. They also follow all necessary health guidelines and distancing as well.

I have not seen great medical services like this for a long time. My husband and I were in shock at how wonderfully we were taken care of. From the front desk to the nurses to the x ray tech... they were all wonderful. Everyone was being treated like family and with a smile. It's as if they were happy to be working unlike a lot of hospitals and urgent cares. I hope they always remain this way. Thanks to the team there!

This place is great. I've only been there for rapid covid tests but they are friendly and the wait is short. They have also been able to get my results back to me within a couple of hours consistently.

I went here to get a rapid Covid test. The staff was nice and everything was clean and well organized for us to all stay distanced. The testing was quick and easy and the results were fast and informative (negative luckily). The doctor still spoke with me about my symptoms and making sure to stay home etc until any chance of a false negative was gone and what to look out for if anything changed.

Dr Lee was great! I came in experiencing chest pain and he did everything he could ASAP to get me information on my condition. I never have chest pain or indigestion, and this is pretty intense at times. I'm grateful they were able to take me right away. Everyone on the staff was super helpful and nice.

My family has been coming to the Burbank Urgent Care for years. The staff is always friendly and the Doctors are excellent. Recently I brought in my teenage son, who has high functioning autism and anxiety, with an ingrown toe nail. Dr. Bikash and his assistants Joe and Omar were very patient, and treated my son with kindness and compassion. Removing part of the toe nail was stressful but they helped to reduce my son’s anxiety. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I love the service and care the doctors and staff give you. I have been coming here for several years. Dr. B has treated me and my son in the past and I recently was treated by Dr. Lee. Very happy I have found a facility I trust so close to home…

I have been going to this urgent care since moving to Burbank in 2022. Always super quick (depending on when you go) and efficient! The staff and Dr. Berry were amazing, I always recommend this place to people who live in Burbank.

They work hard to make sure my issue is handled to conclusion. I feel cared for and it's good to know they are there, if needed!

I went to Burbank urgent care. I scheduled a reservation. I saw the wonderful Doctor, had X-rays and was out within 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was a great experience. Staff was extremely nice. I would go there before an emergency room without a doubt.

Came in today in the afternoon, Dr. Lee is very friendly and takes his patients seriously and promptly. He is also very nice and listens to your concerns. Highly recommend.
