This was my first time visiting this urgent care. The office is nice and clean. Everyone starting from the front office all the way to the doctor was very nice and caring. Will definitely be using this urgent care from now on.

Best urgent care ever. Dr. MELLISA AND JOE WERE FABULOUS. I came in with a major wound from a fall and the Dr. patched me (but it took hours of painstaking work on her part). Best doctor experience ever. The ehole staff is helpful friendly and concerned about you as the patient. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Competent, caring and knowlegable, a pretty awesome trifecta of care!

I visited with an appointment and they took me very fast. I had sore lower back. The Dr. examined me and took X-rays. They gave me a shot and a prescription for a muscle relaxer. All the providers were very professional and kind. I highly recommend them. And most important I am feeling much better today.

Our experience here was very positive. The staff is absolutely professional (even late in the day having endured dozens of patients). We were seen quickly and treated with great care. I highly advise making an appointment on line if possible. It really speeds the process and makes things go even more smoothly. I highly commend the staff and facilities of Burbank Urgent Care. They are competent, caring and provide high quality service.

I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Making a reservation for a visit is the greatest most efficient way to go. Staff is always friendly and take care of you right away. Doctors are very knowledgeable and will recommend a return visit if necessary. It's also very important that they can take your exray, if it's warranted. That way you get answers right away. It's nice to get things done there without having to drive to other places. I always recommend Burbank Urgent Care.

PA-C Melisa Sanchez was very professional and went, what seemed to me as, above and beyond to make what may have been one of the worst experience of my life (I&D of a cyst in the perineum area) into as pleasant as such an experience can be where I'd be confident to come back or recommend her to anyone for anything urgent in the future.

Went in with knee pain whilst training for a marathon and Dr. Lee was super informative and made me feel at ease. He was able to answer my follow up questions and helped guide me on how to deal with Runners Knee.

Came in this past weekend for my dog's swollen eye. I've always noticed that vets lack people skills, but everyone I interacted with in this office was calm, friendly, and informative. For a truly life-threatening emergency, I would recommend visiting an emergency vet hospital but Burbank Urgent Care is awesome for day-of care.

I had visited on 19 April for abdomen pain. I was treated very professionally. Thanks to Dr. Stanford Lee who gave me injection to reduce pain, advised CT scan and then advised next steps. Thanks to other medical staff who supported Dr. Lee. Only area of improvement that i would like to state that while i was in heavy abdomen pain, i was asked to wait for almost 30 mins as front office staff wanted us to do documentation. While my family was doing the documentation, medical staff could have taken me inside and relieve me from pain. Best wishes to the facility.

I went to this urgent care on a Sunday and had fantastic service. It is next door to my surgeons office. I have a very complex medical history and was able to get amazing service. My surgeon was even the specialist on call!

Upon checking in very simple, once you're done, checking in, you'll get a link to finish up your check-in and then I'll call you to pay your co-pay on what time you approximately be called into the doctors office. The three ladies at the front were exceptionally professional. I don't know how they deal with the public. I give her a lot of props for dealing with that kind of mentality that walks through the, keep their poise in the camaraderie between on a plus plus rating. I'm normally see Dr Lee, but they were so busy that I saw the PA Christina Davidian, she was very professional and thorough, explain everything in detail give me a hand out sheet before I was done. Also that the MA was excellent and professional.

Not a fan of the check in process (on one's own phone), but everything else was stellar - the front desk staff, the medical staff, and especially the doctor on duty - he calmed my daughter and immediately addressed her need for a pain and anti-nausea medication.

I have been treated exceptionally well every time I go to urgent care here, and the staff has been extremely accommodating to work with me over telehealth appointments. I have a child with ASD, so doctor visits are typically a terrible experience. But we came here and everyone was amazing! Everyone has gonna out of their way to make sure my son was comfortable. Dr. Devaraj is a rock star. He treated my child and myself with respect, never making me feel dumb or being condescending. He also made sure that I knew what to do if symptoms worsened. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing fast and competent care!!

Great service. Wonderful and caring doctors and medical workers. They have all the equipment necessary to diagnose you on the spot. I have brought my son here a few times as a toddler and preschooler and today brought my mom here for urgent care. Nothing else crossed my mind. My mom was in good hands today. Will continue to use their services whenever the need arises.

We had a very good experience with this urgent care. The staff was patient and helpful. We had two patients who needed urgent care. Overall everything went well. It was quite reasonable price wise since the two patients were travelers and paying out of pocket. Thanks to emergency physician to explain to us everything. Thanks to the front reception for their patience and help.

I got sick today which happened to fall on Easter Sunday, and I felt we were tended to in a rapid manner for being a Holiday. We received a diagnosis and left with a prescription within an hour. Highly recommend.

From beginning to end it was a great experience! Every person that greeted and attended to my needs were amazing! All the staff are friendly and patient. Sometimes there's a wait, but they do their best to let you know how long it will be. Doctors and nurses spend a good amount of time with you and never make you feel rushed, always want to make sure you understand everything that's going on. I really like this place.

If you think you may need an ultrasound, DO NOT GO TO THE ER, or an urgent care that doesn't have the machine. It will cost you hundreds or thousands! Burbank Urgent care has Ultrasound. A+

This urgent care was recommended by a family friend. The staff was great and caring. The doctor was great. It was easy to check in. I expect to wait a long time at urgent cares but that wasn't the case here.

We absolutely love this urgent care. In fact there are a lot of urgent cares much closer to me that take my insurance but this one is so accomodating, thorough, and does telemed appointments. I've even been able to go to them in a bind for prescription refills when my usual doctor is unreachable. It's just unbeatable. Super grateful to have them as a reliable medical resource in our larger community.

This is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. I was away from home visiting my daughter and had to seek Urgent Care. I went first thing in the morning and got right in. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lee. Hands down one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He was so kind. He listened to everything I had to say and offered the best treatment and testing that I needed. He was able to get me in for a ultrasound that I needed the same day. The ultrasound tech, Vahe was so kind and efficient. The front office staff was kind and helpful. I didn't get everyone's names but a big shout out to Natalie and Felipa. A week later I was still having concerns and I called, and Dr. Lee was so kind to call me and further help me. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Lee and all of the staff are here. Absolutely amazing care here. They all go above and beyond to help. This goes a long way when you are away from home and nervous. They truly show they care and made me feel much better. It's very clean and they had a hepa filter in the room I was in. Masks required. You can book an appointment ahead of time on their website which is nice and it also show the stand by wait time. If you are looking for an urgent care that actually cares and treats you well, this is the place. Dr. Lee, thank you for actually caring and showing you truly want to be a doctor and help people. I wish more doctors would follow your lead.

Walked in. Very quick check in. After check in waited for about 5 mins. The front desk person is very welcoming. The nurse was very pleasant as well. And lastly I really loved the doctor there. I went for a gynecological check up on some symptoms. She was so nice and very gentle. What I loved is that she asked if I need a medication for what she was guessing I'm having or if I can wait, because she didn't want to just give me something (like some doctors) she wanted to give me only something that I really need for the best result. I thankfully I was able to wait for a couple of days until the results. Very happy about my visit. Thank you so much!!!

I don't go a lot but whenever I do, it's a pleasant experience. You check in through an online portal upon arrival. Make your life easy and have a picture of your ID and your insurance card, both front and back. You'll need to upload them to the portal. Simple to do but easier to do at home if you're not feeling well.

I caught Covid but have no fever, tested multiple times that shows negative results and still able to smell and taste, but I know I caught it. Kaiser Permanente wouldn't even see me, Burbank Urgent Care are so swift and fast! I finally tested positive and they were able to treat me so quickly. They didn't only help me, they helped my family too very quickly when they contracted Covid. We drove all the way down from Palmdale and would do it again in heart beat! I'm so very thankful for them!

The Burbank Urgent care at Pacific Ave are a hardworking, caring staff with efficiency that is professional. I walked in on the wrong day of my appointment and they still accommodated me as a walk in. Once I was seen, the staff waisted no time in getting me tested for flu influenza, examined for other symptoms and then treated and subscribed me the medication I needed (in record time). I have never witness such an incredible well oiled machine. They didn't miss a beat. Thank you! Dean Gori

Since finished my Chemo, been having issues lately. One of it was my ankle, it was sore and intermittently will give so can't walk on it. I decided I need to have it looked at so can continue with my physical therapy. This is my impression...and so very happy with the results. They fit me in a boot and explained what i needed to do.. I was also told they will follow up with me and send records toy primary. Kind, Efficient, compassionate staff and clean office/rooms!! I have no idea why I never came here before. This beats the other urgent care and E.R I've had to visit. Thank you to everyone at this facility!!

I was a walk-in this morning due to an injury that needed immediate attention. They got me in and out in an hour and a half! I was expecting a lot longer wait since I didn't have an appointment and needed X-Rays. All the staff was very friendly and empathetic. The Dr. is one I've seen before as well as my children and he is great!! I've always had good experiences at this Urgent Care.

For years I have received the most wonderful care at Burbank Urgent Care. This am I had to go to have a stud earring removed from my ear. I was anxious because the day prior 3 people tried assisting me to remove a faulty backing with no results. Dr. Lee and the PA( sorry forgot name) were amazing, providing such compassionate care and patience. The earring wasn't even damaged! Thanks so much again. Forever grateful. Leah

My family and I have been to this urgent care on several occasions. My review is way overdue. The treatment we have received when we've been there is phenomenal! The doctors on staff are very caring and take their time with the patient. The staff is also very nice and cordial when we have asked questions. We have always left satisfied and with peace of mind knowing we have been treated well. I highly recommend this urgent care you will not be disappointed!

It was my first time at this facility and they took good care of me. I was a walk-in at 8:00 am and Dr. Stanford Lee saw me but couldn't get the root of the nose bleed. So was referred to an ear, throat, nose specialist. The staff was very friendly and professional. I'll go back again for urgent care.

Took my 2 kids (2 and 5) a little pricy. They had cold/flu symptoms so they got a covid test and we waited outside and in the car. They have perdatric physicians on site and Dr. Lee was amazing with the kids and explained everything to us well too.

Fast and caring staff. Location is clean. The process was very organized and fluid. Despite the fact there were no available appts today I was able to book a phone/vid appt within 15 min. Once the doctor knew my condition he asked me to come in right away. I was seen upon arrival and treated. As injury goes this experience was a good one.

I brought my grandson for a sports physical today we need some extra documents because we are from Alaska. The lady working the front was extremely helpful and polite. Blessing for her. This is our go to urgent care! The building is currently under construction so don't mind the mess, it's still easy to get into. The front desk was so helpful and after check in allowed me to run a quick errand before coming back. Basically my 2 year old did 2 year old things at daycare and fell, split his chin open and had to pick him up. Based on how they bandaged it up, it was definitely a urgent care visit and glad we followed our instinct. The RNs and Physicians Assistants were amazing, and helped my husband and I through the process because he definitely busted his chin open. Getting all numbed up and waited a bit for it to start working, then coming back into get the stitches in took a couple hours because little man did not wanna stay still. Took a few of us to hold him down, but we did it! Coming back Saturday to check things out. Thank you all for your help and the Paw Patrol stickers that our kiddo will put on our cats :)

The wait was speedy, the actual appointment was not. I've never been to a medical service that was so technologically up-to-date that it could text me that they were 34 minutes behind my appointment time. The check-in process was so easy and the medical staff actually seemed like they cared to talk to you and answer all questions. And for somebody paying out-of-pocket, I thought it was pretty reasonable.

This is the best urgent care center around! Courteous staff, efficient service, clean location, and helpful, professional doctors. Also, the reservation system can greatly reduce time in the waiting room! I wish I had known about this place when my son was little. Highly recommended.

Got in Thursday afternoon. I used their online reservation system the night before, and was kept up to date as time progressed. I checked in on the way online so all I had to do was check in at the front desk and give them my copay. People are friendly, professional and efficient. I only waited after I checked in for about 15 min worst case. They weren't busy at 3 pm. I planned it that way, thank you! There was some waiting at different stages here and there but it wasn't more than 10 min at most. I would definitely go back there if I needed anything.

At first I was skeptic to go to this urgent care. I saw the reviews and thought they must have great service because urgent cares tend to have low reviews. This place was great. It was quick. The copay was the same as Kaiser (my insurance). Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Very short wait times, very efficient, well organized. Chest X-ray done quickly and the doctor reviewed the results shortly after and discussed treatment plan. Dr. D was awesome as was Kim. Thank you for the treatment and swift, courteous attention.

It's never fun to have to go to urgent care. This office does their best to take of people. The front desk is caring and Dr Lee is extremely smart, caring, friendly and he has lot of energy. Went here today and was impressed by the quick process and help I received. Check-in was streamlined w/ iPads then minimal paperwork. Wait was only a few minutes (though many more people were waiting when I left) then I was quickly seen and had my issue addressed. My copay was $30 (not sure what it's for uninsured). Decided to go here because my partner had a very good experience here last year. This will be my preferred UC going forward (hopefully I won't be visiting again for a looong time lol).

I absolutely love this urgent care. Every time we go it is a great experience and every doctor we have had has been wise and attentive. I love Dr. Lee. He takes time to listen and is very thorough. He was so kind to my son and explained everything to him in a way he could understand. I don't ever want an insurance plan that doesn't allow us to go here.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is courteous, quick, and takes their time for your personal care. I was able to do a walk in with minimal wait time. The receptionists were very kind and the doctor I saw was Lee . Dr Lee was kind hearted, a very very nice man and uplifting individual, he stitched my father Primo within Minutes. Nurse Kimberly was very nice she translated to my dad in Spanish clearly . We left amazed honestly it doesn't feel like a medical office. I felt like I was in spa, relax no worries staff was super welcoming, the place didn't feel creepy. Thank you Dr Lee, and your wonderful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised to go to the Burbank Urgent Care to remove a splinter under my fingernail. I was able to walk in, check in and even leave for an hour because they posted the approximate time I would be seen. If I had not been back, the receptionist would have texted me a 20 minute notice to get back. Dr. Christina was extremely professional and got the splinter fully removed. I feel like a new person. Thank you BUC!

I came here on a Friday at 10 am and was out within an hour. The place is clean and organized. The staff are all super friendly and efficient. The PA I saw was Adam. He has great bedside manners. He listened to my concerns, asked me questions and addressed my issue (active eczema) by prescribing exactly what I needed to get things under control until I'm able to see my dermatologist. Def coming here again.

I have been to the Burbank Urgent Care twice and both of my unrelated experiences were excellent. It was much quicker than I anticipated and the care and staff were excellent and professional and I was satisfied with the outcome. The doctors were very knowledgeable and I would return to this location for care.

Clean and efficient office. I have used them for same day Covid-testing. An easy to use website and plenty of parking. Everyone is very nice and very good at their job.

I just came back from here and it was INCREDIBLE!! The staff were all very kind, everything was very clean, and Dr. Bikash was so kind and understanding. I was always given options, and they were very knowledgeable and caring. A PERFECT 10/10!!!

My review is for telehealth as a new patient. Registration was easy and they also got all of my insurance information digitally. I chose an appointment time for the same day. The doctor sent a link and was on the phone when I joined. Visit was simple and quick. The doctor took my information and medical history, medication list, and asked me a few questions about my illness. Called medication into the pharmacy. I will always use this practice going forward for myself and family. Telehealth was so easy for a simple illness. I was extremely impressed.

Had as great of an experience one can have at a hospital. Short wait time with appointment. Receptionist, nurse, x-ray tech, and doctor were very nice and super helpful.

10/10 The best around, hands down! I am traveling through California and I woke up with an eye infection. I called Burbank urgent care and within the hour, I was able to schedule a tele-health appointment, be seen by a doctor, and have my prescription filled at a pharmacy close to where I am traveling. It took away all of the stress associated with finding a new/local doctor (on a Saturday afternoon), getting insurance switched over, securing an appointment, etc. -not to mention I almost got scammed online trying to find a tele-health appointment. I am so so grateful! Thank you to the amazing and friendly staff at Burbank Urgent Care!

I'm loving their new automated and online system. I injured my foot last night and got into their website and made an appointment fir this morning. I did all my checking in online and from the comfort of my home. They texted me this morning that we were running behind. Then texted me when I should arrive to check in. I arrived and waited less than 5 mins before they called me. Talked to the doctor, got X-rays, talked with the doctor again and then was done. Everyone there is super nice doctor too his time and I didn't feel rushed. He was very nice. A great experience. This is my go-to UC. Highly recommend

I think I was literally in and out of here in 20 min tops. I made an appt online 2 hrs before the appt time and went in with my screaming toddler. The gals were nice and the nurse Ed was amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable. And the doctor who saw her was just as great and made her laugh and relax because she hates the doc. Can't believe I didn't know about this place before

Everyone here is great. We have had good experiences with all the doctors and the staff. On our last visit we had some issues and Dr. Lee did a great job helping us out Very caring and attentive doctor. So glad we have an urgent care we can rely on and we know we can go to when we need help

Went for a visit for the first time today! Dr. Lee was very nice and welcoming! The nurses at the front desk were very nice too! Haven't felt this comfortable going to an urgent care ever. This will for now on be my go to urgent care (:

This is a Great Urgent Care! Not only is the staff very helpful, caring & quick. They are also kind, Professional & knowledgeable/skilled. I have been here in the past years ago, but recently have been there for help 3 times in the last 5 days. A victim of a motorcycle accident & poor ER care at both UCLA Trauma Center & Burbank Presbyterian ER (Buena Vista and Alhambra Burbank). Because I could not get proper care from these ER's & my primary Dr. out of town, I came to this Urgent Care. They have worked on cleaning & caring for my severely infected Road Rash wounds despite Urgent Care not really being equipped for the level of wound care I need. Amazing service and super knowledgeable physicians. I was there in the early days of Covid for an unrelated issue and they were incredibly calm under the pressure of stressed out patients that were understandably irritable. I drive a fair distance to this facility because of my great experiences here. Absolutely recommend!

I was worried about going to Urgent Care during Covid and was pleasantly surprised when my worries were unfounded. Everything was clean and all the safety protocols were in place. The staff was fantastic. I was unable to fill out my paperwork due to an injury that happened to my dominant hand and the woman behind the desk offered to fill it out for me. I was there for less than two hours which was a pleasant surprise as I figured it would have been much longer. Everyone was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful team! They have a lovely staff that listens and makes you feel safe and cared for. I go to this one, despite it not being the closest one to me. I waited a bit, but its worth it for the quality of care. I went in as a walk-in and was still seen within the hour. I can't say that for most other places I've been to, so that was cool. They do appointments as well online. They also follow all necessary health guidelines and distancing as well.
