I had a really great experience at Priority Urgent Care. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Check-in was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The care team was awesome—they actually listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The place itself was really clean and welcoming too, which definitely helped put me at ease. Overall, they took great care of me, and I left feeling like I was in good hands. I’d definitely come back here again if I need urgent care.

Woke up with a bad infection in my left cheek. Very swollen and painful. Made appointment online and was taken right in after filling out some paperwork. Staff very friendly, got my antibiotics called to my pharmacy immediately. Very pleased with my care here and would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

It was really good to call for an appointment at 5 pm and get one the next morning. The staff was great. Got looked at and an x-ray to confirm there was nothing major wrong without the wait wait time and cost of an emergency room.

Staff on duty was outstanding. I had a hot flag and the nurse was more than happy to help with making sure I was ok before leaving. Could not ask for a better experience and the staff to go along with it. The male Dr was great with making sure my finger was numb before giving me stitches. And very pleasant to have a conversation with while doing his job. And lastly the young lady at the desk when I came in was very nice and joking around about my situation. A+++ all around

hi they saw me for a poison ivy, rash and prescribed a prednisone and a topical ointment for my lesions. I forgot to mention them to them, though that I cannot take any medication that will conflict with diabetes because I do take insulin. I called back today to talk to the prescribing doctor about the prednisone to see if I should start it or not. That person told me that it was great that I did call back because now that they know that I am a diabetic they would not have prescribed prednisone to me. I didn’t realize that they were connected with the Yale MyChart or the Hartford healthcare My Chart Plus, which has all my medication‘s listed. Next time I come in as a patient, I will make sure that I go over my entire list of medications that I take so there will be no conflict in the future. Thank you for your help.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They treated me for bronchitis immediately upon hearing my cough - something a DOCS urgent care missed days before. That being said, I will go directly to Priority Urgent Care in the event I don't feel well or need immediately medical care. They are top-notch.

Firstly, I love going to Priority Urgent Care because it's a very clean environment, and the ladies are so welcoming! I went in without an appointment, they took me in almost immediately. All of the staff were so attentive and professional. The APRN was so very kind and understanding. After a very bad experience elsewhere, My experience highly recommend Priority Urgent Care

I had a good experience there the doctor was really nice. A flu bug was going on around this time that I was sick so she detected it right away. There was only two people ahead of me so the wait wasn't long at all. Thank God I live right up the street from it so it's very convenient if I can't make it to my doctor's office or to the hospital.

Absolutely amazing!! My daughter needed to be seen and last minute due to a error with a different urgent care. I am horrible with names but the woman who helped me was a life saver!! She went above and beyond, got us in quickly, and was so kind. The other staff and PA were all fantastic, they we great with my daughter and took the time to go over things. I HIGHLY recommend Priority Urgent Care. I will update once I get her name. I was in tears because my daughter needed this appointment and they saved us. You can feel that they love their job and really care. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!

Have been to Priority Urgent Care 3 times . Each time was the same in terms of the friendliness of the staff when signing in . The wait time 5 minutes if that before I was called . A medical person checks the vitals and the exact reason for the visit . Shortly after that a doctor comes in checks the areas in question prescribes medication with specific directions while explaining what the diagnosis is . A very efficient program ...

I brought my 8 year old daughter in today. The doctor was absolutely amazing with her. My daughter is very shy and was scared to see someone she wasn’t familiar with. Suffered a deep laceration to the left index finger while making a dish for a family gathering. Priority Urgent Care was nearby, so I gave them a shot knowing the wound would require half a dozen sutures. The PA in attendance was very professional and skilled at sewing up lacerations. They accepted both my primary (Aetna) & secondary (TriCare) insurance coverage. I’ll be back in 10 days for suture removal.

Great experience. I'm often cautious about these Urgent Care clinics that seem to be everywhere. Appointment scheduling, website, communication and availability was excellent. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. The medical staff saw me right away. Had an xray on the spot. Results were fast. Matt was my PA-C. Very knowledgeable and listened to me. Diagnosis was quick and they took care of my medications with a local pharmacy. I'd absolutely return if need be.

I had a good experience. I experienced virtually no wait time. The nurse was great , however my blood pressure was not recorded. But the doctor seemed great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
