They were very thorough in the examination of me. They checked me for Covid and for flu, which I didn’t have and they supplied me with a cough suppressant, which should help me be able to breathe at night for my CPAC machine. They also advised me to continue taking Mucinex

The staff was very friendly and professional. They treated me for bronchitis immediately upon hearing my cough - something a DOCS urgent care missed days before. That being said, I will go directly to Priority Urgent Care in the event I don't feel well or need immediately medical care. They are top-notch.

I had a good experience there the doctor was really nice. A flu bug was going on around this time that I was sick so she detected it right away. There was only two people ahead of me so the wait wasn't long at all. Thank God I live right up the street from it so it's very convenient if I can't make it to my doctor's office or to the hospital.

Absolutely amazing!! My daughter needed to be seen and last minute due to a error with a different urgent care. I am horrible with names but the woman who helped me was a life saver!! She went above and beyond, got us in quickly, and was so kind. The other staff and PA were all fantastic, they we great with my daughter and took the time to go over things. I HIGHLY recommend Priority Urgent Care. I will update once I get her name. I was in tears because my daughter needed this appointment and they saved us. Have been to Priority Urgent Care 3 times . Each time was the same in terms of the friendliness of the staff when signing in . The wait time 5 minutes if that before I was called . A medical person checks the vitals and the exact reason for the visit . Suffered a deep laceration to the left index finger while making a dish for a family gathering. Priority Urgent Care was nearby, so I gave them a shot knowing the wound would require half a dozen sutures. The PA in attendance was very professional and skilled at sewing up lacerations. They accepted both my primary (Aetna) & secondary (TriCare) insurance coverage. I’ll be back in 10 days for suture removal.

Great experience. I'm often cautious about these Urgent Care clinics that seem to be everywhere. Appointment scheduling, website, communication and availability was excellent. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. The medical staff saw me right away. Had an xray on the spot. Results were fast. Matt was my PA-C. Very knowledgeable and listened to me. Diagnosis was quick and they took care of my medications with a local pharmacy. I'd absolutely return if need be.

The one in East haven Hemingway avenue ct has always been great for myself,my daughter,and my boyfriend! Whenever I need them they are there with good timing and great doctors ! I recommend anyone to go here if you need help with being sick,having an infection,and everything else unless it's an actual emergency then the ER but they are a great place to go when you need it !!

I went in for an abscess for a 2nd look after previous visit. I was seen 45mins before my appointment time, treated quickly, (local anesthetic and incision for draining wrapped up and sent on my way. First impressions are always important. The waiting room, although small was clean, the receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. The nurse who took my vitals, and the Doctor Who took care of me were excellent very thorough. Very nice very pleasant. Very helpful. The exam room very clean, very pleased with visit would definitely recommend and would go back for care when needed

I had a cough and a sore throat. I went to Priority Urgent Care and was seen within ten minutes of my arrival by two highly capable people who asked me about my symptoms and medical history, checked my vitals, provided the proper tests for my particular medical issues and prescribed the correct treatment plan for me. The staff was caring , pleasant and very professional. The waiting room was clean and cheerful, the receptionist was pleasant, helpful and professional. The exam rooms were spotless we'll equipped and organized . I have been there on several occasions and have been pleased with my visits and treatment outcomes.

I tripped and jammed my Ribs hard on kitchen counter. I walked to this Urgent Care, and wow, wonderful experience! From the young lady behind the glass, to Dr Walter. They all were very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Thank you again for taking such good care of me...

I hurt my shoulder and needed to make sure nothing was torn or needing more than ice and advil. The office was clean, the front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the PA Firaz did a phenomenal job with his assessment and explanations and recommendations. I would go back here if I needed to go to an urgent care again!

Absolutely great experience at Priority Urgent Care of East Haven. I visited on a weekend with multiple ailments. From the front desk (extremely important) to the nurse to the doctor...I was thoroughly impressed with the pleasant care and positive bedside manner. They were efficient, but nothing seemed rushed. I was able to have a follow-up call with a different doctor a few days later and had equally as good an experience. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care. Thank you!

I genuinely don't give 5 stars but for a walk-in clinic, they are by far the best. In and out within 36 minutes and the doctor actually cares and asks questions.

Had a great experience here. I woke up Easter morning and knew I had strep throat. Check-in was on my phone and couldn’t have been easier. I was seen right away, given a rapid strep test I requested and a script for an antibiotic which was called in immediately. The staff was friendly and extra shout out to the lady at the front desk who went above and beyond and called around to find an open pharmacy because it is a holiday and many are closed. I was able to start antibiotics right away. Highly recommend this urgent care.

I accompanied my husband to this urgent care and we had a woman Doctor Kathleen. She was absolutely amazing! Not only was she thorough and efficient, but she was extremely personable and caring. I have never been in and out of a doctor's office in such a short amount of time. I will be coming here for both of our future needs!

Went here today for my 10 yr old son. Omg, my son instantly fell in love with Dr. Bharat! He treated my son with so much respect and was so gentle with him. I had signed up online for an appointment and got there and was told it's 1st come 1st served even with an appointment, but I honestly didn't wait long at all till we got called (for a walk in service). Everyone was so friendly and respectful. The Dr called in a script to CVS also on Foxon and it was ready as well. I didn't think it would be. Overall, I had a great experience and even better that my 10yr old wants to keep going there.

My cousin just landed in Connecticut for his company stint in USA, and ended up needing some medical attention. Some prior company employees suggested Priority Urgent Care for his care. Everything was handled with utmost care, no hassle with paperwork and the staff was very attentive. We were very apprehensive sitting on the other side of the globe, but in the end, our cousin proclaimed he did not even feel he was away from home, since the staff treated him with utmost attention like their own family member! Thank you Priority Urgent Care for all your help!!

I went in for x-rays of my neck and spine. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff from the front desk to the gentleman who took my x-rays were all very friendly. I would return here again if I need urgent care in the future, highly recommend.

I've been a patient in both the Ellington and East Haven locations. I have been to the East Haven location twice within the last 5 months. The medical assistants and doctors have always been extremely helpful and quick to respond to my phone calls. When seen for COVID, they made me well informed of the recovery process and quarantine guidelines. They even called me two days later to see how I was feeling. I was extremely impressed by this! I would highly recommend ANY of their four locations.

I am very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff here. After fracturing my hand, I rushed to them where they quickly took care of me with Xrays, cleaning and casting the wound. They told me precisely what to do next and they genuinely seemed to care for the recovery of my hand. I am very thankful for their help.

Great service! I walked in with strep throat and in a lot of pain. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My front desk check in was very quick and easy. I was almost immediately moved to a room and tested for both Covid & Strep. The nurse was extremely friendly, helpful, and conscious of my condition. Every staff member I encountered was polite and presentable. 100% would come back. I was in and out in less than an hour. Best experience with a walk in I've ever had.

I recently had both my kids to get a Covid booster we saw the Physician Assistant, Ben Gilbert. He was professional and gentle, especially to my children who would have liked to be doing just about anything else than getting shots. It was quick and just about painless; I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if the need arises. We were seen quick and the place was neat and clean.

I recently had to bring in my 2 year old for abdominal pain and fever. A young doc named Ben was excellent. He gave a thorough exam, made my son feel at ease, and answered my many questions. He referred us to the ER and called ahead to let them know we were on our way. I was pretty freaked out, but his calm and caring demeanor reassured me. He even called me the next day to follow up and check on my little guy which I would not have expected from an Urgent Care. When your kid is sick, it is pretty terrifying. I appreciated how we were seen quickly and that I left feeling reassured and with a plan. The location is new, extremely well lit and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to in the future.

Great experience. Super friendly and quick. Booked my appointment online in the morning and was seen in 2 minutes of my time getting there. Got there and to my pharmacy to pick up the antibiotics within half an hour.

I was searching for an urgent care center that could take me after I got bit by a cat and needed a tetanus shot. This new urgent care center took me and they were all wonderful. Such a nice staff!
