Everyone was pleasant, two young ladies at the front desk were kind and sweet. The man who took my vitals was had a nice calm aura, and Kristin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great experience at this office, thank you kindly for an exceptional experience. If that wasn’t enough, they were also the least expensive for my DOT medical exam! Five ⭐️’s, zero hesitation!

The people working at Priority Urgent Care yesterday were great. The office receptionist (Allie?) was pleasant and understanding, and Simon and Dr. Andrew (? last name we did not catch) were awesome. They helped me Xray my ankle, notating a fracture, rigged up a splint, referred me to an orthopedic practice in Middletown and then Simon even wheeled me to my wife's car to go home. It is rare these days, even in the medical field, to encounter professionals who actually care. These people did... and did a very fine job.

I made an appointment for my school bus 2 year medical card. They were so very nice at the front desk and I filled out my paperwork. As soon as I filled out my paperwork, they were right on time and took me in for my appointment. They were very professional, friendly and the facility was extremely clean. 10. The doctor at Priority Urgent Care in Newington contacted me shortly after the xray with diagnosis, treatment plan and prescriptions called in. I wish had known about this office years ago! :)

This is a great urgent care facility. Convenient hours til 7:45 pm, no problem finding an appointment, didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen X-ray machine on site. Staff is professional and caring. Would definitely recommend trying this facility for non-urgent care before going to hospital ER.

I needed to have a DOT physical done for work. I went as a walk-in at 9:25am on a Tuesday and was the only person in the waiting room. The receptionist assisted me immediately, all paperwork was able to be sent to my phone and completed online. Upon completion of the forms I was taken to my exam room. Everyone was professional and courteous, the exam was thorough and I was in the building less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

I had an injury at work on 7/11/25 to my upper arm. Since I do not live in Cromwell, I called the clinic and the female employee gracefully explained to me where it was. She was very friendly and understood my situation. Once I got there, I was seen immediately. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, asked the right questions and understood my injury and how to proceed. I would give this clinic a 10/10. Very clean and organized. I was signed in, seen, and patched in under 1 hour.

I scheduled an apt. I was just a little early. They were able to take me right in. Confirm my suspicion and had me out quickly. It's been difficult in the medical sector lately. Hard to get in. They rush and I feel they dont listen completely. This visit rocked that notion right overboard. I think this is one of the best experiences I've had in years. Ty Kristin for treating me today. It was a seamless experience. I was in and out. The service was fast and effective. My only complaint is that they don't have a regular sign on the building but instead have a neon sign in the window under a Starling Physicians sign which could be confusing to some. Hopefully they'll get a regular signs on the building soon.

This walk-in clinic was a wonderful experience. Both doctors I saw were incredibly friendly, patient, and listened to everything that I said. The receptionist at the front was also very friendly. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. July 2025 Update: I’ve been here twice now and I’ve gotten billed both times for being here when any other urgent care I’ve been to, I’ve only had to pay the co-pay. My insurance is saying is that it’s the choice of this location to be doing this and not accepting the full amount from insurance? Very strange. I’ve paid them $200 already and they want another $200. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

This clinic is very thorough. Everyone is always very professional. I go there always whenever there’s anything going on and I can’t get to my primary care physician. I actually have recommended several of friends to go there who also have been happy with the care. As long as you stay frequent, your information is in the system, and you don’t have paperwork to fill out. If you haven’t been there yet, I suggest you fill out the paperwork in advance.

Had gastro issues so bad I had to leave work, easily to find location close to home and quickly booked appointment in Cromwell. No waiting, got me into room fast. Both of the clinical staff were caring and extremely professional even able to draw blood on-site, with my erratic stomach that was so helpful. Discussed my treatment and Rx's, very encouraging and left it open to return if not improving as well as expected.

I use this walk in for myself and also as a back up for my 12 yr old son when he is sick. The time, attention and care he has gotten every single visit (3 in the last 2.5 months) has been amazing. First time visiting. After I was registered and checked in I was brought in immediately. Saw by the Dr. Almost immediately. I needed x-rays which were taken with 20 min. The person who read the radiographs wasn't available so instead of making me wait in the office they gave me the choice to leave and wait for a phone call. The staff was all very kind. Would definitely visit again.

Had a little incident that afternoon and instead of going to the ER I knew that coming to you guys was easier and better the receptionist didn’t seem to be in a good mood but she was respectful the dr was great and the nurse who took care of me 10/10 she was the sweetest so polite so understanding so patient and caring I felt very comfortable they were able to take care of me within an hour they were really awesome 👏🏼 ❤️

If i could give 800 stars I would. Been dealing with a severe throat issue, likely strep. Went to an urgent care near me early in the week, waited for over 2 hours, just to be told "the rapid test was negative, so while we wait for the cultures, just take Tylenol and cough drops" things got exponentially worse. Based on a recommendation, I went to priority today. I was in and out under an hour, with medicine and an actual plan to get better. The staff, from the desk, nurses, and providers, were all fantastic. I felt so much compassion from them, and couldn't be happier with the experience. I wrote the previous part of this about 6 hours ago, and since have taken the first dose of meds they prescribed, and, although I am far from recovered, I am already noticing a difference. The previous urgent I went to just had the audacity to ask me to leave a review for excellent service....I left a review, but it was not for any excellence...that motivated me to return to this review, just to reiterate how much better this Urgent care is compared to middlesex heath. I appreciate the kindness I received from the desk staff, as well as the compassion and attention I received from the nurse and PA on duty. These are the kind of people that belong working in medicine...people who care. I also want to extend my compliment to whomever is the director of this location. They hired a wonderful staff, and are exemplary of the traits needed in medical staff, especially at first and second aid locations people tend to come to under stress. You guys are golden, and I will be recommending your practice to all I know in the area.

I absolutely love this clinic! I always make an appointment even if same same day and I’m in and out. There are two providers there I or my daughter sees often and I cannot say enough good things about them!

It is agreat solution to seek quick medical attinion rather than making an appointment with your family doctor. It was my firt time ,it was a walkin ,the wait was short ,the doctor was super in explaining the problem and prescribed the needed medicine instantly. Definitely recommend them

I had a rash on my arms and ears. Was seen same morning with appointment, and it was smooth, clear and easily diagnosed and explained. I was able to get my mediation across the street. They made my experience with them a really positive one.

I’ve been sick for the last five days and I needed to go to the walk in. This was my first time in and I was greeted by the friendly receptionist Donna. I was checked in quickly and waited to se seen. A couple minutes later Avery came and brought me in a room. She was very sweet kind and extremely gentle when taking swabs needed. Mike was very honest and thorough with my diagnosis and I was extremely happy when I left, even though I’m extremely sick. They made my bad day a lot better, so I’m forever grateful for the care they gave me. 10 out 10 service ❤️it’s nice to know people still care.

Realizing how sick I was with a sinus infection the night before, I was able to get up and schedule my appointment first thing in the morning. Everyone was professional when I got there seeing it was the day after the Holiday. After seeing the Doctor I had my prescriptions in my hand within the half hour. What a great group of professionals at Urgent Care in Cromwell. Check in was easy. Front desk were courteous and explained procedures with ease. The PA was exceptional! I had a clogged ear (so annoying) and she took her time using multiple research based approaches and medical practices. I am truly surprised at the personal touch for the individualized care. I would 1000% recommend this provider. Thank you all!
