I have been Dr. Mohan patient for 2 years. He takes care of all my issues dealing with pain. Sarita is very good patient care, everything is perfect. I plan on getting Shockwave therapy, it’s new treatment for pain and it’s new technology that’s helps my back and it’s German therapy.

I have been patient of Dr. Mohan for 3 year I've had bone marrow treatment on my shoulder and neck which was great it improve my mobility and helped get rid of my pain . Now I'm doing sound wave treatments which are amazing at reducing inflammation and pain. The staff is amazing especially Sarita she does the IV and is very friendly and helpful. All the staff is great very knowledgeable and being able to come in on Saturdays because like most of us work during the weekday. The staff is good with working around your schedule. Dr. Mohan has made me feel better and more active like I used to be before my car accident.

Visiting Dr.mohan was a great time. I had hurt my shoulder playing soccer and everyday I was in pain/discomfort. I met with Dr. Mohan and he recommended me several options, we decided that shockwave was the best choice for me, it was a quick session and now my shoulder is no longer bothering me.

I went to see Dr. Mohan because my previous Pain Management doctor decided all of sudden after three years to totally stop writing prescriptions for pain medication. I have had arthritis in my hands, knees and other joints for many years after owning an irrigation company for 35 years and working hard outside my entire adult life. Addtionally over the last 12 years I've had many surgeries including a liver transplant. Because of the liver transplant, my Hepatologist suggested for me to see a pain management doctor for my arthritis because I cannot take the normal OTC pain relievers because of the transplanted liver. Dr. Mohan listened to my story about my previous pain management doctor and about my arthritis and multiple surgeries. He was able to get me back on my regular pain medication regimen quickly after signing the normal pain management agreement and the customary urine sample. Dr. Mohan performed a PRP procedure on my knee which had a torn meniscus. I had suffered with it for months and after three weeks it is greatly improved. Today I had a back epidural injection. Dr Mohan did the work and was very good. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything very good. Sarita was the nurse and did my IV with no pain. She was very thoughtful and made sure I understood each process. I am scheduling injections for my neck and want Sarita to do the IV. Dr. Mohan is the third pain doctor I’ve seen to help control my degenerative neck nerve pain. For years, I’ve had intense nerve pain in my neck and arms, that negatively impacted my daily life. Two months ago, I opted for Regenexx rather than a steroid epidural. The outcome is shocking. The pain is gone. If you are in a similar situation as me, I suggest seeking a second opinion from Dr. Mohan! It changed my life!

Dr. Mohan is now the 3rd pain management doctor I have had in the past 5 years ( one retired & the other quit his practice leaving me without a doctor for my chronic back pain) & he is by far the absolute best pain management specialist I have ever had. From the day I contacted his clinic in Frisco I have had nothing but praise for Dr. Mohan & his staff. His front desk clerical staff are very friendly, helpful & caring & made it easy for me to get all the paperwork done for my 1st appointment. His medical assistants Sarita & Kamal have both been extremely friendly & caring & make me feel very good about being there for all my pain management needs. Dr.Mohan has also been extremely supportive & understanding of my chronic condition & very compassionate in his willingness to make me comfortable & able to function in my day to day activities. Five stars are not nearly enough for this amazing pain management clinic.

This practice does an amazing job to reduce pain. To make things extra better, the nurse (Sarita) is able to set an IV in ONE TRY!!! Every time I have blood work or IVs it take 3-4 attempts to find a vein. Sarita is AMAZING, got me set up in one try and made me feel very comfortable the entire time!!! Front staff, not so friendly but nurses and doctors are phenomenal!!!

I was at Dr. Mohan’s office today for a PRP I’m my lower back. The people in the injection room were fantastic. The lady who did my sedation work was very very gentle and patient with me. Thanks for being open on Saturday so that I don’t have to take off from work. Most offices are closed on Saturdays, but not Dr. Mohan’s office. They accommodate the working person. The staff was so helpful and caring during my procedure ?.

Today was my first visit with this clinic. I had been seeing my last Pain Dr. for 4 or 5 years. Not once have they given me an injection. I always had to go to my family doctor or a chiropractor. They were too busy, and wanted me to wait weeks for an appointment. Dr. Mohan took the time after a new visit appointment to give me an injection. He was very professional, and he knew exactly what was wrong. The injection was PAINLESS! To top that off the STAFF was exceptional. They were so helpful, kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend this clinic, staff and Dr Mohan.

I would definitely recommend Pain Specialist of Frisco. I had a stem cell procedure done about a month and a half ago which went very well. Everyone at the facility is so kind and helpful. Dr Mohan went above and beyond to take care of my wife in same day past the normal office hours. She had tremendous pain in lower back and hip. She could not even walk. After years of untreated aches and pain, I finally sought help with Dr Mohan. He is an amazing doctor who relentlessly works with the patient to get to the bottom of their pain. His interactions never feel rushed. I admire his bedside manners as he thoroughly explains his line of thought and plan for treatment. Saw Dr Mohan, Dr at Pain Specialist of Frisco. I had extreme neck pain and Dr Mohan did some injections on both sides of my neck. Within a week 99% of my pain was gone. By the next week my pain was completely gone. I highly recommend Dr Mohan and staff.
