My daughter was sick today, and her pediatrician was booked. Everyone here gave us a wonderful experience. Ava at the front desk was so friendly and helpful getting our insurance taken care of. Mike and Amanda in the back did a great job of taking care of her, and I appreciate it so much!

Our family loves this location. We've gone there many times and we are always impressed with how great the staff is! We love Patrice, Amanda and Dr. Tony. Dr. Tony is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor that is great with young children.

Very friendly staff. Wish the paperwork was digital because I hate filling out forms. The PA, Tony, was awesome. Made my son feel very comfortable and provided good options and information for his ailment.

We come here all the time for our family of five, plus foster kids. The staff from the front desk to the nurses and physician assistants and doctors are all amazing! We’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience visiting Prime Health walk-in. I was able to make an appointment at the last minute and get in when I needed. The staff at the front desk was courteous and check in was easy. The wait was not long at all and I got to see the PA quickly. My visit with the PA was quick but thorough. All in all the entire process took about 45 minutes. The location was close to my home which was another big plus. I will definitely use this provider again.

Staff here are very nice and friendly. They made my five year old not feel scared to see the doctor about his swelled up foot. A great place to go for urgent care. I want to Thank the staff and the doctor for helping out my son and helping getting his foot back to normal.

My three year old needed to be checked after falling on the tile at home, and we arrived just an hour before they closed. We saw Tony within 20 minutes and he was excellent with my daughter. He eased her, joked with her, and was very kind.

Our daughter (who has special needs) received wonderful care, was accurately diagnosed & prescribed very helpful medication! Both our Med Tech, Astrid, and our provider, Laura, were outstanding! I scheduled an appointment online and was seen promptly. I was examined and treated within 30 minutes. Scripts were sent to my pharmacy of choice and I was home within 90 minutes. Much quicker and more efficient than any urgent care I have ever been to.

Every one of the staff members was friendly. Establishment was clean. Dr. M and his nurse went above and beyond for my son to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I was very impressed with the level of quality care my son received.

I HIGHLY recommend the Sarasota location for your urgent care needs. I had not been there before but was very impressed at the professionalism, thoughtfulness, knowledge and excellent communication my daughter and I received there. The office staff were attentive and the doctor and nurse we saw were extremely understanding and took their time with us listening and explaining our treatment options. I plan to go back to them if my family needs urgent care services. The best urgent care I have been to in Sarasota!
