I would gladly go back here if I ever had a need for them. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor took time to explain his answers to all my questions and he was so attentive and understood the pain I was in. I’ve had 2 visits (this month and last) due to allergic reactions to medications. The staff was exceptional, taking great care of their patients. This team of medical professionals go above and beyond to care for their patients, sharing great information to use in the future, if there is a need. They are also very kind, caring and thorough. The office staff is equally exceptional. There was little to no wait time in the waiting room upon entering the building. I strongly recommend this facility.

I love Dr. Mike Morgenstern. He’s very fast and thorough. Took me a few times to like him but he’s great at what he does! Gets me feeling better, listens and has me out the door. The staff is all great as well. Never had a bad experience.

I walked in and in less than five minutes. I was in the back and within a half hour I was gone with 18 stitches later great staff, very friendly, in and out. would recommend them for anything.

I had an appt.at 4pm and it was almost 5pm before I was see by the doctor and my prescriptions were not sent to Publix’s when I went to pick them up and had to go back to the office before they closed that day to have it sent so I could take it that day.It was a convent location to where I live in Parrish.

Check in process was quick and only had to wait about 30 minutes. One I got in the room the doc came in about 2 minutes later. He was very kind and took good care of me.

Clean environment, friendly staff. I usually relied on telehealth because I hate going to any clinic, and I have had so many horrible experiences. This place has changed that for me. I felt very comfortable, and the doctor answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

In and out because we were 1st in line. The care was excellent. The doctor seemed to pin point our issues quickly, and prescribe, what I hope will be, medications to mitigate the symptoms.

The staff when I arrived was extremely helpful and very kind. The doctor I saw had an immense amount of patients in but still took his time to make sure that I was given all the help I needed as I waited for X-rays. While there was a lot of confusion in the following months about reimbursing for self pay vs workers comp, I was finally able to get a hold of Josie who went above and beyond to help me and I am crossing my fingers that I can get the reimbursement back this week. Most companies do not care if they have negative reviews but Josie reached out to me and is making sure she can do everything in her power to help me. Thank you Josie and the Prime Health Team! Please know that if you go here you will be taken care of and if you have any issues or concerns you have a team that wants you to feel seen and heard.

Everyone was very nice. Just needed a physical and waited for about 30 minutes. Not bad considering it is an urgent care. We were in and out in no time with the form we needed for school. The lady at the front desk, intake lady, and doctor were all very nice.

Yesterday, I walked in to Prime Health needing to be seen for Asthmatic Cough from Covid and was very pleased with overall experience and care received from the P.A. Matt and medical assistant-thank you! I would definitely recommend this place- although the front desk person wasn’t very welcoming ( I am a retired Radiologic Technologist and used to doing front desk registration back in VA-always greeted everyone with a smile and were pleasant), maybe just an off day for her…everyone has them. The center itself is very clean but could definitely use a renovation….but other than that -totally recommend if you are new to Parrish and need an urgent care-Prime Health Parrish was wonderful!

My wife and I both went there we didn’t feel good. The whole staff was very nice and friendly we saw Mike the doctor he was fantastic. We were in and out in 30 minutes he sent our proscriptions right to Walgreens.

Dr Michael Morganstern and nurse did a fanastic job. They took xrays and diagnosed was right on! He referred me to Coastal Orthopedics they did more xrays standing from different angles. Staff was pleasant and friendly. NP was very fast and not personable. I think it was maybe because my visit this time was an easy one, so move on quick, right? Long wait that day and pretty busy. Barely looked at me or checked me. My congestion was going into my chest, which I did tell him, so I was surprised he didn’t listen to my lungs. I’ve been before, last year, when I had Covid and couldn’t breathe. He wouldn’t prescribe a steroid to help me. Had to call my primary the next day to get the prescription called in. I went there because it’s close to me but I’m most likely going to go to a different walk-in next time I need to.

I experienced a virtual appointment. It was quick. There was a delay in seeing the PA due to technical issues, I believe on their end. Then I was told to log into my patient portal which would have been helpful before we tried to connect. I was never sent the message to join a call. I did get some prescriptions. Not sure they are making a difference. Too soon to tell since my virtual office visit was about 4p yesterday.

The employees here were fantastic with my elderly grumpy 85 yr old father. They were very patient, didn't rush him and were very kind. It was a very pleasant experience that was expected to be tough. The young gal that took his vitals was so patient with him and was very professional with him. The doctor took her time to talk to him slowly so he could understand and even drew a picture to help explain. Very happy at outcome of visit.

While no one wants to end up at urgent care, I have to say we had a wonderful experience. David our PA was fantastic and efficient, I don’t think I’ve ever had an urgent care visit be taken care of so quickly (yet properly). Our nurse, I believe Nicole (that is my fault for not remembering) was so very personable and sweet with my daughter. I hope we don’t end up back any time soon, I’m glad we had a great experience when we did have to go.

Service was prompt and professional. Mike was the PA I saw and he listened and understood what medication worked best for me. I did not catch the nurses name but she was wonderful. I was in pain and tired and she showed great compassion to me, a trait that is lacking in this day and age. Her professionalism was beyond reproach.

Going to the doctors can be a scary experience especially if you are new to the area and in a lot of pain. Not only were all the staff caring and understanding but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I went in with a problem with pain in my jaw that had kept me awake all the previous night. The staff was efficient, caring and listened to my concerns. I was given an injection and a prescription with clear instructions. By that evening, the pain was gone. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I would definitely use them again.

I loved this urgent care, super sweet staff!!! Very helpful and they will calm down any anxiety you have during the visit and welcome you. Only issue was I was told what I have could be ibs but after going to another urgent care I’m told it’s an abdominal muscle strain which I thought it could’ve been and I was told I didn't. Not really a big deal but I do have severe anxiety so I think what if there both wrong and overall I am actually not ok lol. But I was told I am ok from both doctors. He was very cool and promised I am ok and it’s nothing serious which is something I wanted to hear.

This is the second time I visited this location. I never have to wait long to be seen. The ladies up front are always personable and friendly. I went here once after a pretty bad car accident and again yesterday for my daughter’s little injury. The doctors walked me through care and what to be cautious for. The doctors are very compassionate and truly cares about your well being. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I know that I will be in good hands.

Amanda the medical assistant was very nice also and of course the provider Mike is the best I've been there at least 4 times, and he takes his time with you and is very thorough. I had a positive experience visiting Prime Health walk-in. I was able to make an appointment at the last minute and get in when I needed. The staff at the front desk was courteous and check in was easy. The wait was not long at all and I got to see the PA quickly. My visit with the PA was quick but thorough. All in all the entire process took about 45 minutes. The location was close to my home which was another big plus. I will definitely use this provider again.

I got there right before they closed and every person treated me like I was their first customer of the day. Even taking extra time to do two tests which took 20 mins for the results. My 8 year old son broke his arm and we went to this urgent care that we have used previously and they were wonderful. The doctor and staff were able to get his arm x-rayed and wrapped in a temporary split/cast. I highly recommend this place we have used them every time we needed a doctor for our son or family since we moved here from California last year.

Amazing experience! Almost afraid to write about it for fear it’s going to become very popular..lol. I initially went to a nearby walk-in. Upon arriving at the the first one, I was told their imaging machine was down, and they recommended PrimeHealth. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a a fresh, pleasant scent..not stale or bleachy, as I’ve experienced elsewhere. The receptionist was knowledgeable about accepted insurance plans and was professional and pleasant. The nurse was kind, professional and thoroughly explained what we would be doing. The doctor, who reminded me of my dad ??, was quick to see me, thorough and gentle during the examination and also explained the series of events before and after my X-ray. While this review is quite lengthy, my time at the clinic wasn’t, thankfully. I was in, completed new patient paperwork, examined, X-rayed, foot wrapped, and out the door in (hope you’re sitting) 25 minutes!!!! Incredible!! And never felt rushed. I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care!

: I had the opportunity to need someone to remove staples from a surgery i had for a torn tricep in another state. I called first to make sure this would not be a problem, Patrice at the front desk said it should not be a problem and they weren’t that busy.We headed over and after completing the needed paper work, (of course we are from out of state and never needed anything like this before) we waited for a relatively short time, maybe 15 / 20 minutes. Amy the RN called me back ask a few questions checked vitals and said Mike the PA would be in shortly to remove the staples. Just a few minutes later he was in and did just that!. Amy and Mike were really nice and professional. I am still amazed how easy and nice it was to be from another state and find a place to have had such a great experience with an issue like this! This took place on 3/13/2023. This was the first time I ever had the opportunity to need or use an Urgent Care facility but would highly recommend the Parish location. Thanks Steve

I HIGHLY recommend the Sarasota location for your urgent care needs. I had not been there before but was very impressed at the professionalism, thoughtfulness, knowledge and excellent communication my daughter and I received there. The office staff were attentive and the doctor and nurse we saw were extremely understanding and took their time with us listening and explaining our treatment options. I plan to go back to them if my family needs urgent care services. The best urgent care I have been to in Sarasota!

We booked an appointment with PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish because we were exposed to a person with Covid, and we were concerned we may have contracted the virus prior to a vacation we were scheduled to take, and we both were exhibiting symptoms of congestion and headache. It turns out we were negative, but Dr. Espinel was incredibly thorough in his evaluation/approach, not letting up just because we were Covid negative, but truly attempting to get to the root cause of our issues. Dr. Espinel is a true professional, and I recommend his council to anyone seeking medical care.

I walked into the PrimeHealth Urgent Care on Clark Road, Sarasota. Early morning, there was only one patient ahead of me so they were ready for me to see P.A. once I completed my new patient paperwork. No wait, very efficient, explained care given, took an x-ray & showed me the x-ray & impression. Fitted me with a wrist spling. Sent the x-ray for radiology diagnosis. Follow-up and website were very professional.

Best urgent care I've ever been to! Had to bring my almost 5yo daughter in, she split her chin in the pool today. They took such excellent care of her! You all helped a great deal and covered my nose to stop the bleeding. Everyone there was so kind and helped me calm my nerves because I was so very scared at the amount of bleeding I had. I did go to the emergency hospital and they said I didn't need a blood transfusion but to definately contact my surgion for my nose. I went today to the surgion and was re stitched and she is keeping very close watch on me. I also contacted my Heart Dr. and he took me off my blood thinner for the time being till my INR number goes down. If anyone needs emediate help the Prime Health Urgent Care in Bradenton on ST RD. 70 is the place to go. Thank you all so much for helping me.

The staff when I arrived was extremely helpful and very kind. The doctor I saw had an immense amount of patients in but still took his time to make sure that I was given all the help I needed as I waited for X-rays. While there was a lot of confusion in the following months about reimbursing for self pay vs workers comp, I was finally able to get a hold of Josie who went above and beyond to help me and I am crossing my fingers that I can get the reimbursement back this week. Most companies do not care if they have negative reviews but Josie reached out to me and is making sure she can do everything in her power to help me. Thank you Josie and the Prime Health Team! Please know that if you go here you will be taken care of and if you have any issues or concerns you have a team that wants you to feel seen and heard.

Yesterday, I walked in to Prime Health needing to be seen for Asthmatic Cough from Covid and was very pleased with overall experience and care received from the P.A. Matt and medical assistant-thank you! I would definitely recommend this place- although the front desk person wasn’t very welcoming ( I am a retired Radiologic Technologist and used to doing front desk registration back in VA-always greeted everyone with a smile and were pleasant), maybe just an off day for her…everyone has them. The center itself is very clean but could definitely use a renovation….but other than that -totally recommend if you are new to Parrish and need an urgent care-Prime Health Parrish was wonderful!

Only issue was I was told what I have could be ibs but after going to another urgent care I’m told it’s an abdominal muscle strain which I thought it could’ve been and I was told I didn't. Not really a big deal but I do have severe anxiety so I think what if there both wrong and overall I am actually not ok lol. But I was told I am ok from both doctors. He was very cool and promised I am ok and it’s nothing serious which is something I wanted to hear.

I had a positive experience visiting Prime Health walk-in. I was able to make an appointment at the last minute and get in when I needed. The staff at the front desk was courteous and check in was easy. The wait was not long at all and I got to see the PA quickly. My visit with the PA was quick but thorough. All in all the entire process took about 45 minutes. The location was close to my home which was another big plus. I will definitely use this provider again.

I got there right before they closed and every person treated me like I was their first customer of the day. Even taking extra time to do two tests which took 20 mins for the results. My 8 year old son broke his arm and we went to this urgent care that we have used previously and they were wonderful. The doctor and staff were able to get his arm x-rayed and wrapped in a temporary split/cast. I highly recommend this place we have used them every time we needed a doctor for our son or family since we moved here from California last year.

The office receptionist was very helpful and polite . My daughter was checked by Laura Schmitz . She was very professional and kind to us . Detail oriented and was able to provide the right diagnosis , medications , after care explanation, a test to get further information of my daughter’s symptoms. Amazing experience! Almost afraid to write about it for fear it’s going to become very popular..lol. I initially went to a nearby walk-in. Upon arriving at the the first one, I was told their imaging machine was down, and they recommended PrimeHealth. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a a fresh, pleasant scent..not stale or bleachy, as I’ve experienced elsewhere. The receptionist was knowledgeable about accepted insurance plans and was professional and pleasant. The nurse was kind, professional and thoroughly explained what we would be doing. The doctor, who reminded me of my dad ??, was quick to see me, thorough and gentle during the examination and also explained the series of events before and after my X-ray. While this review is quite lengthy, my time at the clinic wasn’t, thankfully. I was in, completed new patient paperwork, examined, X-rayed, foot wrapped, and out the door in (hope you’re sitting) 25 minutes!!!! Incredible!! And never felt rushed. I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care!

Thank you so much for your excellent care. We arrived as they opened on Saturday morning. After filling out paper work, were taken to examine room. It was a purple toe issue. Mike was great, we were out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for a stress free visit.

: I had the opportunity to need someone to remove staples from a surgery i had for a torn tricep in another state. I called first to make sure this would not be a problem, Patrice at the front desk said it should not be a problem and they weren’t that busy.We headed over and after completing the needed paper work, (of course we are from out of state and never needed anything like this before) we waited for a relatively short time, maybe 15 / 20 minutes. Amy the RN called me back ask a few questions checked vitals and said Mike the PA would be in shortly to remove the staples. Just a few minutes later he was in and did just that!. Amy and Mike were really nice and professional. I am still amazed how easy and nice it was to be from another state and find a place to have had such a great experience with an issue like this! This took place on 3/13/2023. This was the first time I ever had the opportunity to need or use an Urgent Care facility but would highly recommend the Parish location. Thanks Steve

We booked an appointment with PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish because we were exposed to a person with Covid, and we were concerned we may have contracted the virus prior to a vacation we were scheduled to take, and we both were exhibiting symptoms of congestion and headache. It turns out we were negative, but Dr. Espinel was incredibly thorough in his evaluation/approach, not letting up just because we were Covid negative, but truly attempting to get to the root cause of our issues. Dr. Espinel is a true professional, and I recommend his council to anyone seeking medical care.

Early morning, there was only one patient ahead of me so they were ready for me to see P.A. once I completed my new patient paperwork. No wait, very efficient, explained care given, took an x-ray & showed me the x-ray & impression. Fitted me with a wrist spling. Sent the x-ray for radiology diagnosis. You all helped a great deal and covered my nose to stop the bleeding. Everyone there was so kind and helped me calm my nerves because I was so very scared at the amount of bleeding I had. I did go to the emergency hospital and they said I didn't need a blood transfusion but to definately contact my surgion for my nose. I went today to the surgion and was re stitched and she is keeping very close watch on me. I also contacted my Heart Dr. and he took me off my blood thinner for the time being till my INR number goes down. If anyone needs emediate help the Prime Health Urgent Care in Bradenton on ST RD. 70 is the place to go. Thank you all so much for helping me.

Dr Michael Morganstern and nurse did a fanastic job. They took xrays and diagnosed was right on! He referred me to Coastal Orthopedics they did more xrays standing from different angles. They can up with same diagnosis as Dr Mike! Appreciate PrimeHealth in Parrish being so close by. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. NP was very fast and not personable. I think it was maybe because my visit this time was an easy one, so move on quick, right? Long wait that day and pretty busy. Barely looked at me or checked me. My congestion was going into my chest, which I did tell him, so I was surprised he didn’t listen to my lungs. I’ve been before, last year, when I had Covid and couldn’t breathe. He wouldn’t prescribe a steroid to help me. Had to call my primary the next day to get the prescription called in. I went there because it’s close to me but I’m most likely going to go to a different walk-in next time I need to.

I experienced a virtual appointment. It was quick. There was a delay in seeing the PA due to technical issues, I believe on their end. Then I was told to log into my patient portal which would have been helpful before we tried to connect. I was never sent the message to join a call. I did get some prescriptions. Not sure they are making a difference. Too soon to tell since my virtual office visit was about 4p yesterday.

The employees here were fantastic with my elderly grumpy 85 yr old father. They were very patient, didn't rush him and were very kind. It was a very pleasant experience that was expected to be tough. The young gal that took his vitals was so patient with him and was very professional with him. The doctor took her time to talk to him slowly so he could understand and even drew a picture to help explain. Very happy at outcome of visit.

Service was prompt and professional. Mike was the PA I saw and he listened and understood what medication worked best for me. I did not catch the nurses name but she was wonderful. I was in pain and tired and she showed great compassion to me, a trait that is lacking in this day and age. Her professionalism was beyond reproach.

I went in with a problem with pain in my jaw that had kept me awake all the previous night. The staff was efficient, caring and listened to my concerns. I was given an injection and a prescription with clear instructions. By that evening, the pain was gone. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I would definitely use them again.

I went to the Prime Health Urgent Care in Parrish, FL. They were very professional starting with the front desk and finishing with the doctor. The place was very clean and organized. Everything was explained very well to me regarding the medications and to follow up with my doctor. I was very satisfied with my first visit and highly recommend this place if you are not feeling well.

Just moved to Parrish referred by neighbors so I made an appointment for same day I called. Staff in office were extremely helpful and organized. Saw the doctor after a short wait in clean waiting room. Nurses assistant checked my vitals perfectly. The doctor new my prognosis immediately after I discussed my symptoms. He prescribed medications promptly to my pharmacy. In.way less than an hour I had my prescription filled. Picked up and hone to rest and heal. Thankful I went to PrimeHealth and did not wait a month or two to get a doctor appointment at a local doctors office as a brand new patient needing medical care sooner than that time frame.

Thank God the Irgent care was open when I burned my hand yesterday around 4 pm. The young lady in the front provided me an ice pack right away. The service was great. The Dr. And nurse was nice and I finally got some releife. Thank you to the team there.

Great service with a smile. Took quite a while to be seen even though we arrived before they opened.

The treatment and care provided by the doctors who treated me made me feel very good, like I was at home. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. Even the nurse who offered to translate made me feel very welcome! Thank you for treating me with such kindness.

I wasn't sure about this place at first because I was sick when I went into this location. The clinic doctor was upfront with my condition and very professional. The staff was very nice and the clinic was clean.

I love Dr. Mike Morgenstern. He’s very fast and thorough. Took me a few times to like him but he’s great at what he does! Gets me feeling better, listens and has me out the door. The staff is all great as well. Never had a bad experience.

I walked in and in less than five minutes. I was in the back and within a half hour I was gone with 18 stitches later great staff, very friendly, in and out. would recommend them for anything.
