I visited this facility once before several years ago and I remember they gave me excellent care then. I was pleased that this particular facility was just as good an experience as the last time I went. The clinic was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Dr. I saw was caring and listened to me relay my syptoms and understanding of my disability if having a tbi and explained things to me clearly so I could understand. I did not feel rushed or disprespected. I did not have to wait to long time to see the Dr.

Serious oral/facial infection developed on Sunday night. I was seen first thing Monday morning. By noon had the prescription filled.The pain and swelling improved in a few hours. All administrative/clinical personnel made an otherwise unpleasant experience the best possible. My wife and I give you 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I injured my finger very painfully. I wanted assistance in treating it asap. Urgent care was very quick, very understanding, very helpful and explained injury. I was very relieved afterwards. This is the second time I have come here. I believe it was a very wis decision.

It was my 1st time going to this clinic and I’m so happy I chose this one. The receptionist was sick but welcomed me and helped me fill out all the forms. I feel like the care I got was better than my doctors office. Within 20 minutes I was diagnosed and my prescriptions were already called in to the pharmacy. I came in with a hornet sting to the middle of my face. They were extremely quick to treat me and very professional. I had to leave my work truck over night as well because of the treatment and it was still there in the morning so I'm very grateful it wasn't towed.

I could not have had a better experience. We were on vacation and I had fallen the night before and should have gone to the er, but decided I was alright. After a relatively sleepless night with bleeding continuing my wife drove me to your Bradenton office. I was seen promptly and the care provider cleaned the wound and stitched me up. All told I was at your facility for less than 2 hours and received 23 stitches and was sent on my way. Highly recommend this office and the whole staff when in need of urgent care. Thank you.

Great customer service. Was promptly greeted with a smile and recognition of my miracle need. The PA that took care of my problem was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Was completely surprised when she called me for a follow up of my condition and provided me with results of my test, samples. The phone call was timely since I had more questions to ask. I was easily able to locate your facility and park for free nearby. The office staff was friendly and helped me complete the patient forms. I was impressed with the check in process and had a very short wait. I was seen and treated by the physicians assistant and she was very thorough. She ran an influenza test. When it was negative and based on what I told her I had experienced, she gave me a steroid and an antibiotic and a cough tablet. She wasn’t in a hurry and took her time with me and so I really appreciated that! Very satisfied with my experience at Prime Health.

Receptionist was helpful and quickly did intake process (which was so appreciated) and even advised me of a nearby office that would take my insurance. I received medical attention right away, and had a prescription in hand in no time at all that gave me tremendous relief. I am very pleased and would highly recommend!

From the time I walked in till the time I left they were so friendly! The receptionist helped me get my id out of my wallet! Answered all of my questions. Once I got back in the room the medical assistant was very polite and friendly! He even had a med student and she was nice! The doctor came in also very friendly. He was in and out of the room in about 5 min and I was discharged. This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of urgent care! I highly recommend coming here. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon but this is where I will be coming if I do!

The staff was awesome and totally on it. When I got there the waiting room was pretty full. The lady at the front had it totally under control. I was seen in probably less than 15mins. The nurse Amber was so friendly and calming. The doctor that attended to me was also so nice and accommodating. Doctor Sue was amazing! This was my first time coming in. I went in with what I thought was an ear infection and it turned out just to be ear wax. I thought she was just going to tell me to get the ear wax removal kit, but to my surprise she said we can get you squared away right now. She cleared it out and even gave me information on where to get the kit she used on me from. I appreciate her so much. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall very pleased! Thank you so much!

I had a very good experience at the PrimeHealth Urgent Care. It was my first visit. Had been running a fever, ear ache, left side of my throat hurt. The front desk staff were great, answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long. Dr. Susan was very personable and I was diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. I’ve been to PrimeHealth Urgent Care - Bradenton a few times and have always had a good experience. However, my visit today was disappointing. The provider seeing patients, who I believe is pregnant, was unprofessional and unorganized. She was 45 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and saw another patient who arrived after me before finally seeing me. When it came to my prescription, she sent it to Publix even though I specifically requested CVS. To make matters worse, she prescribed an over-the-counter allergy medicine without asking if I was already taking one—which I am. The visit felt like a complete waste of time. While the rest of the staff is friendly and professional, I would not see this provider again.

I brought my 8 year old son here for the first time and the staff was fabulous! They were so kind and personal. The wait time was minimal and we had answers to his symptoms very quickly. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away. I think from arrival at the Urgent Care to getting the medicine from our pharmacy it was only a little over an hour! Highly recommend.

The entire staff was great! The waiting area super clean, rooms as well, the staff was welcoming from the front desk, nurse, and the doctor. The doctor sat down and she took her time to explain the weight loss program very thoroughly and not once did I feel judge or like was annoying her with questions or comments. I’m recently new to Florida and getting appointments here is next to impossible and I was able to call and a live person answered and was able to be seen the same day without having to wait hours. Unlike some places, it was't mobbed, so i was seen very quickly. Both women up front were friendly, unlike many other places.. One was a med tech, n we chatted about a lotta stuff during the visit. The PA, Alex. is phenomenal. Gracious, competent, up to date, accepting, thorough. With my hectic lifestyle, I completely forgot to schedule an appointment for my son's sports physical which was due on a Monday and it was Friday evening. I went into a panic (upset with myself that I didn't prioritize). Franticly searched Google and found PrimeHealth. Having worked in healthcare 25+ years (17 of those at Cleveland Clinic) I understand the nuances of our healthcare system----it's far from perfect. I haven't had great experiences with urgent cares and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I had assumed I'd be there for at least 1-2 hours, pay an arm and a leg, deal with unhappy staff and over-worked physicians. To my surprise, this had been the best urgent care visit hands down! My son and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The provider was thorough, kind and even joked with my teenage son (that is a plus in my book). The entire staff gave out a vibe that almost made you think they were working for you (the patient). The atmosphere was refreshing and truly welcomed! To the staff at PrimeHealth Bradenton, thank you for treating patients with dignity and empathy and most importantly, as people.

I went in after twisting my ankle. In less than 30 minutes they diagnosed me with a fracture, they put a cast on and I left with crutches and they set me up to follow up with orthopedics. I visited this facility once before several years ago and I remember they gave me excellent care then. I was pleased that this particular facility was just as good an experience as the last time I went. The clinic was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Dr. I saw was caring and listened to me relay my syptoms and understanding of my disability if having a tbi and explained things to me clearly so I could understand. I did not feel rushed or disprespected. I did not have to wait to long time to see the Dr.

Serious oral/facial infection developed on Sunday night. I was seen first thing Monday morning. By noon had the prescription filled.The pain and swelling improved in a few hours. All administrative/clinical personnel made an otherwise unpleasant experience the best possible. My wife and I give you 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I was impressed with the check in process and had a very short wait. I was seen and treated by the physicians assistant and she was very thorough. She ran an influenza test. When it was negative and based on what I told her I had experienced, she gave me a steroid and an antibiotic and a cough tablet. She wasn’t in a hurry and took her time with me and so I really appreciated that! Very satisfied with my experience at Prime Health.

From the time I walked in till the time I left they were so friendly! The receptionist helped me get my id out of my wallet! Answered all of my questions. Once I got back in the room the medical assistant was very polite and friendly! He even had a med student and she was nice! The doctor came in also very friendly. He was in and out of the room in about 5 min and I was discharged. This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of urgent care! I highly recommend coming here. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon but this is where I will be coming if I do!

The staff was awesome and totally on it. When I got there the waiting room was pretty full. The lady at the front had it totally under control. I was seen in probably less than 15mins. Doctor Sue was amazing! This was my first time coming in. I went in with what I thought was an ear infection and it turned out just to be ear wax. I thought she was just going to tell me to get the ear wax removal kit, but to my surprise she said we can get you squared away right now. She cleared it out and even gave me information on where to get the kit she used on me from. I appreciate her so much. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall very pleased! Thank you so much!

I had a very good experience at the PrimeHealth Urgent Care. It was my first visit. Had been running a fever, ear ache, left side of my throat hurt. The front desk staff were great, answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long. Dr. Susan was very personable and I was diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. I’ve been to PrimeHealth Urgent Care - Bradenton a few times and have always had a good experience. However, my visit today was disappointing. The provider seeing patients, who I believe is pregnant, was unprofessional and unorganized. She was 45 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and saw another patient who arrived after me before finally seeing me. When it came to my prescription, she sent it to Publix even though I specifically requested CVS. To make matters worse, she prescribed an over-the-counter allergy medicine without asking if I was already taking one—which I am. The visit felt like a complete waste of time. While the rest of the staff is friendly and professional, I would not see this provider again.

I brought my 8 year old son here for the first time and the staff was fabulous! They were so kind and personal. The wait time was minimal and we had answers to his symptoms very quickly. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away. I think from arrival at the Urgent Care to getting the medicine from our pharmacy it was only a little over an hour! Highly recommend.

The entire staff was great! The waiting area super clean, rooms as well, the staff was welcoming from the front desk, nurse, and the doctor. The doctor sat down and she took her time to explain the weight loss program very thoroughly and not once did I feel judge or like was annoying her with questions or comments. I’m recently new to Florida and getting appointments here is next to impossible and I was able to call and a live person answered and was able to be seen the same day without having to wait hours. I brought my 83 yo mother in today for the lingering cough and sinus infection that seems to be everywhere this season! Dr Alfonso was fabulous talking to my mom and giving her very clear instructions with a specific treatment plan for the next five days! The staff was very professional and the office was very clean! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WALK -IN for anyone requiring these services!!

Unlike some places, it was't mobbed, so i was seen very quickly. Both women up front were friendly, unlike many other places.. One was a med tech, n we chatted about a lotta stuff during the visit. The PA, Alex. is phenomenal. Gracious, competent, up to date, accepting, thorough. He took a call from me about possible abx side effects, n called the next day w/the negative culture report, resulting in a decision to change the abx. Tremendous followup.

My boyfriend went here because he hurt his finger. He was in pain for several days before. He's almost pain free now and well on his way to being better. They were so nice and professional. We were totally happy with the outcome. Will go back when we need to in the future. Great job.

With my hectic lifestyle, I completely forgot to schedule an appointment for my son's sports physical which was due on a Monday and it was Friday evening. I went into a panic (upset with myself that I didn't prioritize). Franticly searched Google and found PrimeHealth. Having worked in healthcare 25+ years (17 of those at Cleveland Clinic) I understand the nuances of our healthcare system----it's far from perfect. I haven't had great experiences with urgent cares and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I had assumed I'd be there for at least 1-2 hours, pay an arm and a leg, deal with unhappy staff and over-worked physicians. To my surprise, this had been the best urgent care visit hands down! My son and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The provider was thorough, kind and even joked with my teenage son (that is a plus in my book). The entire staff gave out a vibe that almost made you think they were working for you (the patient). The atmosphere was refreshing and truly welcomed! To the staff at PrimeHealth Bradenton, thank you for treating patients with dignity and empathy and most importantly, as people.

I went in after twisting my ankle. In less than 30 minutes they diagnosed me with a fracture, they put a cast on and I left with crutches and they set me up to follow up with orthopedics. What a difference from going to the emergency room! Thank you PrimeHealth! It’s nice to have you close to home.

I could not have had a better experience. We were on vacation and I had fallen the night before and should have gone to the er, but decided I was alright. After a relatively sleepless night with bleeding continuing my wife drove me to your Bradenton office. I was seen promptly and the care provider cleaned the wound and stitched me up. All told I was at your facility for less than 2 hours and received 23 stitches and was sent on my way. Highly recommend this office and the whole staff when in need of urgent care. Thank you.

I found the staff to be friendly, the office to be clean, and the wait to be minimal. Overall I was pleased with my selection of going to this facility for treatment. I arrived at 8:05 am o n a Saturday morning and only 1 person was in the waiting room when I arrived ( good choice to go with facility first opens ).

I saw Pam who helped me with my cat bite and double-checked that I was given the correct antibiotic. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was so nice.

Very good timing with no wait to speak of before I was called into a treatment room. 15 to 20 minutes wait in the treatment room. 2 to 3 minutes for treatment. Simple and smooth process.

Easy process, fast service and very thorough and was treated with a lot of compassion. Great place !

I was there expected to wait for a long time but it's not, as soon as I finished the paper work,I was called in the exam room. The PA was nice and the receptionist was really nice and helpful, I would recommended this place to everybody.

Easy, fast & painless. Online appointment made for 5:00, left by 5:15 with a prescription already sent to the pharmacy. Thank you!!!

5 stars doctor was excellent as well as check in process

Front desk staff and nursing staff were very friendly and kind. My provider was to the point and didn't explain everything I needed to do to heal quickly. I called 2 days later 3 times and the phones went to voicemail, but then said it was full.

First time visit. Had a continuous cough for 10 days and it wasn’t going away. Everyone was friendly and kind. The PA , I wish I could remember her name, was great! I would gladly trade my regular doctor for her if I could. My advice go there sooner than me. Thanks Terry

Went to urgent care because I had a bad case of flu symptoms etc. was diagnosed with a viral infection. Given a prescription and two days later beginning to feel bey
