The thing I like best about Dr. Vanessa is she listens to me. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she thoroughly covers all of my concerns. I am feeling much better than I was three months ago. I have recommended her to family and friends.

I was referred to Dr Mack by my mom who also sees her. You can tell she really cares about your health. She even asked what my stress looks like in detail. No other doctor has ever asked me that. I have been to so many western medicine doctors as well as naturopaths and she went above and beyond all of them with caring and investigating. She found some levels off in my bloodwork that doctors have missed for over 9 years. I left feeling heard and like we are finally figuring out my issues. I had such an excellent first experience that I had my husband make an appointment, as well. Dr. Mack is knowledgeable, personable, and empathetic. I left my appointment knowing that I am finally on the right path to getting my menopause-related issues solved.

Dr. Mack does a wonderful job providing her service. If you are thinking about starting HRT, then give her a call. If you are currently receiving therapy from another provider and not happy, give her a call.

Oh my goodness. First of all, this Doctors office is one of the most friendly and kind I've ever been to. The atmosphere is so pleasing. Dr Mack, well she is extremely professional, so gentle, friendly compassionate. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues. She doesn't just rush you in and out. I love that. She is such a wonderful Doctor. And Dominic, her husband, is very friendly, knowledgeable professional, and kind. I am extremely happy to have found this place. It took a bit of Google searching, but I am glad I found it.

In my late thirties I was experiencing low energy, inability to sleep, anxiety and low libido. Previously, my GP had done bloodwork and found nothing abnormal even after years of experiencing these symptoms. Dr Dean ordered extensive blood tests which showed I was low in testosterone and my thyroid was functioning at an extremely low level for my age. With hormone pellets and a few other options I am back to NORMAL. Feeling normal again is such a relief. Rested, less anxious, and a happy relationship :) Dr Dean makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s empathetic and relatable. Her extensive knowledge and ability to explain it at my level is the reason why I see her and recommend her to everyone! Many thanks!

Dr Vanessa Mack has been providing Hormone Replacement therapy to me for several years. She is a pleasure to see and her gentle treatment is greatly appreciated. She keeps an eye on the lab results and makes excellent adjustments as needed. The entire staff is very attentive and makes sure each visit is welcoming and professional.

Dr Mack is truly a professional and I am so thankful to have found her. She is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. She put me on a regimen of hormone pellets and thyroid medication that has made a huge difference in my life. Dr. Mack has changed my life. I suffered for years and wish I had found her sooner. She's open to two way dialog which allows us to more effectively address issues with solutions that meet my personal needs and life style. In terms of outcomes, my hot flashes went away 3 days after my first pellet treatment. I suffered with them for over 15 years!!! In addition, I saw improvement in other nagging PMS issues (anxiety, exhaustion, dryness, hair loss, etc) Dr Mack has a patient for life and and I have a health partner that I can trust.
