I can't say enough good things about our Ellington Urgent Care.... Last night I had to rush in around 5pm as I had burned my hand on melted sugar.... I was in tears and so much pain, they pretty much jumped out of their seats to help me.... I was taken into a room immediately, my hubby signed me.... They started with a cool water basin, a few check-ins along the way, and injection to help with the pain, a change of water in the basin... (I was in more pain with this burn then having two C-sections).... Unfortunately they had to help the blister process by popping them which hurt but the Dr was patient and very understanding.... They called my prescriptions in and they became ready in minutes at CVS.... Thank you crew on Thursday March 6th!!

Priority Urgent Care has been our preferred medical provider when we are sick for the last 4 years. We are always able to book an appointment same day most times within an hour. The wait times are reasonable and we are usually out the door within 30-45 minutes with a prescription/ diagnosis. The staff is always friendly and the providers always listen to your concerns.

My family and I receive the best care at Priority Urgent Care in Ellington. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the PA’s that I have seen are all top notch. One time I went in with a serious issue and the PA who saw me had me get some blood testing right away. They called the next day to have me go right to hospital. And they continued to follow up with me to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this office for any health issue whether it’s minor or major.

I chose Priority Urgent Care because of their proximity to my home and their ready access to radiology services. After a nasty fall clearing snow in my driveway, I was experiencing severe pain in my shoulder, arm and ribs. The examining nurse was thorough and sensitive to the pain I was having. I was provided a disc of the radiographs to convey to an orthopedic service for follow up treatment. All the members of the staff were kind, competent and congenial. All in all, a great crew.

I came to this urgent care because I’ve had nothing but horrifying experiences at others. The nurses here were so kind, very efficient, so smart, and didn’t hesitate to get the job done. We were in and out in less than an hour! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, checkin/checkout was a very smooth process. This is such a great place to receive any urgent care. I highly recommend. 11/10 :)

Going to Urgent Care, obviously you’re not feeling well. With that being said, My experience was very good. Everyone was very nice & friendly. That includes the young lady at the front desk, who also brought me to the exam room, the PA who saw me & treated me & the X-Ray Technician who did the chest X-Ray. They were all very professional & did a wonderful job. They also sent my prescription orders to my pharmacy right away. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Today I saw Elvis after battling bronchitis for the last three weeks. I had finished the Antibiotics my Dr had prescribed on Monday. I was starting to feel better, but at 3am this morning I awoke having a problem breathing and feeling worse than before. I was there for over two hours as Elvis ordered test and X-rays. He wanted to make sure this time we would have clarity on the issue and the right treatment. It ended up I have pneumonia. Elvis called in a few antibiotics, an inhaler and cough meds to help me. I am grateful they were open and so thorough. I will definitely go back to Priority again.

Such a good experience here! Needed a last minute appointment and every where else I called was fully booked. Was helped as soon as I arrived, everyone was super nice and helpful. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was called in. I was in and out in 40 minutes max! I will definitely come back here if I ever need urgent care again.

I’m visiting from out of state and needed to see a Dr/Pa Making the appointment was easy, was able to fill the paper work on line, that always speeds things up. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and professional. Ms Grant who went over my issue was thorough and professional . Love this Urgent Care! My go to place when my PCP is not available. All family members go here. Providers are top notch and have been there long term. It is nice to be able to see the same provider. I went to Priority Urgent Care Ellington,CT due to a sinus issue. It is showing excellent signs of clearing following the instructions I got with no antibiotics. The staff was very pleasant my visit was taken care of promptly without having called for an appointment. The place was clean. I would 100% recommend others to go with what medical issues they have. Went to Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet day but my lips suddenly started swallowing and I was freaking out. Went to see a doctor at this urgent care and he is the best doctor!!! All the doctors here are very great!!! Super helpful and now I’m fine!!!

Scheduling was super easy, being able to fill out paperwork beforehand was a huge time saver. I got to my appointment a couple minutes early, and I was told they were running behind about a half hour or so and I could either wait in the office or in the car and I would get a text message when they were ready to see me. It was right about a half hour when I got the message that they were ready, I only waited in the waiting room for about 2 minutes before they took me to my room. And from there my whole visit took maybe 10 minutes total. The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and very helpful. The waiting room office and outside were all extremely clean and well taken care of. I've been to this urgent Care a couple of times and every time I get great service, all my questions get answered, the doctors and nurses are very quick doing what they have to do but also will take the time to explain things or help you if you need it. Definitely a 10/10 place to go for urgent care!

I assumed I had laryngitis and they took me right in, receptionist, medic and PA were all so nice. Thankfully I brought my husband with me because I lost my voice so he could talk for me. They told me within seconds my assumption was correct and even though I spent hours at Hartford Hospital Friday and it was a waste of time she gave me prednisone to hopefully speed this virus along. I can barely eat anything without choking, that’s the biggest inconvenience. Thank you so much for being so caring and fast

Priority Urgent Care in Ellington is always fast and my entire family gets what they need without having to make an appointment. I love how they are open late for busy families!

Always a pleasure coming here when something is going on. Staff is quick and courteous, and I always feel like they actually care about whats going on with me and dont just brush it off or assume anything. Will definitely be going back in the case i need to.

My visit to the Urgent care office in Ellington was great. I was taken right in. Was asked thoroughly about my symptoms and was given tests to determine any sickness. After the results the doctor worked patiently with me to set me up with the right course of treatments and got them to my pharmacy ASAP. Very clean and professional. Would highly recommended!

I had strep a month ago which was properly treated and went away. I went back with a lingering cough which was quickly diagnosed as bronchitis. I was given the proper treatment and feel 100 percent better in just 2 days. Becky was excellent!

Staff was very friendly. Not a long wait at all. Was seen and diagnosed quickly and the front desk staff was helpful in finding an open pharmacy for me to get my scripts faster, since it was the weekend. The doctor and nurse were also friendly with great bedside manner. Overall a pleasant experience.

I cannot understate how amazing this staff is. I went to Priority Urgent Care yesterday and came back today for a follow-up visit. I'm not great with names, but everyone from the front desk, nurses, PAs, to the students shadowing were extremely kind, respectful, and great to be around. This was the same for both visits, even with different workers each day. The care they provided was quick, but I never felt rushed. Any questions I had were answered very thoroughly. Before this, I'd only ever been to horrible urgent care offices, and I never thought one like this could exist. But here it is! Thanks again to everyone who helped me out.

I showed up on time, they got me right into a room, we had test results in probably 5-10 minutes. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes total, everyone was friendly and professional.

Came in missing a fingertip on my writing hand so they filled out my initial forms for me and brought me straight in. They cleaned up my hand and wrapped it up beautifully and sent me home with the same medical grade gauze and wrap that they used so that i can exchange my bandages.

I went to this urgent care to do a pre-op for an upcoming surgery and I was definitely impressed, I live in East Windsor and would drive to this particular urgent care because everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind and seemed to enjoy their work

We had to make an appointment and so thankful for the amazing staff. I spoke to Jeanie who was calming and very nurturing,she even called the next day to see how my husband was feeling!!! Ken was our nurse who listen and was easy to speak with and understanding to our questions. And then we met Gabby our Dr who was patient and explained everything to us. We felt so good even though we had to deal with some results. I would never hesitate to call them again Awesome

Even though my insurance does not cover this clinic I choose to come here over go health. This location always treats me fast and writes a prescription for what I need and they actually person tests on my symptoms. Other places like go health never do any of this which is unfortunate because that’s all my insurance covers.
