Sr. Sharon Hall was an active listener, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, and was able to patiently explain my follow-up treatment. She was able to alleviate some of my pain at the visit along with explaining what to do at home. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

The staff here, made me feel cared for and that my health was a priority to them. I have been to many urgent care facilities in my days that were no where near the quality and care I experienced in Ellington. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received.

Love this Urgent Care! My go to place when my PCP is not available. All family members go here. Providers are top notch and have been there long term. It is nice to be able to see the same provider. They take the time to listen to you and answer questions and concerns. Front desk staff are welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Very kind and courteous staff. Always a good experience at this location. The doctor, Rachel, made an effort to truly help me with what I was dealing with and went the extra mile to find out why it was happening rather than just treat the symptoms.

Easily scheduled an appointment online, upon arrival greatly in a friendly manner wait time was minimal. The actual appointment was smooth and all my questions and concerns were thoroughly discussed. Highly recommended and will continue to use.

The staff is always so friendly. Minimal wait times and efficient with exams and sending prescriptions. The earlier in the morning, the quicker the visit. Always my go-to for our families urgent care needs. I recommend them to everyone.

Wait time was not bad. Front desk staff was very friendly. The MA Sam was friendly and listened to my complaints, the provider Becky was amazing, I felt heard and wasn’t rushed.

My visit here today was the best yet. Extremely fast and nurturing staff and care. Samantha Laramee, PA-C, was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable being in her care. She was able to give me a diagnosis for my chest pain and considered my concerns as a patient. Thank you, Samantha!

We never have to wait long at all to be seen. It's a quick, one stop shop. They even have a phlebotomist! My preteen daughter said she could barely feel it! Rebecca is it favorite PA!

I went to Priority Urgent Care Ellington,CT due to a sinus issue. It is showing excellent signs of clearing following the instructions I got with no antibiotics. The staff was very pleasant my visit was taken care of promptly without having called for an appointment. The place was clean. I would 100% recommend others to go with what medical issues they have. I will definitely go back if needed. Very pleased with their service.

We called ahead and made an appointment. Super fast service !!!! Very friendly. Everyone was extremely comforting with my son who wasn’t feeling very well. The medical assistant was very compassionate and the P.A ( Rachel Willam’s ) was over the TOP!! Very Sympathetic & ran all the proper tests. She was amazing!!! ! Her staff working with her on a Sunday 9/15/24 was amazing! We need more medical professionals in this world. You all make a HUGE difference!! ?? Thank you to everyone!!!! ????????????????????

I got there on time. I made my math appointment online. They took me in right away. Everyone was very professional happy and helpful. The doctor required HS x-ray I didn’t have to leave. I was able to get one right there. I am very pleased. Thank you very much for what you people do all day every day.

My doctor is on vacation and Poison Ivy waits for no one!! Popped in at 3:45 on a Thursday. The receptionist was quick, affable, and made small talk. Waited for <5 minutes, vitals taken, NP saw me, out the door in 15. Awesome, all the way around.

Went to Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet day but my lips suddenly started swallowing and I was freaking out. Went to see a doctor at this urgent care and he is the best doctor!!! All the doctors here are very great!!! Super helpful and now I’m fine!!!

Scheduling was super easy, being able to fill out paperwork beforehand was a huge time saver. I got to my appointment a couple minutes early, and I was told they were running behind about a half hour or so and I could either wait in the office or in the car and I would get a text message when they were ready to see me. It was right about a half hour when I got the message that they were ready, I only waited in the waiting room for about 2 minutes before they took me to my room. And from there my whole visit took maybe 10 minutes total. The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and very helpful. The waiting room office and outside were all extremely clean and well taken care of. I've been to this urgent Care a couple of times and every time I get great service, all my questions get answered, the doctors and nurses are very quick doing what they have to do but also will take the time to explain things or help you if you need it. Definitely a 10/10 place to go for urgent care!

I have visited Priority Urgent Care in Ellington, CT and have had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist and staff up front it was a pleasure to Meet with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially want to be happy to Acknowledge the perfect treatment by PA Rebecca Gregor, she was awesome, most knowledgeable and friendly, that I ever met. I assumed I had laryngitis and they took me right in, receptionist, medic and PA were all so nice. Thankfully I brought my husband with me because I lost my voice so he could talk for me. They told me within seconds my assumption was correct and even though I spent hours at Hartford Hospital Friday and it was a waste of time she gave me prednisone to hopefully speed this virus along. I can barely eat anything without choking, that’s the biggest inconvenience. Thank you so much for being so caring and fast

I had a walk in visit and I was in and out I’m guessing 15 minutes at the most, granted it was just a ear infection but I was so pleased with the top care of everyone gave definitely going back when needed

My visit to the Urgent care office in Ellington was great. I was taken right in. Was asked thoroughly about my symptoms and was given tests to determine any sickness. After the results the doctor worked patiently with me to set me up with the right course of treatments and got them to my pharmacy ASAP. Very clean and professional. Would highly recommended!
