Decided to try Priority Urgent Care because my PCP is always such a hassle. Scheduling was super easy with many appointment times available for same morning. Check in was quick, staff was friendly and my provider, Katie, was sweet and efficient. In and out in 20 minutes. I’ll definitely use them again!

The PA here lit saved my life prescribed me antibiotic for what she believed to be an infection after I explained I cannot afford the ER. Still recovering but now better to sit in backyard and do this review. I’m terrible with names especially when in pain but her name started with K I believe thank you very much!

Was seen right away- before my appointment time. Was treated with respect and everyone listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The doctor explained completely what the issue was and how to best take care of it. I felt so much better after having this appointment and understanding what was wrong. I'm from out of town and wish we had this urgent care where I live. Thanks so much!

I walked in 2 hrs before closing as a brand new patient without scheduling an appt , there were 3 people ahead of me with scheduled visits and I was able to fill out new patient paperwork and was in a room with clinician within 30 mins of walking in door, All of the staff from front desk to the MA & the PA were super nice, knowledgeable, had outstanding bedside manner. Facility is very clean and well organized - I highly recommend this facility !!!

I had to bring my 8 year old to get stitches removed and he was very nervous. Everyone who helped us did an amazing job at calming him down and were very kind. He now wants to go back again lol. I appreciate everyone there's care for the patient. It was a as wonderful as possible experience.

Excellent care every time! I've gotten treatment here more than my own primary. From site throat, to incomplete removal of an engorged tick and preventive treatment for Lyme, bloodworm (they were great with my 12 year old daughter). I bring both of my children and the hours are so convenient . I rarely have to wait long, even without an appointment! They've given me referrals to specialists as well. They are very responsive by phone and are willing to answer any questions from the visit. More than urgent care!

I can't say enough good things about our Ellington Urgent Care.... Last night I had to rush in around 5pm as I had burned my hand on melted sugar.... I was in tears and so much pain, they pretty much jumped out of their seats to help me.... I was taken into a room immediately, my hubby signed me.... They started with a cool water basin, a few check-ins along the way, and injection to help with the pain, a change of water in the basin... (I was in more pain with this burn then having two C-sections).... Unfortunately they had to help the blister process by popping them which hurt but the Dr was patient and very understanding.... They called my prescriptions in and they became ready in minutes at CVS.... Thank you crew on Thursday March 6th!!

Priority Urgent Care has been our preferred medical provider when we are sick for the last 4 years. We are always able to book an appointment same day most times within an hour. The wait times are reasonable and we are usually out the door within 30-45 minutes with a prescription/ diagnosis. The staff is always friendly and the providers always listen to your concerns.

My family and I receive the best care at Priority Urgent Care in Ellington. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the PA’s that I have seen are all top notch. One time I went in with a serious issue and the PA who saw me had me get some blood testing right away. They called the next day to have me go right to hospital. And they continued to follow up with me to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this office for any health issue whether it’s minor or major.

I chose Priority Urgent Care because of their proximity to my home and their ready access to radiology services. After a nasty fall clearing snow in my driveway, I was experiencing severe pain in my shoulder, arm and ribs. The examining nurse was thorough and sensitive to the pain I was having. I was provided a disc of the radiographs to convey to an orthopedic service for follow up treatment. All the members of the staff were kind, competent and congenial. All in all, a great crew.

I came to this urgent care because I’ve had nothing but horrifying experiences at others. The nurses here were so kind, very efficient, so smart, and didn’t hesitate to get the job done. We were in and out in less than an hour! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, checkin/checkout was a very smooth process. This is such a great place to receive any urgent care. Going to Urgent Care, obviously you’re not feeling well. With that being said, My experience was very good. Everyone was very nice & friendly. That includes the young lady at the front desk, who also brought me to the exam room, the PA who saw me & treated me & the X-Ray Technician who did the chest X-Ray. They were all very professional & did a wonderful job. They also sent my prescription orders to my pharmacy right away. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Today I saw Elvis after battling bronchitis for the last three weeks. I had finished the Antibiotics my Dr had prescribed on Monday. I was starting to feel better, but at 3am this morning I awoke having a problem breathing and feeling worse than before. I was there for over two hours as Elvis ordered test and X-rays. He wanted to make sure this time we would have clarity on the issue and the right treatment. It ended up I have pneumonia. Elvis called in a few antibiotics, an inhaler and cough meds to help me. I am grateful they were open and so thorough. I will definitely go back to Priority again.

Most recently: I had to take my daughter to urgent care for a fall to get X-rays and instantly thought to bring her here. I’m so glad I did. The staff was amazing with her and so patient/caring. Not to mentioned we waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I will always come back here for our urgent care needs. Such a good experience here! Needed a last minute appointment and every where else I called was fully booked. Was helped as soon as I arrived, everyone was super nice and helpful. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was called in. I was in and out in 40 minutes max! I will definitely come back here if I ever need urgent care again.

I went to Priority Urgent Care Ellington,CT due to a sinus issue. It is showing excellent signs of clearing following the instructions I got with no antibiotics. The staff was very pleasant my visit was taken care of promptly without having called for an appointment. The place was clean. I would 100% recommend others to go with what medical issues they have. I will definitely go back if needed. Very pleased with their service.

The medical assistant was very compassionate and the P.A ( Rachel Willam’s ) was over the TOP!! Very Sympathetic & ran all the proper tests. She was amazing!!! ! I got there on time. I made my math appointment online. They took me in right away. Everyone was very professional happy and helpful. The doctor required HS x-ray I didn’t have to leave. I was able to get one right there. I am very pleased. Thank you very much for what you people do all day every day.

What an excellent experience I had. I came in with an eye injury. Calling on the way in to save my spot in line was easy. I saw J. Grant. She was thorough, informative, and answered all of my questions. This practice is very clean too.

My doctor is on vacation and Poison Ivy waits for no one!! Popped in at 3:45 on a Thursday. The receptionist was quick, affable, and made small talk. Waited for <5 minutes, vitals taken, NP saw me, out the door in 15. Awesome, all the way around.

Went to Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet day but my lips suddenly started swallowing and I was freaking out. Went to see a doctor at this urgent care and he is the best doctor!!! All the doctors here are very great!!! Super helpful and now I’m fine!!!

Scheduling was super easy, being able to fill out paperwork beforehand was a huge time saver. I got to my appointment a couple minutes early, and I was told they were running behind about a half hour or so and I could either wait in the office or in the car and I would get a text message when they were ready to see me. It was right about a half hour when I got the message that they were ready, I only waited in the waiting room for about 2 minutes before they took me to my room. And from there my whole visit took maybe 10 minutes total. The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and very helpful. The waiting room office and outside were all extremely clean and well taken care of. I've been to this urgent Care a couple of times and every time I get great service, all my questions get answered, the doctors and nurses are very quick doing what they have to do but also will take the time to explain things or help you if you need it. Definitely a 10/10 place to go for urgent care!

I have visited Priority Urgent Care in Ellington, CT and have had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist and staff up front it was a pleasure to Meet with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially want to be happy to Acknowledge the perfect treatment by PA Rebecca Gregor, she was awesome, most knowledgeable and friendly, that I ever met. I assumed I had laryngitis and they took me right in, receptionist, medic and PA were all so nice. Thankfully I brought my husband with me because I lost my voice so he could talk for me. They told me within seconds my assumption was correct and even though I spent hours at Hartford Hospital Friday and it was a waste of time she gave me prednisone to hopefully speed this virus along. I can barely eat anything without choking, that’s the biggest inconvenience. Thank you so much for being so caring and fast

I had a walk in visit and I was in and out I’m guessing 15 minutes at the most, granted it was just a ear infection but I was so pleased with the top care of everyone gave definitely going back when needed
