Hardly any wait. The office was clean. The NP was professional and had an excellent bedside manner. Overall, exactly what my wife and I were looking for!

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida and needed assistance quickly. It was a Saturday and not many places were open. We found them online. We were able to make an appointment as we drove and check in as we drove another hour to get there. It was a a great choice. We were greeted by an friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly. We were called in in less then 10 minutes and the Dr came in shortly after. She was very caring and quickly accessed our problem calling in a prescription 3 hours further to our destination. When we arrived at our destination..our prescription was ready! The office called on Monday to check on us and see if we needed anything else! We couldn't be more thankful as we were leaving for a cruise in a few days!

Very professional operation. I was seen promptly, the doctor listened to me, diagnosed me, and explained what was going on. I was very happy with the service I received there, from the reception to diagnosis to exit. I would definitely recommend Doctor's Urgent Care Ocala.

Clean, efficient and quick. From the front lady to the doctors, all are amazing. They took good care of my kids. This urgent care is my go to from now on whenever my kids get sick after hour or during weekends.

My mother who is 92 tested + for covid. We were able to do a vitual visit, get her the proper meds and she is on her way to recovery. This urgent care was one of the most cooperative and professional care I have ever experienced! Brian M

Excellent care, very professional, respectful, thoughtful ARNP and PA who treated me on two occasions. Referals and texted follow ups showed concern and interest in best outcomes. Staff all friendly and supportive.

Their online process to make an appointment and collect all necessary information was super easy. When I got in the office, they got me in right away and I was out of there within a half hour. The Dr was very nice and friendly. Overall great experience and quick!

I had to bring all 3 of my children here because of an illness and the staff was not only respectful, but patient and caring to my kids, despite their behaviors from being sick. That goes a long way and I am very grateful!!

I have been to this clinic twice, once for my child a little over a month ago and another time for myself yesterday. Both times I came in the staff was very nice, the doctors were professional, caring, explained healing instructions well and the office is very clean! I will definitely be back. This is the best urgent care of Ocala and I’ll recommend to family and friends. And they are also open on Sundays which is a huge plus!

That was, HANDS DOWN, the most pleasant urgent care/ walk-in clinic experience I've ever had. Took my almost 5yo daughter for a physical, there was nearly no wait, the staff was friendly and sweet. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely pick them again and again for any future needs.

This is my 3rd time coming to this clinic. First 2 were for my son and they are awesome, quick, good manners, I used to go to the UF here in Ocala but they gotten bad. Never have a spot available, and they take the longest time to call you. But not in here… I definitely will keep coming here

We were visiting from Virginia and my son get a fever and sore throat. I was able to schedule his appt online for 8 am. We were seen right away. I was able to pay for our out of network at the self pay rate which was very reasonable. He had strep throat and we were give. An antibiotic and out the door in about 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and it was a good experience.

This is the place to go! Super fast to get me in, and allowed me to be seen at near closing hours. I was in bad shape and they fixed me right up. Phenomenal staff (LPN David Companion was the best), professional, compassionate and the best bedside manner. Also, I paid out of pocket and the cost was less than taking my cat to the vet haha. Thanks so much for the A+ service!

I visited this urgent care on 03/07 for recurring pain in my left knee. The office manager and staff were extremely courteous and welcoming and were able to process my insurance and information quickly. I was seen in less than 5 minutes, and the provider Ashley was phenomenal. My knee is doing much better, and im back up and functioning again. This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care.

Great service, wonderful staff. We called and they accommodated us, even though it was almost close on a weekend. The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The doctors and nurse were so good with my little son, took their times to fully assess and examine, and made sure all our concerns were addressed, explaining everything. He went over our options with respect and full information, making rational recommendations. This doctor was friendly, straightforward, thorough, and amazing. I don’t normally rate 5 stars for a group, but I was highly impressed. Thank you so much.

I've been to this urgent care a few different times in the past two months. I have seen three different providers and all have been thorough and efficient all while being conscious of my time. This office was wonderful. They were open on new years day whe I came down with some awful flu symptoms, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All the staff was polite and professional, and they were great with my daughter who was with me. Office is Clean and as inviting as a quick care can be. Would recommend to everyone!

Went here with a family member. The front desk staff were so nice, super helpful, and very caring. The Medical staff took the time and explained everything in a very caring manner. I have never felt so well taken care off in any other urgent care. I would highly recommend this place.

My 6 month old daughter was quite congested, and was having difficulties. I went to the nearest quick care and did not get any answers as to what was going on. I then took her here, and they made sure to explain exactly what was going on and take their time to make sure I understood. The woman at the front desk was patient and sweet, answered my silly questions about the papers. When leaving she made sure to address me kindly even though she was in the middle of a call. During my daughter's check up, the women took care to be gentle yet thorough. I was in and out rather quickly but did not feel rushed. This is a great place.
