The wait was a bit long but I expected that the day after Christmas. The NP was very nice and listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. He also provided information about the meds he prescribed. The only thing I was surprised about was that I wasn’t provided any paperwork upon checkout. I’m used to getting a sheet of paper with information about my visit such as diagnosis and a list of the meds prescribed. Overall, I was very happy with the visit.

After realizing my primary care doctor could not find 15 minutes all day to see me and what I was very concerned over. My health insurance website recommended Doctors Urgent Care! On their website I secured an appointment to be seen in 2 hours. I completed the online application process within 20 minutes and was all set, that easy! I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early thinking, there is always more paperwork, but a super friendly receptionist said, thank you for pre-registering please have a seat for a few minutes the nurse will come get you soon. I only waited maybe 10 minutes and the nurse asked for me to follow her. She then started talking to me, how was my day, what was i there for, very friendly and I never felt rushed, very thorough, asked more questions based on my responses. While she took my vitals signs we continued to talk about me and what brought me there today. 5 minutes later the Doctor came in, she took the conversation and answers the nurse and i discussed asked more questions trying to narrow in on my condition. She was very thorough with her exam asking questions and the answers led her to the diagnosis. She continued to explain her diagnosis until I fully understood. A quick trip to schedule my follow up appointment. I left there thinking how nice the experience was, feeling relieved and cared for, but also how quick and professional everyone was. I truly felt like my family Doctor and staff did their very best to care for me, Awesome!

I’m snowbird, my medicare insurance do not cover out of state, 1st time I need urgent care and I was looking where I can go without of insurance and I find this place, I was very pleased with all staff and doctor who take care of me, right now I’m taking medication for my health issue and the doctor want to see me at the end of the week. Prices reasonable compare with other places. Thanks everyone at the clinic for been so good with patients same as the doctor. Blessings to all and happy holidays.

Small office nice employees and Dr's. not a long wait to be seen and you will get results. I love going their to be seen when I need a Dr. Right away . I always come to the Quick Care before going to the emergency room, you will get the same results at less time and less money.

What a wonderful practice! From Alicia at the front desk, to Erica taking my vitals and then seeing Juan to discuss what I was experiencing, they were all so kind and nice. I did not have a long wait and was seen immediately and taken care of appropriately. I highly recommend this practice for urgent care needs.

Making an 8 AM appointment at 4 AM was a new concept for me and I liked it. The staff was attentive and professional in every way possible. They do not have an on-site x-ray capability, but when an x-ray was needed, they made arrangements for me at a radiology clinic, where the staff was equally as professional. I have nothing but nice things to say about the treatment I received at both places.

I don't believe I will go to another Urgent Care in the area, so long as I can go here. the attending I had on Sunday November the Second in the last hour before closing was some of the best and most respectful experience I have ever had with any healthcare staff. I was also in a terrible mood and they cheered me up a lil- especially the sweet girl at the front desk! You picked wonderful staff as far as I can tell, extremely helpful, respectful and informative.

Yesterday my son was complaining of chest tightness, sore throat, and potentially exposed to covid. He also has triggered asthma at times. The PA we saw was very accommodating, and when I asked for a medication to help open him up, she was more than willing to prescribe. A lot of Dr’s will say no at first. She is one of the few providers he’s seen that said Mom, you know him better than anyone else. I can do that for you. My son is much improved today, and was able to go back to school without any complaints. Wish more providers were like her. As she saved him from days of discomfort! Thank You!

My wife and I were visiting friends here in Florida, and needed an urgent referral, and they recommended Doctors Urgent Care. From the staff at the front desk, to the provider who saw us, we were very pleased and impressed with the service… professional, competent and friendly.

From the young woman working the check in to the nurse and PA on staff, our experience was amazing! I easily booked online for my daughter’s sports physical for the next day. That morning someone called to give me a heads up it would not be covered by insurance, provided my out of pocket costs, and then let me know they weren’t busy if we wanted to come early! Great customer service! My daughter felt very comfortable with all the staff! We will be back next year! Thanks to PA Wood for all her support!

Needed help with my eczema asap and couldn't go anywhere without and appointment! I looked up urgent care in Ocala and stumbled across "Doctors urgent care" and went in and got seen right away I was probably there for about 30 minutes. I don't have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket which was $129 and if I was to have anything additional done it would have still been under $200 total. Everyone was really nice, understanding, and helpful! Highly recommend this place!!! Great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this walk-in clinic! Every visit with my son has been quick, efficient, and stress-free. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and patient, which immediately puts us both at ease. They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly, so I never feel rushed or left with unanswered questions. What I appreciate most is how safe and comfortable they make my son feel—he’s never nervous about going, which says a lot. The environment feels warm and caring, almost like being at home, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. It’s such a relief knowing we have a clinic we can trust for quality care. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place that truly values both you and your child!

I have visited this site on several occasions over the last 6-8 months for various reasons. Each and every time they have given excellent service and care to my needs. I would 10/10 recommend them if you are in need of an urgent care facility.

Dr’s Urgent Care is phenomenal. You can walk in and generally be seen within 20 minutes if not sooner and be out of the office within 30-40 minutes easy. The Dr’s or nurse practitioners are kind, caring and very thorough and the staff is also very friendly as well. I’ve been here many times as it is much easier to walk in or make an appointment when I have any kind of health issue and be seen then to wait for a distant appointment with my primary. I highly recommend this office. It’s obviously managed professionally and properly from a patients point of view. I want to add that I had to go back yesterday after seeing a wonderful new provider there that I had seen the week earlier for a UTI. He took the time to sit with me and explain why I am considered a complexed patient and exactly the reason why they prescribed the certain medication that they did. He did extra research finding that I could be in need of a higher dose to cure the current infection and helped me out professionally, kindly and with extreme care. This service had left me feeling relief and extremely confident in my care that was given!

This is hands down the best urgent care in Ocala! The staff is caring, professional, and efficient — they truly go above and beyond. I’ve been to other urgent care centers in the area, and none of them come close to the level of service I received here. If you don’t believe me, go see for yourself — and leave a review. They deserve every bit of recognition. Anyone who says otherwise honestly doesn’t understand what great care looks like. I visited this urgent care clinic after experiencing severe flu symptoms that worsened overnight. The check-in process was surprisingly efficient, and the staff treated me with patience and professionalism despite how busy they were. The physician listened carefully, explained my diagnosis clearly, and prescribed medication that helped me recover within a few days. That experience made me appreciate the value of accessible, fast healthcare, especially for people who might not have a primary doctor.

Easy parking, sign in paperwork and very clean waiting room. Staff was super caring, even helped me out to my car. They listened and prescribed a treatment plan based on my needs. Great experience when your in pain.

Very clean! So easy to schedule online. I had an appointment booked with another walk-in but arrived to find it closed! I got online and within a minute had an appointment. Filled out most of the paperwork online and had minimal to do after arriving. Waited no more than 10 minutes. Both the nurse and the PA were friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Suffering from severe eye irritation and unable to get an appointment with my primary sooner than the following week. Went online to Doctor’s Urgent Care on recommendation of my neighbor and was able to book an appointment to be seen in half an hour. Staff was courteous. Very little wait time. PA was friendly and attentive, eager to ease my discomfort. Not in my preferred provider network, so co-pay was higher, but worth the immediate, thoughtful care.

I thought I'd been bitten by a poisonous spider and got an appointment within an hour of contract, online! Check on was very quick with very pleasant reception. Dr came in and diagnosed instantly that it was Shingles not a bite. Not what one wants to hear, but couldn't be happier with care given.

Took my son to be seen and we were in and out in less than 30 mins, and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy asap. Everyone was friendly and professional. He was seen by the doctor as soon as we were taken to a room without having to wait so long. I know everyone's experience may not be the same, but I'd def recommend and hope it goes just as smooth for others.

Have to give credit where credit is due. I brought my mom here because going to her primary would have taken months for an appointment. The Nurse practitioner, Ashley was very nice and was very caring towards my mom. The medical assistants were pleasant as well. The front office staff was great and when I called the next day with a question in regards to a medication, the front office staff took care of it right away. Can’t say enough great things. The facility was clean and we were in and out in no time. My mom was also very happy with her visit. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Doctora urgent Care and I had a great experience. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes which is amazing in itself but even more so because I had booked the appointment only thirty minutes prior to arrival. The office and exam room were clean and the cost of the visit and labs were made clear to me before treatment. I will be using Doctors Urgent Care in the furture as well as recommending this office to anyone in need.

This is my go to spot when I need a quick check up. I’ve never sat in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes. The staff in the front are always very nice and Doctor Mary is always so friendly and kind. She always takes her time to give me a proper diagnosis. 100/10 recommend this facility.

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida and needed assistance quickly. It was a Saturday and not many places were open. We found them online. We were able to make an appointment as we drove and check in as we drove another hour to get there. It was a a great choice. We were greeted by an friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly. We were called in in less then 10 minutes and the Dr came in shortly after. She was very caring and quickly accessed our problem calling in a prescription 3 hours further to our destination. When we arrived at our destination..our prescription was ready! The office called on Monday to check on us and see if we needed anything else! We couldn't be more thankful as we were leaving for a cruise in a few days!

I have been to this clinic twice, once for my child a little over a month ago and another time for myself yesterday. Both times I came in the staff was very nice, the doctors were professional, caring, explained healing instructions well and the office is very clean! I will definitely be back. This is the best urgent care of Ocala and I’ll recommend to family and friends. And they are also open on Sundays which is a huge plus!

That was, HANDS DOWN, the most pleasant urgent care/ walk-in clinic experience I've ever had. Took my almost 5yo daughter for a physical, there was nearly no wait, the staff was friendly and sweet. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely pick them again and again for any future needs.

This is my 3rd time coming to this clinic. First 2 were for my son and they are awesome, quick, good manners, I used to go to the UF here in Ocala but they gotten bad. Never have a spot available, and they take the longest time to call you. But not in here… I definitely will keep coming here

We were visiting from Virginia and my son get a fever and sore throat. I was able to schedule his appt online for 8 am. We were seen right away. I was able to pay for our out of network at the self pay rate which was very reasonable. He had strep throat and we were give. An antibiotic and out the door in about 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and it was a good experience.
