It’s been a great experience coming here. Both the hormone and acupuncture treatments have been helping me so much. Since the urgent pc treatment, I haven’t been waking up at night as much, and I don’t have to use the restroom as often during the day anymore. I love the office, everyone here has been so nice and gracious.

I recently did prolapse surgery with Dr. Prema and my healing went very well. Before surgery I could barely walk, I felt like I was constantly pregnant and felt a bother all the time. Now the only word I can explain how I feel is rejuvenated. I have so much more energy and feel so much better overall. I truly recommend doing surgery with Dr. Prema if you have similar issues. I’ve also been doing the hormone replacement treatment with her and that has helped me tremendously. Her entire office is all so respectful and caring, they always called me to check up on how I am feeling after the surgery.

Dr. Premas office is amazing. Her and all of her staff have helped me to feel my best. Before doing the hormone replacement therapy I was in constant pain and just frustrated overall. Now doing this I have felt so happy, my body isnt in pain anymore, and Ive been sleeping much better. I would definitely recommend this treatment and her office to anyone going through what I have.

I started seeing Dr Prema 4 years ago , she did surgery for prolapse and since then I’ve felt great over all. I started the biote I’m on round 4 and I feel with so much energy always in a good mood. My libido has increased so much . My vision has improved also I have no more joint pain and I’m also loosing weight. I sleep very good with this hormones therapy.

I’ve known Dr. Prema for quite a while now, she led me to the right Dr when I needed my operation. Everything was successful and I’m better now. Now that I have another issue falling under the women’s category, she’s treating me for that. And I’m completely sure she’s guiding me the right away. I have 100% faith in her ability and training. I am getting better both physically and mentally, I do not worry as much as I used to.

I have lived in New York and California all my life. I have seen OB/GYN‘s for obvious reasons that I am a woman who have been pregnant and has children at this point in my life. I am very grateful that 25 years ago I found doctor Prima she is magnificent. She has patient. She explains everything you feel like you’re the only person in the office when you’re here she’s kind And very compassionate. She has helped me a lot through little things and big things. There is no one like her she has also recommended other doctors for me. That really great but not like her. She’s one of a kind.

IVE HAD GREAT CARE SINCE COMING TO DR. PREMA SHE REALLY PAYS ATTENTION TO YOUR CONCERNS AND NEEDS THE STAFF IS GREAT WITH APPOINTMENTS AND SUPPORT. SINCE DOING MY HORMONE THERAPY IVE FELT GREAT AND WITH IT HAS HELPED WITH STRESS.

Dr. Prema is amazing. I have been seeing her for many years and I trust her knowledge and practice. She is very compassionate and listens to my concerns. The hormone replacement treatment she offered me has helped me a lot.

I have been seeing Dr. Prema since 2008 when I got referred to her for surgery. She was able to do surgery for me and I have had zero incontinence symptoms since that time. I believe that Dr. Prema has the heart to really care about her patients, she bases everything off of my history and feelings. She does the perfect job.

I came to Dr Prema with many incontinence symptoms. If I went walking for a long time I would have leakage and would have to be very close to a restroom at all times. Dr Prema was then able to perform a surgery on me and it helped me greatly. There were no post surgery complications and I am healing very well. Dr. Prema helped me so much and I very much recommend her.

I previously came Dr. Prema for cysts and she treated me really well. She gave me her full attention and also spoke to me about my menopausal symptoms. I was able to get blood work done and after that she recommended me a hormone replacement treatment. Before the treatment I had very low libido, low energy, and difficulty sleeping. After I got my first injection it all completely changed. I am on my third now and I am feeling amazing. Dr. Prema truly gives her full attention and only wants the best for her patients. Her office is excellent and I truly recommend it to any woman going through menopause.

I previously seen at Kaiser and was referred to this office. Ive had a great experience, everyone is very friendly here and Dr is very knowledgeable. They were able to treat me here which they couldn't at Kaiser. Shes been getting me on track as far as my health.

I was dealing with vaginal dryness, mood swings, brain fog, and depression. After coming to Dr. Prema she recommended the Biote treatment and I noticed a big difference. After that, I felt encouraged to get the MonaLisa treatment as well. Dr. Prema has been very understanding and was the Dr that helped me. I’m very thankful for her and her staff, they have made a big difference with my personal life and my relationship with my daughter. Before I was very moody and unhappy with myself. I very much recommend the Biote and MonaLisa treatment with Dr. Prema.

Dr. Prema is the best when it comes to women's health and menopause or perimenopause. She takes her time to explain processes that are not talked about and is invested in her patients. I would totally recommend her! She is empathetic and can share information based on her own experiences. She tries remedies herself before sharing with her patients. She's the best!

Dr. Prema is the best UroGinecologist!!! She did surgery last year on me and everything was perfect! her nurses called me next day to ask how I was feeling. First visit there and the best experience ever! From the front desk check in to the nurse in the back and of course the Doctor!! I truly recommend this doctors office. They are truly professional, and the doctor takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel so comfortable. I am so grateful I was referred to her.

Was surprised to hear Dr. Zeno was no longer there, but I saw Dr. Prema Kothandaraman! She absolutely wonderful. Very kind and caring. Was very comfortable with her! Fantastic office too! I highly recommend Dr. Kothandaraman! AAA+++

Dr. Prema is a great doctor, very thorough in explaining the issue at hand, very good demeanor and doesnt rush. My mother saw her for the second time today and considering it was a last minute request, was grateful to be squeezed in. Very friendly staff as well. Definitely recommend Dr. Prema to anyone seeking an obgyn.

Wonderful Doctor with great bedside manner. Very open to discuss anything you might need assistance with. I used to dread my annual checkups but ever since I found Dr. Prema that isn't the case.

I moved from Kansas to California when I was 5 months pregnant. I found Dr. Prema on my insurance network and called to set up an appointment, moved to Cali and had an appointment that same week I moved here. I love all the nurses , they’re all so kind , they make you feel very welcome . I’ve never had an issue with Dr. Prema , she is very kind and so good at explaining things through the process of everything she’s doing. Only issue I’ve had is her not warning me when she’s about to go in to check my cervix . I wish she’d say,”ok ready, take a deep breathe.” Instead she just goes for it. Other than that , she’s amazing, definitely knows what she’s doing. While being in the waiting room , I’ve heard other women complain to the nurse at the front desk about having to pay a large amount for their copay, when really that’s not the nurses fault AT ALL! I wish these women would check with their insurance and see what their deductible is before going in to the office and complaining to the nurse who has no fault. I would definitely recommend Dr. Prema to anyone looking for an OB

Dr. Prema is an amazing health provider. Not only is her demeanor comforting but she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I had to go through 4 different doctors to finally see results for my abnormal bleeding issue. Dr. Prema was the only doctor who provided me with options other than a hysterectomy, which I was not ready to deal with. I appreciated her willingness and effort to figure out what was causing my issue and explore other options to control it. Within a few visits she had my issue under control. I am grateful for her patience and understanding of my needs and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who is trustworthy, knowledgeable and doubtful of their current provider. Don't settle, at the very least get a second opinion with Dr. Prema. You won't regret it.

Dr. Prema Has a great bedside manner and a wonderful personality. She is great at explaining and educating you as a patient and treat you as an individual. She sees my 18-year-old daughter and me at 39 years old. She Tailored our experience to what we need. Especially being my daughter’s first experience at an OB/GYN, even she walked out of the room with a smile saying that she learned so much more and is excited for the next time she goes back. Thank you Dr. Premature and your staff for welcoming us, We have definitely found our family Obgyn :-)

although the wait can be overwhelming at times, Dr Prema is AMAZING- I have only had my children at Kaiser and was so scared to have my third some where else with another Dr.... she has made the transition over as smooth as possible and is very reassuring when it comes to mine and my unborn childs health.
