My loved one began TMS treatments for depression, and we’ve had a truly positive experience. Brittney, the technician, has been absolutely wonderful—always cheerful, supportive, and incredibly accommodating. She creates such a calm and welcoming environment at every appointment, often commenting on the little things she noticed and making my loved one smile and feel more confident. The treatments themselves have made a real difference. My loved one is smiling again and able to handle daily tasks that once felt overwhelming. I'm so grateful for Brittney and the impact this treatment has had on his well-being.

I have been doing TMS treatments for about 4 weeks and have experienced a great improvement in my mood and my ability to sleep at night. I’m very pleased with the fact that I don’t have to take medication. Britney’s kindness and positivity are uplifting and inspiring. She goes over and beyond to provide outstanding service. I have always been treated very kindly even when I’m chronically late which I try very hard to correct but not hard enough. I’m committing to being on time when I return from Illinois back to Florida. Brittany has a sweet personality and has been very patient and flexible with me which I really appreciate. Not only have I enjoyed my TMS treatment in the PGA office. I have found these treatments to be very effective long-term for my depression and anxiety. Keep up the good work you guys!

I've been attending sessions at Steadfast Medical for several months now at Palm Beach Gardens location. I must state that the experience thus far has been very positive. My attending practitioner Letty has been very kind and helpful with me going through the process. If it wasn't for her helping through the process with her knowledge and kindness, I wouldn't be making the progress I have made thus far.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Timothy Andrassy and Ms. Letty. From the very first appointment, I felt genuinely heard, understood, and supported. The atmosphere in the office is calm and comforting—exactly what you’d hope for when dealing with mental health concerns. Dr. Andrassy is incredibly thoughtful, patient, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen without judgment, asks insightful questions, and works collaboratively to find the best treatment plan. I never felt like "just another patient"—I felt seen as a whole person. The front desk staff is also kind and discreet, which makes appointments and follow-ups easy and stress-free. Make an appointment today!!!! This team is incredible. I have used their TMS services, and most recently the Spravato treatments. It no joke has saved my life. For the first time in 40 years I don’t have anxiety, I feel happy, I feel optimistic. Absolutely life saving and life changing. Letty is amazing, and the therapist Makenzie. Amazing team.

Having to find another Dr after 14 years with your old Dr is nerve wracking to say the least. You want to find someone that loves their job, understanding, compassionate and feel very comfortable in talking to. Sometimes you may have to go thru a few. I am very happy with Dr Nat as I call him. Even though i am in my 60s and his is a young man, we connect, so I am able to talk to him about everything and you need to be able to do that. The office is wonderful when I was having a terrible time as I am now taking care of my 93 year young mom, they were able to get me in to see him very quickly. It's no fun having mental health issues, but with people that love their job, interested in truly helping you and easy to talking with, you can achieve more good days that bad, along with medication. I would truly recommend Dr Nat without hesitation, this office understands and will work with you everyday they can.

Amazing experience with Nathan Howard. He understands the complexity of mental health. He understands the multitude of variables that go along with medication and when to and not to use them. Easy and accessible. Anytime I need to call the staff on phone are amazing and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend and have many times.

I became a patient of Nathan’s right after a mental breakdown that landed me in the hospital, and I am so grateful to have found him. The struggle of my mental health has been life crippling for as long as I can remember. I can’t count the number of psychiatrists, therapists, doctors and PA’s that I’ve seen and no one has been able to help me. They just threw medications at me and sent me on my way. Nathan took the time to truly get to know me and my personality, he had me take some assessments, started me on medication than would note how I was feeling. He gave me a diagnosis, then everything made sense to me, why nothing and no one was ever able to help me feel better. After finally being diagnosed correctly, and on the right medications I am finally able to live my life to the fullest. Thank you, Nathan, for being part of my mental health care.

I was recommended to try TMS for treatment resistant depression. Since receiving these daily treatments, I have noticed a major improvement in my overall mood and behavior. Letty is in charge of TMS and she is such a doll. She is warm, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her patients. My schedule is very hectic and she is so accommodating and never minds staying late at the office to see me. She sincerely cares about her patients wellbeing which I feel is rare to find these days. Overall, this is probably the best psychiatric office I have ever been to. Thank you so much to all of the staff for everything you do ❤️.

Love seeing Nathan Howard!!!! He has been amazing in understanding my feelings and helping me work through my issues. He gives me the confidence to keep pushing forward when sometimes I want to crumble. I feel much better mentally and feel like I can accomplish most things I never thought I could. Nathan is the best! Making the decision to focus on my mental health was - by far - the best choice I have ever made and he couldn’t have made it more comfortable for me. Nathan Howard was referred to me by a coworker that absolutely raves about his dedication, promptness in ordering meds, knowledge and kindness. She was 100% right. I feel like a new person! I know the journey is mine, but he sure has helped me with the proper tools to get there. I truly enjoy our sessions. In fact, I referred ANOTHER coworker who also sees him now and is just as pleased as us. Highly recommended!!!!!

When I had to find another psychiatry office - especially after a severe mental episode, I was so afraid because I have seen some awful providers. The intake process was quick and the person who took my call, I wish I could remember his name, made sure I was seen via telehealth asap. He kept me on a waiting list and followed up. That was my first sign that this was one of the good practices. Nathan Howard has been a blessing in so many ways. He has helped me at my worst and I cannot begin to describe the huge difference he has made in my life by just listening. It’s difficult to advocate for yourself sometimes, but he listens to my concerns. I was skeptical seeing a male psychiatric practitioner as I felt I could relate more with a female. However, he changed my view on that. His approach is direct, but filled with empathy. I can’t describe it but it’s almost as if you know he is not just saying what you want to hear, he is saying what YOU need and you trust it. Highly recommended!

This review is for Bethany who helped us as a new patient scheduling a 1st appointment. We want to say thank you to Bethany for all your help and being so kind. From the hello, to scheduling the appointment with availability the next day, to offering telehealth, and her help with new patient paperwork, telling us just call and she will help with any questions we may have with it. Bethany was patient at times we had to ask her to please hold while we sent insurance information. The whole experience was impressive. Finding a new Doctor is never easy, especially when suffering from Anxiety. The first impression of the office is the most important. When Bethany offered the telehealth visit due to us being in Port St Lucie and the closest office being in Stuart for now, that was so kind her. As a patient, being in your own surroundings makes it easier since that pre-appointment drive anxiety isn't there. Bethany was extremely helpful and understanding and we truly appreciate it. Most people only write a review when they have a bad experience not giving credit to all the good some do. Bethany deserves to be acknowledged and hopefully rewarded by her management. Employees like her are not easily found. We hope the office and management knows what an asset Bethany is to them. Kindness and not making the person on the other end of the phone feel like you are bothering them, going above and beyond offering options like the telehealth and assistance with paperwork goes a long way and says alot for the office even before speaking with the doctor. I found this office about 2-3 months ago after previous awful providers, and I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches! I have finally found a place that cares about my well-being, not only pharmacologically, but also as a person. They include talk therapy during the sessions, and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Nathan Howard; he is an amazing provider that has been fully invested since day 1 of meeting him. He is interested in my progress and making sure that I am getting the necessary treatment. also shout out to the amazing staff in front desk. They are really helpful and timely with any prescriptions or messages that need to be relayed.

Hailey always has a smile that makes me feel comfortable. She is highly organized. Hailey always has the time to schedule visits that works best for me. Dr. Brown is caring and calm. He takes the time to listen and make suggestions. He makes eye contact which is important to me. Dr. Brown has helped me to begin to heal and look ahead to the future and not cling to the past. Makenzie Cummings is the best psychiatric provider I have ever worked with, and I’ve seen A LOT!!! She is super kind, empathetic, supportive, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. If she isn’t familiar with something that was brought up during a session, she will do a deep dive until she is comfortable addressing it (which she does in a very timely manner). She has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions, and I am so grateful to have found her and made her a part of my “Dream Team” of providers after numerous bad experiences with several others. Her assistant Hailey is amazing as well. TL;DR: five stars aren’t enough…Makenzie deserves every star in the galaxy (ditto Hailey)!!!

I was recommended to try TMS for treatment resistant depression. Since receiving these daily treatments, I have noticed a major improvement in my overall mood and behavior. Letty is in charge of TMS and she is such a doll. She is warm, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her patients. My schedule is very hectic and she is so accommodating and never minds staying late at the office to see me. She sincerely cares about her patients wellbeing which I feel is rare to find these days. Overall, this is probably the best psychiatric office I have ever been to. Thank you so much to all of the staff for everything you do ❤️.

Love seeing Nathan Howard!!!! He has been amazing in understanding my feelings and helping me work through my issues. My experience with the TMS treatments I have been receiving at Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches is beginning to offer me hope that soon I will be free of this awful curse. Nathan Howard was referred to me by a coworker that absolutely raves about his dedication, promptness in ordering meds, knowledge and kindness. She was 100% right. I feel like a new person! I know the journey is mine, but he sure has helped me with the proper tools to get there. I truly enjoy our sessions. When I had to find another psychiatry office - especially after a severe mental episode, I was so afraid because I have seen some awful providers. The intake process was quick and the person who took my call, I wish I could remember his name, made sure I was seen via telehealth asap. He kept me on a waiting list and followed up. That was my first sign that this was one of the good practices. Nathan Howard has been a blessing in so many ways. He has helped me at my worst and I cannot begin to describe the huge difference he has made in my life by just listening. It’s difficult to advocate for yourself sometimes, but he listens to my concerns. I was skeptical seeing a male psychiatric practitioner as I felt I could relate more with a female. However, he changed my view on that. His approach is direct, but filled with empathy. I can’t describe it but it’s almost as if you know he is not just saying what you want to hear, he is saying what YOU need and you trust it. Highly recommended!

This review is for Bethany who helped us as a new patient scheduling a 1st appointment. We want to say thank you to Bethany for all your help and being so kind. From the hello, to scheduling the appointment with availability the next day, to offering telehealth, and her help with new patient paperwork, telling us just call and she will help with any questions we may have with it. Bethany was patient at times we had to ask her to please hold while we sent insurance information. The whole experience was impressive. Finding a new Doctor is never easy, especially when suffering from Anxiety. The first impression of the office is the most important. When Bethany offered the telehealth visit due to us being in Port St Lucie and the closest office being in Stuart for now, that was so kind her. As a patient, being in your own surroundings makes it easier since that pre-appointment drive anxiety isn't there. Bethany was extremely helpful and understanding and we truly appreciate it. Most people only write a review when they have a bad experience not giving credit to all the good some do. Bethany deserves to be acknowledged and hopefully rewarded by her management. Employees like her are not easily found. We hope the office and management knows what an asset Bethany is to them. Kindness and not making the person on the other end of the phone feel like you are bothering them, going above and beyond offering options like the telehealth and assistance with paperwork goes a long way and says alot for the office even before speaking with the doctor. I found this office about 2-3 months ago after previous awful providers, and I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches! I have finally found a place that cares about my well-being, not only pharmacologically, but also as a person. They include talk therapy during the sessions, and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Nathan Howard; he is an amazing provider that has been fully invested since day 1 of meeting him. He is interested in my progress and making sure that I am getting the necessary treatment. also shout out to the amazing staff in front desk. They are really helpful and timely with any prescriptions or messages that need to be relayed.

Hailey always has a smile that makes me feel comfortable. She is highly organized. Hailey always has the time to schedule visits that works best for me. Dr. Brown is caring and calm. He takes the time to listen and make suggestions. He makes eye contact which is important to me. Dr. Brown has helped me to begin to heal and look ahead to the future and not cling to the past. Makenzie Cummings is the best psychiatric provider I have ever worked with, and I’ve seen A LOT!!! She is super kind, empathetic, supportive, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. If she isn’t familiar with something that was brought up during a session, she will do a deep dive until she is comfortable addressing it (which she does in a very timely manner). She has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions, and I am so grateful to have found her and made her a part of my “Dream Team” of providers after numerous bad experiences with several others. Her assistant Hailey is amazing as well. TL;DR: five stars aren’t enough…Makenzie deserves every star in the galaxy (ditto Hailey)!!!

I am a patient of Dr Husted for over eleven years; he is always positive, reliable, and empathic; no matter what issue his patients may be facing at any given time. I am thankful that he is my doctor and will always recommend him to others, which I have to a number of people. When you need to pick a psychiatrist, you need to choose one that cares, and he does.

I cannot say enough about my experience today with the front desk and thru my whole visit.All I can say is Amazing.I was filled with anxiety and and by the time I left I felt so much better.Dr.Brescia is probably one of the best Dr's I hve ever been too.He takes his time,he listens to everything u hve to say,I hve never experienced such professionalism in my life.The front desk was so helpful,polite never made u feel like you were asking something tht was a bother to them.Just Top Notch All Around.I would recommend this practice in a minute.Thank you so much for making me feel like a person and easing my fears of going to the Dr's..U guys are the absolute 💯 best.
