I highly recommend Progressive Physical Therapy to anyone who wants specialized individual attention. Omar evaluated my condition and created a plan to improve my physical mobility and manage my pain. He is very caring, and knowledgeable in his field. His entire team is amazing and makes each visit a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone for helping me gain my strength back and improve my quality of life.

I took my mother to Progressive Physical Therapy for lymphedema. The therapist Lamiaa was very kind and knowledgeable but most of all compassionate. After her discharge all of our questions were promptly answered. She and her entire staff are caring and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place for PT. I have two issues and they are managing both. Head and neck lymphedema as well as a shoulder problem. Laima's Hefni is a certified lymphedema therapist and she has been making wonderful progress with my neck lymphedema following surgery. As well my arm/shoulder therapy is progressing and my range of motion continues to improve. I would highly recommend Progressive PT for their caring and complete services.

The atmosphere at PPT is personal, friendly and inviting. I was treated for lymphedema. Over a period of several weeks I learned a great deal about dealing with lymphedema, and the hierarchy of importance of the various treatment methods. I felt invited to help myself with this issue, never pressured. The therapist, Lamiaa, is knowledgable and lovely to work with. I highly recommend PPT for anyone who needs this therapy and prefers to enjoy the visit in a positive, healing surrounding.

They are the best! From the front desk to Dr Hussein and his assistants. I came in with a pinched nerve to n my neck, that was causing me arm numbness, headaches and pain. I had tried a chiropractor first with no success. Dr Hussein used a gentle approach, so gentle I figured it wouldn’t do much. But then, whalla! I began to feel better in no time and my symptoms totally went away! Neck pain gone! Highly recommend Progressive Physical Therapy!

I have been attending Progressive-Physical Therapy (PPT) under the care of Omar for several years, a couple of months at a time. Before my visits, I began to have difficulty doing a favorite hobby: watching birds in the forest preserves. Walking, stopping, viewing birds through binoculars and restarting requires balance and PPT was the solution that enabled me to maintain my balance on the local forest and grassland trails that I walk to see and monitor birds. Each time my balance began to wane, I have returned to Omar for refresher sessions that have kept me able to negotiate the unevenness of these trails. Also, I travel internationally to view birds and have visited every continent. This year, my 80th, I was just in Ghana, West Africa for three weeks and traversed even poorer trails that would have been impossible without my balance training. The last trail involved a 10 mile round trip and an elevation gain of 1300 feet, along a narrow path, often covered in vines and grasses, downed trees, washed out sections, and rubble. Thank you Omar, Sandy, and aids, all of whom are professional, personable, and considerate, which made my decisions to return for more therapy and some of their humor no-brainers.

Though I've had PT in a number of places, this is the best by far! Now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The therapists have techniques beyond what I have experienced before, with excellent results. An all-caring atmosphere extends from the front desk to every person on staff and lets you know you are seen as a full person and friend -- more than just another patient. It's like a family, and it's truly a pleasure to go there. I highly recommend Progressive Physical Therapy.

I was having balance problems and using a walker. After a few months with Omar, my balance was improved, and I was comfortable using a cane instead of the walker.
