I don’t know where to start with how overly SATISFIED I am with the medical service I received while being treated at Insight Urgent Care. From the beginning when I walked into the office I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and smile. Bri who is the front desk receptionist and medical assistant was everything WONDERFUL with assisting me with the pre-registration process to be seen and up to getting my health information and vital signs once seated in the examination room. Her care and kindness did not go unnoticed. I saw Dr. Vu Phung for my visit. Dr. Phung’s has GREAT bedside manners. When treating me he spoke to me and not at me like you will see some doctors do. He literally took the time out to listen to me on what I had going on with me. He then explained to me what his professional medical thoughts were and then followed up with my diagnosis. I enjoyed my medical interaction with Dr. Phung so much that I am looking into having him become my full time primary care physician. It was something about his service that made me feel like comfortable with his medical abilities. I will SINCERELY RECOMMEND Insight Urgent Care to my family, friends and anyone else to me their urgent medical care needs. On a last note the establishment is extremely clean which is an A+++.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Came in an hour before closing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan for quick recovery.

10 The level of service was phenomenal. The physicians bedside manners were impeccable. And the front desk attendant was very compassionate and willing to help. I had an unusual situation, and they handled it with Grace and they were thorough throughout the process. Highly recommend this facility

The staff was absolutely attentive, kind, and really made me feel like I'm mattered. They were fantastic. I was touched at how gentle and kind they were when it came to helping me figure out if I could use crutches. Everything about the experience was good.

This place was so easy to find. The front desk lady was very nice . We were able to be seen quickly because we scheduled an appointment online. The doctor was very nice and asked many questions. I would go back again. Liked their cash option also.

Had the best experience here, receptionist was so sweet, and the dr was so patient and kind with me when I was afraid. He was always checking on me to make sure I was okay and was very informative. Extremely clean and wonderful place! This place sets the standard.

I love how empathetic the doctor and front lady were. And also I admire how the front lady kept me updated while I was waiting for the doctor's arrival. Communication skills ??. And the doctor took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all.

The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing and so sweet. I wish there were more people like her in the health industry! The doctor is also very clear and enjoys what he does. This Urgent Care has some of the best personalities and I’m glad to have come here for my flu and covid test!

My boyfriend and I went here due to flu. The staff is amazing and everyone is so quick. Will come back if any further health problems. Everyone was nice and I felt well taken care of. Would recommend.

Had a cold and went in for a shot and antibiotics. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and the process was fast to be seen by the doctor. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and recommend anyone who is in need of medical treatment to come here. Make sure to check out their website.

My blood pressure was extremely high and I had difficulty breathing, so my husband took me to insight urgent care last night. I really appreciate the care I received from the clinic. Dr Phung is a very caring and thorough doctor. Nurse who helped me was also extremely kind and caring. I received excellent care and I would strongly recommend this clinic to anybody who's in need.

Staff was amazing and made me feel completely welcome. Elizabeth Campos made me feel so at ease even tho I was in pain and was patient with me every step of the way. Paul Nguyen made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of before I had left. Fantastic staff. Clean facility. I'm absolutely coming here next time I have an injury or illness.

Professional friendly and caring. The doctor took his time w me and listened to make sure he had all the information before making a diagnosis. There was also no wait time when I scheduled online and showed up for my appointment they took my in at my appointment time. Would definitely recommend this clinic

The facilities and staff are excellent. Dr. Nguyen's care was very efficient. He explained to me what I had and the treatment I needed. He called my daughter to inform her of the detailed results of the x-rays. Highly recommended.

Nursing staff is always kind and attentive. Dr. Nguyen remembers our previous visits and is personable and thorough - great bedside manner. We’ve never had to wait if we book online. I will continue using Insight over all other Urgent Cares.

Honestly I’m nervous with urgent care facilities, they can make you feel rushed and unheard but not here! They gave good care and listened. Minimal wait time, clean and helpful. If you’re near I’d recommend.

My girlfriend and I entered this urgent care facility almost at closing time. Cynthia was professional and courteous.l made check in process a piece of cake. Cynthia and Dr Nguyen got us in and out while still managing to provide professional quality care! We love that we are able to just walk in and get the treatment needed when we needed it! This location is open seven days a week so there's never a reason to worry! If you need to be seen quickly and you still want quality care visit this location! I will continue to utilize them for all my urgent care needs! This place beats the ER any day! It's also very clean! Masks are required for your protection.

I saw Dr. Nguyen today and he is amazing. He’s what every provider should strive to be. He was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and personable. He was patient and didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked a lot of my questions. He took his time and not once did I feel rushed or just another number. He is one of the best providers I have encountered and plan on seeing him more for medical needs for both my husband and I. Dr Nguyen, keep up the exceptional work. Your patients are lucky to have you! Thank you so much for being a great doctor!

Ms.Cynthia and Dr. Nguyen were FAST AND AMAZING!! I was able to check in online before arriving. It was little to no wait time ( 3 minutes max) Dr.Nguyen answered all my questions and concerns very nicely. I will definitely be making this place my new go for my urgent cares if I could give 10stars I would

I felt 80% better than when I arrived. I'm glad they are available to our community with minimal wait time and much less than the cost of an emergency room visit although I felt like I needed it. They met the challenge with COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING, AND OVERWHELMING EMPATHY

Hello everyone This urgent care is the absolute best. I went in because I wasn’t sure what happened to my ankle. I arrived at the facility. The lady at the front desk came out with wheelchair. So polite so helpful in my time of being stressed emotional all at the same time. Dr. P. Nguyen was amazing. He examined my entire foot ran X-rays along with keeping me calm and explaining everything that was going on with my ankle and foot. Insight Urgent Care I strongly recommend this location to anyone. I cannot thank you both enough for all of your help. This was the best experience I have had. Having a care and concern for your wellbeing is excellent. I am most grateful. Thank you.

No wait, fast and caring doctor and staff. So happy we found this clinic and there was an actual doctor who was able to help. Most urgent cares we've been to lately only had a PA on staff. We'd likely be sent to the emergency room if we tried there.

Urgent care was clean, staff was professional, and I saw a MD doctor, not a PA. Since this place is new, there is no wait. The xray was done right there, and a radiologist had the results in under an hour. A perfect visit.
