This was the best medical experience I’ve had in my entire life from the time I arrived. We did about 20 minutes of paperwork and then the doctor saw me within five minutes after that after waiting in the room for maybe two minutes the doctor came in and prescribe me what I needed. It was ready at the pharmacy a half hour later. ! Impeccable customer service at this establishment!!

I was able to make a same day appointment. Waited 10 to 15 minutes max. They accept my insurance. Dr. Alfonso Espinel diagnosed my issue as soon as he looked at it. Treated it and I was out after another 15 minutes - Thorough, accurate, and quick service with my problem resolved.

I had an ear ache that was causing me quite a bit of pain so I decided to go to an Urgent care. I saw an ad in Google for PrimeHealth. The staff quickly got me checked in to see the doctor. They prescribed some antibiotics and sent me on my. Very good place to go if needed.

I was extremely sick, struggling with wheezing, dizziness, etc. They called me in, and the whole process took at most around 5 minutes, it was extremely quick, worthwhile, and more. Quite a lovely place where they take good care of you and ensure you recover well!^^

My 1st time here, and had an easy great experience. Jordyn at the front desk is awesome, and I was seen by PA Alex, who was great. Have that awful flu with sore throat going around and needing an RX to boot it out. Will definitely come here again. They actually take both my insurance and my son’s - hard to find one place that takes both.

I would definitely recommend prime urgent care. It is a new, clean facility and all of the associates were very helpful. Laurie Rogers, PA, helped me out tremendously and prescribed medicine for me as I was very sick. My waiting time was minimal. Staff was very friendly.

We were visiting Dr. Alfonso Espinel to check my doughter lungs because she had high temperature 6 days and had hard cough. Dr have check and said they are clear, it's not bacteria it's virus, no need antibiotics, in 3-4 days she will be fine. Nothing extra was prescribed. That's what happened. In 4 days she was fine. He also gave personal recommendation acoding her health. I found Dr. Espinel has good knowledge and deep experience. Thanks Doc

We can't say enough great things about PrimeHealth Urgent Care, and specifically, Susan M. Knafel, PA. We have been seeing PA Knafel for an ongoing issue and I actually just realized now that she is not an actual MD. This is amazing because she has demonstrated more knowledge and has spent more time with us than most doctors we have recently seen. The ladies working there were efficient and kind. I had made an appointment and they took me back on time and I was only in the room for a few minutes before the provider came to diagnose my illness. The entire process took approximately 40-45 minutes. I would highly recommend.

I had a great and speedy experience at PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Sarasota. I am from Canada and was fully expecting a long wait and complications with insurance etc... but I was in and out in less than half an hour, a prescription had been sent to the pharmacy and I was on my way to pick up medication. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, Janet (I think she was a nurse) was super personable, and my doctor (forgive me I've forgotten his name) was also wonderful. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you so much!

I'm on vacation and injured my foot. Quickly made an online appointment for the next morning when I realized it hurt to talk. Janet was very expedient in getting me checked in. Natalie was super friendly when checking my vitals and made me laugh a lot while asking initial assessment questions. Lee was extremely thorough and informative. What an excellent care team!

This is the second time I’ve been to this facility and both times I’ve had a good experience. The wait and check in time was short and efficient. The medical staff listened closely to what I said and prescribed medicine. They were very personable and made a point to say they hoped I felt better. I was in and out in 45 minutes total.

I called to see if I needed an appointment for a pre-op checkup and EKG. Much to my surprise they actually answered the phone! So many other locations I tried did not bother to answer the phone nor did they ever bother to call back. The location was friendly, bright cheerful and clean. The doctor in charge was very friendly and professional. He called me back today and said that all tests were in and he was sending my surgery clearance to my surgeon. I would definitely recommend them.

I have to retrieved my previous review since I havea a very dissapointed experience after I was prescribed in Jan-29-2024 medication to treat an urinary infection despite the urine test show negative.I was adviced to see an urologist if after taking the medication I continue with the symptoms.The PA gave me print out searched in google with the name of the urologist when I called they told me to ask for a referal so I emailed the PA twice with no response then I sent a message through their app and got no response.Finally I called the office 3 times and spoke to one of the staff who told that he will inform the PA but never received a response.I made a final telephone call and spoke to one of the staff who took note of my name and told me that I will receive a call soon,it never happened.This is really a very poor customer service and careless treatment to a patient.

I just had a very pleasant experience while visiting this clinic I was feeling very sick and as I walked in, I was greeted very promptly and with care. After I checked in, I got put into a room and the doctor came pretty quickly and addressed our needs. I walked out with the right medicine and by the evening I already felt much better. I have been here before and it’s always a pleasant experience so I decided to write a review today, Thankful for the entire staff members for such great work and a friendly atmosphere. The helpful atmosphere stands out and it’s highly appreciated, Special thanks to Yanet for making us feel comfortable as well. This is definitely our go to clinic for our entire family

This clinic is amazing. We constantly send my employees and family members here. They are amazing: from LeAnn (front desk) and Yanet (wonderful medical assistant) who are both sweet, professional, courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with to David (provider) who we can’t say enough good things about, he Listened to all our needs and gave us a very good professional Solution to our situation. We will be coming back here as we have for a while now. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

The care I received was excellent Dr. Mike was terrific. Natalie took all my information and vitals and did a great job and Josie was absolutely perfect at the desk. She was super and getting me in and getting me into a room and taking away an enormous amount of my stress, the moment I enter the building I was very pleased with my results and plan to come back again when I have issues.

Researched a few urgent centers in the area, and this one by far is the best! New patient forms available online to complete and appointment scheduling is also online! What a time saver! When I arrived earlier this week, I was greeted promptly, and with friendly service. Waited less than 5 minutes, and was seen by Dr. Alfonso Espinel. He’s amazing! Attention to detail, friendly, caring and respectful! The services at this facility are excellent! Found my new urgent ? care place. A BIG thank you to the staff and Dr. Alfonso Espinel. I’m now on the road to recovery!

The nurse on staff during my visit was truly priceless. Just with conversation she eases your pain. The physician on staff truly knows his stuff, got right to the point and solve the problem. Josie and her staff have been such a wonderful help as we look to get student athletes in for their physicals and other forms. She is highly professional, the turnaround time is quick, and the cost is very reasonable. While on vacation I stopped in as we stayed just up the street. The general manager, Josie, happened to be running the reception desk. Josie is personable and efficient, and the med tech and provider were just the same. With two pharmacies nearby, going from diagnosis to treatment was a breeze. Thank y'all for the quick care!

No one wants to be sick on vacation, but if you are, you should come to this location. We brought our son in with some gastrointestinal issues, and the staff couldn't have been nicer! From the check-in, which was super easy and friendly, to the medical assistant to the doctor himself everything was top-notch and put our minds at ease. Highly recommended if you are unfortunately sick in Florida.

We needed a 24 hours prior PCR covid test before an international trip. Test took only 30 minutes each. There were 3 of us so it took 1hr and 30 min total. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They only take self pay for the travel PCR test. Very happy with their service
