Dr Nocerini takes as much time with his patients as they need to feel they are heard and cared for. He is always looking for different ways to treat his patients and offers them new alternatives when he becomes aware of them. I am very pleased with the care he is giving me and would recommend him to anyone who is in pain and wants to have less of it.

I highly recommend Dr.Nocerini for pain management! He treated me for low back pain that was keeping me from walking very far. He listened well and explained the best treatment procedure for me. I’m thankful for the help this has given me. His office staff is friendly and professional. Be prepared for a great experience!!

Dr. Nocerini is a great pain doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Nocerini. He listens and helps with problem solving. I have been treating for Neuropathy and chronic pain as result of an old injury. I switch my care to Dr. Nocerini. He has been able to be to developed a new treatment plan that has helped me with my chronic pain. His staff is great and helpful. They return calls and assist with scheduling my appointments .

Dr Nocerini is a fantastic doctor! One thing I really like about him is that he is willing to trust his patients when it comes to certain pain meds or when a patient might be on other medication combos that some docs are too conservative or uncomfortable with to allow. Thanks to his flexibility in that regard, I have a quality of life now and am free of pain and sufferring. Another thing I respect about him is that he isn’t one of those doctors who insists the patient do expensive invasive procedures in order to be seen and receive their pain meds. I’ve tried all those injections , procedures, rizotemies, nerve blocks etc, even have had 2 major back surgeries. And pain meds are the only thing that works for me. He understands that. It means he’s not in practice only for the money. Docs don’t make that much on medication only type back patients so it goes to show he is in it for the right reasons.

I’ve trusted dr. Nocerini for 1.5 years and I trust him and I have learned a lot. He has take me from an almost constant pain level of 10 to a steady 3 or 4 and that’s something I can live with.

This office, doctor and secretary's are absolutely the best. I've been having issues and going to doctors for years that just don't seem to care about me as an individual. But this Doctor really listens and gets to the bottom of what ailes you. My whole experience was a life changing breath of fresh air and I would most certainly recommend Northstar Joint and Spine to anyone.

So far I have been thoroughly impressed with everything. The office was able to get me an appointment the next week, the office staff is kind and helpful and I have never had to wait. They always get me in quickly and genuinely listen to my concerns. I had a negative reaction to one of my prescriptions and Dr. Nocerini himself called me back quickly and changed my medication. I have never had a doctor actually call me himself! Highly recommend NorthStar!

I have only been with Dr Nocerini for 4 months, but in that short time I have gone from a pain scale of 6-7 to a 1. The office staff is great and helpful and Dr Nocerini is wonderful. He explains everything very throughly and is easy to talk to. Also, I have only seen him not a PA.

Very knowledgeable and always on time! Very easy to talk to. Very good for rheumatology patients and their pain issues. I have dealt with a few pain management doctors and Dr Nocerini is by far the most compassionate, comprehensive, and spends more time with me than any other. Also Mary is very quick to get you situated and always very kind.

I recently found Doctor Nocerini from research on my own for good pain management doctors near me. I suffer from advanced stage terminal liver disease. Dr. Nocerini made some instant medication changes for my debilitating pain. I am now looking at other options that he provides to complement the medications. UPDATE: I have not felt this cared for by ANY doctor in six years! Dr. Nocerini, and his staff, are simply amazing! I cannot stress how highly I recommend him for your pain management needs! Dr Nocerini is a wonderful listener and genuinely commits himself to finding a solution. I truly have never felt so cared for. He was the first doctor in five years to even put hands on me, ie touching the area of pain, listening to my heart and lungs! Then he took a skeleton of the neck and back and EXPLAINED what was going on. He presented ME with choices! I’ve never had to wait past my appt time either! Thank you Dr Nocerini! And…his front office staff is awesome!

I received great service from Dr. Nocerini. His office was able to see me on short notice. Dr. Nocerini is very prompt, I was sitting in waiting room for less than a minute before my scheduled appointment. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Nocerini if you are seeking help for back pain.

I have had episodes of severe low back pain with nerve pain since 2012 and have seen several providers for it. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Nocerini quickly and my epidural was scheduled within a week. Dr. Nocerini listened to me, explained what is going on in my spine with a caring bedside manor answering all my questions and has a very kind, efficient office staff- Mary is terrific! 3 days after my epidural, my pain has tremendously decreased and I am confident that I will recover from this episode of sciatic pain 100%.

My husband sees Dr. Nocerini regularly for back pain. When we first went in, my husband could not sit still for any length of time. Now because of the treatment from Dr. Nocerini, my husband is nearly pain-free. The doctor is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I recommend Dr. Nocerine for pain relief.

I really like Dr. Nocerini he really talks to you and remembers everything you've talked about. He is one of the best drs I've ever seen he's very friendly and very helpful. He explains everything to you. I will diffently recommend him to anyone that's looking for really good doctor. I feel very comfortable talking to him cuz he understands. I really would like to continue to see Dr Nocerini for a very long time.

Dr. Noecerrini is a wonderful doctor. I have struggled with chronic pain since 2004. He listened to all the surgeries I had, rehab and medications taken and made a plan that helped me with many issues. He doesn't just listen and sit ideally by. He does what he thinks is best and is happy to see me doing better. My prior pain Dr wasn't getting anywhere and I didn't feel confident in what he was doing. Naomi is the office manager in Rowlett and she is always kind and helpful. She returns phone calls unlike alot of offices these day. If you want a great doctor and staff look no further. I am so excited since I found him in February!
