This is my second pain management doctor and I absolutely love them. I moved to Jensen Beach from Orlando and was terrified to get a new PM. They made my transition seamless. Going on 8 months now, I do travel now however will always make it back to this office. The front staff is super friendly, (shout out to Dakota who was the first one who made me feel somewhat normal and helped guide me through their process). I see Pedro Salcedo PA-C monthly, who is very caring and LISTENS TO EVERYTHING I HAVE TO SAY, and would address my concerns! Huge difference from my last doctor.

This office is wonderful. The doctors and girls at the front desk are so nice, always extra kind, smiles and jokes no matter what they may be going thru. They squeeze me in when they can, send in prescriptions when needed, and try every procedure possible to help ease my pain, physically and mentally. So happy I found this office. Chantel has changed my husbands life, my life, and all the friends and family I've referred lives!!! ???

Not only did I hear someone at the front desk today say they liked the service and he would hug everyone if he could here but I also think everyone in this office does a very good job and is trained very well in customer service

After searching for a provider to take care of my husband's ongoing care, I am very grateful we found Global Neuro & Spine Institute. Everyone in this office has been amazing. My husband has been seeing Pedro Salcedo, PA-C in the Jensen Beach office. He has been wonderful. Jennifer has gone above and beyond working to get my husband's insurance to approve his medications. She has called me to keep me informed and is very kind and pleasant every time I have spoken to her.

Chantel and team are amazing. They take time to listen to me and my needs and Chantel has such a vast range of understanding and experience it has helped me tremendously. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Jenna is very caring, promptly returns calls and gets me to the right person ASAP. She’s an excellent medical assistant; wish they all could be as professional, yet kind and efficient as Jenna.
