I have been seeing Chantel Rusz APRN, since last May. I have been going through some prescription changes, which can be challenging. Chantel is awesome… besides being very knowledgeable about the medications, she is also very supportive. She will take time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The office staff and Jenna and Jennifer are also amazing and very supportive and helpful. I feel very fortunate and I am receiving excellent care.

I have been coming to GLOBAL NEURO and SPINE for a few years now. I've been seeing Dr Malik and Pedro Salcedo for pain management. They have been just absolutely awesome with managing my pain and always offering me my options. Pedro has always listened to my complaints and readily resolves them. He's just wonderful. I also see Chantel Rusz for mental health. WOW,,, she's absolutely Awesome. These 2 professionals have definitely totally increased the quality of my life. And I am so grateful to them for that. Thank you.

I have been going to Global & Neuro for about 2 years now and I can’t express how much I appreciate everyone there. They have helped me a great deal. The staff couldn’t be any friendlier and helpful. I have had the pleasure to work with Chantel Rusz, Dr Malik and Pedro Salazar on my healthcare and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them. They treat you like a person not just a patient or a number. They take time to talk to you and your treatments and concerns. 5 stars in my book.

We recently began seeing Felicia Vela FNP-PMHNP with Global Nero and Spine. She was phenomenal to talk to and work with as a new patient. Great connection in talking about and offering solutions for some very difficult issues. 10 stars! As for the Institute as a whole the intake process, communication, and general help 10 stars as well! Everyone we spoke with and were involved with were very helpful and great at keeping everyone on the same page. Would highly recommend to family and friends!

This is my second pain management doctor and I absolutely love them. I moved to Jensen Beach from Orlando and was terrified to get a new PM. They made my transition seamless. Going on 8 months now, I do travel now however will always make it back to this office. The front staff is super friendly, (shout out to Dakota who was the first one who made me feel somewhat normal and helped guide me through their process). I see Pedro Salcedo PA-C monthly, who is very caring and LISTENS TO EVERYTHING I HAVE TO SAY, and would address my concerns! Huge difference from my last doctor.

Jen, Mona, and Nancy at the front desk Are the reason I come to the Jensen office!!!! They squeeze me in when they can and reschedule for me on the fly around my crazy life. I can TEXT Jen and know she will always answer within minutes or one of the other girls will because they CARE!!!! The doctors try every procedure possible to help ease my pain, physically and mentally. So happy I found this office. Chantel has gotten me regulated and regulated time and time again!!! I can always count on Pedro to accommodate and Malik is a medical marvel. This is my go to place. Recommend ??????

This office is wonderful. The doctors and girls at the front desk are so nice, always extra kind, smiles and jokes no matter what they may be going thru. They squeeze me in when they can, send in prescriptions when needed, and try every procedure possible to help ease my pain, physically and mentally. So happy I found this office. Chantel has changed my husbands life, my life, and all the friends and family I've referred lives!!!

After searching for a provider to take care of my husband's ongoing care, I am very grateful we found Global Neuro & Spine Institute. Everyone in this office has been amazing. My husband has been seeing Pedro Salcedo, PA-C in the Jensen Beach office. He has been wonderful. Jennifer has gone above and beyond working to get my husband's insurance to approve his medications. She has called me to keep me informed and is very kind and pleasant every time I have spoken to her.
