I've been coming here since October and Angelik, Luca, Millie and Zoe have been absolutely awesome. They've helped me with so much dealing with my pain and the paperwork side of my injury. Dr Umpierre has been doing his best helping me with my pain. Still a work in progress, but they all are some of the best people I've dealt with.

Prior to visiting my back pain was so bad. I had trouble even getting up or sitting down in a chair. I could barely walk 20 steps. After their evaluation and procedure I have gained most of my ability to walk and sit and sleep pain free! Their staff and doctors really listen to give you the best help at reducing the pain and increasing your overall quality of life. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Zoey is fantastic!

At Global Neuro & Spine institute located in Orlando are the best. Dr Enrique Umpierre- Schuck, Dr. Zoe Gonzales-Rabathaly and staff really treat you like family. I started out in the worst pain. I had three procedures. One was an epidural of the spine. And the others were Injections in my targeted areas of pain. And I must say I am so much better. Thanks for all your help. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but you guys!

I've been a patient since 2021. It was not the smoothest in the beginning (partially due to authorization challenges). The P.A. at the time was really good but the communication with the office staff (no longer there) was very difficult. Fast forward to now with P.A. Zoe Gonzalez and her team; communication has been so much easier. Zoe is genuine and listens even when the conversation goes a little long! Dr. Umpierre (and the medical assistant) performed my recent ablations and have been great. Thank you Global Spine Family!

Just wanted to thank Dr Zoe Gonzales-Ranathaly, PA-C at the Global Neuro & Spine Institute for pain management. I have had pain in my lower back around five plus years. Other pain facilities could not relive my pain and stated I would just have to live with it. Dr. Rabathaiy, listened to me describe my pain location and with a couple of injections she relived me of my pain issue. I am happy to have met Dr Zoe and would recommend this facility (Global Neuro & Spine institute) to anyone. The staff is very professional and smiling. Mr Ellsworth

The staff at Dr. Umpierre’s location are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Vivian is always there when I need any assistance in the office or when I call. When I have problems with prescriptions or pharmacies Jessica is always there to fix my problems. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at her job. Dr Umpierre is very knowledgeable and always addresses my concerns and provides excellent personalized treatments that always help me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a doctor and staff.

Following my car accident, I had a series of neck injections followed by 2 RFA's with Global. The staff was respectful and accommodating during my procedures. Drs Slobasky and Umpierre were knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease during the procedures. My followup appointments with Zoe went very well. She has a great "bedside manner" and easily addressed all my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to use this office and these great people again.

The staff at this facility was really nice and patient, the staff and Dr. was very attentive. The staff showed courtesy. The staff & Dr. showed lots of empathy when hearing about the pain I was experiencing, while helping provide the best treatment moving forward. Not to mention my on the phone booking experience with them was great also, showing great customer service. Overall I would highly recommend visiting this facility.

I'm a long term patient in the Orlando office. When I was in the office the last time, I told my PA, Zoe, about pain I was having in my bicep muscle from over use and she gave me a sample of a new topical lidocaine patch, Ztildo, to try. Wow! I was extremely impressed! I've used topical lidocaine patches before and never had the relief that I experienced from Ztildo! Zoe and all the Orlando office always listen to my concerns and make every effort to make me comfortable and assist in any way they can! I was referred to Global Neuro & Spine Institute for treatment and pain management. All of my visits have been great, starting with the receptionist who was outgoing and super friendly. To Zoe the P.A. who is amazing! She listened to me and answered all my questions. She was compassionate and had a good sense of humor. Zoe treats her patients with respect and takes time to make sure you are treated properly. I truly appreciate Zoe for all her help, care, and treatment she has given me.

My experience at Global Neuro and Spine Institute has been wonderful! I had an injection in my back 2 weeks ago and it reduced my pain by 80%!! I literally had tears of joy from the relief. I am a health care professional myself and definitely recommend this clinic. The staff is friendly and Zoe always makes visits enjoyable and informative.

Everyone makes you feel so welcome and very professional. All of the employees are attentive and caring. Zoe is a great PA and takes time to explain every thing and sometimes uses visuals for me to understand better. Millie is a great MA that is very friendly and loving. She’s a ray of sunshine anytime I visit. Carmen Receptionist is very great at greeting and building rapport with us patients and making sure everyone is informed and comfortable. Great team!

Dr Rabathly and her nurse Millie are a amazing. They take the time with you and listen to you the patient. I like the fact that Dr Zoe isn't one of those Dr's that pushes pills. They offer several procedures in-house and they're done right in office. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. I have been with Global Neuro and Spine for about 6yrs and wouldn't change a thing about them. Thank you for the impeccable service.

I have to say it’s so wonderful to have Dr. Zoe Gonzales as my new pain management doctor, she really cares about her patients n will do whatever she can to help. Most importantly she listens. Jennifer who works with the prescriptions has been amazing with helping me urgently when my insurance company gives me any problems. She has stayed late n even worked from home after hrs just to make sure I am good. Now if that isn’t great patient care I don’t know what is. I also have to say Tony has been the best receptionist that has worked in this office since I been coming. I know if I call n she picks up she also will listen n do everything she can to help me which says a lot. Before it was impossible to get ahold of anyone once I left the office even if I left a message. So thank you bc this change was needed n I’m grateful.

Having to come from Jacksonville the nite before due to anxiousness of long drive before a procedure we are blessed that they give you two reminders and confirmation of appt/ procedure so you know your long drive and expense of hotel nite is appreciated. The girls in the office are always so sweet and nice and always there to help answer any of my questions or concerns same with the doctors. I’ve never had a problem with them getting back in touch with me about anything or about setting up an appointment that’s convenient for me. Thanks guys

Global is a credit to the medical profession. Everyone is always polite, courteous and professional. Employees like Millie, Angelic and Dr. Zoe always go above and beyond to assist me. They’ve done a great job in managing my pain.

Great location for services provided. Millie was/is polite, professional and personable.

My father is seen at the Orlando SoDo office. I just have to say that I love the staff they all have Great personalities, especially front desk Angelique she brings a smile to my father‘s face all the time.
