Helen long does a wonderful job at the front desk ! Helen has the office always clean organized making sure it always smells so good ! She goes above and beyond to help out with the patients that speak Spanish and try to make them feel as comfortable as she can ! Helen has nothing but amazing things to say about working with Global Neuro And Spine Institute & can't wait to see what the future brings her with this company !

I'm an overly thrilled with the outcome my husband received after seeing Dr Brook and Helen at Global and Neuro office. Any wives out there that have a husband in pain I highly recommend you have them see Dr Brooks as soon as possible.

This is a well ran practice with first class service starting with Helen upfront, she was welcoming, did not have me waiting forever, and gave me a overview of what I was to expect from Dr. Brooks who is also awesome. What I like most about him was he actually listened to my story without interrupting me, I'm in healthcare myself and this is rare. With his interventions, I am back working out and back to work with little to no issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Brooks is an amazing doctor ! My father came in there and he was on a cane at first before actually really getting treat all of these other doctors just wanted to put him on pain meds ! But once we saw Dr.Brooks , he had other plan for us ! Dr.Brooks gave us home exercises, as well physical therapy, schedule a lumbar block for my father we did the injection with in a week, my father wasn't needing to use his cane as often ! Thank you Dr.Brooks ! The staf is also amazing. I think her name was Helen. She greeted my father with such a big beautiful smile and as well her helping him out filling out the IPad to paperwork ! Translating as well when I couldn't make an appointment ! She made my father feel so welcomed in the office , offered coffee, water ! Hands down she has some of the best customer service I've ever seen in a doctors office! I will definitely let anybody know that has back issues to go the Atlantis office !

Helen and Dr. Brooks were Great ! They both were very helpful and answered all my questions at my apt. They took care of all my concerns. I highly recommend the WPB office.

Helen is the BEST ! She makes all the patients feel so special and safe ! It's amazing she speak more than one language as well that's a really BIG PLUS in the medical field ! She is very formative ! She is amazing at what she does !

Dr. Brooks, Vickie and Helen are an amazing team, working together down in plantation all the way to the Atlantis office ! Helen and Vickie take care of the front , they're always happy , asking how we are doing , going above, and beyond to have that personal relationship with their patient ! Dr. Brooks once he comes in the room he brings that wonderful energy, so happy he listens about my pain. He lets me speak and explain about it. He doesn't interrupt me. He lets me feel so comfortable that I can speak to him. I would recommend this office to anyone that I know in pain ! As well it smells so amazing !

So happy I finally found a doctor that was able to help me with my pain. I've been to multiple doctors over the years and always feel like they aren't taking the time to understand my pain. Dr Brooks actually took time to understand my pain history and provided options that were specific for me, and I am a new person now. Thank you Dr Brooks and Helen for being such a great team and giving me my life back.

The ladies at the front desk are both very sweet and friendly. My technician explain the procedure thoroughly. Dr. Brooks was wonderful and had great bedside manners. Overall a very friendly staff and great office..

Helen and Dr. Brooks were AMAZING ! They both have such great personalities as well, she is extremely helpful. I had an issue with my insurance and Helen basically handled everything on her end and got back to me directly when everything was resolved! And greeted me with a smile the day of my appointment. The office is very clean and smelled great as well. Great job everyone!

I have been a patient of this office for a year now, I have had lots of great care. Ms. Helen is a wonderful and very helpful employee. She treats you with respect and is very friendly. Dr. Brooks is very caring, helpful and has been doing a great job taking care of my health needs. I am very satisfied with the care I have received from this clinic and staff. They really listen to you and not what they assume by textbook Helen is amazing, friendly, very professional staff and Dr. Brooks is amazing and really listen and doesn'tgive you what he thinks but what youthink is best for you, this is the place to go for the best treatment
