I never leave reviews but I am compelled. My experience here was unbelievable. The care I received from Helen and Dr. Brooks was superb. They made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the building. I like that he was able to give me some practical, non prescription ways for me to ease my back pain. I'm already enjoying life so much more because of them! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

It is always a good experience walking in for my appointments. Vicky is always extremely nice and a pleasure to see when you enter the office. She is very patient and nice to everyone that comes through the door. Thank you Vicky you are wonderful!

I have been coming to Global Neuro Spine Institute for a while now. (Plantation location) Dr. Brooks, Vicky, Helen, and George are wonderful. They treat you with respect and kindness. Give them a try! You won't regret it.

I absolutely love this practice. I've been a nurse for 32 years and have succeeded in doing damage to my back. Here you are greeted by Helen and Vicky with smiles on their face and they reach have a way of making you comfortable. Dr Brook is a very down to earth doctor who actually listens when you talk. I was having problems sitting for any period of time so, he completed an SI injection. This was my second one. The first one was miserable but, the one Dr. Brook did was painless. If I could give this team 10 stars I would.

The Plantation, Florida office staff Vickie and Helen are always great, extremely friendly and caring and always willing to help in any way possible. Dr Brooks DO is awesome as well he always listens, is understanding and determined to help in any way he can. Thank you and Hope you all have a Happy New Year!! :)

Dr Brooks has a great bed side manner and treats the patient as a whole, working toward the goal of healthy overall life. The office staff, Vickie and Helen are amazing, patient, and immensely efficient. Not enough good things can be said about the two of them.

I've been going to Global Neuro & Spine since February 2022. The office is immaculate! Staff is friendly & easy going. Vickie is a true sweetheart! I just love you to death. Oh I am so thankful for Dr Ryan Brooks, & so happy he came to this office. He speaks to you as a human & not a patient. He explains treatments that your able to understand, he cares & listens to your questions that you have. Definitely very professional! I couldn't be happier to have this team Sincerely Rita Jackson

My experience with Global Neuro & Spine in Plantation has been phenomenal. From setting my initial appointment to my experience with Vickie at the front office I've felt welcomed. The office is very clean. Vickie knows each patient by name, and always gives the patient a warm welcome. My experience with Vickie has always been great. Helen takes time to cheer me and other patients on with kind words, as she welcomes me, and brings me to the room. She is very attentive. Dr. Brooks is exceptional. He listens, he is attentive, and takes time to teach me about my condition to ensure I fully understand. He plans my treatments with me, and not at me. He ensures I understand and agree to exams and treatments he lays out for me. He takes time to listen and truly understand my complaints, and lays out my treatments step by step. Even with my medications, he takes time to ask me do I want to continue and is there a need for it. I'm extremely pleased with the office overall, and Dr. Brooks.

Vickie, is fabulous! The way the office has transformed after Dr. Patel left is just amazing, I honestly was going to look for another office, but what she has done with this place, made it feel more welcoming, very stable, even though the doctors were changing. She is really made this office bloom, and I look forward to continuing being a patient, her and Helen have transformed this office. Dr. Brooks is very thorough and his exams. I am very proud to recommend this office. When you are constantly critically ill with lupus, it just makes a world of difference to have a medical staff you believe in.

Well, where do I start? I've been with Global for many years now, and they have consistently been professional, caring, thorough, and always ready to help find a solution to any aches or pains. The doctors have been terrific and the staff at the Plantation office is just the best I've ever experienced. They make me feel like family , and this is where you want to go to get results for your individual health needs.

Very caring they take time and listen to what you say after seeing a lot of places that treat you like cattle so they can get as many people through the door I finally found a great doctor that truly cares would recommend to anybody and I really do rate them at 100 percent

Global Neuro and Spine , is very friendly and professional. The office is always very clean. I've been going there for a number of years.l would recommend this office to anyone who needs a pain management clinic. Helen and Vickie are amazing & so helpful & they are always just so happy to see there patients!

I love Dr. Patel. She's always friendly and helpful. Especially when I bring my 3yr old to appointments with me. Staff always friendly. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to try to solve my pain problems and treat them. Not just medicate you and send you on your way.

Willing to explain all alternatives from surgery to taking only naproxen. This Dr. Shatabdi Patel truly LISTENS to what I have to explain. The girls at the front desk efficiently gather all my records and also listen to my needs. All are very bright and sharp. Scheduling is easy. Office access is perfect, and I live 20 miles away. (Compared to having to pay $5 for parking for some OTHER doctor only 10 miles south of me, which has you walk across the highway span bridge to even get to THAT Dr.LucienAlexandre's Alton Rd office bldg.)

I can definitely say that I am very fortunate to have a wonderful doctor! Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable,experienced, and professional! I have lupus and RA, so in short my medical situation is always challenging! Dr.patel is just a great person, very refreshing to have drs that you trust and believe in. Helen and Vickie are amazing ! They always have such a big smile on their faces, Vickie takes good care of me scheduling my appointment ! Helen is so sweet in the room always going above and beyond she always wants to know how I'm doing today, she really sits there and actually listen to me ! I would recommend this office to anybody in the South area ! Dr.Brooks has nothing but amazing since he has started, and he understands my chronic pain that I'm having . This office is so clean and always smelling amazing as well ! If you're down south in the Broward area or Miami area, this would be the perfect pain management office to go to They treat you just like a family.
