Dr. Brooks is an amazing doctor! Helen is so sweet and amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable when doing the procedure with Dr.Brooks is also great with his light hands when it comes to the numbing part of the procedure then after that it’s a breeze. Keith is a great he always comes in the room happy full of energy !

Yesterday was the first time my daughter was seen at Global Neuro & Spine. All the staff were very welcoming, very professional, very helpful and very informative. They made my daughter feel like she was the only patient in the world, she matters/her health matters and was provided the red carpet treatment healthcare. Thank you Dr. Ryan Brooks, Keith and Helen for providing my daughter with an amazing but professional experience.

First impressions mean everything and Helen and Keith were extremely welcoming. They were kind and we were greeted with smiling faces. Their welcoming bubbly personalities made me feel like I knew them already. Dr.Ryan Brooks took his time in explaining the treatment and he went more into depth as far as my injuries go, he even took the time to answer my mom’s questions as well. Thank you for answering all of my questions Dr.Brooks and making me comfortable with my treatment plan. I will most definitely be recommending all of our friends and family who need a pain management doctor. Thank you all, I feel like I’m on the right road to recovery.

My experience today was way better than I expected. ANA was Amazing!!! Because of Ana, I was able to relax and feel better during the entire procedure. She talked to me during the whole process to make sure I was OK and did not feel any pain, she even went out of her way to assist me during the next step of the procedure. Ana was patient and very professional. Ana truly cares about the comfort of each patient. We need more employees like Ana!!! Thank you so much ANA !

Vickie, Helen, Anna and Keith, , were very helpful and kind during my visit today for an EMG test. Anna was delicate and gentle while giving me the EMG test. Dr. Ryan Brookes was very informative and answered many questions that I had. He explained the procedure before and made me feel very comfortable during and after. He very knowledgeable in his field.

The Atlantis office is just amazing ! Dr. brooks he is an amazing doctor makes you feel so comfortable, explains everything with details and how everything will workout for you in the end makes you feel honestly better about your self. Helen she is such a sweetheart always makes me feel like I’m at home, she goes in the procedure room with Dr. Brooks and just makes sure I’m not nervous makes it comfortable for me when laying on the table. His MA Keith is just a such a doll he so kinda and so soft spoken honestly this team right here is just amazing together and keep the office going !!! Had my first appointment today with the Plantation office. Nothing but kudos to the entire staff for a great visit. But want to give my biggest thanks to Theresa, who works as a new patient scheduler on the phone. My doctor’s office totally screwed up the referral for my appointment today and Theresa went far and beyond what other customer service people would have done by not accepting the screwups that my doctors office made and pushed with numerous phone calls and making sure I could meet my appointment today. Awesome work. Thanks to all, but especially to Theresa.

I have been a patient since 2016, and have been Dr. Brooks patient for close to a year. He is hands down one of the best doctors I have had with respect to my spine, neck and other neurological issues. He has a great bed side manner, always takes his time with me and is extremely empathetic. He also performs surgical procedures on me and does so with minimal pain and is great with follow up if I am in need of anything related to my treatment. In addition to Dr. Brooks, I would like to recognize Vickie Sterling who pretty much runs the entire Plantation office. She is always available when I need ANYTHING and responds to me immediately if I text the office a message or when I send her (multiple ) emails. She goes above and beyond and is definitely an asset to Global and deserves to be recognized. Last, but not least, Jen, in the pharmacy coordinator department is quick to respond if I have any medication issues and has gone out of her way several times to help me with prescriptions. All (3) of these medical professionals exhibit the utmost care and I highly recommend going to this facility over any other similar practice.

I never leave reviews but I am compelled. My experience here was unbelievable. The care I received from Helen and Dr. Brooks was superb. They made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the building. I like that he was able to give me some practical, non prescription ways for me to ease my back pain. I’m already enjoying life so much more because of them! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I absolutely love this practice. I've been a nurse for 32 years and have succeeded in doing damage to my back. Here you are greeted by Helen and Vicky with smiles on their face and they reach have a way of making you comfortable. Dr Brook is a very down to earth doctor who actually listens when you talk. I was having problems sitting for any period of time so, he completed an SI injection. This was my second one. The first one was miserable but, the one Dr. Brook did was painless. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. ?

My experience with Global Neuro & Spine in Plantation has been phenomenal. From setting my initial appointment to my experience with Vickie at the front office I've felt welcomed. The office is very clean. Vickie knows each patient by name, and always gives the patient a warm welcome. My experience with Vickie has always been great. Helen takes time to cheer me and other patients on with kind words, as she welcomes me, and brings me to the room. She is very attentive. Dr. Brooks is exceptional. He listens, he is attentive, and takes time to teach me about my condition to ensure I fully understand. He plans my treatments with me, and not at me. He ensures I understand and agree to exams and treatments he lays out for me. He takes time to listen and truly understand my complaints, and lays out my treatments step by step. Even with my medications, he takes time to ask me do I want to continue and is there a need for it. I'm extremely pleased with the office overall, and Dr. Brooks.

Vickie, is fabulous! The way the office has transformed after Dr. Patel left is just amazing, I honestly was going to look for another office, but what she has done with this place, made it feel more welcoming, very stable, even though the doctors were changing. She is really made this office bloom, and I look forward to continuing being a patient, her and Helen have transformed this office. Dr. Brooks is very thorough and his exams. I am very proud to recommend this office. When you are constantly critically ill with lupus, it just makes a world of difference to have a medical staff you believe in.

Willing to explain all alternatives from surgery to taking only naproxen. This Dr. Shatabdi Patel truly LISTENS to what I have to explain. The girls at the front desk efficiently gather all my records and also listen to my needs. All are very bright and sharp. Scheduling is easy. Office access is perfect, and I live 20 miles away. (Compared to having to pay $5 for parking for some OTHER doctor only 10 miles south of me, which has you walk across the highway span bridge to even get to THAT Dr.LucienAlexandre's Alton Rd office bldg.)

I can definitely say that I am very fortunate to have a wonderful doctor! Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable,experienced, and professional! I have lupus and RA, so in short my medical situation is always challenging! Dr.patel is just a great person, very refreshing to have drs that you trust and believe in. Helen and Vickie are amazing ! They always have such a big smile on their faces, Vickie takes good care of me scheduling my appointment ! Helen is so sweet in the room always going above and beyond she always wants to know how I’m doing today, she really sits there and actually listen to me ! I would recommend this office to anybody in the South area ! Dr.Brooks has nothing but amazing since he has started, and he understands my chronic pain that I’m having . Helen and Vickie are amazing ! They always have such a big smile on their faces, Vickie takes good care of me scheduling my appointment ! Helen is so sweet in the room always going above and beyond she always wants to know how I’m doing today, she really sits there and actually listen to me ! I would recommend this office to anybody in the South area ! Dr.Brooks has nothing but amazing since he has started, and he understands my chronic pain that I’m having . This office is so clean and always smelling amazing as well ! If you’re down south in the Broward area or Miami area, this would be the perfect pain management office to go to They treat you just like a family.

Doctor Brooks is a great doctor. He listens to how you feel then he ask the necessary questions. I appreciate the treatment that doctor Brooks has me on. The whole staff is great. Vicky, Helen and George.
